Chapter 1585 Staff of Destruction
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
After what happened Louise, Sota, Kirche, Tabitha and his Team were at the headmaster's office to talk about what happened.
A woman called longville came to the meeting. "According to information I was able to acquire from people in town, there has been a suspicious figure going in and out of an abandoned hut in the woods." She then reached into her cloak and retrieved a small scroll. "Based on their testimonies, I was able to create a composite sketch."
They looked at it and Sota said: "That's her."
"Then we should report this to the palace," suggested Prof. Colbert. "They will be able to dispatch the knights straight away."
"But if we wait she will escape. No, we will reclaim the Staff of Destruction and the honour of this academy with out own hands." Osmond looks at the group. "Those who wish to volunteer, raise their wands."
Sota sighs. "I'll go."
"Then Team Light B will be there to help as well." Dusk raises his hands.
"It will be better." Antonio said.
"I'll go." Louise raises her wand surprising Sota.
"I'll go as well." Kirche said.
"Zerbest?" Louise looks at her.
"I want to prove to my darling Aka." She said.
"Of course." Louise frowns.
Tabitha volunteers too surprising her friends. The teachers were surprised to see many students going.
"Well then, we'll leave this to you then." Osmond nodded. "I think we couldn't have asked for a better team." He gestured to Tabitha. "Despite her young age, Miss Tabitha already has been bestowed with the knight title of Chevalier for her bravery in the past."
"A Knight?!" Louise got surprised.
Team Light B were stunned.
"She must be impressive." Antonio said.
From what they know about this world, Chevalier is a noble title granted by the Royal family after doing a great deed.
"And Miss Zerbst is from one of the most prominent military families in Germania," Osmond continued. "And I've been told that she is quite proficient with her flames."
"And young Louise has been able to get many strong allies." Osmond said.
Louise frowns that she got her best from getting Sota and his team.
"Yes she also summoned the legendary gand-" Colbert got cut off when Osmond covered his mouth.
They got surprised by that and Sota remembers what Foquete said. What is that title?
Many wonder about it since it might be something to do with how well he can use Derf. They could have asked Leonidas to come and see the runes but he's too busy as the moment so they'll wait when they return.
"Well it's best we go before that villain goes." Celosia smiles.
Some looked at her and Tabitha said: "She's a noble."
"Yes, I noticed the way she speaks is like that of a noble. But we never met her before." The headmaster said.
Celosia smiles. "Yes, I am princess Celosia."
They got surprised.
"What?! She's a princess!" Louise got shocked.
"Damn it Celosia! You got a ego as big as Lapis!" Ryuu glares at her.
"Hey! They asked me." She frowns.
They managed to keep Lapis from revealing that he's a King.
Many bow to her and Celosia waves her arms. "It's okay. Theres no need to bow."
"Why didn't you tell me she was a princess?!" Louise shakes Sota.
"It's no big deal for us." Sota frowns.
Dusk blinks. 'Better keep my family side a secret.'
Yoshiro also keeps his title a secret too since he became a King.
Ms. Longueville came as they're guide with the group on a horse and wagon.
Tabitha was reading a book but she took looks at Antonio making her nervous.
He noticed. "Do you need something?"
She looks away and he frowns.
"If the woman uses Magic that means She might be a noble." Antonio said.
"Most likely yes. She probably lost her title for some reason." Ms. Longueville said. "Some nobles end up losing their titles for various reasons."
Antonio never liked nobles back at his home even more when some did to his own mother.
"Seeing she's mostly Earth and stone, she can't cross elements like others. Tabitha is better in that regard." Dusk said.
Sota then saw a cabin and Longueville said: "The reports says it's here."
"This place?" Ryuu said.
Kir checks the place. "Theres nobody there."
Tabitha goes up to the door and waves her wand scanning the building. "There are no traps."
Sota and his group narrowed they're eyes as this is too easy.
They went inside and Louise said: "I'll keep watch outside."
"Okay, then i'll keep you safe too." Sota said.
"I'll be checking around the area." Longueville goes off.
Antonio looks around the inside and grunts. "This place is so filled with trash it reminds me of the slums."
"Ugh." Celosia avoided some of it.
Tabitha sees something and takes out the case of the staff of Destruction.
"It's just there." Eric said.
Then the building's rooftop got destroyed and they saw the golem.
"That thing again." Dusk said.
Sota charges at it as the golem but it shoots spiked rocks at him making Sota block with Derf.
"It seems she got ready." Derf said.
The others attacked with they're own ways as Louise sees them fight.
She takes out the wand and points at the golem. "Fireball." But nothing happened.
She looks down. 'Why can't I be better?'
She was always called a failure to many and even to some of her own family outside of her oldest sister.
"Louise!" Sota calls out to her.
Tabitha dropped the staff to dodge it as Louise looks at it.
She goes to the box and takes out the staff that resembles a big tube.
"Wait a minute." Sota said.
She swings it at the golem. "Come on work."
Sota rushes to her and takes it. "Give me that." He opens it and revealed that it's a rocket launcher.
"That's it." Ryuu frowns.
He shoots at them golem and destroys it.
"Well that's done." Sota throws it to the side.
"So that's the power of the staff." Kirche said.
"Hey treat it with some respect." Louise said.
"It's of no use now." Sota said.
They then saw Longueville come out. "Very good." She frees her hair and lifts the staff up.
"Let me guess, she's longueville." Ryuu frowns.
"That's right and thank you for your assistance." She smirks.
Foquete aims at the group but nothing happened. "What?!"
"Yeah, the problem with that piece of junk, it's only a single use." Ryuu said.
"Aw man I was hoping for something good." Dusk said disappointed.
"Piece... Of junk." She said.
"Yeah, that's just an antique and Sota already fired it. So you might as well wave it around like a club." Eric said.
"So why did you do this?" Dusk questions.
"Who cares! Just get her!" Ryuu said.
Yoshiro and Eric restrains her before she could cast another spell.
"Also, even if that thing is loaded we wouldn't have gotten hurt as we got things that makes that thing even more useless." Sota said.
Foquete got even more shocked that the staff of Destruction wouldn't even harm them.
Later
The group was at the Headmaster's office as Foquete was taken away.
"It's good you recovered it. I have met a man that used it in the past and it's power was amazing." Headmaster said.
"Yeah, theres plenty of that back at our world and it's outdated." Sota said.
"Outdated?" Louise got surprised.
"Theres better versions now that make that thing a fire cracker." Dusk said.
They got amazed hearing that.
"Your world must be amazing." Colbert said.
"Yes." Tomio looks at his ring.
"Well your all excused." Headmaster said.
They went out after that and Sota patted Louise back.
"If you didn't reveal what was the staff. We would have not seen what the plan was. So thank you." He said.
Louise got surprised before she smiles and nodded at him.
Note: Here's the staff of Destruction episode and Kirche didn't try anything with Sota since she likes Aka, and Sota helped Louise with her confidence more, also yeah even Foquete tried using the staff it wouldn't hurt them as that thing is just a old rocket launcher and the guys have stuff that way surpass it as even Tomio's gun can blast it to pieces.
