Chapter 1584 Familiar Festival
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Sota was swinging his sword around outside as Annie watches him do it. Lousie watches them do it.
"You really want to participate?" She said.
"Yeah I know." He said.
They heard about the festival coming and there will be a show where the familiars will be performing to be judge.
"It's better to compete so it won't make both of us look bad." Sota sighs.
"Very well." She can see he had a point. "So what do you have planned?"
"Well I was going to ask either my friends or even Annie for some assistance." He said.
Annie then notices something. "Hey someone is coming."
They went to look as they saw a crowd there with a carriage coming, then a girl with purple hair comes out, she's wearing a dress and she's clearly royalty.
Sota heard about her since that's the princess. "So that's the princess."
"Yes, she's amazing." Louise smiles at her.
Sota looks at her and was a little surprised by her reaction. Annie was curious about the princess.
Later at night
Sota was lying down on his so called bed as Annie plays with tibbers.
"So did you get it ready?" Lousie asked him.
"Yeah I got it." He said.
They heard a knock on the door. Sota got up and goes to open the door and they saw a cloaked person.
"Who are you?" Louise asked, looking at the cloaked stranger.
"It's been a while, Louise Francoise," the stranger said in a sweet voice as she removed her cloak. To they're surprise it's the princess Henrietta.
"The princess." Annie said.
Then Henrietta hits Louise.
"P-Princess!" Louise before kneeling to the ground. "You shouldn't be here."
"Oh stop it, Louise," Henrietta said with a smile. "We've been friends since we were little girls. There's no need for formalities."
"Princess…you're crying," Louise noticed the tears before they hug again.
"I'm sorry," Henrietta sniffed as she wiped her tears. "I just…didn't have someone to talk to…after my father died…"
Sota stares at the two. "So your both friends."
"Show some respect!" Louise snapped at him.
"It's alright, I wanted to meet you Mr familiar." Henrietta said.
"I'm Sota." He said.
Louise slaps him. "Kneel down."
"Oi you stupid brat! Stop that!" Sota got irritated.
The two glared at each other as Henrietta stares, she then chuckles. "It's like you two are meant to be together."
"Huh?" They look at her.
"They saw the familiars match they're masters." She said.
"We do not!" They said.
"I've heard a lot from you, even when you took down pompous count Mott." She said.
"You heard about that?" Sota got surprised.
"The headmaster told me." Henrietta smiles. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. I think you have summoned a wonderful Familiar."
The two stared at each other as they grunted.
Annie looks at Henrietta and the princess nodded.
"Is she your daughter?" She asked.
Louise turns red. "What?! I would never be with a commoner!"
"I'm Annie."
Henrietta smiles looking at her. "It must be nice being free. Well, it's getting pretty late. It's nice seeing you again, Louise. And good luck with tomorrow Sota." She puts on her cloak and leaves.
"She suffered a lot." Sota said.
"Yes, for once we agree. It's not easy being a princess." Louise said.
Henrietta goes out and she saw Hank and he looks at her.
"Who are you?" She got curious.
He smiles at her. "I could feel your pain, so I came to see you."
She got surprised to hear that and he goes up to her.
"Let me help you." He smiles.
She blushes at his smile and she can tell he's a kind soul, a true knight for many.
Next day
The festival was underway as a stage was set. Many familiars were putting on a show as the judges were amazed by some.
Sota watches from the side as he's got Derflinger on his back.
"It seems they're all doing the best can." He frowns.
Louise came. "We're last."
"Not like that will change much." Sota shrugs.
They waited for they're time and Sota's eyes glow making him suprised.
"What?" She noticed his look.
"Trouble." He said.
The ground shook as they saw a big golem coming.
"By the founder!" Louise gasped.
"It seems someone noticed me." On the golem was a woman wearing a green dress with a dark bodice overtop of it. She was also wearing a black cloak which hid her face but she did have long green hair that spilled out from the sides.
"It looks like you two are out of luck today," the woman chuckled darkly before snapping her fingers, "Golem!"
It punches at them making Sota grab Louise as they jump away.
"Hey!" Louise said.
"We need to get out." Sota blocks a attack from the creature using derf with his left hand.
"Let's see how much you can do." The woman chuckles.
It punches at them making Sota dodge and he noticed the golem made a hole on the building.
"Looks like they're planning something." Derf said.
Louise uses her wand to make a explosion against it as the golem was pushed a bit.
"Well good job." Sota said.
Louise smiles. "Yeah."
The golem came back as it prepared to fight again.
This made Sota block more of it's attack while slashing with Derf causing damage against it as the woman kept fixing her summon.
Sota frowns and he puts Louise to the side. The golem goes to attack with it's punch, Sota raises his right hand up.
"Does he think he can stop my golem with a single hand." She said.
But then the moment Sota touches it imagine Breaker activated. The golem stopped as it falls into many pieces.
"What?!" She got shocked.
"Imagine Breaker." Louise smiles.
Sota looks at her and she's got a case in her hands. "Your abilities are as impressive as legends say Gandalfr. Remember this day as when you almost defeated Foquet the Crumbling Dirt."
"More like running away." Sota said as he charges at her.
She then makes rocks come out to distract him as a second golem came. But then someone blasted it.
They saw Hank as he flies down. "It seems it's my turn."
The golem attacks but he makes magical binds trapping it. He sits down as he moves his arms making magical circles appear.
"What?" Louise was amazed along with others.
"Hank is one of the better magic users in the team." Sota said.
The only one above him in magic is Yui because of better experience.
"Incredible." Colbert watches with the headmaster.
"Yes, his magic surpasses the greatest." The headmaster rubs his beard.
Hank makes orbs come down as he turns around. "That should do it."
The golem exploded into pieces as he smiles.
Henrietta was amazed and smiles. "Thank you Hank."
He looks at her and smiles back.
"Does the princess know him?" Louise got surprised.
"They must have met recently." Sota said.
He never expected Hank to come but he is good with magic.
The thief escaped but they managed to save the others from harm. But what did she steal makes Sota wonder.
