The group of five was in deep shock. However, it was hyrince that said the thing that was on ALL of their minds: "what the hell just happened?"
Now
Sariella county
Izumi was in a richly made and furnished pavilion, eating some fruit that the people brought her. "You know," she began to say, as she continued to eat the fruit. "I can't believe that these people started to worship me as a 'divine beast' of some kind."
She swallowed the fruit she was eating, and put the remains in a basket, for it to be collected later, before she went to get another piece of fruit. "From what i can actually understand of the language, it seems that this city worships a goddess, and that particular goddess had a loyal follower in the shape of a spider, that was called 'the divine beast,'" she said. "well , whatever. This info won't do me any good, if i can't actually speak to people. *sigh*, i miss my human body, for the most part," izumi griped.
Just then, a fat man dressed richly in expensive clothing approached her. Once he got before her, he looked down at her with an expression of pure revulsion and disgust. "So, this domain actually WORSHIPS this thing?" the fat guy asked snidely.
Izumi looked up at him, as she was eating. "Who the fuck is this fat bastard?" she asked herself. Just then, one of the guards that stood next to the entrance of my pavilion walked up to the fat guy. "Sir, please back away from the divine beast. It is incredibly rude to just walk up to it, without an offering," the guard ordered.
"Back away from me, you little brat. I am an official from the ohts kingdom," the fat guy said. Shocked, the guard backed away. Feeling even more confident than he already was, the fat guy explained why he was here, 'in this dump of a city' as he put it.
"That spider monster destroyed the fortress guarding the entrance of the elroe labyrinth. I've been tasked with bringing it back with me," he said in a snide and confident tone. Hearing what he said, as she was starting to get an idea for the language, izumi decided to remember what she did, immediately after she escaped that hellhole.
The fat bastard then looked at izumi. "You have no choice, creature. Now, come along!" he ordered her. Instead of complying, she webbed him and his assistant up, before carrying them both out to the forest, where she simply hung them from trees at their highest branches, before she went back to the pavilion.
On the way to her pavilion, she spotted a book on written and spoken language, which she took back to her pavilion. The people were worried that they lost their divine beast. So, when they saw izumi coming back, they felt great relief.
However, when they saw her carrying a book on language, they were confused, but didn't think anything of it, before they resumed praying. Once inside, izumi carefully opened the book, and started to study the language, eating fruit as she studied.
Merazophis watched the spider carry the representative and his assistant off into the woods, before it came back with a book on language. Curious on what the spider did to the representative and assistant, merazophis went into the direction she saw the spider leave in.
Once he got deep enough into the forest, he heard yelling. He followed the yelling to the source, and looked up. He saw the representative of ohts and his assistants tied up in webbing with the webbing attached to the highest tree branches.
Suffice it to say, the spider did NOT appreciate what the representative of ohts said and/or did. Curiosity satisfied, he went back to his master, to report what the spider did.
"I see. The spider didn't kill them, but put them in a position to die, if they struggled too much?" john asked. "Yes, sir. I believe that it's safe to assume that whatever the representative said and/or did was enough to upset it, but it knows the consequences of its actions. otherwise, we'd be neck deep in war, right now," merazophis said. "So true," john said in a calm voice.
"Sir, this may, or may not, be relevant," merazophis began. John looked at merazophis, confusion in his eyes and on his face. "There's more?" he asked. "Yes, sir. After the spider carried off those two, it came back, carrying a book on language," merazophis said.
John looked at him in disbelief. "What?" he asked. "I don't believe it myself, sir, and i watched it carry the book. Would you like me to go see what the spider is doing with the book?" merazophis asked. "Please do so," john said.
Just then, there was a *BOOM* sound. John and meazophis looked out the window, and saw bandits was about to order the troops to defend the city, when a bunch of somethings made of darkness killed them all, before a healthy amount of webbing covered the giant hole in the wall surrounding the city.
Meazophis looked at his master. "Sir, i think it's safe to say that the spider is defending us," merazophis said in disbelief. "I think i can see that, now," said, before he sank to his chair in shock.
With izumi
"I cannot BELIEVE those bastards. Trying to invade the city, and interrupting my studying of this world's language," izumi complained, as she went back to her pavilion. "Ok, thanks to my really good memory i had when i was human, i've finally got the hang of the written language, after about three hours of studying. Now, i just need on working on the spoken language, izumi thought to herself, as the ones that were praying earlier came back.
Proficiency threshold has been reached. [zana horowa] can now evolve into [arachne] proceed with evolution? "Yes please," izumi said, much to the confusion of her worshipers. However, that confusion turned into shock and surprise, when the divine beast suddenly started to glow and shine with a bright white light.
Once the evolution was finished, izumi realized three things. First, she didn't fall asleep (yay!). Second, her spider body is now MUCH larger, about about the size of a [great taratect] and the fact that she now had a human torso, which was her goal of getting. Third, and finally, her torso was bare, so her D-cup cleavage was hanging out in the open. "CRAP!" she exclaimed, before she used her webbing and her maxed out [thread control] skill, she made herself a sports bra with support for her boobs.
Once the vision of the worshipers returned, they saw that their divine beast had gotten larger, and had the torso of an incredibly beautiful human woman with messy green hair. Judging by the happy expressions on their faces, they loved their divine beast even more than they already did.
Although, judging by the faces of some of the people, they realized that they'll need to alter the pavilion of their divine beast, or just rebuild it, altogether.
Izumi picked up the book from the ground with her webbing, put it in her hands and continued to study the language of the world she was in. so, after studying for a few more days, she managed to get the spoken language down.
Deciding to test out her language skills, she approached one of the guards beside the entrance to her pavilion. "Um, excuse me?" she asked in a soft and gentle tone. The guard looked surprised, that she spoke. "Me?" he asked. "Yes, you," izumi replied. "How can i help you, divine beast?" he asked.
"I'm out of fruit, and i'd like a violin, please," she said. Imagine her surprise when the guard said something unexpected to her. "I will get you the violin, but i need you to give me the baskets you used," he said. She got the baskets and gave them to the guard. "I will return shortly," he promised.
After the guard left, izumi could not help but say, "well, that went rather well, for my first actual conversation, in who-knows-how-long," in a positive tone. About five minutes later, the guard returned with the fruit and the violin. "Thank you," izumi said. "You are very welcome. Is there anything else i can do for you?"
"Do you know someone that can increase the size of this pavilion?" she asked with an embarrassed smile, and a hand rubbing the back of her head. "I ask, because ever since i changed to this form, it has started to feel rather cramped," she explained.
"I DO know someone that can make it larger for you, but it will be rather loud," the guard warned. "A bit of noise for some comfort is a small price to pay," izumi said. "Very well, they should be here sometime tomorrow," the guard promised.
Izuim smiled. "Thank you, she said," in a soft and gentle tone, before she went back inside. Once inside, she ate some fruit, and started to tune the violin, until it was just right. "Right. Now i can play some music," she said. She put the violin at the base of her neck, and the bow on the strings. "This song is dedicated, to the one that raised me, even on her own," she whispered, softly enough to not be heard.

