Chapter 13: A Quirk Assessment Test?! Meeting Class 1-A!!
A Quirk Assessment Test?" The entire class repeated Aizawa's words in confusion.
Uraraka took a step forward, "But what about the entrance ceremony or the guidance sessions?" She asked cutely in confusion. She had really been looking forward to those and getting to know the school, her new peers, and the faculty.
"A waste of time if you want to become heroes." Aizawa replied lackadaisically, "You have very little time here at U.A. to learn what you need to learn. Our school prides itself on its 'freestyle' system of education, and that applies to the teachers as well."
Everyone had question marks over their heads, "The softball throw, the fifty-meter dash, consecutive side-steps, endurance running, grip strength, the standing long-jump, seated toe touches, and sit-ups. You all did these in middle school but were never allowed to use your quirks. It isn't rational, but the Department of Education loves dragging their feet about changing things and creating new standards." He glanced towards the group," Midoriya."
The boy in question stood like a soldier. Which inside brought a smile to the man. "He heard that expelled a whole class kid must be terrified, no wonder he was here first. He definitely won't be holding back and if I'm correct he will demolish everyone's record, and when everyone knows what he can do, he will be a target, for a reason or another, either for competition or jealousy having the Omnitrix put a target so big the kid has no idea. Maybe getting him ready for it would be for the best."
"Midoriya. You got the highest score in history. How far could you throw a ball in middle school?"
"Tch. That damn nerd must have cheated." He muttered under his breath.
"Oh, Bakugou, have something to say?"
"I said that damn nerd must have cheated! Because there's no way in hell he could ever get a score that!!"He screamed out, he's been holding so much anger, everywhere he went he heard was about his stupid score. "THAT QUIRKLESS LOSER COULD NEVER GET A BETTER SCORE THAN ME!!" He shouted that everyone could hear.
Everyone backed away from the blonde boy who was clearly angry and glaring at the boy.
"Dude, what's his problem with Midoriya?" Kaminari asked, backing away from the blonde.
"Guy is unhinged."
"What are you talking about, Midoriya has--" Iida was cut off by Aizawa. who raised his hand.
There was silence, and Aizawa raised an eyebrow."This kid has been holding that much anger from getting second place?"
"Alright. I was going to just ask Midoriya, but since you feel the need to prove yourself, you'll both throw the ball and since you think our prestigious school would allow something as... cheating, then you would have no problem getting a higher scorer than Midoriya?"
"I'll blow that nerd's score!"
"I don't appreciate my students being labeled as cheaters especially when they earned the points so if you beat his score then you would prove to everyone that you are better but if he gets better you will apologize for your outburst and your claim of cheating. Your arrogance and entitlement will not be allowed at this school." Aizawa said with a serious tone.
Midoriya paled. If Kacchan was forced to apologize, he would be so angry.
The blonde just scoffed, "Sure, whatever."
As he tossed two softballs, Midoriya clumsily caught the ball while the blonde himself caught it with ease.
"This is getting intense." Said Kirishima with excitement.
"Why does he seem to have an intense hatred for Midoriya?" Kyouka asked herself.
"Our teacher doesn't seem to take any of Bakugou's rude behavior and seeks to purge it out."Iida sums it up.
"Yeah, but can Midoriya beat it? I mean, he doesn't seem that strong?" Kaminari said.
"Huh? You guys were just gushing about his strength just a few minutes, " Jirou said to everyone except Uraraka.
"Wait, you guys actually think Dekiru is Four Arms manager?!"
"He's not?"
"Well, he is and isn't... You'll see for yourself."
Katsuki was starting to smirk as he stretched his arms, ''ll add a little boom to the pitch.' He wound up before chucking the ball as with a roar, 'DIE!" A massive explosion accompanied it, and it flew nearly out of sight with smoke rings from the explosion accompanying it.
'Die?' The class collectively thought, utterly puzzled.
Aizawa showed everyone his score.[705.2 meters]
The whole class gawked at the score. "Woah!!"
"That's one manly score!!"The red-haired said with excitement, The ash blonde just smirked. "Deku's is going to get a lower score, and everyone is going to know I'm the best."
"Ha! See that you extra's! That's a real score! I'm the best. None of you extra, especially you. Deku will get anywhere near my score!!"
Midoriya just sighed before going into the circle. Everyone watched in curiosity, a boy with red and white hair watched closely at the boy who supposedly had firepower rivaling Endeavor. Everyone watched as he put the ball down.
"Huh?"
Before the boy went to his watch, he pressed the button and began to scowl through his aliens before stopping."I did promise Kirishima he would meet Four Arms." He raised his hand and slammed down on the dial. Everyone was blind by the sudden bright green light.
Everyone uncovered their eyes and widened, where stood a short green-haired kid stood Four Armed red-skinned titans with muscles, that flexed as he cracked his knuckles. Kirishima, Sato, and Kaminari were all surprised.
"S-So, that's what you meant."
Bakugou was shocked as the Four Armed alien grabbed the softball and whined up his arm. Everyone could feel the strength this alien radiated as he tossed the ball with an FA FA PHOOM!!
The ball blasted into the air, creating a sonic boom as it blasted into the sky. Some with hearing quirks winced but were fine. Luckily, the ball flew very far. Bakugou was stunned frozen. He turned to everyone. "This the kind of plus Ultra I expect from all of you."[120 000 meters]
"Holy shit." Came from Kaminari.
