Hello to all, this is Chapter 17 of the third Arc of Volume 6: Climax in Hueco Mundo!

Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.

Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!

Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 6: Chapter 17: The Destroyed Heart. Beyond the Despair, Segunda Etapa!

Previously in DKR:

Dashing across Las Noches' desert and bashing into a tower, Ichigo arrived to save Orihime and the one standing in his way was none other than Ulquiorra. Having learned a lot from their last fight and getting stronger since then; Ichigo showed his degree of power against the Espada and even damaged him. However, Ulquiorra demonstrated his full power, completely eclipsing the Substitute Shinigami until he was shot and Ruby revealed herself. Kurosaki protested her help but Ruby protested right back; believing he can't beat him without some help. He would be told the same thing as Danny then arrived, also agreeing that teamwork was the key.

Ichigo doesn't admit it until Yammy appeared to nearly kill Orihime but was saved by Shadow and Uryu, telling the prideful warrior that they all had 1 life and they should use it to protect what was more important. Scowling at his mistake, Ichigo finally accepted their help as Grimmjow and Nelliel also joined the four; all of them fighting the 4th Espada and forcing himself to fly outside of Las Noches which the group followed and witnessed his Resurrección.

Now on a different level, Ulquiorra began overpowering the group… until Ichigo used his Hollow Mask to change the outcome. Not holding his punches, Ichigo came at him proving to be an equal to this stronger Ulquiorra. It only got better as Danny brought the Fenton Ecto-Skeleton battle-suit, rebuilt and improved, as he gave the Espada a beating on top of the other two Arrancar using their own Resurrección. It seemed that the group would win this…

However, Ulquiorra, annoyed that they don't understand what despair is; began to reveal his true power.

What will happen next?

And now the conclusion... last left off:

Watching as the enemy is blasting all over them like a geyser, Ichigo and the others are staring in dread by the new transformation that is occurring to Ulquiorra; something even more shocking for Grimmjow and Nelliel, never feeling this before.

"W-what the hell…'' Shadow utters out, actually, feeling this power and it's like a void with no end.

''I-I don't feel…'' Ruby tries to speak but simply starts breathing heavily, struggling to before dropping on her knees. The weight, the sensation; it's like she's in the vacuum of space but more… like… she's dying.

''This pressure… it's otherworldly.'' Danny then announces, never feeling anything so foreign to him and he's met many Shinigami and Arrancars as well as the Dark Lord and other villains and none shown this sensation.

Ichigo is the most silent, his eyes shaken as he feels his heart, his soul drowned by this dread. It's like he's becoming the young kid he used to be; afraid of the unknown.

Everyone watches in horror as the swirl of darkness dissolves and Ulquiorra emerges but in a new form. His outfit has vanished as he reveals his slender white torso, with his bare chest patterned so his larger Hollow hole originates to be black mark, like a bloody-liquid shed. His chest no longer has the 4th Espada tattoo. His wings remain the same but look larger and more demonic in a sense. His waist is covered in something similar to black fur, which covers his arms and legs. He gains a large, long fur-edged tail. His fingers grow claw-like extensions, and his feet resemble talons. The irises of his eyes turn yellow, and the sclera become green. The tear-like marks under his eyes increase in size and turn black. Ulquiorra's mask is completely gone and now has two large bat ears.

''Resurrección Segunda Etapa.'' Ulquiorra proclaims calmly, his new form revealed to all. Everyone is horrified by this new form.

''W-what the hell…'' Grimmjow simply utters, sweating as his power is a dwarf compared to his.

''Is this an evolved Resurrección?'' Nelliel questions, taken back that there could be a form beyond their full power.

''This is just not fair.'' Danny speaks up, finding this just not right. Shadow looks at him and actually agrees. ''… I agree.''

Ignoring those two as he eyes the green haired former Espada, Ulquiorra answers her calmly. ''You are correct, Nelliel. I have mastered this form that no other Arrancar has reached. Not even Aizen-sama knows of this form.'' He takes a step forward as a sheer force of his Spiritual Pressure is felt to all; so dense that it instills despair to even the braver of the group. ''And it is this same form you will all experience what True Despair is.''

Gritting his teeth underneath his mask, Ichigo still takes on a fighting pose. Ulquiorra notices this and comments unemotionally that even after seeing this new powerful form; he can still win?

''Doesn't matter if you've become a devil; you're still-'' Shadow begins to answer for him but he wouldn't be able to finish his line as both he and Ichigo are suddenly grabbed by their heads by a sudden appearing Ulquiorra, moving past everyone to their shock before he launches them with such force, blasting both into two different towers.

Ruby panics as Danny charges, firing multiple lance shaped Ghost Stingers that hit nothing all while Ulquiorra appears behind him and proceeds to bash his left claw onto the mecha's back and sends him crashing through the pillar they were standing on, shattering. Ruby panics as she leaps and hops across the broken debris of the shattering pillar, running down while Grimmjow roars and comes at Ulquiorra as does Nelliel.

The three Espada clash though even though it was 2-vs-1, Ulquiorra barely tries to parry or block their attacks as he moves once for each swing in such a slow matter but in reality; he's evading in less than the blink of the eye. This goes on until Ulquiorra flaps his wings with such force that it blows and launches both Grimmjow and Nelliel into crashing into the ground.

Turning, Ulquiorra blocks a powerful swing from Ichigo's blade, grinding across his arm as sparks fly out. However, the Espada easily moves his arm forward and with one swing, he pushes Ichigo back miles away. He grunts, grinding his feet across the air like ground before stopping. Ichigo pants for a second before Ulquiorra, having appeared in front of him in less than a second, slams the palm of his hand towards him as Ichigo tries guarding with his sword only for the hand to slam both itself and the sword upon his Hollow Mask. It shatters by the sheer impact before the Espada throws him with such force and speed through another tower, blasting him through and out of it. Ulquiorra then raises his index finger and fires a Cero Oscuras, consuming both the shattering pillar and Ichigo, exploding them both in a blast of intense black and green energy.

''That's enough!'' Ulquiorra turns as Danny slams his fist across the Espada's face but he tanks the Ecto-Skeleton's punch, unfazed. He then prepares to attack until he's surrounded by 4 of Danny's duplicates, each one doing a different ghost attack, creating a green energy explosion.

Landing on the ground, Ruby pants as she looks up, watching the explosion and thinking that might have done it until she widens her eyes as Ulquiorra emerges and stabs his claw through each duplicate till they imploded.

The real Danny gets behind him, making a Ghost Saucer to cut him down until Ulquiorra's tail moves and swipes him with enough force that it doesn't just crash him down in front of Ruby but also has slashed off the right arm of the Ecto-Skeleton suit. Ruby panics, running up to his aid.

Raising up grunting, the bleeding Grimmjow looks up angrily at Ulquiorra's power but he grins, taking aim as swirls of his blood and energy form around his right claw.

''GRAN REY CERO!'' Grimmjow roars, quickly turning to his side and fires the dark blue sphere of energy towards Nelliel who absorbs it. She quickly turns up towards Ulquiorra and shouts. ''DOBLE GRAN REY CERO!'' She breathes and fires a spiraling, dark blue-dark pink Cero sphere that flies with such speed towards Ulquiorra. He floats there as the sphere connects and explodes in a large radius, annihilating anything weak near its range.