When she finished, izumi was crying a bit. "Time for bed," she stated, seeing as it was dark outside. Elsewhere in the city, two recognized the song. The first was the infant sophia. "Class rep?" she thought to herself. The other was the alicorn foal. "Izu?" the alicorn asked in its thoughts.
In the morning, izumi was woken up by some loud noise. Waking up, she saw that it was someone expanding and enlarging her pavilion. Deciding to give the workers some space, izumi teleported to outside the pavilion, and went to explore the city.
After exploring for a bit, izumi heard a fuss happening near a rather large manor. She went to investigate the noise. What she saw baffled her. She saw an alicorn trying to get out of its stable, despite its small size, due to it being so young. What was even MORE baffling was the fact that NO ONE had come to investigate the noise it was making.
Curious, izumi used [appraisal] on the alicorn. Suffice to say, izumi was SHOCKED beyond belief at the results.

Worry flooded her, as she went to the alicorn. The song that she used to sing to eri came to the forefront on her mind, back when they were both human, and when izumi was male.

As she was singing, the alicorn calmed down, until it fell asleep. Once it was asleep, izumi opened the stable it was in, and went inside. Once she was inside, she laid down next to the alicorn, who proceeded to cuddle up against her unconsciously. Izumi proceeded to slowly pet the neck of the alicorn.
Hours later, after her pavilion was finished being remade, the worshipers were looking for her. The alicorn woke up. "Did you finally calm down, eri?" izumi asked in japanese. The alicorn nodded timidly.
"Now, it's entirely likely that you have a mostly human form," izumi began to explain. The alicorn paid attention. "Are you able to open the list of skills?" she asked. The alicorn nodded. "Look for the one that says 'humanification', as it SHOULD be there," izumi said.
The alicorn, after searching for hours, the alicorn found the skill. She let izumi know by nudging her. "You find it?" she asked. The alicorn nodded. "Tap on the skill and tap on purchase," izumi instructed.
Following her directions, the alicorn was engulfed in a bright white light, which caught the attention of both the worshipers trying to find her, as well as merazophis and john. Once the light died down, izumi made eri a dress with an open back, to allow her wings through, without hurting them.
Once they all got to the back of the manor, they were SHOCKED that the divine beast was carrying a small girl in a cradle carry. "Divine beast, your new home is finished," one of the worshippers said. "Izumi looked at the worshiper in question. "Thank you," she said. John and merazophis were surprised at how soft and gentle her voice was. Izumi went over to the worshipers, who then proceeded to lead her to the pavilion that they remade.
After they were gone, john asked something to merazophis. "Merazophis, was that little girl that spider woman was carrying the weird horse that was in the stable?" merazophis thought back to when he saw the spider woman, just a few minutes ago. He remembered seeing that the little girl had a small horn in the middle of her forehead. "I think so, my lord," merazophis said.
"Wow," john said. what else COULD he say? "Well, anyway, i need to prepare the manor to receive new guests from the ohts empire. No doubt that they are wondering what happened to the previous one they sent here," john said, before he went back into the manor.