"That ball probably went miles!"
"No wonder he got first that strength is terrifying."
Everyone was amazed by the score, but a certain blonde was fuming. "Hey, hey, oi, what the hell is this." His hands were crackling with explosions, he began stepping toward the red giant he saw the four green eyes, undoublty it was Deku, Midoriya flinched back and was caught by Yaoyorozu
"He's clearly far bigger, I'm sure he could take on an explosion. Why would someone like him flinch... back?"
He was about to launch himself to attack the nerd when suddenly his explosions stopped working, and he was grabbed by the arm and slammed to the ground, kissing the ground. As he looked to see who basically flipped.
"Pink cheeks get the fuck off me!! Or else!" And why the hell isn't my quirk not working!!"
"And what exactly were you trying to do?" Aizawa's voice was low and deliberate, but loud enough for everyone to hear. His hair was standing up and his eyes were glowing red. "Attacking or harming a fellow student or member of the staff outside of training exercises is grounds for immediate expulsion. So I suggest you back down. Uraraka, please get off him."
The teacher wrapped his scarf around the boy and brought him closer."I don't care what your quirk how talented you are. You are not the child you will not be treated as one. You have interrupted my class, because of your broken pride. You got second. That's a fact. Now you're going to man up and take these tests and quit crying over your loss."
He let him go before addressing the class. The boy, looking down the rage he was feeling indescribable.
"Now."
Aizawa then turned towards them, "You have just three years to become heroes, so we can't waste our time being chummy with one another. These tests will be a judgment of your strengths and weaknesses, what you can do and what you can't."
"So we get to use our quirks?" Ashid said in excitement.
"Besides the whole Bakugou thing! This going to be fun!"Kaminari said with enthusiasm.
Hearing that, Aizawa looked up, "It looks fun?" He then formed a sadistic smile on his face as he looked towards the class, "If you really think it's 'fun', then how about this? Whoever comes in last place within the tests will be judged to have no potential at all and will be punished via expulsion."
Four Arms widened."He's serious. I have to give my all! But I still can't use One For All with my alien forms! Damn it! I need to do something!"
"B-But... This isn't fair!" Ochako cried out.
"Life won't be fair to heroes or people. If life was fair, then there wouldn't be any need for heroes. There wouldn't be problems that higher-ups would have to fix. Murder, robbery, assault, there are so many things that aren't fair to others, yet only certain people actually can do something about it." Aizawa stated to the class.
"Give your Plus Ultra performance, there's no way you'll ever become real heroes if you don't." Aizawa finished.
Four Arms gulped before touching the dial and turning back to himself.
"Midoriya."
"Y-Yes, sir!"
"You're a special circumstance. You have basically two quirks. Am I correct your transformations, which are basically 19 quirks, and your power-up quirk?"
"Yes. But I break my bones when I use that one, or I do when I go over a certain limit. Currently, I'm at 8% any higher I'll end up injuring myself"
"Turning yourself into a liability."
He nodded.
"I'm still struggling to use it with my transformations."
"Well, you go twice. Once as an alien form and the other as yourself. "
"Understood, sir."
"Oh, and for the last thing, quit thinking of your forms as different beings, despite what they look like they are still you. They are a part of you."
Midoriya seemingly looked at him in confusion as he turned his back, as everyone prepared to do their tests. Bakugou could only scowl at Midoriya."I'll destroy him in all the other tests"
[Test 1: 50 meter Dash]
Midoriya watched as everyone he studied closely as they went and raced on, he watched as Yaoyorozu made skates and was amazed by the girl. Iida so far had been the fastest, The frog girl was also amazing. Ashido used what seemed to be acid to slide on and beat Aoyama.
"Midoriya. Bakugou, you're up."
Izuku shakily walked up to the starting line and got into a runner's position. Katsuki glared at him from the side. "H-Hi, Kacha-"
"Shut the fuck up," Katsuki responded nonchalantly, not even looking over to Izuku."
"That's about what I was expecting."
Aizawa raised his timer, "On your marks!"
Izuku took a deep breath and looked back at Kyouka. She mouthed the words 'Kick his ass' to him.
Izuku breathed in as his skin began to glow, reddish-pink lightning sewing across his body until shifting into a bright green, bouncing and connecting back to his skin. Izuku rose his power until his body began to slightly sting. Even if it would slightly hurt, it would be worth it.
Katsuki whipped his head over to look at Izuku with wide eyes. "What the fu-?!"
Everyone looked in surprise. "Woah, what else can he do?!"
Even Jirou was surprised, "What the hell Green?! I didn't know you could do that?!"
"Get set!" Katsuki shook his head and readied himself, deciding to ignore the anomaly to his left until he had won.
"Go!"
Izuku and Katsuki shot off from their spots. In only the first couple of seconds, it was clear that the Izuku was pushing ahead of Katsuki. Izuku crossed the finish line in only 3.76 seconds and Katsuki at 4.13 seconds. Izuku stood tall and rubbed his arm, trying to ease the lingering sting in his body.
"He's fast. Even without a form." Iida said. "Every time I see him makes me want to improve!
"Midoriya head back to the start," Aizawa said before nodding.
Midoriya began to dial the Omnitrix when he suddenly stopped and walked up to Yaoyorozu and bowed. " May please create a few noise-cancelling headphones?"
The girl was confused, and Bakugou was irritated. However, Aizawa understood why the boy asked such a strange question.
