Chapter 2

Following the day after he met Tohru, Issei was currently having breakfast with her and his parents in the kitchen, getting fed by the dragon girl. After he kissed her fiercely the evening before, she fell more for him and they cuddled in his bed, so he could enjoy the softness of her body.

When they woke up, her dragon tail was showing and she quickly fixed her spell, which was still imperfect as it seemed. She couldn't do anything for her horns though, so they told his parents that they were an accessory that she liked using when they asked her.

"Hehe, I'm so happy that you care about my Issei so much, Tohru-chan. Just to know, what do you like the most about my child?", asked her Miki, getting serious briefly.

"He's so kind with me and I like how confident and handsome he is.", replied the happy orange head, blushing.

"That's so good to know! You could see the wonderful boy he is!"

"Miki and I did our best to take care of him since he was born, so we're glad for how he turned.", told her Gorou, drinking a cup of coffee.

"I'm glad instead of having you as my parents. You two are the best."

Their son's words made them smile more, so Miki got up from her chair and hugged him close, causing him to sweatdrop but smile. Despite being a wicked guy that adored manipulating other people, he genuinely loved his family since childhood. In fact, if someone dared to insult them or worse, he would make them experience hell in real life.

Checking the time though, he noticed that he had to go to school, so he freed himself of Miki's hug and took his bag before greeting everyone and leaving. "I would like to stay close to him at school too mouu.", said Tohru, pouting cutely.

"Don't worry, I know that my child loves you, so he will be glad to see you once he gets home. Also, we can go to buy some clothes for you to look cute for him!", told her his mother, making her eyes shine and nod eagerly. Gorou smiled and said that it was a great idea, offering to accompany to the mall because it was his free day. In that way.

Meanwhile, the young sadist was riding his bike towards Kuoh Academy, waving his hand to the neighbors along the way. He was really lucky that he met Tohru, as having her and finding out about his dormant powers would make his plan evolve into something more.

'Yesterday we decided that we will start to try to awake my powers this afternoon. I look forward to that.', he thought, reaching the school and parking the bike. As expected, his arrival made lots of maidens swoon and greet him, blushing and giggling when he greeted them back.

Noticing Murayama and Katase in the distance, he walked towards them and hugged the brown haired girl, making her yelp. "Good morning, Murayama, Katase.", he said, smiling at them.

"G-good morning, Issei.", she said, blushing profusely because he held in her arms.

"Hello, Issei-kun! Why are you hugging her and not me too?", asked the pinkette, seeming jealous.

"Oh, you're right. Here you go.", he replied, hugging her too and making her red as a tomato. The other girls pouted out of envy before that scene, with Murayama and Katase feeling in bliss instead.

Another way to manipulate girls that he used very much were hugs, as they made him so sweet that they would like him even more. Massages were far more effective, but using both methods to make them fall for and listen to him was too amusing. Besides, as Kiba didn't give affections to the ones that fawned over him, that made the young man the only one that did the opposite.

Anyways, after hugging his two classmates, he walked with them inside the building to go to their class, not seeing the perverted duo there once they arrived. Katase was glad for that because she couldn't stand their presence, not knowing that it was her beloved classmate the cause of their absence.

He guessed that the swimming club beat them up a lot if they were still absent, which made him chuckle darkly in his mind. Watching that spectacle was really enjoyable, but they deserved it for annoying him.

Still, he saw that another one of his female classmates seemed unhappy, so he grinned and patted her head, making her yelp. "What's up, Shiori? Is there anything that troubles you?", he asked her.

"N-nothing, Issei-kun. It's just that I make a portrait of someone as homework, but I don't know who to draw."

"Poor girl. How about you draw me later?", he asked her, making her blush while the others gasped.

"Ehh? R-really?"

"Of course. Helping my cute classmate is a pleasure for me~.", he told her, grabbing her shoulders and massaging them. Shiori felt good instantly, moaning and causing other girls to feel jealous.

"Ahh~! I-Issei-kun~..."

"I told you that it's a pleasure to help you~.", he whispered in her ear, making her squirm more.

"This is not fair! I want a massage too, Issei-kun!"

"Us too!"

He got surrounded by various maidens that clung onto him, making him chuckle and enjoy the situation. Without other guys in class and being so popular, it was like he had all his classmates in his full control. And of course, he was ecstatic for that.

