Chapter 44: KickinChicken Vs Bitsy BatBite: Getting Back
CatNap and KickinChicken in different places were getting ready for their parts. CatNap going to the abandoned laboratory to save DogDay by bicycle while KickinChicken going to an abandoned Wesley's Warehouse to save Hoppy, but by motorcycle.
"Don't worry, I'm coming to save you!" They both said in different places, "They're gonna regret laying a finger on you!"
CatNap then looked at the location Bubba sent him on his phone while KickinChicken looked up the location to an abandoned Wesley's Warehouse. CatNap then started to leave his apartment to ride on his bicycle as fast as possible while KickinChicken revved up the engine on his motorcycle and started to ride out from his house.
Hoppy meanwhile was slowly opening her eyes after being knocked out all of a sudden. She noticed that someone was across a table from her in a meeting room of the abandoned Wesley's Warehouse. Her vision was blurry.
"Ugh… The fuck just happened?" She said,
Hoppy then noticed that she was tied to a chair as her vision was cleared again.
"What the hell?!" She said as she turned to who was across the table from her, "Wh-What the hell?! Are you… Miss BatBite?!"
Bitsy chuckled menacingly.
"Been a while, Hoppy Hopscotch…" She said,
"Wh-Where am I?" Hoppy said as she noticed a masked critter totally different from the red and black masked critters pointed an assault rifle at her, "And why am I being held at gunpoint?!"
Bitsy smirked.
"You see, Hoppy, this is all part of a plan that I'm part of." She replied,
"What?!" She shouted, "Why?! Why do something like this?! And what is this plan you're part of anyways?!"
Bitsy laughed a bit.
"Why, it's part of a special time that will start once everything is ready!" She replied, "The Hour Of Joy!"
Hoppy was confused and almost scared.
"Uhhh, what?" She said, "What the fuck is an hour of joy anyways?"
Meanwhile, KickinChicken arrived at the abandoned Wesley's Warehouse where Hoppy was taken to. He parked his motorcycle and took off his helmet to look at the warehouse.
"I'm here, Hoppy." He said, "Here I come."
KickinChicken then went over to a guarded masked critter in black and knocked him out with a big punch. He then grabbed his assault rifle and loaded it.
"Surprised it wasn't loaded." He said, "And this loser was listening to music as well, huh? Too easy."
KickinChicken then took a deep breath.
"I'm going in!" He said as he went inside the warehouse to start the rescue on Hoppy,
Hoppy meanwhile was still tied to a chair as she was still held hostage in a meeting room by Bitsy.
"And that's what The Hour Of Joy is all about!" She replied to Hoppy,
"So unleashing an evil massacre onto Crittopia only because you were treated like outcasts?" Hoppy wondered, "Or at least from your point of view?"
"Correct."
"And it's all led by an ally of your's who's the leader of a group of masked critters?"
"In red and black."
"Plus being led by some prince of your's?"
"That as well."
"Ok, that makes sense. Can I leave now?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because I want you to join us."
"Hell no, I'm not joining you! I lost all respect for you as a student after what you've just did to me!"
Bitsy clenched her teeth.
"Fine, I'll just force you to join." She said as she got out a big syringe,
"Oh crap." Hoppy said,
Then, another masked critter in black came in.
"Madame BatBite!" She shouted at Bitsy, "Someone is invading us and is shooting us down!"
"Really now?" Bitsy said as she withdrew the syringe and turned to Hoppy, "This will have to wait later."
Bitsy then started to walk out.
"Prepare my Duel Disk!" She shouted, "I know exactly who it is!"
"Yes Madam!" The masked critter shouted as she followed Bitsy out of the meeting room,
Hoppy turned to the masked critter still in the room with an assault rifle in her hands.
"So, uhh… Do you got any peppermint?" She asked her,
Silence filled the room and from the masked critter.
"I'll take that as a no." Hoppy said,
KickinChicken meanwhile was continuing his way while blasting his assault rifle he stole at the masked critters in black down. Then, he ran out of ammo.