"Midoriya, it's alright. I expected this. Everyone, will you please grab a few headphones from the robot."
Everyone was confused but complied anyway.
"Why do you think he would ask such a strange request?"
Uraraka, however, wasn't confused by this and knew why she grabbed them immediately.
Fasttrack crouched down as the world slowed, and he began to contemplate what Aizawa said. "They are part of me? What did he--? " He placed his fist on the ground.
Before screaming in his head."One For All 8%"Blue electricity crackled around the alien, the power of One For All flowing through him.
"I've been seeing my aliens as some extra beings just form, but they are a part of me! They are me!"
"He figured out that quickly?!"Aizawa thought."Just a few words and he can..."
"That speed..."
The alien opened his eyes like a bullet escaping its barrel blasted off a sonic boom blasting everyone
The kicking up dust and in a blink of an eye he suddenly was at the finish line. Everyone widened, realizing why he asked everyone to put on the headphones.
"H-He created a sonic boom."
"Yeah."
"Super strength, speed, fire powers. This guy is the whole package!"
"He-He's even faster than me. That speed."
Bakugou widened. Not only does Deku have a quirk but more than one?!
"Are you guys alright?" He asked he knew he couldn't hold back, but he didn't want to hurt his classmates. As he came to a halt.
They all nodded. He touched the dial as Uraraka walked up to him." Woah! Dekiru, you're so much faster than before!!"
"Y-Yeah, but I think if it was a little longer, I could've moved much faster."
"0.02 seconds," The robot said.
Everyone realizing how much he's pushing himself decided to push themselves even more, especially an angry explosion boy. However, a grape looked terrified seeing the familiar speedster. "Crap, it's him! Hopefully, he doesn't remember me!"
[Test 2: Grip Strength]
The students were given grip machines that recorded how many pounds of pressure they could pull. Jirou did well since she snaked her jacks around the handle with her hands and pulled a good score.
Yaoyorozu created some claps that helped her score high. The best so far was Shoji, who used multiple hands to get a score of 1190 pounds.
"Wow, he's strong," Kaminari said.
"He's like an octopus or gorilla," Sero said
"Octopuses are really sexy," Mineta said with a pervy face.
Everyone took a step away from him and just paid attention to Shoji.
"Looks like he has the best score -*CRUNCH*"Aizawa was cut off by that crunching sound. Everyone turned their heads to see where that sound came from.
It was Four Arms who looked worried at the pile of parts in his hand and on the floor. "Um, s-sorry!"
Everyone just looked in confusion at how the nervous kid now a Four-Armed titan just destroyed the machine.
Aizawa's eye twitched before closing his eyes."There's always one."He grumbled under his breath.
"It's fine, kid. we have extras just in case this kind of thing happens." He said to the teen.
"Deku." He hissed out, looking at the remnants of the grip machine. Some noticed the glare he had been giving Izuku.
[Test 3: Standing Long Jump]
Next up was the long jump, Bakugou, Tsuyu and Iida both did extremely well. Midoriya looked on before snapping his fingers. "Stinkfly should do it!"
A terrified face fell upon Uraraka as she covered her nose."Dekiru can't you turn into anything else... please?"
"Aw, the smell isn't that bad."As he slammed down on the Omnitrix, a foul smell came over everyone's nose they covered the nose.
The alien blasted into the air before landing." I think I did pretty--" He was suddenly blasted by a spray. "Hey!! Stop that!" The bug began to cough."Is that bug spray?!"
He looked to see Yaoyorozu spraying him with a bottle with the other hand covering her nose."Deodorant you're in desperate need!"
The bug alien flew and hovered in the air before touching the dial and turning back to himself, the smell suddenly vanished.
A sigh of relief."You really stink when you were that form!"Said a girl bluntly.
A dark aura of embarrassment and depression enveloped our cinnamon roll.
Repeated Side Steps
One student was great at this as he used the balls on his head and bounced from side to side. Izuku himself was looking at the boy with a finger on his chin.
"Midoriya." He turned to see Iida.
"Oh, Iida."
"You seem to be lost in thought?"
"Oh sorry, that guy with the purple balls just has a familiar quirk but I can't put my finger where I have seen those purple balls. But for now, I'll shelf it for later right now I need to focus on these tests!!"
"Yes, I would prefer not to be expelled on the first day! That would no befitting of a hero!" Iida said with enthusiasm.
Midoriya just smiled before going up himself and used Fasttrack making himself an afterimage as he used his sheer speed of Fasttrack and left a huge trench when he was done. The boy had swirls in his eyes moving side to side.
"You okay Green?"
The boy gave a shaky thumbs-up
[Test 5: Ball Throw]
Midoriya had already gone so instead watched in fascination as Yaoyorozu created a canon and shot the ball into the air. He wanted to ask the girl so many questions about her quirk but he assumed the girl was still probably mad at him.
The girl herself had been somewhat trying to compete with the boy in question. "His quirk is versatile probably more versatile than my own, not only does it have versatility but it has incredible power. Which mine lacks."
The girl herself went back to the group glancing at the boy and the device that was on his wrist. Uraraka was next and she used her quirk to take away the gravity and casually threw the ball in the air as it flew before completely disappearing from view.
"Infinity!?"The class shouted at a record that Uraraka set, this caused Bakugou to shake in anger "First this gravity bitch fucking defends Deku! Deku?! And what's up with calling him 'Dekiru'?! He's useless just useless! Then she he has the nerve to beat my score!"
