Chapter 4. The Creation of the United States of Gensokyo and the Rise of President Naruto.

Naruto the First President of Gensokyo and the Deal with the border Youkai.

After the whole escapade of the Uzumaki clan. Naruto was now starting to order the Spartans and the Uzumaki's to build a Village, while him and his family will be creating farms for them to depend upon.
As the two Clans build in a place of Muendzuka but the people have never been Stronger.
For the People of the Uchiha Clan and Uzumaki Clan had combined to Survive and thrive in this foreign World that they are in.
And with the Leadership of Naruto and the protection of the Fallen Angel Squad insuring them Great Protection, from the Youkai's that lurked inside of the forest.
While the Children were playing under the supervision of the Adults, while they work on building the Village.
As the Uzumaki's managed to Seal a lot of items essential for building and supporting another Village, for they had the needed Materials to create a lot of houses, while the Spartans Create temporary Stone walls with their Earth Jutsu's.
While the Fallen Angel Squad had found a river and began digging cannels to their farms as it was done quickly, while setting up the seeds in the ground for the Next Winter, as the time they had arrived in Gensokyo in the Spring time.
Naruto was Scheduling the defensive duty of the Spartans around the Walls, as Naruto added more protection around the walls like Wooden Pikes and Explosive paper tags under the grass, if any Youkai decided want to enter their village through his Wall, then they get land mined.
While having bear traps in the tall grass, Kunai traps and a pit hole filled with Wooden pikes and Explosive tags if they weren't dead already.
By the end of the Second day of their stay in Gensokyo, they had already built a Village inside of the most Dangerous place in Gensokyo and made a self-sustaining Village out of it.
And the Leader of this Village Was Naruto Ayanami.
Back with Tobirama.
Tobirama along with his Squad as they had arrived in the location.
And here he was the Raikage of Kumo, while there was also his Kumo Shinobi's.
"So, you want to make a peace treaty with Konoha." Tobirama said to the Raikage.
"Yes, I want a peace treaty Konoha that is separately with the other Villages." the Second Raikage said to Tobirama.
"Okay I agree we will have a secret peace treaty with Kumo, but you will have to pay some war reparations to Konoha and to give in into our Terms of trade and policy." Tobirama said to the Raikage.
"It's a deal then." The Raikage said to Tobirama as they were about to shook hands.
As somebody Shouted. "It's the Roque Ninjas the Kingkaku Brothers" Shouted one Kumo Shinobi as he was killed by one of the brothers.
Everybody began fighting each other, because of the Arrival of the Kingkaku brothers.
For it meant was the assassination of the Second Hokage Tobirama by the Raikage.
"Retreat!" Tobirama shouted to his squad.
Everybody followed to Tobirama's order and began to retreat as they were followed suit by Kumo Shinobis as their Raikage had died from the Kingkaku brothers.
But they thought their Raikage had been killed by Tobirama and wanted Revenge.
As Tobirama was heavily injured by his battle with Kingkaku brothers, but still had enough fight in him.
While Danzo, Hiruzen and Kagami, Koharu was fighting back at the Kumo Shinobi who was still hot onto their tracks.
While Tobirama knew his squad couldn't protect him while also fighting back the Kumo Shinobi's as they were far ahead.
Then Tobirama spoke. "Halt Men." Tobirama said to them.
"I will hold them off, just for you to return to Konoha." Tobirama said to them.
"What about you, Tobirama Sensei?" Hiruzen asked his Sensei.
"I'll be fine, but just in case I nominate you for the position of Third Hokage. Hiruzen." Tobirama said to Hiruzen.
Hiruzen was a bit Shocked by what his Sensei said to him and replied. "I humble accept this Position, Sensei. Thank you." Hiruzen said to his Sensei.
As Danzo was seething in the sidelines at his Sensei who had given the position of Hokage to his weaker and pathetic best friend.
For this would be the start of the rivalry of Danzo Shimura and Hiruzen Sarutobi.
As Tobirama went on to fight an army of Kumo Shinobi. Later dying from his wounds in the battle. When Hiruzen got the News, he was sadden but needed to be strong for Village as he became the third Hokage of a Konoha that was at the height of its Power with the Anbu forces working across the clock to keep the Village safe, Strong and wealthy.
But the real concerning thing was the Anbu Commander Naruto Ayanami was missing so the Village decided to say that Naruto Ayanami had died in his last Mission given by the Second Hokage and the Fallen Angel Squad and also the Spartans.
