Chapter 13: The Festival of Warriors

Wow, how beautiful, The blue Aegean sea and just look at that architecture! I've always wanted to come here; Greece is like a piece of heaven. Madoka commented as she was in awe of Greece's environmental beauty.

It's just an ocean, Madoka. Gingka couldn't see what was so amazing about Greece like his teammate.

Then there are no pandas or koalas. Masamune added.

I know, right? I'm starving. Gingka pointed out as his stomach growled.

Now you're talking, let's go get some food! Masamune shouted.

You guys really don't get it? Can't you feel the romance here at all? Madoka pouted as the guys had to ruin the moment for her.

Beyblade is the only romance that we know about. Gingka stated.

That's right, let's battle! Masamune said.

Come on guys! Is beyblade all you think about seriously? Madoka screamed.

What else is there to think about? Gingka and Masamune synchronously said.

My mistake for asking you in the first place. Madoka sighed as she knew it was futile to convince them otherwise.

Tsubasa, who had been looking at the map, appeared from behind the pillars. Well we should get to the arena; that's why we came all the way to Greece right?

We have plenty of time for sightseeing later but right now we need to focus on learning more about our opponents. Hikaru agreed with the Eagle blader.

Yeah the festival of warriors! Gingka was excited to learn more about the event.

I bet that guy from before is sure to be there too. Masamune added.

"Here's the finale" Once again, they reminded themselves of the beyblader with the bey that can spin both left and right.

Julian Konzern…

He's a totally irritating guy but his strength is the real deal.

We can't just worry about him. We definitely need to check out all the other bladers as well. The European Union is massive, it's a huge assembly of nations with 27 member countries; the members of the team representing it called Excalibur were chosen out of the winners from ALL of those countries. It is truly a force of the very strongest bladers… Our job is to get to know them and learn their strengths and weaknesses. Tsubasa reminded his teammates.

You said it Tsubasa. Gingka smiled and agreed with his statement.

They better be some strong bladers. Akuma said in his usual manner but it sounded more like he demanded it.

Akuma, I know you're strong but not everyone can purely depend on their raw strength to defeat their opponents like you do. Hikaru said.

I just want a strong opponent, is that much to ask? Akuma sighed.

But the festival of warriors doesn't begin till this afternoon. Why don't we go look at the ocean some more? Madoka suggested with a smile as Gingka and Masamune moaned in disappointment.

Madoka, we should really focus on studying our opponents, we'll have time for swimming later. Hikaru argued.

Come on Hikaru, we have come all this way to Greece, we're only here for a couple of days! Besides, the festival isn't starting till the afternoon, we have plenty of time to keep a lookout for the EU members. Madoka counterargument.

True but-

See! Come, let's go! Madoka grabbed Hikaru's hand and headed for the nearby beach.

Madoka! Let go of me! Hikaru tried to shake it off but the mechanic had a surprisingly strong grip. The guys knew better than to get on Madoka's bad side and followed along.

Yay this feels so nice, oh I should have brought my swimsuit! Madoka gleamed with excitement as she stepped into the water barefoot.

Madoka sure is excited. Gingka commented.

Can we just get off this beach and get something to eat? If I don't get some food I'm gonna- Masamune paused as he saw someone on a cliff.

What is it, Masamune? Hikaru asked.

Tsubasa looked in the direction where Masamune was looking.

Look up there! Masamune pointed towards the cliff where a young woman in a yellow dress and light blue hair was standing on the edge of the cliff.

What in the world is she doing up there! Tsubasa shouted as Gingka, Masamune and Tsubasa realised what was happening and rushed to "save" the lady.

Wait! Where are you going? Madoka asked.

Look up there, up there! Masamune responded. Realising what was happening, Madoka chased after the guys while Akuma and Hikaru followed behind, having realised who the woman was and wasn't panicked at all.

Hey, get away from there! Gingka warned, much to the woman's confusion. Do you realise how close you were to the edge of that cliff you could have slipped off it. Gingka grabbed the woman's arm, pulling her away from the edge.

That's right if you fell, you'd never be able to beyblade again. Masamune said as Madoka had enough of beyblade talk.

ENOUGH WITH THE BEYBLADE!

Suddenly the woman started laughing much to the confusion of team GanGan Galaxy.

Oh dear I had no idea. I guess I got carried away with my examination of the ruins. Yes I just love them, that's why I'm trying to become an archaeologist. The woman explained.