Ruby embraces herself as she and Danny look up and he soon gasps as Ulquiorra emerges unscratched. Nelliel is left speechless while Grimmjow growls madly, finding this impossible. He shouldn't have tank such a powerful combination attack like this. It's not possible.

Ulquiorra suddenly vanishes as Grimmjow is being strangled by Ulquiorra's tail, wrapping around and squeezing his neck tightly. He gasps in agony, struggling to breath; now realizing just how much raw power he possesses.

Nelliel charges at him with a lance thrust but it hits the air as she's kicked across the gut by Ulquiorra with such force that it cracks some of her armor before she's sent flying away.

''…'' Ulquiorra, silently, tosses the gasping Grimmjow away before he looks up and sees Ichigo emerging out of the smoke of his Cero; his Shinigami coat nearly torn apart, bare footed, and badly damaged.

Breathing heavily as he grips tightly on his blade, Ichigo starts uttering out. ''I'm not necessarily fighting because I think I can win.'' He looks at the Espada, refusing to submit to him. ''I'm fighting because I must win!''

"… Such nonsense.'' Ulquiorra proclaims as he flies at him at top speed to-

''CHAOS CONTROL!'' Suddenly time freezes as Ulquiorra is frozen in place as is everyone. Ichigo blinks awkwardly, completely fine as he turns to see Shadow, gripping on his shoulder. He still blinks like an idiot before Shadow yells at him. ''HIT HIM NOW!''

Getting the message, Ichigo quickly manifests his Hollow Mask as he howls loudly. He raises his blade, coating it with all the energy he gathers swirls of energy across his blade, shooting up and even piercing the moon. ''GETSUGA TENSHO!'' Ichigo howls as he swings downward and the massive energy wave falls over and consumes Ulquiorra instantly.

Time resumes and less than 5 seconds pass, the wave of Getsuga is quickly split in half to Kurosaki and Shadow's shock; staring as Ulquiorra emerges unscratched.

''Utter futile.'' Ulquiorra proclaims as he charges at them and easily crushes his claw across Ichigo's face, mainly the mask, literally ripping it off him and then kicks him so hard it sends him crashing into a pillar. However, Shadow has teleported behind him as his body erupts in red outline.

''CHAOS BLAST!'' He shouts, releasing a powerful explosion that covers a 10-meter radius. However; Ulquiorra's body is completely untouched by his Spiritual Energy before he reaches out and stabs his arm through Shadow's blast and dissolves the attack.

Shadow quickly forms the Shadow Guard barrier but Ulquiorra's tail tears through the barrier and smacks the hedgehog so hard he's sent crashing through one pillar and smashes into the other. Seems the pointless fighting is-

''Hey, batty!'' Sighing of frustration, Ulquiorra turns around just as he dodges a blue beam until he's suddenly thrown onto the wall of a pillar, realizing his wings are frozen in ice and stuck on the wall.

Danny, or rather one of his duplicate clones, fires that ice beam blast as the real one and his other clones now form a massive sphere of green ghost energy, growing and expanding across his right palm.

''JUST GO DOWN!'' He yells, throwing the sphere at him. Ulquiorra tries to break free only to get sniped with multiple shots across his body and limbs from Ruby's sniper shots. This is enough to stun him as the massive green orb consumes him and explodes on impact.

''We got-'' Ruby begins to express joyfully until a flap of strong wings reveals Ulquiorra, undamaged. ''… I speak too soon.'' She mutters, depressed by her mistake.

Ulquiorra, scowling with an irritated gaze, raises his right finger and instantly fires a Cero Oscuras, instantly hitting the battle suited Danny who he and his clones form a barrier to protect Ruby. They yell in agony, trying to fly themselves with their barriers holding to not let the blast consume Ruby. However, the Cero was too much and exploded. The duplicates are destroyed as the heavily damaged Ecto-Skeleton and Danny hits the ground again.

Ruby is speechless, breathing heavily as she narrows her eyes up and panics to see Ulquiorra gazing down at her coldly almost like an alien. She's afraid, terrified as her legs refuse to move. He looks at the woman, finding her meaningless but prepares to end her life swiftly.

''BASTARD!'' Both Ichigo and Grimmjow cry out, charging at him with strong swings but Ulquiorra catches both their attacks with his wings.

Ulquiorra then swings his right claw to slash Ichigo and Grimmjow in a 360°-degree spin, sending them crashing into different pillars. He then prepares to fly until Nelliel leaps above him, thrusting her lance at him but he catches it with his left claw and then slams her away as she lands swiftly with her centaur legs.

''I won't let you hurt Ichigo!'' She declares furiously, not going to let him hurt him. Ulquiorra looks at her with annoyance, questioning her ridiculous reason. ''You wish to die for him over Aizen-sama…'' He can't help but look at her with disappointment. ''Pathetic.''

Flying out from the pillar he crashed in, Grimmjow roars as his claws glow and manifest long, Spiritual Energy waves in the form and shape of claws.

''LET'S SEE WHO'S PATHETIC AFTER THIS!'' Grimmjow howls furiously, leaping at Ulquiorra as he swings both claws forward. ''DESGARRON!'' The massive energy claws come right at the 4th Espada, simply standing there. The claws strike upon him… but in reality, Ulquiorra's spiritual energy blocks the claws and they shatter in an instant. Grimmjow widens his eyes in horror while Ulquiorra looks at him before he slams his claw across his face with such force he implants into the ground instantly, this time knocking him out of his Resurrección and unconscious.

''LANZADOR VERDE!'' Ulquiorra stirs his eyes, turning his head around just as Nelliel has thrown her lance at him with extreme speed, swirling Spiritual Energy till it becomes almost an energy drill. Before the spinning lance hits him, Ulquiorra's body erupts in black, green outline energy and erupts like a widespread barrier. It collides against the lance with such resisting force until that lance stops spinning and it flunks away to Nelliel's horror. She is then grabbed by the head by Ulquiorra, appearing in front of her with his speed before he blasts her with a Bala with that same hand, so destructively that it sends her crashing and skidding across the ground and her body reverts back to her base form. Nelliel can only grunt, her head bleeding out but luckily her Hollow skull was not shattered.

''Like I said…'' Ulquiorra begins to announce as he raises his left arm to the side and immediately catches Shadow in his Homing Attack ball form with his bare claw before he sends him crashing into the ground, not one moment looking away from the shocked Ichigo. ''I am in a different level.''

The Shinigami is horrified, looking at the others already beaten. Gritting his teeth, Ichigo refuses to let this break him; knowing there is always a way to win. That they can still win.

''I don't care!'' Ichigo roars, gripping on his face and manifests his Hollow Mask. ''I won't give up! I know we can win! I will win!''

Ulquiorra looks at him with such irritation before calming down. He soon says, studying this human and his illogical beliefs. "You are a fool, Ichigo Kurosaki. You willingly seek to challenge an opponent so much more powerful than you that it strikes a primal fear into your being. Incomprehensible. If this is the work of the 'heart' that you people speak of, then it is because you possess this 'heart' that you humans bring hurt upon yourself, because you possess this 'heart' that you will lose your lives."

