Hello, everyone! PHANTOMKNIGHTMARE47 here, with the 20th chapter of JoJo's Multiversal Adventure! In this chapter, Jotham and the members of the Multiversal Defense Unit arrive at the universe of Meta Runner, in Cilica City, where Jotham and co. meet Tari, Theo, Sofia Porter, Lamarr Williams, Masa Shimamoto, and Belle Frontiere, as they work to stop Derek Lucks, the C.E.O of TAS Corp. from getting his hands on Tari. They also learn that some of the Order of DIO has been smuggling goods from other worlds to common thugs. The gang even meet an autistic Meta-Runner named Haruo Motohashi. Meanwhile, Evelyn Claythorn teams up with Chloe Bourgeois as a means of getting revenge on Tari and Marinette. However, Joseph Joestar, who has had his youth restored, alongside a revived Caesar Zeppeli and Rudol von Stroheim arrive to help Jotham and co. stop Lucks, Evelyn and Chloe! Can our heroes save Silica City, and make it so that Lucks is held accountable for his crimes? Keep reading to find out!

It shows the crew onboard the Starchaser, where we see that Jotham had finished his schoolwork, and was busy taking a break from schoolwork and training to play one of his favorite video-games, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Jotham often played video games to unwind after getting schoolwork and chores done. The Monster Hunter franchise was Jotham's favorite game. He also liked Five Nights At Freddy's, Cuphead, Minecraft, Warriors Orochi 4, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Disney Speedstorm, Onigiri, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis, and the 2016 Ratchet & Clank game. Jotham had a PlayStation 5, an XBOX Series X, and a Nintendo Switch Lite.
"Time to unwind for a bit." said Jotham, smiling a little. Jotham often trained his body to the physical and mental peak, to better fight against the forces of the Order of DIO.
'My descendant is finding something to stave off boredom. Thank goodness.' thought Jonathan, as he was busy doing some exercising in the training area. He was pitting [Midnight Blue] against a simulated Stand, with [Midnight Blue] thrashed and bashed the simulated Stand, until it shattered into pixels.
"Phew." said Jonathan, as he exhaled.
"Alright, everyone! We're about to reach our destination!" said Prof. Segawa. Jotham saved his game before shutting off his console, as the Starchaser, alongside the Marauder, the Rogue Shadow, the Ghost, the Stinger Mantis, the Sapphire Mythosaur, the Emerald Mythosaur, and the Axalon II flew through a dimensional portal.

Chapter 20: The Future Of Gaming!

"So, this place must be Silica City." said Jonathan, taking note of the environment of the city around them. "It's a lot different."
"Much different than either Remnant or even Coruscant." said Jek, taking notice of this.
"Looks like the entire city has gaming fever, too." said Yang, noticing the various games being promoted. "A lot different than the video games on Earth or Remnant."
"Yep." said Jotham.
Meanwhile, we see a pair of racist men cornering an African-American college-aged teenager. One of the men was armed with a bull-whip.
"How long has it been since slavery was abolished in the 1860s!?" said one of the racist men. "Because of how people like you were freed, our ancestors lost everything!"
"And with every whiplash you feel, you'll feel every God given right that was taken from us, and how you should've been enslaved 'til the day you die!" said the other racist man.
"Leave him alone. Now." said a voice similar to Nigel Uno, AKA Numbuh One from Codename: Kids Next Door. The two racist men then saw an English-American man standing at 6'4", with dark-brown spikey hair, and light-blue eyes. He wore a form-fitting tank-top that was cut above his navel, gloves with studs at the knuckles, fitting jeans with a leather belt, and leather boots. He also had a headband and a scarf.
"Stay outta this, limey." said one of the racist men. "Do us all a favor, and go back to London." he was picking his nose, and smeared snot on the man's cheek. "Where limeys like you really belong."
"What makes you people think I'd stand idly by, and let you antagonize others on the basis of race, sexual orientation, social class, or ethnicity?" said the Englishman, on the verge of blowing a fuse.
"BECAUSE I CAN, THAT'S WHY!" said the man, "The way I see it, foreigners have no rights to even begin with! Anyone who says otherwise gets knocked the fuck ou-!" Before he could finish his sentence, the Englishman then delivered a vicious haymaker to the racist's jaw, knocking all of his teeth out.
"DON'T FUCKING PUSH IT, YANKEE!" the Englishman snarled, ready to beat someone to a bloody pulp and put them in the hospital with permanent injuries. The racist man yowled in pain, and was ranting unintelligibly due to missing all of his teeth.
"You bastard!" the lead thug snarled, as he took out a handgun.