So that's what was going on there. Gingka rubbed the back of his head while sweat dropping, feeling embarrassed over his own actions.

I'm sorry we freaked out. Masamune apologised on the behalf of the whole team.

I'm sorry for confusing you, archaeology sounds really interesting. Madoka said, eager to learn more.

Sorry but I don't see any ruins? Tsubasa questioned.

They're down there all right not too far below the surface is a sunken ancient

Greek ship. The woman revealed.

So you were gonna dive from here to check it out?! Masamune gasped.

Not likely I really hate to get wet. The woman said as she pulled her beyblade launcher and launched her bey into the sea, creating a whirlpool.

No way!

What are you doing? Who launches a beyblade in the ocean?! Gingka and Masamune yelled.

The women's beyblade was so strong, it created a gap in the water, revealing the ancient ship she was talking about, much to the team's amazement.

Awesome.

See there's no need to dive, is there? The woman said.

"Who is she?" Tsubasa thought as he glared at the blue haired woman with suspicion.

I see you've met Sophie. Hikaru said as she and Akuma had caught up with their teammates.

You know who she is? Madoka asked.

I see, my identity has been revealed. Sophie grinned.

Seriously, can someone please tell me what's going on? Masamune, who was confused, wanted a straightforward answer.

This is Sophie from team Excalibur. Akuma simply said.

WHAT?! Gingka, Masamune, Tsubasa and Madoka were shell shocked at the news.

Some time later

Unfortunately for team GGG, Sophie quickly left after their fateful encounter, having to attend some businesses according to her own words. But before she left, she made it clear, she was well aware who they were.

Wasn't expecting Sophie to be that amazing at beyblade. Masamune stated.

Yeah and so is this. Gingka talked with his mouth full of food as the team enjoyed a late lunch. She must be very strong to be a member of team Excalibur. Gingka continued.

"Not really," Akuma thought.

Tsubasa, hand me the salt please? Masamune nicely asked.

Excuse me but do me a favour, eat or speak, please! Madoka demanded her teammates who were eating like pigs.

So when were you two gonna tell us about the Excalibur members? Tsubasa asked as he looked at Hikaru and Akuma.

Well- Before Hikaru could reply, someone nearby challenged a person to a bey battle.

There you are Wales! You beat me at the England tournament but I was just off my game. Let's settle this once and for all right here! The person demanded as he was ready to launch his beyblade; however, Wales ignored his request and continued to eat his lunch as if he wasn't there.

HEY! Are you listening?!

Not really no. Can't you see I'm in the middle of lunch? Wales nonchalantly said.

Too bad we're doing this now!

Ah… If you insist, I've decided to give you three seconds of my time.

Three seconds is that some kind of joke?! Well that's not funny, prepare yourself!

LET IT RIP!

As promised, Wales beat his challenger in three seconds while also splitting the bey into its individual components.

That's three seconds. Wales held up 3 fingers before returning to his table, where a waiter was already serving him his next meal.

My bey! The guy left in a hurry, crying in defeat.

Holy moly! That was surreal! Masamune awed at the display of Wales' bey skills.

There is no shortage of strong blader around here, is there? Gingka asked.

He must be another one of the European Union bladers. Tsubasa claimed.

Part of the festival of warriors… Looks like we're gonna be meeting even more impressive bladers

than we imagined. See Akuma, there are strong bladers in this tournament. Gingka said.

Please Gingka… Even you can beat him, Wales of Excalibur is nowhere near strong enough to beat me. Akuma bluntly stated.

Sorry what?! Gingka thought he misheard.

That's Wales, he's the England representative for team Excalibur. Hikaru revealed.

OK, now you have to tell us who is the last member and how long have you guys known this? Masamune shouted.

Well, you guys didn't listen in our last meeting and you never asked. Since we are here now, you'll see them soon enough. Hikaru replied.

What?! Come on Hikaru, just tell us please! Masamune begged.

Hikaru refused to budge as they headed for the location of the festival of warriors. The festival was being held at an ancient temple facing the sea on the outskirts of the town they were staying at.

Oh boy, I wonder what kind of bladers we're going to battle, y'know what? Scratch that, no matter who I battle, they won't win because I'm number one! Masamune proudly claimed.

Don't let your guard down Masamune, if they're anywhere near as strong as Julian, we need to be ready. Tsubasa reminded the unicorn blader.

I know that! The number one blader has to be ready for anything after all. Masamune smirked.