The whole commotion stopped when the homeroom teacher arrived, so everyone stopped clinging on him and took place at their desks. Since the lesson would be about History, he got helped by Murayama to take notes, thanking her and telling her that she was fantastic.

That compliment made her blush profusely and smile, which caused him to smirk because she, like all his female classmates, was too easy. He didn't love anyone of them in a special way, as he just wanted to have them all at his feet and to manipulate them for fun in every possible way.

Only Tohru, who was head over heels for him, was the one he liked for real, otherwise he wouldn't have taken her first kiss the day before. Remembering the moans she released while he dominated her tongue with his own was truly awesome, since they were a recorded music in his mind.

The first lessons went on fine until it was lunch time, so he was about to go his favorite place with some maidens before someone entered in his class and attracted all the attention. Turning his head, he saw one of the two beauties of Kuoh Academy, Akeno Himejima, looking at him with her violet eyes and a kind smile.

"Fufu, nice to meet you, Issei-kun.", she said, bowing her head.

"Nice to meet you too, Akeno-san. What did I do to talk with a beautiful senpai?", he asked her, smiling back at her while his classmates pouted.

"Hehe, you're really kind with every girl. Rias asked me to accompany you to our club because she wants to know you personally.", she replied, touching her red cheek and giggling.

That response made Katase and the others gasp, with him being just surprised instead. Not only the famous Akeno arrived in his class to talk with him, but even the redhead was interested to know him.

Feeling intrigued, he smiled more and accepted the invitation, not without telling Shiori that he would help her with her homework later and making her eyes shine. So he greeted her and the others before leaving the class to follow the ponytail woman.

Seeing him walk together with her made various students gasp too inside the corridors, especially the boys that were envious of him. Watching their frustrated expressions was really funny for him, so he smirked as if he mocked them and made them grit their teeth.

"Are you happy to spend time with me, Issei-kun?", asked him Akeno along the way.

"Walking with my dear senpai is very nice of course.", he told her, smiling with his eyes closed.

"Ara ara, I see why lots of girls have their eyes on you. To tell you the truth, I'm very interested in you as well~."

She hugged his arm between her arms, pushing her sacred valley to it and giggling. Needless to say, such action shocked other people, with other maidens wanting to be at her place so bad.

The young Hyoudou wasn't flustered because of it, keeping to smile instead. "I feel lucky that you want to get along with me~.", he told her, making her giggle more.

She was surprised that he wasn't embarrassed, but she liked that confident and easygoing attitude of his. It made him much more attractive to her eyes.

So they continued to walk like that until they reached the old part of Kuoh Academy, stopping in front of a wooden door with "Occult Research Club" written on it. He raised an eyebrow at reading it, as he didn't know it existed such club in the school. Its position in the old building kinda fitted it though.

Akeno opened the door then and they entered inside, finding Rias sitting at a wooden table. When she saw them, she frowned in jealousy for how the black haired woman was hugging him.

"Welcome, Issei. My name's Rias Gremory and it's a pleasure to meet you. Why are you clinging onto him, Akeno?"

"I just like being sweet with my cute kouhai. Can't I~?", was her retort, smiling amused.

"I'm honored to meet you too, Rias-san.", he said instead, grinning too.

"R-Ri-Umm, I'm sorry for calling you here during lunch time. I heard a lot of good things about you, so I wanted to make friends.", she told him, blushing more because he called her by name nonchalantly.

'Oho, she gets flustered so easily? How cute~.', he thought wickedly. A lot of other guys would be agitated to be in the same room with those two girls, but he was different.

In fact, he freed his arm from Akeno's hug and walked towards the redhead. She blushed like her haircolor when he took her hand and kissed it, smiling at her.

"If you want to make friends with me, it makes me very happy then."

She got more flustered because of those words, with Akeno giggling despite she disliked losing the physical contact with him. It wasn't a case that she clung onto him again, showing a cute pout and making Rias glare at her.

"I want to be your friend too, Issei-kun~."

"Akeno, stop being so clingy with him!"

"What? Do you want to hug him too maybe~?"

"Calm down, girls. There's no need to fight.", he told them, surprising them because he caressed their heads.

That move made them both blush, especially because it was their kouhai doing it. Or rather, because it was him. Rias was a whole blushing mess, still she couldn't avoid to smile because it felt really nice.

'I'm so glad that I'm talking with him .', she thought, enjoying the headpat even more. Despite being his senpais, it was more like he was theirs.