"Shit!" He said, "Doesn't matter! I'm still gonna use this to whack their heads!"
As KickinChicken continued his way up a flight of stairs he has come across, someone was waiting for him on the top of the stairs, being Bitsy BatBite.
"Miss BatBite!" KickinChicken shouted, "Where is she?! Where's Hoppy?!"
Without saying a word, Bitsy went inside a room.
"Hey! Get back here!" KickinChicken shouted as he went into that room,
The room was revealed to be a big meeting room, bjt was turned into a dueling field. Bitsy was on the other side of the dueling field.
"Oh, I see how it is." KickinChicken said,
Then, more masked critters came out and pointed their guns at KickinChicken. KickinChicken dropped the gun and showed off his Duel Disk.
"That gun is empty." He said, "I used it on you asshats."
Bitsy chuckled as she clapped her hands.
"Not bad, Kickin." She said to him, "But not good enough."
"Why are you doing this, Miss BatBite?" KickinChicken asked her, "I had all my trust on you during my 9th and 10th grade years with you! Even Hoppy had trusted you!"
Bitsy smiled.
"You do realize that karma bites back, do you?" She asked him, "After I was fired for my behavior during your Junior year, I kept a good eye on Hoppy for almost a year."
"You creep!" KickinChicken shouted, "You're stalking someone who's almost an adult! Why do so in the first place?!"
"It's for The Hour Of Joy, Kickin! It's us against the world! Revenge on society that poison us for being different!"
"Well you got fired for being a creep, huh?! Good, you deserved it! And I'm dying on that hill where I stand!"
Bitsy chuckled.
"Alright, I think that's enough talking for now." She said, "Duel me."
Bitsy then activated her Duel Disk.
"If you win, then I'll tell you where Hoppy Hopscotch is at." She said, "But if I win, then you're gonna join her into becoming one of them, for The Hour Of Joy."
KickinChicken clenched his feathered arms into fists.
"Fine! Have it your way, Miss BatBite!" He said as he activated his Duel Disk,
"Duel!" Both KickinChicken and Bitsy BatBite shouted as the duel between them started,
The duel has started. Turn 1.
KickinChicken: 4000
Bitsy BatBite: 4000
"I'll go first." Bitsy said as she looked at her 5 cards in her hand and played one of them in the Field Spell Zone, "And I'll start by activating the Field Spell, Vampire Kingdom!"
Vampire Kingdom was activated in the Field Spell Zone as the duel around KickinChicken, Bitsy BatBite and the masked critters in black was turned into a kingdom at night with a red full moon in the sky.
"I'll explain what my Field Spell does later." Bitsy said as she played a monster, "For now, I summon Vampire Sorcerer in Attack Position."
Vampire Sorcerer was Normal Summoned in Attack Position with 1500 ATK Points.
"Then I'll set a card face-down." Bitsy said as she set a card in the Spell Trap Zone, "And I'll pass the turn to you."
"Alright, it's my turn!" KickinChicken said as he draws to start Turn 2, "Draw!"
KickinChicken then looked at the Vampire Kingdom Field Spell Card on Bitsy's side of the field.
"What does Vampire Kingdom do anyways?" He wondered as he then looked at the set card, "And her set card can literally be anything. …Screw it, I'm going in! If that set card doesn't stop me, good!"
KickinChicken then activated Black Whirlwind.
"Starting my turn, I activate the Continuous Spell, Black Whirlwind!" He shouted, "Whenever I Normal Summon a Blackwing monster, I can add another with ATK Points less than that monster!"
KickinChicken then Normal Summoned Shura The Blue Flame in Attack Position with 1800 ATK Points,
"So I'll Normal Summon Blackwing - Shura The Blue Flame in Attack Position!" He shouted as he then searched another Blackwing monster with ATK Points less than Shura's, "And now I can search for another Blackwing monster with less ATK Points than Shura from my Deck through Black Whirlwind!"
KickinChicken then adds Bora The Spear.
"And it's gonna be Blackwing - Bora The Spear!" He shouted, "And I'm gonna Special Summon him right now since I control a Blackwing monster!"