OK Masamune, we get it! Madoka was seriously getting pissed off at the guys love for beyblade today except for Tsubasa and Akuma.

Look over there! Hikaru pointed out as they saw the temple appearing on the horizon.

As they reached the entrance, they were stopped by the woman who was guarding the venue from any unwanted trespassers.

I can't allow it, bladers who are not members of the European Union are forbidden from entering. The woman strictly said.

Come on, we've travelled a really long way to get here. Masamune said.

Please let us through, we just wanna see who all the bladers are. Gingka begged.

I can't, it's against the rules sorry. The woman remained firm with her decision.

Excuse me ma'am. We do apologise for our inconvenient arrival but as my teammates have expressed, we'd love to have a peak at the festival of warriors. We promise to not interfere. Hikaru politely asked.

Those with no business here should go home. Wales said as he appeared from the entrance.

It's the guy from the restaurant. Madoka said.

Wales huh? Gingka said.

I've already been informed that you know who I am but let me formally introduce myself. I'm

England's representative Wales.

Gingka decided to introduce the team but soon realised Wales wasn't someone he was going to like.

Cool, we're Japan's representative, team GanGan Galaxy.

So? I don't care; I'm not the least bit interested in you at all. Wales bluntly said.

What was that?! Masamune wasn't having any of Wales' attitude.

This is not a place that a bunch of nobodies from nowhere can just walk into, hit the road.

I'm sorry? Wales' attitude was getting on Hikaru's nerves.

Look pal, you don't have to be rude or you'll regret it! Masamune joined the argument much to Hikaru and Madoka's dismay.

Guys! Calm down, let's not fight here, it's not the place or the time. Hikaru tried to persuade the guys to calm down but her efforts were in vain as the atmosphere was getting heated.

That wasn't a very nice thing to say, was it? Wales. Sophie said who appeared from the entrance.

It's Sophie. Madoka said.

We met again, team GanGan Galaxy. Sophie replied.

A member of Excalibur huh? You sure fooled us earlier. Masamune said.

I wasn't trying to hide it from you or anything like that. Anyway, I am France's representative, Sophie. Sophie formally introduced herself.

Can you help us out? Madoka nicely asked.

It's like this since ancient times this has been a precious place used to appeal to the gods for victory… That is why those who are not members of the union CANNOT enter here ever. I hope you can understand. Sophie explained.

Akuma, who had been quiet till now, expressed his thoughts honestly. What would it matter anyway? I don't sense any strong bladers around here.

Wales didn't take Akuma's comment lightly while Sophie remained calm but on the inside she was as furious as her teammate.

How dare you speak ill of this holy place! What does a nobody like you know about our traditions?! Leave now! Wales demanded.

Hold it Wales! Sophie put her hand up before continuing to speak. I wasn't finished, while we can't allow non EU members to our sacred place, I have been instructed by Julian to allow Gingka and Akuma through.

Wales gritted his teeth but he didn't dare to question his leader's orders while team Japan were shocked.

Why me and Akuma? Gingka wanted answers.

Julian has taken great interest in both of you and wants to meet both of you. Gingka because he's won the Battle Bladers and is Japan's nr 1 blader. Akuma because of his left-rotated beyblade Bahamut. Sophie explained.

Well, I refuse to go without my t- Hikaru pulled Gingka's ear before he could finish his sentence.

Gingka, this is a perfect opportunity for you and Akuma to gather information on the EU members. Just go. Hikaru whispered.

She's right, this is our best chance to find out more about the strength and weaknesses of the European Union and Excalibur. Tsubasa, who had been quiet, agreed to the secretary's idea.

I get it but-

No buts, Gingka, Hikaru's right, go in, find out anything you two can find and report back to us. AND don't cause any trouble. Madoka joined in on the argument.

OK then. Gingka agreed to the plan much to Masamune's annoyance.

That's so unfair, I should be in there, number one blader! Masamune expressed his frustration while Wales glared at the Japanese team but kept his thoughts to himself as he trusted his teammate.

Everything seems to be settled then, Gingka and Akuma, welcome to the festival of warriors. Sophie signed the duo to follow after her and Wales as they disappeared into the ruins.

See you guys later then. Gingka waved goodbye while Akuma sighed in annoyance as he couldn't be bothered watching "weak" bladers.

This stinks! I wanna battle! Masamune continued his rant.

What can you do, it's just the way it goes. Tsubasa remarked.

With Gingka and Akuma inside, we got what we came for, at least we managed to get in. Hikaru added.