Ichigo just glares, gripping his blade forward with both hands. Ulquiorra simply sighs of disappointment before he proclaims with a firm glare. ''Now to show you that feeling of empty hopelessness, human.'' He dashes at him with such speed that darkness covers the area.

It only takes a few moments before Orihime and Uryu arrive outside of Las Noches. And it's when she looks up and widens her eyes in horror to see Ulquiorra, gripping onto the beaten Ichigo around his neck with his long tail. He can't break free but he refuses to let go of his blade.

''ICHIGO!'' Uryu yells in horror while Orihime is speechless, simply uttering out with a worrying voice. ''K-Kurosaki…kun?''

Ulquiorra narrows his eyes downward to see them, mainly Orihime, as he proclaims. ''I knew you would come.'' He raises his right index finger at the defenseless Ichigo. ''Now watch closely…''

''LET GO OF HIM!'' Yelling furiously, Ruby appears right behind him as she swings her scythe and strikes his head. Ulquiorra doesn't flinch as the Crimson Rose hits his neck, sparks flying out but he does widen his eyes as she manages to make a cut across the back of his neck that instantly regenerates. She tries to swing again only for the Espada to grab her across the neck, strangling her. She gasps loudly of breath as she tries to swing her sword at his arm only for the Espada to toss her to the side, letting her fall to her doom.

The Espada now looks back down at the horrified Orihime down below as he resumes. ''As the man you put all of your hopes upon…'' His eyes stare at Ichigo as he lifts his right index finger towards him, charging up a Cero Oscuras. ''Dies.''

Orihime widens her eyes. Ruby stops herself from falling by stabbing her scythe on the wall of the pillar but struggling.

''Stop it…'' Grunting as she launches herself up high. ''PLEASE DON'T!'' Ruby screams, using her Semblance to shoot herself to the side of the tower and dash right back up. She tries to do anything but Ulquiorra releases a burst of Spiritual Pressure, causing to fall once more back to the ground if not for her to stab her scythe to slow down the fall.

Orihime simply watches, helpless and in dread as she screams out, begging this to not happen. ''STOP IT!''

Ignoring her pleas, Ulquiorra fires a Cero Oscuras right through Ichigo's chest and leaves a large hole across his chest. His expression is of shock and death to Orihime's horror, losing it with a loud scream. ''NNOOOOO!''

Hearing what he wanted, Ulquiorra soon releases the dead body of the Shinigami as he drops down. His body descends as Nelliel watches, too badly injured to do anything but also cry at her own helplessness and betrayal of her word. ''I-Ichigo…''

Grimmjow grits his teeth furiously. Ulquiorra robbed him of his prey, of his… only worthy foe.

Uryu grits his teeth, not believing this is happening. Ichigo's body falls and is going to crash on the ground until he vanishes in a blue blur. Ulquiorra notices it, narrowing his eyes to see that his body was caught and resting on the sand by the blue hedgehog.

Sonic frowns, looking down at the lifeless eyes of Ichigo's face. He's never felt so late to save the day than he has right now. He failed his friend.

''… Sorry I was late, carrot top.'' Sonic apologies, about to move his hand over his face to shut his eyes until he hears a VOOM. He turns to see Ulquiorra appearing and blocking Orihime's path, desperately trying to run up to Ichigo's aid. He proclaims that he is dead as he turns unemotional to the blue hedgehog.

''You're too late, rotten. Ichigo Kurosaki is dead.'' He proclaims, affirming that boy is no more.

''…'' Scowling, Sonic stands up as he walks up towards him as he begins speaking with a more serious voice. ''You know; you're not the worse guy I've fought in my many adventures…'' He then lifts his finger at him, glaring madly. ''But you earned the spot in my most hated enemy. We won't forgive you!''

''… We?'' Ulquiorra begins to question that word. Suddenly, appearing above him, Uryu fires as many spiritual energy arrows but Ulquiorra easily blocks/reflects them with his wings like arms, staring at him unimpressed. However, that wasn't who Sonic was referring to.

''WIND RELEASE!'' Ulquiorra widens his eyes as he suddenly can't move. He's paralyzed by Elemental HERO Dark Neos, appearing out of his shadow and has him grabbed in a back choke hold with his dark power keeping him in place. The Espada does manage to turn his head and there in the horizon is an enraged Naruto, in Sage Mode with two clones, forming the Rasenshuriken before he shouts and throws it at him with all of his strength. ''RASENSHURIKEN!''

The Rasenshuriken flies fast across the distance and hits Ulquiorra, actually launching him up into the air with Dark Neos still gripping on him. Naruto focuses when to detonate and he would get his cue by Alicia's voice shouting. ''BLUE FLAME!'' A blue fiery blast shoots upward from the ground towards the sky, hitting Ulquiorra and the Rasenshuriken, connecting and setting up the Jutsu.

The mix of blue flames and sharp wind explode in a large sphere, seemingly vaporizing everything in its widespread smoke, including Dark Neos.

Alicia and Judai join Naruto as the three run up to Sonic and Uryu. The blue hedgehog managed to take those three with him within the 5 second mark of Ichigo crashing onto the ground. However, the four members of Team Dragon Knight look at the lifeless body of their body.

''Ichigo…'' Alicia utters in dismay, feeling like such a failure. She vowed with her powers; she wouldn't let anyone close to her to die… when she couldn't save Selvaria. Now, she feels like she betrayed her promise. Naruto hisses madly, squeezing his feet so tightly that it's bleeding.

''First Ero-Sennin and now him. Damn it!'' He yells mentally, thinking with Sage Mode he could stop another person he cares to die and instead he's still as powerless as always. Judai shows no expression but sadness, reflecting his time in the other Dimensions and- Wait… Judai's eyes glow as he can still feel a spark of Spiritual Energy still within their seemingly dead friend. Could… could that be-

''No, he's still alive!'' Judai expresses loudly, able to feel his soul still within Kurosaki. Naruto turns over to the broken Orihime and tells her kindly but loudly. ''Orihime-chan, hurry up! Save him!''

She looks at him with the same dreaded eyes, nodding as she runs in a hurry to his aid, already forming her orange barrier to heal Ichigo.

Sonic watches, smiling that hopefully-

''No wait!'' Alarming the group, Uryu turns and looks up, panicking in worry. They look up and each one startled with Alicia uttering in shock. ''N-no way…''

The smoke of the combined Rasenshuriken and Blue Flame vanishes and reveals Ulquiorra, undamaged to their dismay and looking down at them.

''So this is the attack that Nnoitra couldn't withstand?'' Ulquiorra proclaims, never feeling an attack that nearly consumes every inch of his cells and organs. However, thanks to his superior Hierro and his insane regeneration factor; this was never a threat to his life. He then questions them, unfazed by their attempt to kill him. ''Have you all come to die too? That can be arranged.''

Judai glares madly, so much so that instead of the Yubel glowing eyes, it was the golden piercing eyes of the Supreme King.

''I'm already sick and tired of this guy!'' He proclaims furious, manifesting Yubel – The Ultimate Nightmare as the two-headed dragon demon shrieks violently.