Uraraka walked back to the group.
"Woah! That was awesome Uraraka!"
" Thanks! I beat your score though. Maybe next time you will beat me." Uraraka said throwing a fist in the air.
"I don't think I can beat infinity." The boy said with a chuckle.
"Not with that attitude!" Uraraka shouted.
[Test 6: Sit-ups]
The rest of the test continued as Izuku even without a form showed of his endurance and soon became a competition with a guy with a tail, Bakugou tried to keep pace but both Midoriya in his human form and Bakugou ended up throwing their back and losing to the guy with a tail.
"You were pretty good." A voice said he looked up to see the boy."Mashiro Ojiro."The boy offered to help him up.
"Thanks. But your stamina is crazy! I could learn a thing or two." Midoriya said.
"Yeah, my quirk is just my tail so I trained my body my entire life! But you weren't half bad. "Ojiro said, "I can tell you worked on stamina a lot, does your quirk rely on it?"
"Yeah, I can stay as long as I want in my alien forms as long I'm not fatigued so training my stamina was a priority. So I can stay probably like hours."
Bakugou and a boy with red and white hair also known as Todoroki overheard the conversation putting the fact he can stay in forms in the minds if they ever put up against him.
[Test 7: Seated toe-touch]
Due to the training with Kendo requiring him to be somewhat flexible, he was able to ace the test being beaten by Hagakure and Ashido who was surprisingly flexible.
Seeing this the pink girl walked up to him and said."Y-You're pretty flexible huh?"
"Huh? Mina Ashido right? I-I guess I'm pretty flexible."
"No way you awesome me and you should totally go dancing." Before grinning and whispering in his ear." Maybe we can see how flexible you are Mi-do-riya."
The boy's face became a deep red and intimidated a strawberry, which brought the girl a smile as the boy stumbled, bringing a cute giggle from the girl. "Sorry, you just seem really easy to tease."
The boy was blushing mess unable to look her in the eye. "N-N-No p-p-problem. "
[Test 8: Long distance run.]
After a while Ojiro, Midoriya, Iida and Yaoyorozu were there only one's left, Yaoyorzu had created a bike and pedalled. Iida had been moving incredibly fast sweat was on his fast and pushed through his limits, Ojiro was in last place.
And Midoriya who transformed into Fasttrack and was a blue blur, the speedster resisted the urge and said "On your left" As he was passing them repeatedly.
"It would be a waste of time to explain how everything was calculated since it was only your performances recorded. Let's just get to the final rankings." Aizawa muttered before he clicked a button on his device and a holographic screen popped up.

Izuku's eyes started from the bottom, "Yes, I'm not last place!" He then looked at the higher number, not seeing his number within the last 10. He looked and continued, going up his slightly widening as he saw where he placed...
"I... don't believe it..." He muttered. "I got first again?"
Yaoyorozu looked at the placing a little disappointed she didn't get first but second wasn't bad. The girl walked up to Midoriya, who was honestly stunned,
"Ahem," she coughed out, getting the boy's attention.
"Oh! Y-Yaoyorozu." The boy said nervously
"Congratulations. On your placement." The rich girl said, trying to break the ice.
"U-Uh, i-it's n-n-no b-big d-deal," He stuttered out, "I really need to apologize."
"Look, sorry for y'know, uh... that!" He said with a blush."I didn't mean to it was an accident. Honestly, I tried apologizing at the moment, but I stutter a lot, especially when I'm nervous it probably sounded like nonsense to you."
The girl was surprised by the genuine apology. "Apologize accepted. Though you should work on your stutter if there was anyone else you would be in serious trouble. An aspiring hero shouldn't stutter too much. Especially in the field"
"R-Right!"
"NOOOO!!!!!!" Whaled out the purple-haired boy who was screaming like a lunatic and began crying blood.
Everyone was shocked by the action. Aizawa himself looked in fascination as the grape boy cried tears of blood!
"I was supposed to go to the hero school! Become a hero! Start a harem, Yaoyorzu was going to be the first girl, I was going to fondle them every day throughout the school year! Then there was Tsuyu her tongue... I-I can't leave."
"Is he actually crying blood?!" Kaminari said in surprise.
"Can't believe he said that out loud. "Said a boy with big lips.
"Ugh."Came from Tsuyu.
"Guess we found the pervert of the class."Said the invisible girl.
"Lech," Ashido said in disgust."So gross!"
However, the rich girl was absolutely disgusted by the boy and wasn't familiar with a word he said. She was about to ask Midoriya when...
"Oh, by the way, I was lying about expelling someone," Aizawa said in a tone that bellied a small amount of amusement. Half the class froze and turned dead gazes at him, snot hanging from their nostrils. He grinned broadly, "It was just a rational deception to get you to perform your best!"
"It was quite obvious. Sorry if I didn't mention it. " Yaoyorozu said with confidence as everyone looked at her with a slight glare."Yeah, you should have!"
"YESSS!! I'm not getting expelled!!"He sobbed out."My harem dream lives on!!"
Midoriya looked confused because he knew he wasn't afraid of expelling some students.
"Wait, didn't you expel an entire class last year on your first day?!"
Everyone turned pale as they stared at Midoriya, who quickly covered his mouth. Yaoyorozu's eyes shot open, and she took a step away from the pro. The pro hero could've just walked away."Tch. Oh, well, since Midoriya brought it up." His eyes flashed red.