It's too bad since we came all this way but let's go home and catch up with them later. Madoka said as she turned around.

Hey! Wait a minute, I'm not giving up that easily. Masamune said as he began walking around the ruins looking for another entrance.

"Oh boy, what is he planning?" Madoka, Hikaru and Tsubasa thought.

Whatever he's up to, it can't be good, we should make sure he doesn't land us in trouble. Tsubasa sighed.

No question about it. Hikaru and Madoka said synchronously.

While GGG was busy finding another entrance to the festival of warriors, Gingka and Akuma were following closely behind Sophie and Wales into the main hall.

So Julian invited us because we're strong? Gingka asked Sophie.

Something along those lines but he'll tell you once you meet him. And don't take it the wrong way, I don't mean to be rude but as Julian's teammate, we don't question his orders. Sophie explained.

I see… What's the festival of warriors about? Gingka asked another question.

Seeing as we have invited you two, every year, all the best bladers from each of the EU countries gather together for one day to battle and determine who's the strongest as well as inducting anyone new. Sophie answered.

Thanks. Gingka appreciated Sophie was kind enough to explain as the reception so far hasn't been the best experience.

It's the least we can do, now remember, just because you're guests doesn't mean you're allowed to battle. Sophie made it clear.

What?! That's not so cool! So many bladers to battle and I can't battle even one? Gingka moaned.

You should be grateful Julian has even allowed you two to enter this sacred ground. Having non EU members is already breaking our rules. Don't disgrace us even more. Wales belittled the Japanese representatives.

Alright we're here. Gingka, Akuma, welcome to the festival of warriors. Now as to not cause any trouble, stay with us and watch and there won't be any complaints, understood? Sophie asked.

Both nodded.

Good, we're late so let's not delay it any further. Sophie said as they walked up to the centre of the stage as every EU member stopped what they were doing and paid attention to the two Excalibur members.

Wales then proceeded to announce the festival's first battle. Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the festival of warriors. We do apologise for the late commencement, we had some minor "inconvenience" we had to take care of but everything is set. So without further ado, the first match is Norway vs Hungary! Both bladers step up!

The Norwegian and Hungarian representatives stepped up to the stadium from the massive crowd and prepared to launch.

Remember, the rules are as follows, the first bey to stop spinning or leaves the stadium in a stadium out, loses. As we are in a holy ground, cheating is strictly forbidden, anyone who attempts such actions will be automatically disqualified and thrown out.

Now, Norway and Bulgaria, prepare yourself!

3,2,1 LET IT RIP!

Gingka and Akuma watched on or rather just Gingka as Akuma looked uninterested while Gingka took notes of the battles while watching along with Sophie. Wales while he was refeering the match, he would occasionally glare at Gingka and Akuma.

Yeesh, can't he relax? Gingka whispered to Akuma.

We're in their territory, what did you expect? Akuma replied.

Returning to the rest of GGG members, they were currently scaling the dangerous cliffside by the temple, in an attempt to sneak into the festival.

Isn't what we're doing wrong? Madoka whispered as the team were climbing along the cliff.

When someone says I can't come in, it just makes me want it that much more. Masamune happily said.

But what if-

Relax Madoka, as long as they don't see us, it's going to be fine. Masamune interrupted the mechanic.

We're going to be in trouble, aren't we? Hikaru sighed and sweatdropped.

Yupp. Madoka and Tsubasa replied.

The team scaled up the cliff just in time as the battle just finished.

Go again!

The representative from Norway wins. Sophie declared.

The next match will be Spain versus Switzerland, both bladers up front! Wales announced.

In support of the victory of the European Union's team I offer this battle to the people of France! Sophie said as she raised her arm.

In support of the victory this battle is for the people of Spain!

I offer this battle and victory to the people of Switzerland!

Huh that's a lot of pressure promising victory to your country? Masamune commented.

With so many members here, team Excalibur must be very strong to represent all of Europe. Tsubasa said.

According to WBBA, all of the Excalibur members never lost a match in their respective tournaments. Hikaru revealed.

Charge now, Evil Bull.

Don't give in, Earth Capricorn!

These guys are pretty good aren't they?! Masamune said as Madoka, Tsubasa and Hikaru agreed with his assessment.

Now, where's Julian? Masamune wondered as he looked around for the Italian representative while pushing Madoka and Hikaru's heads much to their frustration.

Stop it Masamune! Stop pushing, you're gonna get us in troub- AHHHHHH! Madoka yelled as they lost their composure and fell down to the festival floor.