Alicia is also mad as her red eyes glow violently and raging, blue fiery aura erupts out of her.

''I won't let some monster hurt anymore of my friends!'' She proclaims angrily, not going to let him win.

Sonic really wants to join them but for once, he's gotta be the reasonable guy and get more help.

''Stall for time guys as I get the others!'' He tells the others as he dashes off like a blur. Ulquiorra pays no attention to him as he argues against their foolish ideals. ''It's useless to oppose me.''

Uryu sighs as he manifests his bow and takes aim at the Espada, declaring. ''Can't be helped. I also won't let you harm anyone else, Hollow!''

Ulquiorra looks at them with such confusion or rather, irritation for assuming they have a chance.

''You will all know that hopelessness of True Despair.'' He announces, letting his Spiritual Pressure erupt and fall upon them. Judai, Alicia and Uryu sweats by this dreaded power but Naruto walks forward, almost unfazed by it.

''You don't know…'' Seeing his childhood, his loneliness and rejection to those because of the Tailed Beast in him; Naruto felt nothing but despair until he met friends, met even more and acknowledged them… until he began losing them. No more as Naruto glares at him with such hate that his Sage Mode eyes have gained the Kyuubi's vertical slit pupils as both combined pupils are red.

''ANYTHING ABOUT DESPAIR!'' Naruto roars as the Kyuubi chakra erupts across his body as does his Sage Mode. His energy begins canceling the pressure of the Espada's power… but will it be truly enough?

Commercial Break:

Not wasting anymore time; Naruto charges forward as he suddenly moves his head to the left, evading a thrust from Ulquiorra's claw to his surprise. He's shocked when he knew- But then Naruto leaps away as a torrent of blue flames nearly consumed him if he didn't dodge them. Uryu aims and fires a volley of arrows, shooting one after another in such speed but Ulquiorra swipes them as he dodges around the tail swipe and claw swings from Yubel, roaring as it tries to bite him.

Grunting, Danny kicks the dome window off the completely busted Ecto-Skeleton. He's relieved the others finally arrived but not happy about the trashed suit.

''Ah man, dad is going to get bump out about the Ecto-Skeleton.'' He complains, no doubt going to get grounded for this. He sighs, turning as Ruby lands beside him, panting heavily.

''Ruby! You gotta be more careful with charging in at a guy so-'' He tries advising her to not be careless but his words are stopped, noticing that tears are dripping from her face. She doesn't look at him as she tries dashing at the battle going on but the ghost boy stops her by flying in front of her, warning her. ''Hey, don't rush in. Look, that guy is way too dangerous for you. You're lucky he didn't kill you by mistake.''

Ruby just scowls madly, about to say something but… she couldn't. Her hands are trembling; she was afraid to admit it but she could have died. Danny tries to smile, holding her shoulder as he tells her. ''I'll help the others; you watch over Ichigo.''

She doesn't answer him, still looking away. He sighs as he nods, releasing his grip as he turns around and flies off at top speed. It barely takes him a second before flying to Ulquiorra's back and he lets out a Ghostly Wail across his back, sending him crashing onto a pillar.

''This has gone long enough!'' Phantom shouts, forming a large ghost orb and throws it downward with both arms, hitting where the Espada crashes and explodes. However, Ulquiorra floats out of the blast unfazed as he's assaulted by both Naruto and Alicia on both his sides.

''SAGE ART: MASSIVE RASENGAN!'' Naruto shouts, swinging his arm downward as he and a clone are holding a massive Sage enhanced larger Rasengan while Alicia's lance is engulfed in a torrent of blue flames, thrusting it at the Espada. ''FLAME LANCER!''

Ulquiorra doesn't look as he reaches out with his claws and grabs onto both attacks with his bare claws. Naruto and Alicia push forward, doing their hardest but Ulquiorra contains their attacks with ease. However, Uryu joins in from above the Espada, taking aim with his energy bow and shouts, pulling and releasing the energy building into the octagon shaped bow. ''Licht Regen!'' Naruto and Alicia are grabbed by Neos and Danny as Uryu fires and unleashing a devastating bombardment of blue spiritual arrows.

This continues just as Sonic returns with the others with Edward being the first to panic in seeing this whole battlefield. ''WHY ARE WE HERE?! WHAT EVEN HAPPENED?!''

Kaiba looks around at the outside of this backwards hellhole and expresses annoyance that Yugi isn't here. ''Tch, Yugi isn't even here.''

''Guys, I need you all focus!'' Sonic yells at them explaining the situation until Sailor Moon widens her eyes, seeing Orihime healing-

''Kurosaki-chan?'' She utters in horror, seeing his open lifeless eyes. Her heart dropped, frowning and saddened. It's not the first time she saw a dead body but… it's not right. The others soon notice it and are taken back by his dead body, even Kaiba feels some pity. She snaps out as she asks Sonic. ''You need time, Sonic-chan?''

Sonic nods as he needs to reach Shadow.

''Kurosaki cared for his friends a lot, willingly to die for them…'' Ryan begins proclaiming as he squeezes his fist for the unfairness. ''But this… this is wrong! To die like some kind of animal no less one of our mates!''

''… I hate you guys.'' Ed openly expresses, never meeting a group this insane that has nearly cost his life more than anything he's faced before until he looks to the side and sees Ulquiorra emerging from the dust of Uryu's arrow barrage before swiping off any new arrow shots. ''But I hate people like him MORE!''

''… Tch, fine then.'' Kaiba utters, adjusting his Duel headgear and activates his Duel Disk. He draws a card and summons it, manifesting his Blue-Eyes White Dragon. The dragon roars as it flies at Ulquiorra, just noticing it as the dragon launches its head to bite him but he smacks it with his tail and slaps it aside.

Ed transmutes a wave of spikes coming at the enemy but Ulquiorra reflects with a flap of his wings, tearing through the spikes with ease. Ryan charges towards him, leaping to swing his transformed Dragon Braver as he swings it at him. Ulquiorra turns his head, suddenly catching him by his tail and strangles him around his neck. Ryan, though, smirks as he manifests the spiky tail of his Inner Tortoise and swings it upon the Espada's tail, actually releasing him as he slashes him… only for Ulquiorra to catch it. Ryan, however, smirks as Sailor Moon leaps above them.

''MOON SPIRAL HEART ATTACK!'' She shouts, twirling her Spiral Heart Moon Rod while tracing it around like a heart-shaped with the moonlight shining above her. She manifests and fires a large pink heart shaped attack that hits through Ulquiorra, actually causing him major damage. Ryan, however, was unfazed due to his pure heart. He sighs as he then slashes the stunned Ulquiorra followed by Naruto doing Frog Kumite, Alicia thrusting her lance and Danny punching him. The three sends the Espada backwards but he holds his ground.

Annoyed, Ulquiorra raises his right finger, charging up a Cero Oscuras and fires it only for Yubel ultimate form to fly in between and tanks the attack, self-containing it.

''Do it, Yubel!'' Judai commands as the middle large eye of the monster glows and Yubel roars. ''Nightmare Pain!'' She reflects the blast right back at Ulquiorra to his shock, forcing him to leap up into the air and barely evade it just as Ryan takes aim, holding his sword back.