Which was accepted by the Konoha Village people who was sadden to News and mourned for their War Hero and Veteran. Naruto Ayanami as they made him a Statue and Monument in respect and honoring his death.
While Danzo didn't even come to the fake funeral of Naruto Ayanami. And when he gets his own hands on that Little Shit of Naruto Ayanami, he will skin that Son of a bitch alive.
Danzo thought as he clenched his fist as he began creating another Organization the Root Anbu of Konoha his own loyal army for the time he takes the seat of Hokage by force against Hiruzen. While also covering up many info about Naruto Ayanami and the good acts that the Uchiha Clan while painting a picture for the people of Konoha to hate the Uchiha Clan.
Which changed the Elemental Nations to a darker future, but all will be revealed in the future.
... Back with Naruto.
As we see Naruto having a meeting with his family in their newly built House as they were in their living room as they were sitting in floor with a small table.
"I want you Reimu to get a feel on the land, while you Cirno will be InCharge of the training and well-being of our Shinobi's. And You Giorno will lead a squad of Spartans through this forest in the morning to see if there is any other humans or Villages, we can trade with and make an Alliance. While You Miko will lead the Education sector of the village and making a Shinobi academy and School for Civilians and Ninjas alike." Naruto said to his family while in the living room.
As they Agreed and went to eat their dinner for today while preparing for the next day.
Early the morning everybody went out to do their Jobs assigned by Naruto who went on to meet up with Elders of the Uzumaki to make a New State and a new way of governance.
While Miko began to get some people from the Spartan division to teach the New Generation while creating a New Education system for the Village and creating courses for the Children to choose which Job they want to be, while promoting Independency in the children while fostering a brotherhood and community within the school, as Miko invited some Uzumaki's to teach in a temporary school while they wait for the Academy to be finished in a day or so.
Pov of Giorno Giovanno Ayanami.
I have been given a job by my dad to see if there are any humans that live in this world, along with my Squad of Spartans who were men and women, half were men and the other were women as we walked through the forest while the Youkai's watch them from a far, as they could sense our power and they knew if they come closer, they would be killed instantly.
We managed to get out of the forest and saw a little shop and there was one people sitting at the counter as he ran towards and ask us.
"How did you get in that forest, and how did you survive?" the Man asked with a worried tone.
"We are Shinobi's, that is why." Said one of my Men to the man.
I decided to introduce ourselves to him. "Well, where is our manners, Iam Giorno Giovanno Ayanami." As said to him while showing him my hand.
As the Man decided to take my hand and shake it. "Iam Renosuke, the owner of the korendo shop." He said to me.
One by one my Squad decided to introduce themselves.
"Iam Mista Uchiha." As Mista shook the hand of Renosuke.
Next was one of my youngest members in the Squad. "Hello, Iam Narancia It's nice to meet you." as he shook Renosuke hand too.
Next one was my Right-hand man of my Squad. "Iam Bucciarati at your service." as he shook his hand too.
And the third was the mind of my Squad. "Iam Fugo remember that." As Fugo shook Renosuke strongly.
And the only Tracker Shinobi in my Squad. "Abbacchio the best tracker in the Squad." As he shook his hand too.
My dual female Assassin Shinobi in my Squad. "Trish and Lisa and Lisa at your service." They said as shook his hand.
As then Giorno pulled on his heart shape hole in his outfit and posed as he spoke. "This my Squad my Familia, for I Giorno Giovanno Have a Dream."
And so, did his Squad as all of them Posed Infront of Renosuke who could just only Sweatdrop at their action.
So, I decided to get to the point of my mission on why I was out of the Village as I ask Renosuke something. "I have a question for you, Renosuke." I said to him.
As Renosuke looked at me curiously as he took the bait as he spoke. "What is it, Giorno." Renosuke Asked me
"Is there any other Human Villages around this area." I said to him.
As he started to think about it as he replied back to me. "There is, why." Renosuke asked again.
Then I decided to tell him a bit of our Mission. "We are here to make an Alliance and trade with your Village."
As Renosuke had a puzzled on his face, as he spoke. "So, you are from another village so where is it." Renosuke Said in a questioning tone to me.
I decided to answer him. "Our Villages is inside the forest and I was ordered by my father to make pact and trade with any Villages and if they accept our deal we will give them protection, with our warriors." I said to Renosuke.