"I was NOT lying about being last place being expelled."
Everyone gulped
"The students I expelled showed no potential whatsoever I expelled them so they wouldn't get themselves killed."
Everyone widened. Before gulping.
"And that goes for the rest of you if I think I think you're not taking your position here seriously. I will not hesitate to kick you out. Now, good day, students. Please introduce yourselves to get to know each other better." He said as he began to walk away.
Before Iida realized something."Wait, if you aren't expelling any of us, you must see great potential in all of us!!"
"Wait, even Mineta?"
"Hey!!"
Aizawa just remained silent."Pick up your syllabus and read it before tomorrow morning. Have a good day exploring the campus, and introduce yourselves and whatever you want. Oh, before you leave."
He said with a serious tone that his scarf began floating in the air.
"You will not break the rules. You will leave it to the pros. When someone's in danger. You will be a model student."
Everyone was confused except Midoriya, who widened before slowly backing away from his teacher, and the rest of his classmates.
"Sir, are you suggesting we would break the rules?! That is unbeffitin--"
"I wasn't talking to the class. Midoriya. Did you hear me?"
The boy in question made an "eep!"
Before, he was tired up in the scarf."Y'know I have been hearing lately of a Four Arms titan fighting in an underground arena, a black and blue speeding through the city, and a crazy teenager riding a bird"
The boy gulped before sweating."U-Understood, sir."
"Good."
Everyone proceeded to leave."Guess he isn't a scary guy. He is just doing what he thinks is best."
Before a tap on the shoulder to see Yaoyorozu. As they began walking side by side back to the classroom."Oh, Yaoyorzu, what's up?"
Soon Iida, Uraraka, and Jirou came up to the two and joined the conversation.
"Well, that little pervert was rambling. There was a word I wasn't familiar with?"
"Mineta said a lot of things that...Would be consider uh.. less than ideal in your social class." Midoriya said.
"True some of his... outbursts were less than professional, not befitting of a U.A. student."
"That little pervert should've been kicked out, and Yaoyorozu was it? I wouldn't take what that little pervert says." Jirou says
"Yeah! Don't worry about it." Uraraka.
"What was the word?" Midoriya asked
"I'm not familiar with the term Harem. He seems adamant that I will be in it." The girl said, shivering from the thought.
Jirou and Uraraka looked at each other before shivering at the thought.
"I'm also not familiar with the word either?"
"You're both not?"Jirou asked before shrugging.
"Huh, you both must be rich," Uraraka concluded.
Both blushed.
Midoriya did a spit take."Uhm... it's well basically dating multiple people at once... I guess."
"That's a tame way of putting it,"
"Like polycule relationships? They are very common lately."
"Yeah! Some quirks make people uh...active to say the least and have to maintain a regular sexual activity to maintain oneself." Midoriya informed
Iida widened at the news."That sounds.. difficult to maintain, to say the least."
"Boy, am I glad I don't have a quirk like that."Jirou said, sighing relief.
"Close but.. no, a harem in Mineta's case is a group of women that are... do things with him specifically," Midoriya said with a slight blush.
"Oh."Before a scowl grew on her face."Oh. He's the worst."
"By the way, I'm not exactly sure I could be wrong, and I don't want to assume. Anything. But..."
The girls looked confused but gestured for him to continue."But?"
"Well I few months back, I kinda stopped a group of perverts."

"Yeah, he helped me out before then. I couldn't stop as Fasttrack I crashed into a lot of trash bins."
This brought a chuckle out of the group."Anyways, I kinda lost one. we captured three, but there was a fourth, and he..."
"Threw purple sticky balls at you?" Everyone said in unison.
"Y-Yeah, so maybe I don't know watch out for him, I don't know why buying something tells me his pervert nature will go to the extreme."
"Don't worry, I will watch out for him his not the first pervert I had to deal with," Jirou said. Her jacks slither in the air.
"Now that aside, we should hurry and change and introduce ourselves!"
A few minutes later
They were back in class sitting as they began introducing themselves, others like Todoroki thought about leaving, but when they said they would be introducing themselves and quirks stayed to learn about their potential rival quirks.
"Hai! My name's Tenya Iida, and my Quirk is Engine! Please to meet you all!" He said while doing fast hand-chopping.
"Bonjour~. My name is Yuga Aoyama, and my Quirk is Naval Laser, and it's very sparkling~." He said as sparkles fluttered around him.
"Hai! My name's Tooru Hagakure, and my Quirk is invisibility!" She said with a smile no one could see."That should be obvious, heh."
"The name's Katsuki Bakugo and I'm gonna crush you extras." He said arrogantly.
Midoriya was rapidly writing in his notebook, taking notes of his classmates so immersed in their quirks thinking about how he could incorporate them into his forms.
"Midoriya."
He was broken from his thoughts when he saw everyone staring at him and others at the front.
"It's your turn," Iida said before gesturing to go up. He clumsily went up before going up to everyone."H-Hi I-I'm I-Izuku M-Midoriya!!" Before coughing.
Then, a sudden barrage of questions before the boy could go into his quirk.'
"How exactly does your quirk?!"
"How many monsters can you transform into?!"
"What was that green lightning?!"
"Uh..."
"I know you're all curious, but allow Midoriya to explain his quirk! But please allow him to explain it!"
"T-Thanks my quirk is known as Omni or also another word of all. My quirk is connected with my support item. Without it, I'd be changing from form to form. It appeared pretty recently."