''DRAGONAUN WAVE: NIGHT!'' He shouts, swinging it forward and fires a powerful energy wave that's a mix of black and blueish, resembling the night sky. Ulquiorra sees it and catches the wave with his bare claws, shocked that it's actually pushing him back.

''Burst Stream of Destruction!'' The Espada startles as Blue-Eyes, soaring from a distance, fires its powerful destructive mouth blast by Kaiba's command. Ulquiorra tears apart Ryan's wave to get away from the blast until Danny shoots an ice beam ghost ray, freezing him long enough for the blast to consume him and explode.

Ed whistles from his end as Sonic finds Shadow, grunting as he's one knee.

''Shadow, your Chaos Emerald!'' He tells the black hedgehog as the other Chaos Emeralds in Sonic's possession appear around him. Shadow realizes what he's up to and nods, tossing it right at him.

Ulquiorra, emerging from the blast, sees this and immediately uses Sonido before Naruto and Alicia come at him and miss him.

Just as Sonic is about to catch the red Chaos Emerald; Shadow widens his eyes and yells at him. ''SONIC, BEHIND-'' Not able to warn him fast enough, Ulquiorra appears out of nowhere and smacks the blue hedgehog with such force it sends him crashing not just through one pillar but another tower.

''I underestimated you previously.'' Ulquiorra proclaims, not forgetting the power of that golden form he used against him and the other Espada. He remembered that form in detail and realized those emeralds are part of the key. He focuses on his Spiritual Pressure, containing each of the Chaos Emeralds on the ground as they begin to float up and surround him. ''And I understand how these work.''

Shadow watches in horror as the Espada focuses on his dark emotions through the emeralds, using the power of Chaos energy to heal his wounds in an instant. This shocks everyone with Ed uttering in dread. ''H-He recover all damaged?''

It was more than that, it healed and rejuvenated his energy too at full strength. Naruto growls madly, clenching his fist.

''Can't be helped…'' Uryu proclaims as he uses his right arm to pull out a Seele Schneider arrow. ''Inoue is the only one who can save Kurosaki and if we can give her the time to save him then it's worth it!'' He prepares to use the arrow as a blade but before he can, Ulquiorra suddenly appears to his side and grabs him by his wrist. Uryu widens his eyes in horror.

''It's this arm?'' Ulquiorra questions him as he grips tighter and then RIP. Naruto widens his eyes as the Espada rips off Uryu's arm and then his tail flies to stab him if Uryu didn't dash away fast in the last second. He gasps in pain, dropping on one knee as missing limb bleeds out.

''BASTARD!'' Naruto explodes in a roar, charging at him as he and a clone that appeared beside him from another Sage enhanced Massive Rasengan. He swings his attack right at him but Ulquiorra repels by firing a Cero Oscuras, actually blasting Naruto who he and his clones try to push forward their attack but it's too much. He groans, struggling to break through but he can't.

Ulquiorra still fires his attack, planning to kill this-

''MOON SPIRAL…'' Ulquiorra stirs, turning around as Sailor Moon focuses all of her power in her rod before she aims forward at him and finishes shouting. ''HEART ATTACK!'' She fires a much larger heart-shaped blast at him. However, Ulquiorra uses the Chaos Emeralds to form a barrier, blocking the attack from that direction. She panics as Alicia fires a Blue Flame along with Danny letting out a Ghostly Wail in the other direction but Ulquiorra makes another barrier. Ed claps his hands and forms multiple spikes but they shatter by merely trying to touch him.

''It's futile. Admit-'' Ulquiorra begins to tell of their foolish attempts only to be silenced by Ryan, shouting as he swings his Dragon Braver. ''DRAGONAUN WAVE: SHINE!'' He fires another energy wave, this time glowing brightly like sunlight right towards his back. Ulquiorra makes one more barrier, however, the beam phases through it to his surprise and connects, releasing a small explosion. This cancels the barrier and the Cero Oscuras just as it finally overpowered and dissolved the Massive Rasengan with Naruto falling and being caught by Yubel's large dragon tail, setting him down.

However, Ulquiorra remains standing as only the green Chaos Emerald is sent flying and falls onto the ground with Sonic noticing it.

This is finally getting to the Espada's patience, staring at all the numerous heroes as they're all breathing heavily, nearly out of energy.

''… Worthless effort.'' He proclaims before using Sonido and attacks them all with swipe claw strikes. Shadow watches this, grunting as he's not sure what to do when he has nearly all the Chaos Emeralds and so much power left to-

''Hey, Shadow…'' Shadow turns around and quickly catches something being thrown at him; the green Chaos Emerald. Sonic snickers weakly, grunting as he can't do anything with his injuries.

''Remember wanting a turn?'' Sonic taunts him, smirking weakly, before giving him a trembling thumbs up. ''Here's a chance. I'll… Keep everyone alive.'' He tries to stand up and dashes off.

As the others try to fight in vain against Ulquiorra; Ruby runs up to Orihime, desperately trying to heal Ichigo but her ability to reject the damage he took through his chest isn't working. Worst, she can't focus as merely looking at his lifeless eyes causes her to dread more and more. She starts crying, expressing her worthlessness.

''I-Ichigo…'' Ruby utters, also looking at him and slowly frowns too. She… she could have done more. She-

Suddenly an explosion occurs behind her. Ruby turns around and her eyes only widen more in dread as Judai is slammed across the wall, protected by Yubel who tanks and was sadly destroyed by a Cero Oscuras. He struggles to move as Ulquiorra bashes the injured Alicia onto the ground. He then proceeds to fire another Cero Oscuras as Ryan, charging, if not for Danny to push him and the two are nearly consumed by the blast but the radius force of the blast still sends them flying and crashing hard across the ground.

''… S-stop it…'' Ruby starts uttering, remembering her feelings of dread that her mother died. No pleas are not heard as Ulquiorra picks up Alicia by the throat with his tail, strangling her. Ed leaps at him with a hammer, hitting him but the hammer shatters into pieces by the mere impact of hitting Ulquiorra. The Espada looks at him and is about to shred him with a claw swing if not for Blue-Eyes to charge in with a big headbutt… before being destroyed by a Cero Oscuras. The blast also sends Ed and Alicia crashing away.

''Stop it!'' Ruby yells out again, not wanting anymore of this. No response as Sailor Moon tries to attack only for her wrist to be grabbed by Ulquiorra, preparing to remove it too until Naruto leaps at him with a Sage enhanced Rasengan, hitting him but it doesn't faze him. Ulquiorra turns, tossing Sailor Moon through a pillar before he grabs Naruto by the throat, squeezing his neck tightly. Naruto gasps in pain, struggling to breath.

''Finished already?'' Ulquiorra questions him, irritated by this whole ordeal though he does praise him a bit. ''You're impressed, but you are still only human.'' Squeezing his neck harder as Naruto yelps in agony.

''Stop it!'' Ruby shouts louder but again, no one hears her.

''You're at your limit.'' Ulquiorra tells the defeated Sage, slamming him onto the ground. Naruto gasps, now breathing but looks up to see the Espada charging up a Cero Oscuras, planning to kill him too. Ruby widens her eyes, the sensation of despair crawling across her body and soul.