"Wait y-y-you created y-your village inside o-of Muenzuka." Renosuke said to me while trying to stop himself from having a heart attack.
And then I replied back at him. "Ya, why." I said back at him.
And then he said a bit angrily. "don't you know that the place is the most Dangerous place, to live if you go into that forest you aren't expected to go out of alive!" Renosuke said with a bit of yell at me.
But I Replied with a lax tone to him. "Yes, and that my father had in stilled the fear of God into those Youkai's who had tried to eat all us, in our first day of Arrival of this." I clearly pointed with my eyes towards Renosuke.
As he Spoke. "The name of this place is Gensokyo that you have arrived in."Renosuke said to me.
While I replied. "Yes Gensokyo, that is why we need more information about this place, from another village so that we could get to know this strange world we have been thrust into." I said to Renosuke.
"Well, if you insist." as Renosuke began leading us to the Human Village. Which was rightly deserved for the Youkai's do look like human but aren't, as we continued onto path to human Village.
...Pov of Reimu Uchiha Ayanami.
I was scouting out the land as per the orders of my dad, and I must say that the Nature and Scenery was beautiful as I couldn't find this kind of beauty back in the elemental Nations. It was always dead bodies being thrown in the roads, as if they were trash to be discarded as the Trees of the Mountains were burnt while I could Still smell the stench of the rotting bodies.
Flashback.
I could still remember the first I went into battle it was the battle of the Mountain peaks of Kami.
I was under my commanding Jonin instructor as we were a four-man team as we and a few other squads of Konoha Shinobi.
I was a newly made Chuunin at that time and I was so Naive thinking the world was a beautiful and innocent place, as all of my innocent were taken away by that battle.
"Iwa Shinobis dead ahead!" shouted one Jonin Sensei as we began to make to form a defensive position on the Highground.
As the Iwa Shinobi began to use their Earth Jutsu's to climb the mountain faster while at the same time destabilizing our position on the mountain.
I was holding onto my Tri pronged Kunai that my father gave to me on my fourteenth birthday, as he took my hand and say if you are in need of my help and I will be there in a flash.
As he gave me this Kunai for my birthday. Ever since that day I had kept it close at me, at all times never once did I missed place it.
And Now I was using it for myself defense against enemy, as then a Teen the same age as me was rushing at me.
In my panic I rush ahead and stabbed my Kunai through his throat as he began to Choke on his blood, I could watch the life sucking out from his eyes as he died by my hands.
I began to cry, because I had killed someone it was my very first time, I had killed someone, and I felt the guilty about it.
Just I was standing their alone and defenseless, an Iwa Shinobi tried to sneak up on me but then my Jonin at last second blocked a kunai to my heart.
But in return he was then stabbed right at heart instead of me, as my Jonin said his last words to me. "Survive Reimu do it for your teammates." as he activated an explosive tag on his back killing them both in the explosion.
As I was push back by Sensei and into the arms of another Jonin.
As a shouted to my Sensei. "Karami Sensei!" I shouted to my Sensei as he died in the Explosion.
While Jonin was trying to keep me calm as he spoke to me. "Calm down, Reimu he did it, just for you to stay alive and protect your teammates." the Jonin sense said to me.
As I Calm down and steeled my resolve as I saw more Shinobi that were from Kiri, as I rush towards with raw rage and wanting revenge for my Sensei.
When I got to the first Kiri Shinobi, I slice his throat open while placing an explosive tag as I kick her into a bunch of Iwa Shinobi, as they all died in the explosion.
And when on to stab and slice down my enemies with no mercy as I move with grace and force, while seeing the attacks of the Shinobis before they could make it.
While I automatically copied the moves and Jutsu's of my enemies, as the color in my eye changed while fighting the Enemy Shinobis.
As the color of the light that was coming into became Red and black, while my attacks became fast and deadly.
And I know now that I had activated my Sharigan in that battle and I had killed 50 Shinobis on that battle and ever since that day.
The end of Flashback.
I had gained my EMS and became a Great and Strong Medic Nin, while becoming the head of the Medic Nin of Konoha and the Anbu Force.
As I walked through the forest, I didn't notice I had arrived to a Shrine and saw a Child sitting on the stairs sleeping.
I was curious where was the mother of this Child as she the approach the Child, as I walked right up to the girl.
She seemed to have the same hair color and skin color as me, while having two different kinds of Ribbon in the backs of our heads.