"Go ahead, just try and shoot me!" said the Englishman. "But, I'll give you a warning: The minute you pull the trigger, I'll break your fingers like rotten matchsticks!"
"At this range!? Like Hell ya could! I'll make sure the police are busy scrubbing your brains off of the walls!" said the man. Suddenly, the Englishman was enveloped in a golden glow, and he caused the cap of a bottle of green apple Fanta to shoot off and shatter the man's finger. The Englishman then took a swig of the Fanta, before realizing what happened.
"AAAUUUGGHHH! I'VE LET MY ANGER-PROBLEM GET THE BETTER OF ME AGAIN!" the Englishman yelped, freaking out. "CRAP! If Granny Erina was still around, she'd give me a spanking with a spiked belt!" He faced the African-American boy. "You there! The young man with the fancy prosthetic hand and forearm! What's say you and me get going while the getting's good?"
'What an absolute nutbar! This guy just beat the snot out of TWO racist men who were like the KKK, and he's worried about how his late grandmother would react?' the youth blurted out. For now, the youth followed the Englishman.
"Thanks for saving my butt. It's nice to see someone stick up for an African-American Meta Runner like me." said the youth, sounding like Alan Albright. "My name's Devon. Devon Brown. Direct descendant of Smokey Brown. Yours?"
"Joestar. Joseph Joestar." said the Englishman, smirking. "But, you can call me JoJo."
(Note: Joseph has had his youth restored. He still has Hamon, and his Stand, [Hermit Purple].)
"Pleasure to meet you, JoJo." said Devon, as he shook Joseph's hand. Joseph had his youth restored by an unknown being. Not only that, but two of Joseph's friends, Caesar Zeppeli and Rudol von Stroheim had been given second-chances at life.
Later it showed Jotham and co. meeting up with a group of people. One was a girl who had blue-colored hair, and purple eyes, with a robotic left hand and forearm. She wore a blue and white colored hooded jacket with a white tank-top, brown khaki pants, white and blue socks, and brown sandals. This was Tari, an A.I inhabiting the body of a woman known as Lucinia Porter.
The second was an African-American man with black hair, green eyes, and a faint mustache and goatee with a robotic left arm, he wore a black beanie with 2 yellow stripes and red triangle. which is likely its brand's logo, a black and yellow tank top with a hood, gray pants, a black belt with a silver buckle and some logos on it and black shoes. This was Lamar Williams, an easygoing otaku who was a Meta Runner.
The third was a Caucasian woman who had blonde hair with the left side shaven into a buzzcut and blue-green eyes. She wore welding goggles, a silver nose ring, and a green and black jacket that connected to her hands with an atomic whirl on each side. Her jacket is always open near her chest area, revealing a white deep o-neck undershirt. She wears two brown belts, one of which is more standard with a small silver belt buckle, while the other has some bags on it. She also wears black pants and short black rubber boots. This was Sofia Porter, the elder sister of Lucinia.
The fourth was a Japanese man who had shaggy black hair, brown eyes, and some facial-hair. His entire left arm was robotic. He wore a black and white jacket with 2 pockets and his logo, which consists of a Samurai and Katanas, a reddish brown undershirt, black pants and boots. This was Masa Shimamoto.
The fifth person was a girl who had carmine colored hair with orange streaks in a messy ponytail with burgundy eyes. Her Meta Runner Arm is on her right. She wears a short-sleeved white jacket with blue threads and a symbol of a phoenix on the back of it, with a midriff cut undershirt, black pants with blue stripes and two white belts, and black boots. This was Belle Fontiere, a Meta Runner who was formerly affiliated with TAS Corp. Together, Tari, Lamar, Sofia, Masa, and Belle were known as MD-5, a group of rebels who wanted to take down TAS Corp, because its president, Derek Lucks, wanted to capture Tari for her ability to warp into video-games.
"So, the Multiverse Theory is for real? Wow. Mind blown." said Lamar, stunned by this news. Suddenly, they heard a knocking.
"Hello? Am I in the right area?" said a voice similar to Kakeru Miwa from Shikizakura, as a young man entered the area. He had indigo-blue hair styled like Takashi Komuro from Highschool Of The Dead mixed with Naoto Kurogane from BlazBlue and citrus-green eyes. His clothes were a merger between Hugo Pennywort and Yozora from Kingdom Hearts III: ReMind. His right hand and forearm was his Meta-Runner arm.
"Yes. Yes, you are." said Masa. "Everyone, this is our newest member, Haruo Motohashi."