"So without it, you would change monster to monster? "Mineta asked. The word monster didn't sound.. pleasing to those with mutant quirks, they have been called or judged by the quirks often referred to as a monster.
Ashido looked uncomfortable she didn't have a mutant-type quirk the way she looked was a side effect of her quirk, but that didn't stop assholes from calling her a freak or monster.
"They not monsters they aliens!"He said
Alien?" Momo asked curiously. Izuku flinched.
That's wh-what I like to call th-them. I-I d-don't like the word m-monster. It makes them sound ba-bad. If anything, actually, I prefer calling them alien heroes well because they look like aliens, and well, they kinda like different pro heroes."
"Is that why give them names?" Uraraka asked.
"Yep. Gives them their own identity. They are awesome! And yes, also in battle, it would be good for my partner or someone I'm walking with to just tell me the alien they think would help out in the situation.
"Alien meaning different," Tenya concluded, holding a hand to his chin in thought. "A great way of looking at it, Midoriya." "T-thanks." He smiled.
Mina sat in unusual silence. "He didn't like to call them monsters?" Growing up and getting strange looks was a given for Mina. Though not have a mutation quirk, she still got odd looks. Being bullied and called a monster was part of that. Most of the time, she'd ignored it, but sometimes it wasn't so easy to avoid. But this boy, with a simple change of phrase, had changed her way of looking at it too. This brought a small smile to her.
"So how many guys do you have?" Sero had asked
Midoriya pondered a bit. " N-Nineteen right now. "
Everyone widened. "N-Nineteen?!"
Bakugou widened. "N-Nineteen?! That fuvking many?!"
"It used to be 10, but it seems I can get more through time and training."
Woah! That sounds OP!" The acid user, Mina Ashido, said.
"Indeed! What abilities do you have?"
"It varies from pyrokinesis to super speed but naming them would take forever."
"Wait, do you have invisibility?!" Asked the invisible girl who sounded panicked.
Midoriya honestly wanted to lie."Uh... yes."
"Eletrical abilities?!"
He nodded reluctantly. The boy seemed to be depressed.
"Can you shoot tapes?!"
"No."
He sighed in relief.
"Wait, what about Spidermonkey?He can shoot webs?"
The boy with elbows suddenly felt inadequate.
"Acid?!" The girl said with enthusiasm.
"Yep."
She suddenly smiled brighter to the boys' confusion.
"I suddenly feel inadequate."Said Kaminari.
"You're telling me. How am I supposed to stand with someone who basically has every quirk."
Midoriya felt guilt. Before he could say something, a red-haired man slammed his fist to his hand."Guys, he may have most of his abilities, but that just means he can help us get stronger!"
The frog girl nodded."And that just means his quirk can complement any of ours."
This made some people brighten up, "If you over-short-circuit my brain, he can just pump me up with electricity."
The pink girl gasped." We can totally be an acid team!!"
"Sparing would be fun with Four Arms," yelled Kirishima.
Midoriya widened. He never thought of the Omnitrix like that. He smiled at the thought that he could help his classmates improve their quirk.
He smiled. "That would be nice."
"Wait, what about that green electricity?!"
"Huh? Oh, that. Uh well... All my transformation has some sort of superpower it only makes sense I would have one, right?" He said the boy was on the verge of sweating buckets."Please believe me!"
Before the class pondered. Todoroki, the boy, contemplated."19 forms? I have only seen the speedster, the bug, and the strength one, meaning he has 16 more each with their own powers. He could be a worthy foe."
After the rest of the class introduced themselves, they began to explore the campus.
Midoriya right now entered the quirk gym of U.A. The school supposedly has the best gyms in Japan, being able to improve quirks in a safe environment.
Midoriya looked at the giant gym and saw a track that what seemed to be a girl with a speed quirk ran across, getting a speed of 195 miles per hour.
"U.A. is amazing! Look at this place!"Midoriya said in excitement.
"I think they have a gym for any quirk training," Yaoyorozu said as she looked at a place that was serving food as people at rapidly ate it.
"They have every type of quirk training. Available."
"Even strength quirks," Uraraka said as she watched muscular teenagers lifting some weights that looked extremely heavy.
Then suddenly, a very-skinned teenager with glasses lifted the largest weight with one hand. Everyone's eyes bulged out.
"WOAH?!" The teenagers said.
"That's U.A. for you," Iida said as he watched in amazement as the seemingly thin teenager had crazy super strength.
"Talk about don't judge a book by its cover," Jirou said in awe.
They continued walking through to see a small room where a machine gun was. The room was similar to a shooting range.
A girl went into the room, and the machine gun cocked before shooting at full throttle at the girl taking them head-on, the bullets bounced off and sparked against the girl.
Kirishima looked in amazement." So cool!! I can do hardening training here!"
Midoriya looked on in amazement before thinking."I can do bullet dodging!" He said in excitement.
"BULLET DODGING?!"Came the worried cry of Uraraka and Jirou.
The boy just looked at them."What? Some supervillains carry guns, so it will increase my reaction time and hopefully push me to go faster."
"And what if you're not fast enough?"
"I-I'll have a bullet wound, obviously."
"I'm surprised the U.A. can have such a dangerous facility how do they make sure the students remain safe."
"Oh, that? Look above."
He said, gesturing to a floating eyeball in the air. They began to notice the eyes flying through the air at a rapid pace, watching over students.
