TwinstarDragon: four answers
1) ok. Ok. ok, even though her lover would also love to have eri as a daughter (who wouldn't?)
2) thank you
3) of course, as she was reborn. She is, for them most part, but she still has moments of panic without her mother there. after all, she had her WORST experiences in her past life with an older man. Although, she is SLOWLY getting used to merazophis.
4) oh~, she WILL be. Though she may just let ariel watch her. After all, children should NOT see what izumi would do. After all, what would YOU do, if your home was invaded and destroyed for paltry reasons?

After journeying for a few more weeks, ariel went in to the nearby town, and came back with three LARGE barrels of alcohol.
Now
Izumi was a bit confused. "Why did you bring ALCOHOL?" she asked ariel.
"Well," she began sheepishly. "We're always having to leave you behind whenever we go into cities and towns, so i thought that we could just stay with you," she finished. Izumi smiled at that.
"Thank you, ariel," she said. "No problem. Now, let's all have a drink," she said cheerfully. Izumi smacked her on top of her head. "Izumi, why~?" She whined, as she held the top of her head in pain.
"Not everyone here. There are two children younger than three," she said. Ariel then remembered that sophia and eri were still infants. "Right, sorry," ariel apologized. After that, ariel poured herself, merazophis and izumi a drink.
A few moments after the three drank them, two things started to happen. First, merazophis started crying. Second, izumi started giggling.
"Oh, man, mera's a weepy drunk," izumi giggled. "Why did my lord and lady have to die? Why did i have to become a VAMPIRE?!" merazophis complained, even as tears came down from his eyes. Izumi's joy turned to rage in that instant. "Merazophis, just shut up," she snapped, as she put eri next to sophia, to sleep.
"Why?" he asked/complained. "Three reasons. First, the infants are sleeping," she said, as she motioned to sophia and eri. "Second, your incessant WHINING is ruining my buzz," she scolded him. "Finally, YOU really have NOTHING to complain about. Therefore, stop your bitching," she finished bluntly in an uncaring tone.
Merazophis was SHOCKED at the words coming out of her mouth, as was ariel, but she was also shocked at the tone she said it in. merazophis grew angry, even as he cried. "What would YOU know about SUFFERING?!" he demanded to know.
Izumi glared at him with rage in her eyes. "I am a reincarnation, merazophis, as is eri. I suspect that sophia is a reincarnation, because a vampire born to human parents sounds suspicious to me. Anyway, eri, me, and perhaps sophia, know MORE about suffering than YOU will EVER know," she snapped at him.
"PROVE it," he said smugly, as he crossed his arms. "Alright, then. In our previous lives, we were in a world where nearly EVERYONE had a power unique to each person, called 'quirks'," she began. "One person could grow wings and fly. One person can make a barrier. Another could harden their skin to that of stone," she said. "However, there are a few that are born with NO power of their own. The ones that have no power are called 'quirkless', and they are treated as subhuman or ignored, AT BEST," she snarled at the end. Ariel and merazophis were shocked at such a world. Izumi lost her glare, and she started crying, surprising them. "i was one of those born without power," she revealed. Merazophis was surprised, and ariel was shocked.
Izumi continued. "Before this life, i was a boy. When i turned four, i went with my mother to see if i had a quirk. I was SO eager to find out if i had a quirk," she said. She then got a faraway look on her face, and in her eyes. "That damn doctor was blunt, when he did only ONE test for my quirk, even if it was the archaic test, from when quirks first appeared. He said that i had NO quirk, despite both of my parents being fourth generation quirk users," she started to openly cry.
"After that, everyone, except for my mother, turned on me. My father left, the person i thought of as my best friend became my worst bully, and attacked me whenever he could, even the teachers encouraged it. There were several times i contemplated suicide, just to make the pain stop," she revealed one of her darker secrets, before she drunk some more alcohol.