"By the way, are you two part of this club? I've never heard of it."

"Oh, yeah. We research a lot about occult related stuff.", she replied, avoiding to tell him what it really was. She didn't want to freak him out by saying that she, along Akeno and other people, were not normal humans, not after finally managing to make acquaintance with him.

"I see. Well, if you don't mind, I would like to eat lunch here."

"Feel free to do it. I was about to eat now too.", she told him, still smiling at him.

So he took place on the couch inside the room and opened his lunch box, digging in the food prepared by his mother. Though, the violet eyes girl sat awfully close to him, annoying Rias again.

"You sure have a knack for clinging onto me."

"Don't you like having a sweet senpai, Issei-kun~?", she asked him teasingly.

"On the contrary, I love it.", he answered, grinning and looking into her eyes. The confidence in his red pupils made her blush, with the redhead gasping because it was like they flirted with each other.

Hating feeling like a third wheel, she took her own bento and sat to his right, keeping zero distance. "Hehe, it looks like someone is jealous."

"You can't keep being too clingy with him.", she retorted, glaring at her.

"But I don't mind if Rias-san hugs me too.", he said, making her blush. Such blush got more intense when he fixed his eyes in her blue ones, keeping to grin.

"Friends can be affectionate to each other, right?"

"W-well, that's true. But are you sure it's not annoying for you?"

"No if it's you."

That reply caused her heart to beat faster, with Akeno being the one to be jealous this time. They couldn't know that he was enjoying their attempts to get his attention, adoring the way he manipulated them.

Having the two beauties of Kuoh Academy fight over him? That would make other guys hate him more, but it helped with his plan further and he was satisfied for it.

Anyways, he suggested to keep eating because lunch time didn't last forever, with them nodding and eating like him. He noticed that both of them were both well endowed, maybe more than Tohru too. Though, he still adored the dragon girl's body very much and couldn't wait to get her help for his secret powers. And to do more.

When lunch time was about to end and he ate all his food, he got up from the couch and greeted them both, with Akeno offering to accompany him. Rias pouted in jealousy once again, but she blushed when he caressed her head, saying that he looked forward to talk with her on the following day.

After that, he exited from the room with Akeno, who hugged his left arm like before. "You're really incredible fufu. I never saw Buchou blush that much."

"You like hugging my arm a lot instead. But I don't mind it at all.", he said, making her giggle more. Their interaction made various maidens frown, fearing that he and she were a couple for how they basically flirted. His classmates even gasped when she greeted him with a flying kiss.

"W-what's happening, Issei-kun?! Are you and Himejima-senpai a couple?!"

"Don't get agitated, Katase. She and I are just friends and she likes clinging on me.", he assured her, bringing her head to his chest and making her redder.

"There, there. You felt lonely without me, huh? I still care for you, don't worry.", he told her, making her smile in bliss.

'You and the others are so easy to control. But making the famous Rias Gremory a blushing mess earlier was hilarious~.', he thought. Maybe she could make other guys fawn over her, but he was the one that made her flustered instead.

Besides, having Akeno so affectionate to him already was great, as he wondered how much she would moan if he were to massage her. Just the thought of it was enough to make him chuckle more maliciously in his mind.

Anyways, he kept keeping Katase in his arms until the math teacher arrived, so he stopped and they sat down at their desks. As usual, she helped him with taking notes, smiling happily whenever he thanked her.

Without Motohama and Matsuda in class, he could have the attention of all of his female classmates and it was a beautiful sensation for him. Having them all under his control was the best thing ever.

Still, the best thing was also when, once the afternoon lessons, he helped Shiori with her homework and she got red when he took off his blazer and his white shirt. "I will stay still, ok?"

"Y-yes, Issei-kun.", she said shyly, beginning to draw him. She couldn't help but blush all the time because it was just the two of them in the room and no one else. She felt extremely lucky for that.

That expression of hers was a nice sight for him; watching countless women get flustered and fall for him had no price and the Student Council never reprimanded him for that. And of course, he was ready to enjoy another guy get beaten for annoying him like he did with those pathetic scums.

Moreover, if he got able to control his dormant powers, he could be the one to give them a good beating by inflicting lots of pain. And as the sadist he was, it would be very funny to do. Tohru would also do everything he asked her because of her feelings for him, so he really got himself a powerful dragon wife.