"Hello there." said Haruo, smiling a little. Haruo's Meta Runner arm was his right hand and forearm, and looked like a more futuristic version of the Overture Devil Breaker from Devil May Cry 5.
"Looks like I'm not the only one with a robot arm." said Yang, as she looked at her prosthetic arm, as well as Cyo's robot arm, and the robot arms of some of the members of MD-5.
"Meta-Runners like Tari, Haruo, Belle, Lamar, Haruo, and myself have had either their left or right arm replaced with cybernetic arms to boost their gaming skill," said Masa. "Haruo is different, because he was born with congenital amputation, so his right arm hadn't completely formed, which is why he was born missing his right hand and forearm."
"Dang. That bites." said Rentaro, shocked to learn that Haruo was born with congenital amputation.
"Eh. I'll get by." said Haruo. Aside from congenital amputation, Haruo was born with Asperger's Syndrome, but was proud to be autistic.
Meanwhile, we see a girl who had pink hair and eyebrows, and green eyes wearing black and red clothing. Her Meta-Runner arm was her right arm. This was Evelyn Claythorn, a female Meta Runner who hated Tari's guts since day one, after she lost to the blue-haired Meta Runner in Skybreakers. Now, she was plotting her revenge.
"Damn that blue-haired cunt, Tari! My flawless record of zero losses in Skybreakers was tarnished by her and her good-for-nothing friends!" Evelyn ranted. "If I get the chance, I'll destroy her and her friends!" Suddenly, she heard footsteps as she looked to see Chloe in her Imperial Inquisitor garb. Accompanying her were some Imperial Troopers.
"Who the bloody Hell are you supposed to be?" said Evelyn. "A rich girl gone emo?"
"Someone who wants to see evil win over good, actually." said Chloe, as she faced Evelyn. "You want revenge on Tari and the members of MD-5 for defeating you in the game, Skybreakers, right?"
"I'm listening," said Evelyn.
Meanwhile, it showed Haruo playing the battle-racing game, Disney Speedstorm, as Sitch from Lilo & Stitch. He was playing in a friendly match with Lamar, who was playing as Olaf from the Frozen movies. Suddenly, the group got a call from someone.
"Y'ello?" said Lamar, answering the phone.
"Remember me?" said the voice.
"Evelyn?" Lamar gasped, shocked. Everyone froze.
"I plan to make your lives a living Hell, and I'll sell Tari to Lucks to be experimented on until her body gives out on her!" said Evelyn's voice.
"We won't let that happen." said Jonathan, scowling. Suddenly, Joseph arrived, alongside Stroheim and Caesar.
"We'll help you all out, Gramps." said Joseph, smiling a little.
'Is that…Grandpa Joseph?' Jotham gasped in his mind, stunned.
It shows Master Trona busy walking through the streets of Silica City, until he looked to see some Imperial Troopers with their DC-17Ms in rifle mode. Master Trona then used the Force to grab his lightsaber from his belt, and ignite it, revealing that his single-bladed lightsaber had a purple-colored blade. Master Trona then entered the lightsaber stance for Vapaad, the same style used by Mace Windu. Master Trona then fought against the Imperial Troopers, cutting them down left-and-right. Suddenly, Zud arrived, shooting at some Imperial Troopers until he looked to see a Sith Empire agent, with a J-19 Bo-Rifle, the same model of bo-rifle Zud used.
"You there! Lasat!" the agent snarled, having an English accent to his voice. This was Agent Alexsandr Kallus. Agent Kallus then grabbed the bo-rifle from his back, as it converted into an electrostaff. "FACE ME!"
Zud was triggered, as his J-19 Bo-Rifle converted into it's electrostaff mode, as he then fought against Agent Kallus in a duel.
"Only the Honor-Guard of Lasan are allowed to own a bo-rifle!" Zud snarled, sounding like Dante Allegheri from Dante's Inferno.
"I know! I stole it from one myself!" said Agent Kallus, with a sadistic smirk on his face. "I was there when Palpatine's army laid siege to Lasan. I know why both you and Garazeb fear those disruptor rifles. I was the one who gave the order to use them!" When Palpatine's Imperial soldiers laid siege to Zud's home-planet, Lasan, the soldiers used T-7 Ion Disruptor Rifles to slaughter everyone there, including Zud's wife and kids. Zud was triggered.
"YOU SONOFABITCH! I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!" Zud roared, as he then jabbed the end of his bo-rifle into Agent Kallus' midsection, electrocuting him. Zud then knocked the bo-rifle from Agent Kallus' hands, and began thrashing the Imperial agent within an inch of his life with his bare fists. Agent Kallus felt his bones crack and break with every punch that connected.
"THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU INVADE MY HOMEWORLD! SLAUGHTER MY PEOPLE! MURDER MY WIFE AND KIDS! YOU GET FUCKED, YOU HEAR ME!? YOU GET FUCKED! YOU GET FUCKED! YOU GET FUCKED! YOU'RE GONNA GET FUCKED!" Zud bellowed, as he reeled back his fist, ready to finish off the Imperial agent.
"Zud, stop! He's not worth it!" said a voice, as Deni arrived with Shane, Gonghan, and Zhanu.
"Deni's right, Zud. Killing this guy won't bring your friends and family back." said Shane, facing the Lasat warrior. "It'll only make you just as bad as he is."
"We'll let the galactic court handle this guy. Honestly, he'd be looking at the rest of his life wasting away in prison for his war-crimes and genocide of the Lasat race." said Zhanu, scowling at Agent Kallus. Suddenly, Chloe and Lila arrived in the Inquisitor clothing.
"I'm ashamed of you, Agent Kallus." said Chloe, scowling at the Imperial Agent. "You lost to one of the remaining members of the Lasat? Pathetic."
"Bourgeois!? Rossi!?" said Zhanu, shocked to see that Chloe and Lila were now part of the Inquisitorious.
"That's 12th and 17th Sister to you." said Lila, scowling. "Agent Kallus won't be going to prison. We're bringing him to be debriefed." With that, Lila and Chloe left with Agent Kallus.
"KARABAST!" Zud bellowed, frustrated. Zud, alongside the rest of the Renegades and Master Trona saw several Imperial Troopers, with one having stun-batons, another having an electrostaff, and another having an electrohammer.
"It'd be wise to surrender." said one of the troopers, only for Shane to blow the trooper's brains out with his GALAAR-15 Blaster Carbine, while Gonghan pulled another trooper's arms from their sockets.
"Surrender to you motley bunch of bucketheads!? To Hell with that!" said Zud, as he cracked another Imperial Trooper in the jaw, breaking all of his teeth. "Hell, my grandparents were better fighters than you, and they're in their sixties!" Indeed, after his parents died, Zud was raised by his maternal grandparents, who taught him the art of armed and unarmed combat. Deni reconfigured her A-280 CFE blaster into an assault-rifle, and Shane got out his dual WESTAR-35 heavy blaster-pistols. Zhanu ignited his dual lightsabers, revealing teal-colored blades. The group then went to town on the Imperial troopers, with Shane shooting down several Imperial soldiers with his blaster pistols, Deni gunning down troopers left-and-right, Gonghan shooting several Imperial troopers with his bowcaster, Zud using his J-19 bo-rifle as a blaster rifle, and Zhanu slashing and slicing several Imperial troopers left and right. Zhanu fought the trooper armed with an electrostaff, and destroyed his weapon before using a Force Repulse that disintegrated the Imperial Troopers before they had the chance to even scream. One Imperial Trooper tried to escape, but was stopped by Master Trona.
"You are going to tell us what the Order of DIO and the Empire are doing here in Silica City, whether you want to or not." said Master Trona, using a Jedi Mind-Trick.
"A-alright, I'll talk! Lord Sidious and Lord Nox will have me killed, but I'll talk!" said the agent, knowing that Darth Sidious and Darth Nox will have him executed. "We were smuggling illegal weapons into this world to give most criminals here a winning-edge! We even made illegal upgrades for most Meta-Runners to use to cheat in speedruns and competitions!"
"So, like: Wall-hacks, modified controllers, and that kind of stuff?" said Zhanu, scowling. "You'll tear the entire gaming community apart! Who hired you?"
"Some guy named Derek Lucks!" said the agent. With that, he got knocked out by Zud.
Later, it shows Team Joestar and the members of MD-5 raiding a TAS Corp. building, where they looked to see Evelyn hooked up to a device that could allow her to warp into games. Tari decided to even the odds. In this case, Tari was dressed up like Lena Oxton, AKA Tracer. Masa, Lamar, Belle, and Haruo arrived to help Tari. Masa was playing as Genji, Lamar was playing as Lucio, Belle was playing as Ana, and Haruo was playing as Hanzo.
"Let's see how well you fair against me." said Evelyn, who was playing Amelie Lecroix, AKA Widowmaker.

"We're gonna make sure you and Lucks are held accountable!" said Lamar, wanting to defeat Evelyn and Lucks once and for all. Evelyn used her assault-rifle as a sniper-rifle, as a means of picking off the group. She tried to snipe Tari, but failed.