As the Girl began to awake from her slumber and began to open her eyes as the color of her eyes were a bit lighter than mine, as she looked at me and spoke. "Are you, my mama?" She said to me in a questioningly tone.
And when she looked at me with her cute and innocent face, I wanted badly to say Kawaii at her cute face, and thought about my answer as I looked around the Shrine and saw no one around, I always wanted to be a Shrine Maiden back at the Elemental Nations, but couldn't due to the state of the world and Circumstances. Here was a Golden opportunity to be a Shrine maiden and be a mother to a maybe Orphaned Child, but I Also must tell her the truth so there won't be any complications in the future.
"No Iam not your true mother, But I would like to adopt you to be my daughter and be your adopted mother." I said to her.
As her mood changed to sad then beaming with happiness as She rush to me and hugged me tightly.
And then her belly grumble as I laughed and said to her. "Hungry, aren't you let's go and I'll make you some lunch." As I said to her.
She just nodded As I ask her something. "May I know the Name of my daughter." Reimu said to her.
As my daughter began to think and then spoke up cheerfully. "My Name is Hakurei Reimu, Mom." She said to me.
I was a bit Shocked on the coincidence of our Name being the same, as I decided to introduce myself. "Iam Reimu Ayanami, And I will be your new mom."
As I holden her hand in my arms as we walk into the Shrine. Facing bizarre and weird adventures together in this new World.
...Pov of Cirno Uchiha Ayanami.
I was already training the Spartans and making them go through hell times two while there was one who had this delinquent posture to him, while having a stone face to it.
And was sitting on the ground like there he had no care for the world, as he was smoking a cigarette in his mouth.
While reading a book as he was wearing a hat that seemed to have blended into his hair, you couldn't even see where the Cap ends and the hair starts.
And the worst part is he was wearing civilians Clothes, he was wearing a black jacket with a huge gold chain on the collar of the Jacket, as he was wearing a beige T Shirt underneath the Jacket.
Aswell a pair of leather shoes and two belts on his pants.
As his physique was super buff and could able to snap a person in half.
I was a bit annoyed that this one was suffering the least bit so I decided to fire a water ball jutsu, to see his surprised face and to prank him.
To my surprise he instantly avoided by water ball Jutsu and appeared at my back, as he spoke to me. "What were you fire that water ball Jutsu, bitch!" he said to me.
Which angered me so much as I used my experimental Ice release Jutsu, as I shouted. " Ice Style, Ultimate Ice Age!" I shouted as he vanishes into the Air.
After he had done it, I had lost it and went full power as I was fully fired up.
As the Spartans already tired from training decided to get out of dodge, as they ran to the nearby buildings for cover.
As I continued with an endless barrage of Jutsu's as he kept on dodging my attacks with his strange Jutsu While the area was getting messed up really badly.
But I didn't care, as he threw some punches at me which I blocked as I counter with my own punches which he also blocked.
As our battle reached its climax, I decided to use my ultimate Jutsu the Great fire flood Jutsu as I shouted out. " Fire Style, Great Fire flood!" I shouted as the man couldn't prevent or ran away from it.
Like he before and decided to face it head on.
Which Amazed me and shocked me to the core.
As that Show of power convinced to stop the fight and approach him.
He stood there like a stone wall as I walked up to him, which activated his Guard up.
I decided to speak up. "don't worry Iam not here to fight, I just want to know your Name." I said to him.
While he replied to me. "My Name is Jotaro Uchiha Kujo."
As I replied to him. "It is a pleasure to meet you Jotaro Kujo, My Name is Cirno Uchiha Ayanami."
As we shook hands as I decided to take him to lunch.
Later that lunch.
And I began to talk to him while we were eating some Ramen at a stand of Ichiraku Ramen. As I was eating pork ramen while he had ordered some beef ramen.
I wanted to know a bit about him, for our battle was a stalemate as he kept on dodging my Jutsu's and appearing behind my back like he has super speed, or the ability to stop like my dad but that's impossible.
"So, how did you get so strong in the first place." I said to him.
"Yare, Yare, Daze, I don't want to tell you." He said while continuing eating his food and finishing it, while paying for the two of us.
I decided for that day on to stalk him to see if I can know what is his ability, so that I can defeat him in our next battle.
After a few days I saw what made him strong, there was a Supernatural being appearing on his back as he was training with him.
While wearing the standard Spartan Armour, as his civilians' clothes were on a boulder. While he was training with his Jutsu and practicing Tai Jutsu.