The eyes managed to blast and create an energy shield to protect students or destroy the machine when it seemed that the student was struggling or could be severely injured.
"Wh-What are those?!" Ashid said creeped out by the eyeballs floating.
"There are known U.A. eyes or better known as all seerer eyes. The pro hero is the All seerer." Momo had said informing them
"He can create up to 100 eyes being able to watch over the students, ensuring their safety." Izuku finished up.
They continued exploring the facility to find a place where those with hearing quirks could practice quirks. The room was silent, which was surprising too because outside was loud as hell.
Jirou enjoyed the quiet room and found it exciting that she could practice focusing her hearing. Shoji was found the place peaceful.
Next up was a place known as an elemental training room. Specific training rooms where students with elemental types can use their quirks without injuring the people around them.
Midoriya found it exciting that he could practice using Heatblast in a safe environment. Due to the beach, he was very limited in how he used Heatblast.
Kaminari found this place pretty cool being able to use electricity without hurting people. There was an open warning that said don't enter unless you're an electrical user.
Everyone watched through the blast and electricity resistance-proof windows as students could blast electricity freely or absorb electricity, and the room crackled and sparked with electricity or lighting. Blue and yellow crackled throughout the room.
"Cool! I can go all out! Hey, maybe if girls wanna watch me train, I wouldn't mind."He gave a wink to the girls.
The girls didn't really pay him any mind.
"Cool, I can use Brainstorm to practice lifting stuff. And see how much jolts I can let out." He said with his face pressed against the window, looking at all the electrical type users.
Next was a swimming range for good swimmers... The girl who Midoriya later found was Tsuyu found this extremely exciting.
Midoriya eventually jolted notes on which would be the best to train his forms and what else. Before, he was cut off by a growl from his stomach."Ah, man. Guys, I'm gonna head to the lunch room."
"Bye, Midoriya! Will try and catch up with me. I still want to see more of the facility." Iida said with swinging his arms.
"I'm gonna try out some of the hearing training rooms. It looks kinda fun."Jirou said.
"Mhmm, I guess I still would like to see more of the facility myself."
"I don't mind coming with you, Dekiru. I'm kinda hungry. And I heard Lunch Rush serves the best food."
As Midoriya was in the lunch room, most of his class was either at the gym or other places doing their own thing.
"Oh, before I forget, thank you," Midoriya said as they entered the cafeteria.
"No problem." The girl said, 'Uh, for what exactly?"
"When you flipped Kacchan when he was about to attack me, other than Kevin, you're the first person who defended me, so uh, thanks."
The girl blushed."Dekiru, it was nothing were friends. That's what friends do, y'know! Kendo offered to teach me some moves, nothing too flashy, but I think I'm pretty good. I could probably pin you if I tried hard enough."
Both eyes widened. Uraraka's face immediately flushed red, her cheeks becoming as red as Kirishima's hair.
"U-Uh, I mean, I wouldn't try and pin you! I mean, if it was necessary-- wait, uh, I wouldn't do anything pervetic--I just I'm I uh--GOTTA GO TO THE BATHROOM BYE!!!"
The boy just stared at the girl. Before smiling at the sprinting Uraraka, "Last time she ran away like that was..."
The memory of his first kiss replayed in his mind. The boy got some food and sat by himself before enjoying a sub while jotting down some notes.
For some reason, he felt a pair of eyes on him when he looked up from his notebook...
"H-Hi"
"Hello,"
"..."
"..."
"Uhm? Can I help you?"
"Why do you look so different?" The girl asked bluntly. As she looked at the boy with a blank expression but Midoriya could see some curiosity in them.
"Different?" The boy looked at her, and her eyes seemed familiar before the train incident replayed in his mind.
"Y-Your that girl!"
She nodded."Now why do look different when you were blue before."
"Oh, it's my quirk it allows me to transform into different forms that was one of them. Uh, his name is Fasttrack. Wait! How did you know it was me?! I mean, I-I don't exactly look like Fasttrack."
"Your eyes. On that day you saved me they felt so warm. I looked into your eyes, and I felt so safe. When I looked into your eyes, I immediately recognized you. " She said with a small smile.
Midoriya blushed a little."I am I-Izuku Midoriya."
"Yui Kodai," the girl said. The girl was a little surprised. This was the first boy who didn't start blushing uncontrollably, and then suddenly running away from her, leaving her confused.
"So uhm... what course are you in?"
"Hero course," the girl said bluntly.
"Hero course?! You must be in class 1-B. Do you know Itsuka Kendo? She's a friend."
"Oh, so you must have been the idiot she waited for."
Midoriya flinched before slapping himself on the forehead."I really need to apologize she's totally going to kick my butt! Oh, uhm.. so what's your quirk?"
The girl touched the sub he was eating before it grew larger, and the boy widened."Cool!"
The boy began to mutter up a storm about her quirk and all the possibilities. Usually, Midoriya would be stopped at this point by someone, but the girl was so fascinated that she just listened.
Before he realized he had been talking for 5 minutes straight and began to profusely apologize.
"S-Sorry I do that sometimes,"
"It's kinda cute."
He blushed."R-Really, you don't think it's kinda creepy?"
She just shook her head. Indicating no. " Though some of your ideas on my quirk are pretty cool. Mind explaining your quirk?"
As they began talking, Kodai didn't talk much, but she enjoyed listening to the boy, her face not changing one bit. But he could tell she was having as much fun as he was.