When Shiori was done with drawing his portrait, she showed it to him, apologizing beforehand if it was ugly. "Ugly? You did it very well. This will earn you a top grade for sure.", he told her, patting her head.

"R-really?"

"I wouldn't lie about this. Do you doubt me~?"

"No, I trust everything you say.", she replied, smiling and blushing at him.

"Good to know. You and everyone in class are my friends, so don't hesitate to ask me to help you~."

After saying that, he gave her a kiss on the cheek that made her way redder, touching the spot while he waved his hand to her. Overwhelmed, she fainted and fell on the floor with a big smile on her face, mumbling his name in bliss.

Making almost all the girls fall for him so they would do everything he wanted was going really too well, as he always hid his true wicked personality behind the kind guy mask. He couldn't help but chuckle in total amusement continuously like that.

He went to take his bike then and rode it towards home, stepping inside his courtyard once arrived and opening the door. "Welcome back! How was ir at school?", asked him Miki with a big smile.

"Good as usual. Where is Tohru?"

"Hehe, she, Anata and I went to buy her some new clothes. Show him, Tohru-chan!"

The dragon girl appeared outside of the kitchen, wearing a maid dress with a white apron, white gloves and a red ribbon. "Welcome back, Issei! How do I look?"

Seeing her dressed like that made his eyes widen, blushing a little but grinning. "You look great. I didn't know I got a cute maid all for me.", he answered.

Her orange eyes shined and she enveloped him into a hug, getting reciprocated to her joy. Since she wanted to serve him, she thought that dressing as a maid was perfect and it turned out to be so. She wanted to do everything for the young man that saved and that she loved.

"Let's go to my room to spend some time alone. See you at dinner, Mom."

Miki giggled and nodded in agreement while Tohru followed him happily, sitting on the bed next to him. "Dressing as a maid for me? You really know your way to make me adore you~."

"I wanted to make you happy, so when I saw the dress in the shop, I felt that it would help me hehe.", she said, giggling because he patted her head.

"Heh, you were right in that case. So, what do you say about my powers? How can you feel that they're similar to yours?"

"We dragons can be of various species, but we can recognize draconian energy easily. Yesterday I felt something like that while looking at you, even if barely.", she explained, making a serious expression.

"I see. Do you know a way to awake it somehow?"

"I think that you have to concentrate and use your desire to get it. Dragons use their powers depending on their element and desire usually."

"Desire, huh? Alright, let's give it a try."

Closing his eyes, the young sadist began to concentrate while Tohru observed with hope. He imagined which wishes he could have besides controlling Kuoh Academy as he liked, looking deeply inside himself.

'Control…Domination…Power…These traits are what make my personality. I want to control everyone and enjoy the suffering of my enemies. These are my desires. This is me.', he thought, concentrating at his best.

During that, he found himself in a dark place inside his mind, widening his eyes when red flames appeared in front of him. A massive scarlet dragon with green eyes appeared between them, gazing towards him.

"So you're my wielder, huh?"

"Your "wielder"? What's going on? Who are you?", asked the boy, surprising the creature with his lack of fear.

"Hahaha, you got guts. My name's Ddraig and I'm the Welsh Red Dragon of Domination. With wielder, I mean that you possess the Boosted Gear in which I reside."

Such answer shocked him way more, but pushed him to make another question, "What's the Boosted Gear?"

"Basically, it's a Sacred Gear, a powerful item with incredible abilities that God himself created. That bastard was the one that locked me inside of it thousands and thousands of years ago. He created it alongside others for humans like you."

That revelation increased Issei's curiosity, bringing him to make other questions to Ddraig about how he was locked there and finding about the existence of devils, angels and other supernatural beings. He didn't expect that it existed others besides dragons, but he found it very interesting.

The red dragon added that the Boosted Gear was passed on to various wielders, with Issei being the current one after the last one passed away. "God created Sacred Gears to give humans a chance to protect themselves from other beings. So if we meet today, it's because of him.", said Ddraig, scoffing in annoyance at remembering him.

After he finished his explanation, his green eyes widened when Issei chuckled maliciously. "Hahaha, so I managed to meet you because of my desire for control and power. This is awesome."

"Heh, you're already following the path of domination as I see. You even made that dragon woman fall for you so much that she's going to do everything you ask her.", said the dragon, grinning too.