''Now…'' He begins to utter, preparing to end him here and now. It was too much as Ruby's heart sank, her eyes widened as she didn't want this. She… she doesn't SHE DOESN'T... And then, she blanked out.

''STOP IT!'' Ulquiorra finally turns to Ruby's last scream before her eyes fully glow and releases a strange wave of light coming from her eyes towards him. This surprises everyone watching, except Orihime losing herself.

''What?'' This surprises the Espada as he quickly fires his Cero Oscuras at it… only for the beam to dissolve and fade within the light. This horrifies him as the wave comes towards him so fast that he barely reacts to it, dodging it. The light does manage to hit the left side of his body but he still swiftly gets out of it. However, he soon notices that half his body, mainly his left arm and leg, are completely petrified to his shock.

Ulquiorra's expression is shocking, not able to feel that side of his body as a bit of his wing is also petrified but he can still fly barely. He quickly uses the emeralds to restore himself but the process is still very slow to his concern. If not for these gems, he might have-

''What power was-'' He begins to question, looking down as the light vanishes and Ruby drops on her knees and passes out, falling to her side. The Espada stares at her, not sure what-

He suddenly panics as a massive shadow is above him. He turns and widens his eyes as it is Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, already charging up their attack with Kaiba commanding his dragon. ''HYPER ULTIMATE BURST!'' They release their destructive triple mouth blast, crashing him onto the ground.

''Support me!'' Shadow yells at them, needing their help while he's stunned. Naruto gets up, panting as he eyes the unconscious Ruby and smiles.

''Thank you.'' He thanks her before he becomes serious as the Kyubbi Chakra erupts across his body. He forms his hand seal, creating two Shadow Clones as they start preparing the Rasenshuriken.

Ulquiorra stands up, nearly healed as he raises his right finger and fires a Cero Oscuras upon Neo Blue-Eyes, destroying it. However, he's then grabbed by the face by Neos Wiseman, throwing him into the air.

''Ultimate Nova!'' Judai shouts as his Fusion monsters release multiple energy beams across its body at the Espada who guards with the Chaos Emeralds forming a barrier again. Nothing they can do will-

He's suddenly shot through his neck, staggering him. He turns to see Alicia, wielding the Crimson Rose in sniper mode, loading and taking another shot, mixing the bullet with Valkyria flames. The shot hits his chest, causing him to burn as he's then hit by an upward Dragonaun Wave by Ryan, blasting him out of the sky.

However, Ulquiorra crashes on his feet as his body is fully restored- Suddenly his body can't move, suppressed by a Chaos Magic that Shadow set up.

''Do it, moron!'' Shadow yells at Naruto as he raises his Rasenshuriken but now it's orange and releasing more violent wind currents.

''W-Wind Release…'' Naruto begins to utter out, his body being overtaken by the Chakra Shroud of the Kyuubi with his Sage Mode holding on. Ulquiorra glares as he aims his right arm until his arms are frozen in ice. This shocks him, turning as it is Danny, smirking, smirking weakly before he hits the ground and de-transforms back to human form.

''KYUUBI RASENSHURIKEN!'' Completing his shout, Naruto throws the shuriken-shaped Rasengan at top speed, moving in so fast as it hits Ulquiorra before he can use the emeralds, sending him flying into the sky. It shreds through him before it glows up in the sky and becomes a massive sphere of destructive energy, destroying the sides of a pillar near its radius.

Naruto stumbles backwards as the Chakra shroud vanishes and drops on a knee, breathing heavily as he's out of Chakra and out of Sage Mode too. Ed sees this, not believing the destructive power that attack had but he smiles, thinking it worked.

''H-He got-'' He begins to declare, thinking it was over… until a burst of black-green energy splits apart the explosion of the Rasenshuriken and reveals Ulquiorra, undamaged but now even madder than before. Edward drops his jaw, grunting in frustration how badly he hates that guy now. ''Never mind! DAMN IT!''

Naruto breathes, too drained as he looks up at the Espada who looks pissed. To think mere humans could do all this damage to him.

''I said it was futile.'' He proclaims, vanishing with Sonido as he kicks Sonic, trying to attack his back and sending him crashing next to Naruto. He then lands on the ground, raising his right finger, already charging up a Cero Oscuras at the majority of the group.

''Die.'' He utters, firing his beam at them. Alicia and the others can't do much against that attack as it quickly consumes them and explodes. The Espada watches, glaring firmly as he can't believe this. The explosion clears and reveals Shadow, protecting everyone with a hand forward.

The Espada forms a scowl of irritation, questioning the creature he should hate humans. ''You still wish to die for such worthless humans.''

''… Humans killed Maria… but not all humans are the same.'' Shadow utters out, recalling the last moments of his dear friend who loved the Earth and its people. He gets there are bad humans but not all of them are the same; some are special. ''They can be idiots, naïve, kind, brave or all of the above. That's why…''

Clinching his right fist forward, Shadow vows determinedly. ''I will fight for them; not just for my promise to Maria but because that is why I was created for; to protect the world!'' Judai snickers a bit at his compliment.

Ulquiorra can't help but scoff at such trash, proclaiming. ''What pointlessness. You-''

''Also…'' Shadow interrupts as he forms a small smirk. ''That idiot gave me the chance I needed.''

Ulquiorra doesn't follow until he suddenly sees the 6 Chaos Emeralds floating around the black hedgehog. This surprises the Arrancar, realizing that the attack wasn't meant to kill him; it was meant to separate him from those emeralds.

Naruto smirks weakly, glad he got the message by how Shadow of all people needed their help.

''I understand. That human's attack was a distraction.'' Ulquiorra realizes the real purpose of that attack but he is still unfazed. ''It changes nothing. You can't beat me even with them.''

Shadow slowly cracks a smirk as he corrects him. ''Let me tell you something, Espada.'' Tossing the Chaos Emerald in his hands into the air and lands back in his palm, gleaming brightly. ''Sonic isn't the only one who can draw out the true power of the Chaos Emeralds.''

Ulquiorra widens his eyes as Shadow begins to let out a shout, crossing his arms as energy begins to erupt across his body. The emeralds all glow, shining brightly, as they spin around him until they instantly enter his body. His body is consumed in a mighty golden aura as his black fur turns golden yellow and his quills/spikes are raised upward. He separates his arm in a fighting pose, now floating over the ground.

This surprises nearly everyone but Sonic, smirking.

''HE CAN BECOME SUPER TOO?!'' Naruto yells out in shock with large white pupils while Judai grins excitedly, finding that awesome.

Ulquiorra scowls, truly done with them as he comes flying at him only for Super Shadow to instantly kick him across his face with such speed and force that he's sent flying and crashing through a pillar. Sailor Moon sweat drops heavily, actually feeling that.

Super Shadow flies forward into the pillar, clashing against Ulquiorra, zig-zagging across the sides as each blow cracks the pillar over and over until they shoot out with the pillar shattering and exploding. Ulquiorra fires a Cero Oscuras at him but Shadow holds up his hand and easily grabs onto it to his shock before he dissolves it with Chaos Energy. He then fires a Chaos Spear so fast it hits Ulquiorra and sends him crashing into the ground.