Oh you clumsy bumble, we will be discovered! Madoka berated her teammate as the EU members surrounded them.

You think?

What do you think you're doing here?! You were warned! Sophie demanded.

We're sorry! Madoka, Tsubasa, Masamune and Hikaru apologised while Akuma and Gingka couldn't help but feel embarrassed by their teammate's action.

We were just curious. Masamune quickly explained.

You snuck into a ceremony that was meant ONLY for specially chosen warriors! You should be ashamed. Wales vented his frustrations as the rest of the EU agreed with his rant.

We're sorry but you know if it's for chosen warriors then we should be able to participate as well. We've already defeated the Chinese and Russian teams so we're warriors too we're number one number one I say to you! Masamune added.

"Says the guy who hasn't battled a match" Akuma thought.

Number one? Is that what I heard?!

You have some nerve saying that in front of bladers like us!

You need to learn some respect and I'm just the guy to teach you, I'll show you

why we're feared!

Now hold up Masamune, we have already caused trouble for the EU members, you're asking for trouble. Hikaru warned but obviously Masamune was too stubborn to listen.

NO WAY! If Gingka and Akuma were invited into the festival then why wouldn't Tsubasa and I be as well?

Have you forgotten already? Gingka and Akuma were invited because Julian wanted them! I knew this was a bad idea. Madoka ranted.

Why do I even bother? Hikaru regretted trying.

Who's battling me first! Masamune opened an open challenge to every single EU member.

That's just what we want!

Don't pay any attention to them, UNDERSTAND! Wales ordered.

Gingka, as much as I want to trust your words, your team has disrespected our traditions and it's not easily forgiven. Sophie sternly said.

Who else?! You're with him aren't ya? The EU member referred to Masamune.

Uhm, yeah… Gingka hesitantly told the truth.

Since you two are from the same team, that means you need to be punished as well.

What! It wasn't my fault but I'm not to back down from a battle, fine you wanna battle? I'm all yours! Gingka shouted as he attached Pegasus to his launcher.

Don't forget about him! Another EU member pointed his bey towards Tsubasa who wasn't planning to battle today.

Ugh, might as well, Let's go Eagle. Tsubasa accepted the challenge.

It can't be helped now… Sophie sighed.

I guess. Wales agreed as much as he didn't want to.

We're terribly sorry! Hikaru and Madoka bowed and apologised on the behalf of the whole team as they walked up to Sophie, Wales and Akuma.

"This is gonna be boring." Akuma thought as somehow he had gone unnoticed by the EU members.

Gingka, Masamune and Tsubasa ended up swooping victory after victory as the EU members desperately tried to win.

STAND DOWN! Wales commanded.

What, Wales?!

Don't disgrace us any further, joke's over, I will be your opponent now! Wales challenged the Japanese team, having enough of the embarrassment.

Bring it on then Wales! Gingka was eager to battle the arrogant and rude Englishman.

You cannot be allowed to smear mud on this festival of warriors, I will battle as well. Sophie stepped in as she refused to let outsiders disgrace the festival.

A team battle huh? Gingka suggested,

You're on, let's do it now! Masamune couldn't wait to show the Excalibur members what they're made of.

Be careful then I will be your opponent. Julian said as he appeared from the back of the stage.

Konzern… Gingka glared at Excalibur's leader.

KONZERN, KONZERN, KONZERN! The EU members repeatedly cheered for the strongest member of the EU.

The atmosphere totally ramped up when he got here. Tsubasa remarked.

According to WBBA, the Konzern family is considered royalty in Europe. Hikaru added.

No need to waste time battling, we can handle it. Sophie said.

Excalibur needs to keep in the game so it doesn't get rusty. Julian ordered.

True. Sophie agreed without question.

I'm representing England, I'm Wales of the Blue Grand Cetus!

Representing France, I'm Sophie of the White Grand Cetus!

And the team leader representing Italy, I'm Julian Konzern. Together we make up the European Union, we are team Excalibur. Julian announced.

This has turned into more like a preliminary match for the world championships. Tsubasa commented, not exactly looking forward to revealing their strength.

I'm so ready to battle you right here and right now Konzern but are you ready for me?! Gingka asked as everyone prepared to launch their beys.

Wait! Remember Gingka, I personally invited you and Akuma and seeing how much chaos your team has caused us, you owe me.

