Entering the mental space to talk to Pein and his comrades, Itachi was immediately lambasted. "What happened, your chakra levels are almost nothing... you can scarcely sustain this connection." Diedera snarked.
Itachi sighed. "I fought three young ninja, each low jonin level in strength, but one... his mental power was unlike anything. He survived the Tsukiyomi, and undid it." They all went quiet, all aware of his genjutsu powers. "He shattered it with a scream, I have never felt it before, but his will was a wave of pure malice, drive and passion so potent it burned out my powers."
Pein looked uneasy. "What young child had this power? A power that no one should have."
"Mika, the Pale Healer of the Leaf. The others were Hinata and Neji Hyuuga, recently all placed in the Bingobook by Orochimaru, and they disarmed Kisame and his blade easily. It was... unseemly." The Akatsuki members all looked unnerved, even Hidan was wise enough ( Barely) to look the part. "They easily took him down, disabling his healing factor. The girl was able to mimic Tsunade's strength, apparently on her own. We must look to the future, these three WILL become S rank in the next few years. They will become dangerous on a scale that will impede our goals."
"No one is a match for god... but I will keep that in mind."

Mika woke, hours later from the look of the outside, on Neji's back walking behind Jiraiya and the others. Shin was with Hinata, looking at Mika intently. "Why are you carrying me?"
"I wanted to." Neji smirked. "You are so slight, I barely noticed anyway."
Rolling his eyes, Mika assessed his chakra levels. 'I am about half full... I should be fine.' Popping off of Neji, Mika stretched. "So, are we kicking Jiraiya's ass for his negligence?"
His loves all laughed, but Jiraiya sighed. "I made a mistake, no reason to-"
"They were after Naruto, weren't they?" Mika stopped him, getting a cold stare back. "Naruto is worth more that we are, just a fact. Itachi is from the Leaf, he'd know the truth of Naruto. It would make sense they were after him. Otherwise, why have you of all people guard him."
"You really are far too smart for your own good."
"I get that." Mika shrugged. "So, what now? I assume you wonder how three Mid B ranked Nina bested two High S rank ninja?"
"Actually no, it was a mixture of clever moves and being underestimated. It's how I survived Hanzo... now we must go, there are things to do. I will be looking for Tsunade via my network, you four will watch over Naruto since you are so capable." There was a smugness in it, one that Mika wanted to beat out of Jiraiya but knew he'd never manage.
Not yet anyway.
"Fine, but we get to spar. I hate getting rusty..."
Jiraiya nodded. "That I get. We've been traveling for a few hours. We are going to stay here, in the nearby town, until I my contacts give me Tsunade's location. I will find her, but I need time."
Hinata nodded, looking peaceful as always. "Fine, go."
"But first, Naruto has a lesson due with me. Come here, kid, time to show you the rasengan."
Mika froze. "The Fourth's jutsu? You're teaching it to someone who cannot even spell chakra? Who has no control, has earned nothing in his life? That is who you are teaching it too?"
Jiriaya scowled. "Being unkind it-"
"I am being realistic, not unkind. Naruto is not even worthy of being a ninja, let alone that jutsu. I cannot stop you, I won't, but do not ask me to support him in anything. His failings are all his own and he refuses to adjust to fix it... I cannot stomach that."
"Neither can we." Mika's love's all said, startling Jiraiya and making Naruto gap.
"I'm not a failure!" He barked.
Mika turned, growling. "You are worse, you are lazy, weak willed and pathetic. You have never earned a damn thing... you are a waste of space."
Shin sniffed at Naruto. "Naruto, if you can actually explain what Chakra is... we will take back what he said."
Naruto froze... "I... uh... Catra is..."
"And you just proved his point..." Shin called out. "We will protect you, but honestly, without the Bjuu, you'd be nothing more than a career Genin at best."
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
This was a joy to write.
Love, your Ninja Overlord,
Mika.