As he stopped and called out. "Come out Now, I know you're there." he said to me.
As I walked out the bushes as he spoke again. "You again, what do you want from me." He said to me.
I then Replied. "What was that being that appeared behind your back, what is its ability?" I asked him in rapid sessions.
"Fine you got me, what you just saw was my Stand. Star Platinum." He said to me.
As he continued. "Its ability is to able to stop time for a few seconds, while having the ability of Super strength." he said to me.
"Just like my father." I said.
"Yes, like Commander Naruto." he said to me.
I then ask another question. "So, how did you get that Stand." I ask him.
"I had this ability ever since my childhood, and maybe my family have this in our bloodline and could be pass down." he said to me.
"I want to train with you and learn about your stand." I said to him.
"Fine by me." He said to me.
As we began to train together and I respect his strength and power while treating him like my equal.
As we began fighting each other as we spar.
...Pov of Naruto Uchiha Ayanami.
I was going to the meeting to talk with Uzumaki elder and Captains of Spartan division of the Uchiha clans.
And was at the New Government building of Village as I entered into the meeting room as I saw 10 Uzumaki elders, and 10 Spartan Captains in the room.
While all of them were talking with each other and discussing the new way of governance, as I entered and spoke. "It's time to start the meeting and the discussion of our New Nation."
As they began to whisper each other as one Elder spoke. "We have partially created a new way of government. Democracy and Federalism." the elder said to us all.
While and Uchiha Spartan spoke too. "We have also made an Army and defense force for the Nation Aswell creating the Congress and house of representatives for the New Nation." the captain said to the people.
As I now spoke. "I have a name for our Nation it will be The United States of Gensokyo, and our nation will be a federal government and will be democracy for the people will vote the next leader of our Nation and will veto for governmental officials as this Nation will be our new start in the world, and we will spread this type of government to the Elemental Nations if we managed to get back to the Elemental Nations." I said to them all.
As they all nodded and were shouting. "Long Live the United States of Gensokyo!" they shouted while pounding their chest with their fist.
While I could see the people of the Village were truly United a new village even if they are from two Clans
That are different.
As I spoke again. "So, who will be the leader of our Nation." I said to them.
As they all started to talk with each other, as they raise their hands as one Elder spoke. "We have made a Decisions you will be the First President of the United States of Gensokyo, for the Uzumaki senate and the Uchiha Congress have voted you to be president." the elder said to me.
As I Replied. "I accept this title of President of the United States of Gensokyo or USG, and will serve for the interest of the Nation and people, and I will even give my life for this Nation." I said to them.
As we all clapped and made a New Anthem for the Nation, as it was the Japanese Version of Star stripes forever.
As We all United under one Goal. Brotherhood, Equality, and Liberty.
We were cheering our Creation of a Nation that would bring Peace and freedom to all people, and would try to join with other villages through peaceful ways but would always be ready for war if they try to attacks us.
For we have been tired of war. And created this Nation to escape the war and destruction and we would be more diplomatic.
As we will be building a Nation from the ground up, there will be Mistakes and errors but it will all be rectified at end.
But then there was a knocking at door as one of the other elder opened the door as an Messager spoke out. "Is Naruto-Sama here." the Messager said to everyone.
As I walked towards the Messager and replied to him. "Yes, Iam here." I said to him.
And then he began to look around his mail bag as he got the mail that was meant to mine, as he gave the mail to me and spoke. "That mail is from a person named Yukari, and that she has ask me to deliver this letter directly to you." the Messager said to me.
I took it from me and thanked him, as he left.
I began opening the letter as the room was looking intently at the letter wanting to know what inside of the letter.

And when I did. I saw what it read as it said. "I hope this letter finds you in good health, and I would like to Introduce myself, Iam Yukari the Guardian of Gensokyo the place that your people have gotten been stuck in."
As it Continues.
"Iam well aware on what you have done to Youkais of Muenzuka, so I want to discuss the stay of your people in Gensokyo and Maybe discuss you being the Second Human village in Gensokyo."
"And if you want to meet with me, you can call to my Servant Rei, but you call her name three times for her to come."

As I decided to meet up with this Yukari Woman, she seems have the answer to this place they were stuck in, Aswell giving him some Info that there was also a Human Village.
Maybe he could make a Deal with her to Unite the Humans of Gensokyo under his Leadership and guidance, as he also wanted to team with her about the matter on how they will be getting home.
