Chapter 484: Tomorrow is a big day…

(January 19 . Royal Woods Middle School.)

Lincoln is seen walking down the hallway, and he is in deep thought about something, and that something is for what comes tomorrow. 'Mom, I don't know what the plan is but I do hope it does work, so that we won't be facing anymore trouble when we do arrive there, for the Lewis Family Reunion.'

Just then, Jordan goes over and she sees he is in deep thought. "Lincoln, something the matter?"

Lincoln notices her, and he sighs and so he tells her. "Jordan, tomorrow is the day that we go to our very first Lewis Family Reunion, we will be in California for the next five days and we need to be prepared for what is to come, and also Amanda Bright is coming along since she is my mom's girlfriend."

"I mean, I am stoked and excited to go there, and see the family members, but on the other hand we are worried that some of them might be just like Oscar and Emily. They did kidnap me to get to mom's fortune which she was given back then. My mom does have a plan."

"You think the plan will work?" asked Jordan, and she holds her boyfriend's hand.

"Well, she hasn't told us the plan" replied Lincoln. "I shouldn't question her, since we know that whatever she did have planned will work, but Luna said that we still need to be cautious, and I know you will be worried about me being there."

Jordan nods. "Yeah, I am. But, you have dealt with worse things, and we have seen that you have stood the tests of trouble and managed to pull through and keep on going. So, whatever will happen on that reunion is going to be something we cannot fully predict, but the plan your mom has will definitely work. I trust her."

"Same" replied Lincoln, they both share a small kiss, and then they hear the bell ring and head off to class.

(Royal Woods High School.)

Luna closes her locker, and just like her brother she is concerned. 'We don't know what will happen, but we shouldn't be too worried. Still, I gotta be sure Lincoln is gonna be fine, and safe. As his legal guardian, I will make sure that we don't get into trouble, and yet… There might be. I know for sure, mom's plan will work, and yet we don't really know what it is.'

Sam then shows up, and she can see the worry in her girlfriend's eyes. "Luna, you doing alright? Does this have something to do with what will come tomorrow?"

Luna sighs, and she nods. She then walks with her girlfriend. "I fear for the next five days of us being there in California, this is our first time there, and we'll be attending the Lewis Family Reunion and we don't know how the other Lewis' will react seeing us."

"We know that they are aware of us being adopted by Michelle Lewis, but we don't know if some of them might not like us just like Oscar and Emily, and chances they might want the fortune that mom has, which she inherited back then. At least there is a big school seminar for the moment too."

Sam then holds her hand. "Oscar and Emily are still locked up. I don't think those two could even do anything while the reunion is ongoing, though I feel like they could be super miffed about not being there. But then again, they did that to themselves."

Luna nods, and she tries to calm down. "I just… I just wanna make sure that Lincoln will be fine, and that we can all come back home with no other problems following behind." They then hear the bell ring, and head off to class, and they even meet with their band mates.

(Lewis Residence. Olive Street.)

Michelle is wandering back and forth in the dining room, and she had finished calling someone on her phone. She then sighs, and she looks out the window. 'Tomorrow is the day, tomorrow is the day when we all spend five days in California, this'll be the first time ever for Lincoln and Jordan, and I don't know what will go down at the reunion. I need to be sure, the plan will work. It has to.'

Then someone hands her some tea, and that someone is Amanda. "Calm down, babe. Look, I get where you're at. Worried about the next five days as we are going to be in California, and it's not new to me, but it is for Lincoln and Luna, and also we don't know what will happen during the Lewis Family Reunion. But one thing I know, is that what you have made planned will work."

"Emily and Oscar Lewis are locked up, and not ever setting foot or going anywhere near the whole reunion. We're going to be together, and along with the veteran Lewis' who trust you still. There doesn't seem to be any reason to be truly concerned, but we should be ready to pack up and…. Wait, what are we going to take to get there?"

Michelle sips her tea. "That's a surprise, and also your right. I shouldn't be too riled up about this. I am still concerned, and nervous. But, I should remember that we got this and the plan will work and that whatever trouble is there, will not bring harm to my family."

Amanda nods and she shares a small kiss with Michelle. "We are a family, I see Lincoln and Luna as my kids, and I am dang proud that they call me mom as well. We both got this, I know it." They then share a hug, and this manages to calm down Michelle.

Yet, Michelle is worried about another thing. 'What if Oscar and Emily did secretly escape, to go to the reunion and come after us?'

A/N: Tomorrow is when it happens, the Lewis Family Reunion is inbound and who knows what will happen then. I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