"Eri, on the other hand, when her quirk activated for the first time, she accidentally made her father vanish. Her quirk was to rewind things in time. Tree to sapling, person to dust, things like that. When her quirk activated, her mother called her a 'cursed child' and literally gave her away, without EVER coming back for her. She eventually came into the care of a man that could disassemble and reassemble things on a molecular level with just a touch," izumi began to reveal eri's past.
"This man believed quirks to be a disease. So, he used his quirk to LITERALLY take eri apart, then reassemble her. He sought to make objects that would erase quirks and, as he put it, 'turn humanity back to normal'. He believed that eri's blood was the key, and it was, surprisingly. It got so bad that eri attempted to escape MULTIPLE times. On one of the attempts, she ran into me. After some stuff happened, i managed to best the one tormenting her, and saved her," she said, as she started to smile, before she took another drink.
"After that, i became the closest thing eri had to a parent. I would care for her, and comfort her. Until, one day, there was an earthquake, before a golden light shined in the classroom my class and I were in. I felt pain like i've never felt in my entire then existence, before everything went dark. After some time passed, i woke up in a dark space, cramped, before i broke out of the cramped space. Once i got out, i saw a crystal on a nearby cave wall. I went and looked, and saw that i was a small green spider," she revealed.
"If sophia is a reincarnation like i suspect," she took a drink before she continued. "Then she died, before she lost her parents twice over, losing her home twice over and has to restart her life as a baby, while having the mind of a highschooler, fully aware of what's going on around her. Compared to all that, you have no right to complain about YOUR life," she stated bluntly, before she finished her second cup of alcohol.
She stood up, before saying "so if you want to not exist anymore, i've got a way to do that," to merazophis. Before he could answer, izumi was behind him, her incredibly thin and durable thread wrapped around various places on his body, with the thread connected to her fingers. "Arcane thread fetters," she said.
"If you want to DIE, so damn badly, i will GLADLY help you," she stated, as she gently pulled on the thread coming from her fingers, letting him know that with just one good pull, izumi could make him a pile of bloody body pieces on the ground. Frozen in fear, merazophis could only do one thing. "*mutter mutter*," he said. "What was that?" izumi said. "I said that i can't die, yet!" he said.
Upon hearing that, izumi withdrew her thread from his body. "Good. Now, stop complaining about how unfair life is. Compared to two or three of us, YOU have it easy. Most vampires are a bit weak to sunlight and they all need to drink blood, that's all," izumi said, before she went to go get a refill, which she took a healthy gulp of. "Aah, that's good," she said, before she looked at merazophis. "If you don't want to be weak, and protect sophia, then train, get stronger," she finished, before she took another gulp of alcohol.
In the morning
Izumi groaned, as she held her head, as it was killing her. "What happened?" she asked herself. She tried to remember what happened last night. "I remember ariel bringing three casks of alcohol. I remember having a drink, but what happened after that is all blurry," she said in thought.
She got down from the tree she was hanging from, and went over to where she saw eri at, before picking up her daughter. "Divine spider, thank you for the advice, last night. Because of you, i will be able to move forward," merazophis said gratefully.
"Sure thing?" izumi asked. "What the fuck HAPPENED last night?" she asked herself. After having breakfast, the group made it to the wastelands near the mountain range.
As the group crossed the wasteland, izumi had an idea. "Huh, i'll need a weapon, aside from my thread, to use to be able to defend myself," she said in thought. So, with that in mind, as well as singing eri to sleep, izumi placed eri in her sling, before she started to tear her legs off, which simply grew back. Once she had enough, she webbed her removed bits of leg together, forming a long stick. "There we go. Now, all that's left is the blade," she said, before she took off one of her forelegs, which also grew back, before she placed the former foreleg at the top of the stick, before she webbed the two together VERY firmly.
"Now THIS is a weapon," she said in admiration, as she looked at the weapon she made: it was a rather large scythe that had a solid emerald green staff, while the back of the blade itself was an emerald green, while the edge of the blade was black. She swung it once, and she heard a voice that she hadn't in a good while. Proficiency level has been reached. Skill [scythemanship lvl 1] acquired.