Sonic snickers as the fight should be over now. Shadow won't toy with him for much longer.

However, Orihime didn't care about any of that, losing herself as her power wasn't able to reverse the damage done to Ichigo. Was she… too late.

''Kurosaki-kun…'' She utters, her barrier cracking as she can't maintain it anymore. She soon begins to squeeze her hands tightly, crying out in dread as she loses him. He was dead and it was all her fault.

''Why? Why couldn't I…'' She tries to utter, feeling powerless to have done anything for him who charged in, for him who protected her, for him who wanted to win to return everyone back home. She… she was nothing more but a failure.

''Forgive me…'' Uttering out as she finally snaps, Orihime begins to cry as she begs for forgiveness. ''PLEASE, I'M SORRY, KUROSAKI-KUN!''

Her tears, her screams, her soul; it all called out to Ichigo as he can hear her, the same despair he's lived his whole life since his mother died. No… He won't let that happen again.

''I…'' Trying to regain his conscious, regain his self-being; Kurosaki pushes himself back to life for he cannot die; for he cannot fail in protecting those close to him… to fail her… to fail… his mother-

''I…'' In that brief moment, he sees his mother, smiling before switching into Orihime crying out so he doesn't get hurt. His body begins to twitch, red energy wrapping across his body and consuming him. He mustn't die here, he cannot die here; he will win, HE MUST WIN.

''I WILL PROTECT HER!'' Engulfing his body as this red energy becomes part black like his Getsuga, Ichigo's body erupts in energy without anyone noticing it until it explodes upward.

Ulquiorra is distracted against Super Shadow, shocked by his power, as Shadow raises his left hand and fires a destructive Chaos Lance, blasting him onto the ground but the Espada lands on his feet. He looks up, glaring as Super Shadow looks down coldly.

''I'm done with you, Espada.'' Super Shadow proclaims, no longer going to tolerate his actions any longer. ''You want to see despair, then-'' His words are cut short by a sudden burst of energy that alarmed him. ''What?'' He turns down and widens his eyes. Ulquiorra does the same as the others soon notice it and they all panic heavily, especially Orihime who just turned around.

It was Ichigo- no, rather what his body has transformed into, having become something more Hollow. He has long straight hair, reaching down to his waist and a Hollow hole that is smaller than his previous one, decorated with markings stretching from the hole across his chest and shoulders. He has retractable claws on his fingertips and toes, small, furry red tufts, two starting from his collarbone and stretching around his neck and one each on his wrists and ankles, and white skin. The Hollow Mask has changed, covering his entire head and its markings are different: Now having four spike-shaped marks, two of them stopping by the forehead and the other two stretching past the eyes and teeth, going past his chin and joining with the marks on his chest. There are small marks resembling a heart, but with the top and bottom open, extending from the inner corners of his eyes. The mask features two long forward-pointing horns, with black strips extending from their center towards the tips.

He looks down with black empty Hollow eyes with Orihime paralyzed, reminded of her brother when he was a Hollow but this was much worse, so much worse.

''I-Ichigo?'' Naruto utters in shock as Ruby stirs weakly, beginning to wake up. Grimmjow sees this form and he's just speechless while Nelliel is trembling, able to sense the void of energy coursing out of him.

''H-he's actually…'' Alicia begins to utter that he's alive but Uryu gulps, proclaiming with a grim expression. ''Is that really Kurosaki?''

Ed looks at him puzzled while he notices Sailor Moon sweats, also feeling deeply wrong with that.

''K-Kuro… saki… kun?'' Orihime tries to speak up, horrified at what he's become. Ulquiorra looks at him and he cannot accept that this is the same Ichigo Kurosaki; his Spiritual Energy foreign and… more Hollow than human.

''There's no possible way he could be alive.'' He begins to question, studying the form. ''What is that form?'' He finds it disturbing as… this could be… a Vasto Lorde? ''… Who are you?''

Ryan makes a face with Ed arguing about that. ''What kind of dumb question is that?! It's obviously-''

Flicking its hand, Zangetsu suddenly flies and lands on Hollowified Ichigo's hand before swinging it behind him, releasing a terrifying shockwave that pierces and splits the ground apart. This shocks everyone as Orihime is launched away, screaming and it's Judai who catches her as the two hit the side of the wall of the pillar. The transformed Ichigo then lets out a terrifying Hollow howl, showing its actual real mask-like sharp toothed mouth while his body glowing a red outline as the scream is so strong it shakes and trembles the whole area in its power.

''DEFINITELY NOT HIM!'' Ed now screams in horror as Ryan pushes him away fast.

Glaring of annoyance to now fight a beast, Ulquiorra lifts up right index finger to charge up a Cero Oscuras as the Vasto Lorde aims its horns at him, instantly charging a red crimson Cero. This shocks the Espada as both their attacks fire at the same time and collide, creating a massive tower-size wall of clashing Ceros against the other before the red Cero overpowers the black-green one. The consumption creates a fiery tornado, consuming the area in hellish flames. Everyone manages to barely get away thanks to Super Shadow, watching this firmly.

''Impossible…'' Ulquiorra utters with a shocking expression, looking up at the Vasto Lorde. ''That was without a doubt a Cero.'' The Vasto Lorde charges up another Cero which Ulquiorra responds with a stronger Cero Oscuras. They clash once, this time seemingly even as the explosion spreads and everyone braces themselves. Super Shadow still watches with his arms crossed, glaring unease.

Suddenly Ulquiorra's left arm's wrist is grabbed by the transformed Ichigo to Ulquiorra's shock. The Vasto Lorde swings its sword and slashes off Ulquiorra's arm cleanly, now forcing the Espada to dash to the ground to get away from him. He looks at his missing arm, not believing this creature could cut through his Hierro with ease. Still, not a problem as he focuses and in an instant; he regrows a new arm to everyone's horror.

''My greatest ability is not my capability to attack but I alone am able to regenerate.'' Ulquiorra reveals his ability to heal any limbs but his organs and his brain. Shadow figures as much by how his damage has been healing up with high speed regeneration.

Ulquiorra then cups his hands together as a sphere of green energy forms between his palms. He then moves his arms apart as the sphere reshapes and becomes a long, green energy javelin.

''LANZA DEL RELAMPAGO!'' He announces, taking aim with his new weapon at the Vasto Lorde. ''Now, hold still for a moment.'' He immediately throws it at top speed.

The Vasto Lorde doesn't even flinch as the javelin seemingly misses him and hits far away and connects to the ground, releasing a nuclear size green explosion with such power and size that it blows away the flames of the earlier Cero clashes. This gets Ruby to wake up, dropping her jaw with no memory of her eye powers.

''I… wanna go home…'' She utters out, sweating with some of the others agreeing.

Ulquiorra sighs, annoyed as he's not surprised by this.

''I missed it. It's truly hard to control.'' He explains as he manifests another long javelin in an instant from his right claw. ''Then I will aim better.''

Shadow and Uryu are quickly shocked that he can make another one that quickly. The Espada prepares to throw this one until the monstrous Ichigo vanishes but it was not Shunpo. Ulquiorra widens his eyes in disbelief, turning his head slowly as the Vasto Lorde appears behind him in such little time and movement.