Gingka gritted his teeths, he didn't want to be ordered around but he felt obligated seeing as he wouldn't enter if it weren't for the rich italian.

FINE! What do you want? Gingka asked.

Glad you understand, I want the Bahamut blader to join the demonstration.. Julian demanded, grinning with confidence.

I'm not swapping, absolutely no chance in hell! Masamune forced his way out of the swap.

Akuma is more than welcome to take my place. Tsubasa offered as he had enough battling for today.

Do I have to? Akuma indifferently said with a slight hint of annoyance in his tone.

Didn't you want to battle Julian back in Arabia? Hikaru questioned where his crazy attitude had gone.

That was before I saw how weak the bladers were in the BWCS. Akuma reminded her.

His comment didn't go unheard as the EU members angrily started booing him. Sophie and Wales took his comment extra personal as they wouldn't tolerate any slander towards their leader.

Someone needs to be taught their place. Sophie angrily said.

For nobody, you sure talk big. I'm more than happy to put that ego of yours in its rightful place. Wales vowed with passion.

HAHAHAH! It's been a while since someone entertained me so much but that has to end now. The reason why I invited you and Gingka was because no one but me has the right to be the best in the world and Destroyer is the strongest left and right rotating beyblade in the world. Julian stated.

You can't be serious?! Gingka gasped at the revelation.

That guy sure doesn't isn't egotistical at all. Madoka sarcastically whispered, not wanting to feel the wrath of the EU.

Tell me about it. Hikaru rolled her eyes.

3,2,1, LET IT RIP!

All six bladers made a perfect launch but Akuma who to the naked eye wouldn't notice but he was not putting much effort as he should as Hikaru, Madoka and Tsubasa noticed while Gingka and Masamune were too busy focusing on their opponents.

As the horse beyblades were about to attack, they stopped as the Excalibur's beyblades simply stood still with the Cetuses protecting Gravity Destroyer. Bahamut was following closely behind Striker and Pegasus but showed no intention of attacking.

What are they just standing there for? Masamune questioned their strategy.

I know, right? Gingka replied in an agreement.

Taunt us all you want, it doesn't bother us at all!

We'll just move forward as we always do. Wales and Sophie responded.

They're just protecting Konzern. Madoka immediately understood what they were doing.

Well strategy is extremely important in a team battle but it looks like there's a

a lot more going on here. Tsubasa added his own analysis.

Don't they look like knights protecting their king? Hikaru said.

Yeah, it does. Tsubasa agreed with the secretary's statement.

If you're not going to make a move then I will! Let's go Striker!

Let's go Pegasus! The duo commanded.

Masamune, you take the blue one, I'll take the white one, okay buddy? Gingka ordered.

I got it! I'll send it flying with one hit.

Unfortunately, their attack did nothing as they got sent flying back as soon they made contact with the Cetus beys.

This attack didn't do anything at all! Both yelled in sync.

I can't believe it, Pegasus and Striker's move didn't even make a dent on their beys at all! Gingka remarked with a shocked expression while Julian chuckled.

Fine one more time Pegasus!

Give it up!

It's no use. Sophie and Wales mocked their opponents as they were confident, the battle was theirs to win.

Their beys are just not budging at all! It's almost like I'm slamming up against a wall here. Gingka was getting frustrated.

Here I come, Konzern! Gingka shouted but as Pegasus was about to attack, Destroyer appeared and easily slammed down Pegasus with one hit as Pegasus and Striker got swallowed by the wave and before they realised it, the battle was over or so they thought.

Soooo lame! Akuma bluntly stated as soon as the attack hit Bahamut, the dragon simply reflected as it split the move in half.

NO, THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE! Julian couldn't believe what was happening in front of him; what started as an easy victory, turned into a living nightmare as Akuma and Bahamut's terrifying aura was making Julian feel scared.

From there, Bahamut turned it into a one-sided battle; attack after attack, Gravity Destroyer could do nothing against the King of Dragon's raw destructive attack power.

Please stop, stop it… Julian couldn't begin to describe what he was feeling now. Humiliating couldn't even begin to explain his insecurities right now.

Akuma, that's enough! He had enough! Hikaru begged as it was too much for everyone to see. Everyone understood then and there, Akuma was no one to mess with.

This was so boring… Akuma said as he recalled Bahamut to his hand, making technically Destroyer the winner as Akuma forfeited the match but everyone knew he was the real winner.

Next time, at least back up your words, OK? Akuma said as he walked by Julian who looked like he had seen a ghost.