"Huh, i MUST be suited for a scythe, if a just a plain swing was enough to let me get the skill," izumi said in thought. Eri woke up in her sling. "Mama?" she asked, before she yawned. "Yes, baby?" izumi asked, as she looked down at her daughter. "I'm hungry," she said, just before her stomach gurgled.
Izumi chuckled a bit as she searched for a bit of fruit to give to eri. Finding one, she cut it up and gave it to her. As she was eating, her mother gently picked her up and gently put her on the ground next to ariel. "I'll be right back, baby," she said, before she kissed her daughter's forehead, and went to explore.
As izumi was exploring, she found an old tunnel. "Huh, i wonder what's in here?" she asked herself, as she got her new scythe ready. She slowly went inside, and found not monsters, but a GIGANTIC futuristic door. "What the hell is this type of door doing in the wasteland?" izumi asked.
She raised a hand to touch it. When her fingertips barely grazed it, the door opened with a *hiss* sound. After it was open, turrets of some kind popped out the wall and started to SHOOT at izumi. She dodged as well as she could, and was mostly successful, but she was still hit by a few projectiles.
Reacting on instinct, she channeled the [rot] attribute into her scythe and swung, creating a flying blade of energy at one turret. After the energy hit the turret, it aged, rusted and fell apart. "Wow," izumi muttered, before her body moved on its own to dodge. "Thanks body brain," izumi thought. "You're welcome, main brain," her body brain replied.
And so, while her body brain kept her alive by dodging, izumi kept channeling [rot] through her scythe and releasing the [rot] attacks at the turrets. Once the turrets were all destroyed, 10 minutes later, her body brain released her body and izumi panted, the butt of her scythe planted firmly on the ground, as she was REALLY exhausted.
"What *huff* the fuck *huff* are these *huff* turrets *huff* guarding?" she panted. After she recovered, she advanced deeper into the hallway. After about three HOURS of destroying odd mechs with weapons, she was nearly dead on her feet. After she recovered sufficiently, she continued.
After continuing longer, she found herself in what appeared to be a kind of control room. "What IS this place?" izumi murmured. Just then, the command center activated on its own, including the lights in the room.
Izumi jumped in surprise when the lights turned on, her scythe in a defensive position. Just then, there was a deep rumbling sound and the entire room started to shake. Curious, izumi quickly ran to the command console, and saw that the place she found was FUCKING GIGANTIC UFO called a 'G-fleet', while those mechs from earlier were called 'gloria'.
Looking closer, she saw something that resembled an altimeter, and it was slowly rising. Izumi gasped, "that means that this entire thing is rising out of the ground!" izumi said in a panic. "I don't know what kind of damage this thing will cause, but judging by the tech those gloria's were made out of, and the sheer SIZE of this G-fleet, the damage will be CATASTROPHIC!"
Just then, izumi's body jumped back, without her input, and landed about 20 feet away. When izumi looked at what attacked her, she was surprised. It looked similar to a gloria, but looked more humanoid, and had better weaponry.
Izumi got her scythe in a defensive position. Just in time, too, because there was a *clang* sound an instant after the unit disappeared, one of its weapon arms having a weapon out and against her scythe. "Fuck, this thing may be as fast as me," she swore.
She swung her scythe at the mech, and the mech jumped back. She swung her scythe at the mech, launching a [rot] attack at the mech. It dodged the attack, before it charged at izumi, arm ready to attack her.
The fight continued along those lines: attacking, dodging and blocking. Neither izumi nor the mech gave any ground, despite having fought for twenty minutes. Deciding that it had enough, the mech started to glow.
Seeing her chance, izumi quickly sliced the head off the mech, causing it to short out. After the mech died, she tore its chest open and tore out the thing that was functioning as its heart: a small blue-white marble. After the mech died, there was a rumbling noise, a LOT of shaking and a resounding *boom*. "I think the g-fleet i'm in crashed back into the ground," izumi said, as she leaned on her staff, the small glowing marble in her hand.
After about 10 minutes of resting, she heard footsteps. She turned towards the footsteps, and saw that it was her group. "Hey there," izumi said in exhaustion.