"I don't want to have anybody to order me around. I don't give a crap about divine beings or similar ones because I do whatever I want, standing above those I control. And with your help, I can feel that I can achieve something more."

"Oho, I like that resolve of yours. Alright, let's work together, partner!"

While the two of them talked in Issei's mind, Tohru could feel the energy inside him grow in intensity. She got stunned when something appeared on his left arm, which looked like a big red gauntlet with a green jewel on the back of the hand.

It was in that moment that he reopened his eyes, grinning at seeing that gauntlet. "You did it! You awakened your power, Issei!", she exclaimed enthusiastically, hugging him again.

"Wow, you sure are energetic for a young dragon."

That deep voice caught her off guard, looking around to find the owner. "Over here."

She looked at the gauntlet, gasping at seeing the jewel shining of a bright light. "I-It's talking? Who are you?"

"The name's Ddraig, the Dragon of Domination."

"W-what?! You're the legendary red dragon that fought against God?", eqs her reaction, looking at the boy too.

The fact that she knew him made Ddraig proud, but he and his wielder proceeded to explain everything. While listening to it, she was amazed that her beloved possessed the power of the heavenly dragon, unable to stop blushing profusely.

"This is truly fantastic! Meeting such a legend and knowing that my love is the Red Dragon Emperor makes me overjoyed!", she exclaimed, pressing her body more against him.

But her expression morphed into a shocked one when he pinned her on the bed, looking at her with red eyes like a predator. "It's thanks to your suggestion that this was possible. And for that, you deserve a reward, my cute maid~."

In a blitz, he pressed his lips on hers and began to kiss her passionately, keeping her arms immobilized and making her moan instantly. Her pupils turned into hearts, reciprocating that kiss enthusiastically and adoring how he dominated her.

He felt like his strength grew ten folds or more, which was surely an effect of his Boosted Gear. But it wasn't only that: his own wish for control over her got stronger, adoring how she was completely at his mercy. Her squirming were music for his ears and Ddraig, who liked his partner even more for how aggressive he was.

'This guy doesn't waste time haha. I had numerous partners, but his wickedness and his aspirations could make him the best and the strongest I've ever had. I especially love his disrespect towards deities.', thought the legendary creature, enjoying Tohru's moans more.

During his talk with him, he told him about the abilities that he could grant him, but they needed to train due to Issei being a normal human. So after making her squirm enough, he was going to go with her in an isolated area to start training those abilities.

The boy couldn't be happier; not only he got Tohru by his side, but also a more powerful being that thought like him. In that way, he could really control more than just Kuoh Academy, and the sound of it excited him.

Once he was done with kissing her, the orange head was still blushing and panting after receiving so much passion. "Your lips taste great~. Since I want to start training this newfound power, shall we do it together~?", he asked her, licking his lips and smirking.

"Everything you desire, my beloved Issei~.", she replied, looking at him with heart pupils and making him chuckle. So she took his hand and they exited from his room, telling her that they would go for a date.

Miki's eyes beamed at hearing that and wished them to have fun, not without giving a hug to her son as usual. He and Tohru took his bike and left to go towards the same woods where they met, since it was the most isolated area he knew.

His excitement for discovering all the abilities that his Sacred Gear offered him was immeasurable, just like the one he had for the future that awaited once he achieved them all. Still, that wasn't all: what he also looked forward to was to take Tohru's innocence and that of all the other maidens that interested him, manipulating them and controlling them to his liking.

With how she squirmed earlier because of his kisses, he was sure that she could offer him more amazing moans when he would ravish her. Such thought was enough to make him grin more while he equipped the Boosted Gear again, ready to start a promising one year training.

And chapter 2 is ready as well! Heh, I'm very happy that you liked this crossover of mine and thank you for your opinions! As you can read, Tohru's arrival in Issei's life changed his daily routine at home and she even dressed as a maid to be fit to serve him fufu.

Rias couldn't wait to meet him and make friends with her, but that allowed him to make her like him even more, not hesitating to flirt with Akeno as well. Hugs and kisses on the cheek in private are other ways that he uses to manipulate women, and after managing to awake his Boosted Gear, he's already started to train.

Tohru knows Ddraig because she heard his legend in her own world, and since he and Issei think alike, they got along immediately. Both of them want to be stronger and stand above other beings, especially the young man that looks forward to take his girlfriend's innocence. Which abilities will he unlock?