"Dekiru. It looks like you're having fun."
"Huh? Oh, Uraraka. I uhm... This Yui Kodai."
"It looks like you're having fun."
Both teens looked at her in confusion.
"Does she always repeat her words?"Kodai asked.
"No, this is new," Midoriya said, very confused.
The girl nodded before taking out a piece of paper, wrote down her number, and gave it to the boy.
"Here. My number. Text me."
"Yeah, sure."He said with a smile before she left. Uraraka still had a smile but not her usual one more malicious or jealous.
"You okay? You seem... on edge. "Uraraka just smiled. Which gave the boy chills, from afar Jirou and Ashido who watched from afar had the same smile towards the boy before he suddenly was grabbed by Kaminari and Sero.
"Woah!!"
"We'll bring him back!" Sero said, waving goodbye.
"Yeah, you can kill him later!" Kaminari said
As he was roughly placed in the class 1-A boys, not all were there but the majority were. Obviously, Todoroki and Bakugou weren't there.
"U-Uh, why did you drag me here?" Izuku asked in confusion.
"I'm also curious about why you brought us here," Iida said in hand choppy motion.
"Okay, first off, where did you get that huge sandwich?" Kirishima said, pointing at the sandwich.
"Yeah, I didn't see it on the menu!" Sato said in excitement.
"Oh. Uh, that girl just demonstrated her quirk and well... I got a new sandwich, which is honestly delicious plus their size makes it better!" Midoriya said finishing the last few bites.
"Speaking of the girl...*Ahem*" Kaminari stood up calmly before looking at the boy." I didn't know you had such a hot girlfriend!"
"Huh?"
"Don't act dumb we saw you talking to that woman! Y-You bastard." Mineta said glaring at the boy.
"Wasn't Uraraka and Jirou good enough for you?! You bastard!!"
"Hey, she's in class 1-B I was just being polite! And Uraraka and Jirou are just friends!"
"Creating bonds from different classes early on? "Iida asked the boy.
"Uh, no she just walked up to me and started talking uh... well not exactly talking but still. But she's probably just trying to make connections early on she seemed really shy I... think." Midoriya said kinda not sure what happened but he liked it.
"Well if we are talking about girls... We should talk about the girls of our class" Mineta said with a smirk.
Everyone besides Iida could guess where this conversation was going. Midoriya looked confused. "L-Like the quirks?" Midoriya thought. He's never had a group of friends so he never really had conversations like these before.
"Like quirks? Are we rating on how compatible they are in terms of in hero work?" Midoriya asked innocently.
"What? N-"
Most of the boys knew what Mineta wanted to talk about but decided that this conversation would be far better."In terms of compatibility, I'm not too sure my quirk is compatible with anyone. I mean it's just a tail."
"Wait guys that-"
"Ashido has an awesome quirk but I don't think it can complement my own," Kirishima said.
"Why not Uraraka? She could float you and make you a floating wrecking ball!"Midoriya said in excitement.
"Oh, plus if Iida threw you at high speed, you would be a speeding wrecking ball."
The boys just began talking about how compatible each other's quirk would be and learned a little about each other.
With the girls.
"You wanna what?"Kyouka said in disbelief
"We wanna talk about boys!" Toru Hagakure bounced in her seat.
Kyouka, alongside Momo and Uraraka, lifted an eyebrow in almost agitated confusion.
"Seriously?" Jirou asked.
"Oh, come on. It'll be fun. It's just light-hearted talk to break the ice. "
"Yeah! A little girl's talk won't hurt. For instance, who else thinks Todoroki is like the hottest guy?" Hagakure said with a bubbly attitude.
"Oh, that boy! He's so hot!" Ashido said.
"Yeah, I'm not doing this. "Jirou said.
"C'mon, it could be fun. Jirou."Uraraka said, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"I must say Todoroki is physically appealing, and his quirk is extremely powerful."
"Plus, he's the son of Endeavor. Definitely boyfriend material!" Hagakure said in delight.
"He surely the strongest in our class, in terms of fighting capability," Yaoyorozu said with certainty.
"I kinda have to disagree with Yaoyorozu," Everyone turned to Jirou, who had sat down next to Uraraka.
"Oh?"
"In terms of power, I think it's green bean. And I have seen what he can do. Trust me, he's no joke." Jirou said, with a nodding Uraraka.
"I agree that Midoriya is powerful, but power isn't the only thing you should consider when thinking of who's the strongest. Battle prowess should also factor into it. And not to be rude but Midoriya's... characteristics don't scream warrior." Yaoyorozu said
"That's true. He stutters a lot, and his interaction with Bakugou kinda makes me think he's kinda of a wuss." Tsuyu said bluntly.
"Okay... I'll admit Green Bean doesn't come off as a badass but when he's in a battle or fight. It's like a switch flips in him." Jirou said.
Uraraka giggled. "Yeah, it's honestly weird how he goes from a stuttering mess to an absolute badass when it comes to fighting."
Some of the girls didn't seem to believe it, but...
"Tomorrow we have hero training, right? Then we could see how good they are."
"Yeah, and we can finally see who's the strongest within our class!" Ashido said, jumping.
"Alright, that could be fun!"
"I'm curious to see why you have so much faith in Midoriya," Yaoyorozu said.
Meanwhile, in the Teacher's Lounge
All Might was sitting down as he stared at his Hero costume.
"You don't have time to relax, young man. The real fights start tomorrow."