"What the!?" Evelyn blurted out, shocked by this. She then looked to see that Jonathan was playing as Orisa, while Joseph was Jesse McCree, and Jotham was Soldier: 76. Evelyn felt her HP be chipped away by every shot, until Joseph activated McCree's special move.
"Wait! You wouldn't!" said Evelyn.
"Ciao." said Joseph, as he made McCree fire rapid-fire shots from his revolver, eliminating Evelyn. Once everyone logged off, Evelyn was throwing a massive temper-tantrum
"NO! NO! NO NO NO NO NO NO! I WAS SUPPOSED TO WIN! NOT ANY OF YOU WORTHLESS, PATHETIC NOBODIES!" said Evelyn, as she threw a hissy-fit.
"You're never gonna win. And you're never gonna hand Tari over to Lucks." said Joseph, as he faced Evelyn.
"And that's because all you are, and always will be IS A SPOILED CHILD WHO THROWS TANTRUMS JUST TO GET WHAT SHE WANTS!" said Jotham, glaring at Evelyn.
"Especially, when "what she wants" doesn't want her back." Jonathan added. "All you are is a vile, spoiled little brat who has never faced the consequences for her actions!"
"Well, that all changes today." said Caesar. "I already contacted the local police. Your sorry hide is gonna spend the next few years in prison, cut off from the outside world."
"I agree with Grandpa Caesar." said Rentaro, facing Evelyn. "Honestly, Tari and the others would be a lot safer with you in jail."
Later, it showed Evelyn being dragged out in handcuffs, ranting and throwing a hissy fit.
"I'LL FUCKING SLAUGHTER YOU ALL WHEN I GET OUT!" Evelyn roared, furiously. "YOU FUCKING HEAR ME, TARI!? THE FIRST CHANCE I GET, YOU, LAMAR, BELLE, MASA, SOFIA, AND EVEN HARUO ARE HISTORY!"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Screwball, corner pocket." said an officer, as Evelyn was loaded into the back of a police-car.
"Good riddance to bad rubbish, as they say in England." said Nathan, scowling. "Honestly, we'd be safer with people like her and Lucks locked up inside of a padded jail-cell."
"Hey, Joseph." said Jonathan, as he walked up to his grandson.
"Yeah, Gramps? Wassup?" Joseph asked, curious.
"I'm wondering where your cyborg German soldier friend, Rudol von Stroheim went?" said Jonathan, curious about Stroheim's whereabouts.
"I think he went to make a stop at someplace called TAS Corp." said Joseph.
"My guess is: He's gonna give Lucks an earful." said Masa.
Later, it shows Derek Lucks sitting at his desk, having a cup of coffee, until he saw his office door open, revealing the German soldier, Rudol von Stroheim, one of Joseph's allies. Stroheim was modified into a cyborg by German scientists.
"Derek Lucks, I presume?" said Stroheim, with a scowl.
"Who's asking?" said Derek, as he saw Stroheim.
"Stroheim. Rudol von Stroheim." said Stroheim, as he glared at Lucks. He then grabbed the businessman by the front of his shirt. "I've heard zat you haff stolen credit for zhe Meta-Runner arm design from a Mr. James Sheridan. I can easily have your sorry behind court-martialed for what you've done."
"Heheh. I dunno what's fucking funnier: The fact your near-machine hide can intimidate me, or the fact I'd let you walk out in one-piece if you did!" said Lucks. With that, an irritated Stroheim then clocked Lucks in the jaw, breaking his two front-teeth.
"Here is vhat I vant you to do." said Stroheim. "I vant you to admit to stealing credit of zhe Meta-Runner arm from Dr. Sheridan. Zhen, I vant you to leave Silica City, und never come back!"
"And if I don't?" said Lucks, scowling.
"Zhen I'll come back, and I vill break your fucking legs!" said Stroheim, as he threatened to put Lucks in the emergency room.
"Go ahead and try me, kraut! I'll have you deported back to Germany!" said Lucks. Stroheim then broke Lucks' nose.
"Vhat the fuck ever. I'm leaving." said Stroheim, as he went to rejoin Team Joestar. "Auf Wiedersehen, asshole." he flipped Lucks the bird as he left.
"Tch. Fuckin' German prick." said Mr. Lucks, as he then took a sip of his coffee. He then looked to see a red laser-sight aiming at his forehead. "Motherfucker…" he groaned.
From a distance, we see Zud with his E-5S sniper-rifle, aimed at Lucks from a distance.
"I'll see you in Hell, jackass." said Zud, as he pulled the trigger. He sniped Lucks from afar, before leaving to rejoin Jotham and co.