But I also have reservations about this meeting, for it maybe an attempt on my life or while Iam distracted on a Meeting the Youkai's might go on an offensive push into Village while Iam Gone.
For I Naruto Ayanami will not let anyone of my people will be killed, and I promise on my life to protect everybody in this Village old or young are under my Protection and I will be damned if anyone of them dies on my watch.
As I spoke to crowd who just read the letter. "I will be meeting with this Yukari fellow and maybe have a deal with her, to unite the lands of Gensokyo to us the USG." I said to them.
As the Uzumaki Senate and Uchiha Congress agreed and let me go to meet with Yukari.
I then got out of the Village and called out. "Rei, Rei, Rei." I said three times to the Air.
As a Portal shaped of an Eye appeared out of thin Air, as Nine tailed fox Youkai came out of the Portal.
As the Fox Youkai spoke to me while I was in a state of Shock, but then I came to my sense's and bowed to her, while also kissing her hand as sign of Courtses.
I saw her blushed a bit, but then return to her serious and calm face as she spoke again. Iam Rei the Servant of Yukari-Sama, and Iam here to bring you to her." as she turned her back and began walking towards portal.
It was a sign to follow her into the portal, as I did and went in.
As I was in the portal it was a bit surreal like I was walking in a Void towards a large Mansion was ahead, as I was behind Rei.
We walked in Silance neither of us talked, as we arrived at the entrance of a super large Mansion I entered first.
I saw it was very much fancy and beautiful in the Inside, I saw a lot of expensive items inside of the home of this Yukari.
I heard some say to me. "Are you liking the Place, Naruto-San." they said to me.
I replied to them. "I very much appreciate the place, but Iam here for Business. Yukari-San." I said to her.
"Don't be such in a hurry Naruto-San, we have a lot of time to discuss." She said to me.
"Well pardon my actions, I wasn't expecting to have to meet you this soon." I said to her.
"It's okay Naruto-San, but I would like to start our Conversation on why is your people and you here." she said to me.
I thought about my decision on I was going to say her, so I decided to say the truth. "Me and my People had been ambushed by enemy Shinobis, and I was forced to create a portal to Gensokyo to save the people under my leadership and we were all send here to Gensokyo." I said to her.
As I And continued.
"And we were got here, we were attacked by a horde of Youkais as I defeat them all by myself." As said to her.
Which intrigued her as she listens more intently to me, as I spoke again. "And we have built a Village a self-sustaining Nation and we would like, with your permission is to unite Gensokyo under our banner and exchange we will keep the law and order throughout Gensokyo and will pay yearly tributes to you, while also protecting the Humans of Gensokyo and maybe integrate the youkais into our nation, and I want your permission and support for our new nation, and we hope that this Nation would be a new begin for us all and Gensokyo, so what do you say Yukari-San." I said to her.
She had thoughtful look on her face as I could see her smile a bit of a mischievous glint in her eyes, as she spoke. "I approve of your village and Nation and giving your people protection from the Youkais, and to add to that I also give you the permission to unite Gensokyo under your banner and rule, but I have two conditions that you must agree with."
I then spoke. "What is this two Conditions?" I asked her.
As she continued to speak. "These two conditions that you need to agree with, one is that you need to convince Remilia the Scarlet devil to join you and that we will have a yearly battle against each other." She said to me.
"I accept." I said to her.
As we shook hands and kissed her hand as she playful swiped my hand away. As she spoke to me. "See you next month for our battle and good luck with Remilia."
As she waved me goodbye, as I was escorted out of the Mansion by Rei the servant of Yukari and was soon back to the Village.

As they stopped their early celebrations and agreed as they all went into the villages to draft the Constitution of the United States of Gensokyo."
While I went inside of the Village and into my house and started to write parts of the constitution to help with Elders and Uchiha's as we worked day and night to complete, as the constitution was completed at weeks end.
As we all celebrated with a party at the completion of the constitution, while I had got a letter from my son that he had made contact with the Humans of the Village as they were very accommodating to his squad and him.
While I also got a letter from my eldest daughter Reimu as she said that she had adopted a child and she would like to retire from Shinobi service which I accepted and said that in a form of letter, as I was happy for her.
And Cirno was hanging out with her friend Jotaro Uchiha Kujo who had the same power like him, but I accepted Jotaro like my second son.
As my wife came Infront of me and said. "Care for a dance, Naru." She said lovingly at me.
"I would like me too, Miko-Chan." I said to her back.
As we dance into the Night.