''Impossible. That wasn't the Shinigami Shunpo; it was Sonido!'' He utters in shock, not possible for a human to use an Arrancar ability like that. The Vasto Lorde swings his blade, releasing a powerful force of power like a mini tornado, tearing through the ground and the sides of a pillar. Ulquiorra resists it as he flies up at the Vasto Lorde above the pillar… until he is suddenly leaning to the left. In reality, Ulquiorra was instantly grabbed by the Vasto Lorde across his face and literally slams him across the sides of the tower, crashing through its surface before tossing the Espada upward, skidding across the sides of the wall before being kicked and crashing into another tower. However, Ulquiorra lands on his feet on that side of that tower and gazes down at the berserk Hollow, letting out another destructive howl.

''Then…'' Uttering out as he will need all his power to win, Ulquiorra releases all of his power as the area around them trembles in his dreadful Spiritual Pressure. ''I will destroy you completely.'' The Vasto Lorde howls monstrously, showing its fangs and acting like a wild beast or something much worse. The two dash with Sonido, clashing around the sky with their insane, undetectable speed. No one could see them as sparks and forces of power blasts them downward, not even Super Shadow.

The Espada tries firing a faster Cero Oscuras but the Vasto Lorde evades him so quickly that he literally floats above him and stomps his foot across his head to send him crashing on the ground. Ulquiorra lands as he tries to take aim only to nearly get slashed across the chest by the Vasto Lorde if he doesn't dodge with Sonido. The Hollowified Ichigo howls, vanishing with Sonido too. Soon the others hear sparks and pressures of energy, floating all over them. Only Super Shadow can keep up with them but it's utterly insane.

The two clash even more viciously and even though Ulquiorra is actually doing some damage with kicks and swipes of his claws at the Vasto Lorde, slamming him into towers and sides of them; he still resists and only howls more viciously. It swings a slash at its force, blasting through the tower and hits Ulquiorra away as he flies upward. He uses the smoke of the destroyed tower to make distance only for the Vasto Lorde to appear from behind him and grabs his left wing. Before the Espada could react, the berserk Hollow swings downward and cuts off the bat wing and his left arm. Ulquiorra rapidly falls down before hitting the ground hard and even bouncing.

The Vasto Lorde crashes down, hissing beastly.

Ulquiorra regenerates them both before forming a Lanza del Relampago, throwing it at him only for the Vasto Lorde to fire another crimson Cero between its long horns. The two explosions collided and released a powerful nuclear size explosion. Ulquiorra couldn't get away as the Vasto Lorde grabs him by the neck, showing its frightening expression and its mouth half open before throwing him onto the surface of a tower. It then fires another Cero, hitting the stunned Ulquiorra and destroying the whole tower.

Ulquiorra tries to throw his javelin at where the Vasto Lorde was… until it vanishes with Sonido and reappears in front of the Espada as he's throwing the green energy javelin and it catches it with its bare claw. This horrifies Ulquiorra as the monster's claw slams through his attack, squeezing it before it extinguishes it. Ulquiorra is speechless, looking forward to seeing the horrifying expression of his enemy, seeing the small yellow demonic pupils before he's slashed through his body so severely that he drops onto his back, badly wounded.

The others are silent, not ever seeing such a beating that they saw before. It seems the fight was over until the Vasto Lorde stomps its foot across Ulquiorra's face and lowers its head, charging up a Cero directly under him.

''I see. You show no mercy, like a true Hollow.'' Ulquiorra concludes, both surprised and not; as this is the way of all Hollows. He doesn't care anymore, accepting his end. ''Finish me. I don't care. Do it.''

The Vasto Lorde prepares to do so until Naruto shouts at him. ''That's enough, Ichigo!''

The Hollowified Ichigo stops charging as he looks at the ninja who tells him calmly. ''You won ya know, no need to-''

Naruto widens his eyes in horror as the Tensa Zangetsu is thrown by the Vasto Lorde, stabbing him through his stomach and pins him into the ground.

''Naruto!'' Nelliel screams in horror as Naruto gasps in pain, never stabbed this violent before.

The Vasto Lorde then takes aim with its horn at Naruto until Super Shadow appears and kicks him so hard it launches him into a pillar.

''I won't ask you twice…'' Shadow begins to threaten him calmly, glaring madly at what he was about to do and regret. ''Don't force my hand, Ichigo Kuro-''

His words are cut short as a howl erupts within the pillar with such power that it explodes in red crimson Spiritual Energy, destroying the whole thing. Emerging is the Vasto Lorde, still howling with such power that even Super Shadow is visibly shocked by all of its power.

The Vasto Lorde reaches out as his blade shoots out of Naruto, screaming as he's bleeding and Orihime tries to heal him; very distracted by what has happened to Ichigo. The monster that was the Substitute Shinigami lets out another howl, releasing greater power that Super Shadow can feel with such dismay. This pressure is capable of destroying this whole world, something he's never felt before even when Black Doom vowed he would have done the same. But this thing, this monster was above him. Is he even human- No, is he even Ichigo Kurosaki anymore? Can… Can he win?

Will Super Shadow be able to stop this seemingly unstoppable monster of his comrade?

A bit before Ichigo's fight against Ulquiorra; Mew Ichigo and Jonouchi are left alone with the Masked ''Dragon Killer'' Arrancar, the last one, as he prepares to kill them until both Jenny and Masaya arrive to stop him. However, the enemy is not one they can win. So will Yugi, who is arriving, be the one to defeat this unknown enemy and uncover his mask?

Jonouchi: If we weren't in a bad situation and I was really scared; I would joke and blame this on you, Momomiya.

Mew Ichigo gives him a gaze, speaking sarcastically: Ugh, thanks. You truly are a wonderful person… I miss Minto.

Jonouchi: I miss my sister and about to die!

Author's Note: So as those who watched or read Bleach… Ulquiorra is so strong that it took the Full Hollow Form, aka Vasto Lorde Ichigo, to take him out while he was at his strongest form (not counting Brave Soul's THIRD FORM but we'll get to that eventually). But anyway, Segunda Etapa is no joke and why Ulquiorra is that powerful.

Even though nearly everyone else arrived to fight this stronger Ulquiorra… yea, not even Sage Mode Naruto could have done anything. He would have needed KCM2 to even challenge Ulquiorra.

And Super Shadow is more stronger. I'll say it now; if not for Vasto Lorde; Super Shadow would have smoked Ulquiorra and won.

Also, doing the whole reveal of Ruby's SUPER-DUPER Silver Eye powers (don't be surprised if I make changes to those powers) sooner than expected and SETTING SOMETHING UP. Not sure what yet; I got no clue for Salem. I'll likely make her basic or at least make her seem like a threat… her and Cinder. But that's a topic for another time. Just wanted to let you guys know that I am thinking about RWBY and how I want to handle it for DKR, FOR THE BETTER.

I decided to combine both the Anime and Hell Verse fight scenes of the Vasto Lorde VS Ulquiorra because both versions are pretty damn good, though the movie is obviously better for the tone and the swiffer action scenes.

Anyway, next time we're moving a bit back in time and see how main Ichigo and Jonouchi are doing and the real big fight about to occur. Excited to reveal what I got in mind HMM!