Bora The Spear was then Special Summoned in Attack Position with 1700 ATK Points.
"But I'm not done yet!" KickinChicken shouted as she showed another Blackwing monster, "And since I controlled another Blackwing monster other than this one, I can Special Summon from my hand, the Tuner monster Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind!"
Gale The Whirlwind was Special Summoned in Attack Position with 1300 ATK Points.
"Now for Gale's effect!" KickinChicken said, "Once per turn, I can target a monster you control and half their current ATK DEF Points, so your Vampire Sorcerer's ATK DEF Points are now halved!"
Gale then created a whirlwind which halved Vampire Sorcerer's ATK DEF Points to 750 each.
"Not bad, Kickin." Bitsy said, "Not bad at one."
KickinChicken then clenched his feathered arm that was free into a fist.
"Now to go straight into the Battle Phase!" He shouted as the Battle Phase started, "Shura will attack Vampire Sorcerer!"
Shura The Blue Flame then went over to attack Vampire Sorcerer, but surprisingly, Vampire Sorcerer's ATK Points went up to 1250. Shura attacked Vampire Sorcerer and Bitsy took 550 points of damage, leaving her with 3450 Life Points left.
"What just happened?!" KickinChicken said, confused, "Why did Vampire Sorcerer's ATK Points increased by 500?!"
Bitsy chuckled a bit.
"It's simple." She replied, "It's all thanks to one of my effects of my Vampire Kingdom. During the damage step, Zombie-type monsters gain 500 ATK Points, whether they're attacking or being attacked by one of your monsters. And since my Vampire Sorcerer was a Zombie-type monster, it all makes sense now, doesn't it?"
"I guess since vampires are technically undead." KickinChicken said, "But it doesn't matter, because I'm activating Shura's effect! Which lets me Special Summon a Blackwing monster with 1500 or less ATK Points from my Deck with negated effects, when it destroys a monster!"
KickinChicken then Special Summoned a new Blackwing monster, being the level 3 Tuner, Blackwing - Steam The Cloak, in Attack Position with 800 ATK Points.
"And that's Blackwing - Steam The Cloak!" KickinChicken shouted, "And what do you know? I have exactly the right amount of damage I need to win!"
"Oh!" Bitsy shouted as she realized that, "He's right!"
"Well first things first in order to achieve this quick win, Bora will attack you to continue the onslaught!"
Bora The Spear then charged forward to attack Bitsy, but Bitsy smiled menacingly.
"I activate my Counter Trap, Negate Attack!" She shouted as the Negate Attack Counter Trap was activated, "This not only negates your monster's attack, but also ends the Battle Phase!"
KickinChicken clenched his feathered fists.
"Damn it." He said, "So close. Got excited for nothing."
KickinChicken then took a deep breath.
"Alright, Miss BatBite, I'll let you off the hook." He said as he pointed in the air, "Because I'm not done with my turn yet! I'm gonna tune my Level 3 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind with my Level 4 Blackwing - Bora The Spear!"
A Synchro Summon between Level 3 tuner Gale The Whirlwind and Level 4 Bora The Spear has started.
"I Synchro Summon, Level 7, Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling!"
Level 7 Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling was Synchro Summoned in Attack Position with 2600 ATK Points, but was boosted to 3200.
"And he gains 300 ATK Points for each Blackwing monster in my Graveyard!" KickinChicken said, "And upon being Synchro Summoned by using a Blackwing monster as material, he is treated as a Tuner!"
"I see, I'm learning so much from you." Bitsy said,
"This is getting freaky from you, and I can already see why."
KickinChicken then sets two cards face-down in the Spell and Trap Zone.
"I set two and end my turn." He said,
"Very well, I draw." Bitsy said as she draws to start Turn 3,
Turn 3.
KickinChicken: 4000
Bitsy BatBite: 3450
Bitsy smiled at the card she drew.
"I have a part of what I need." She said,
"Oh no." KickinChicken said, concerned,
"From my Graveyard, I activate the effect of my Vampire Sorcerer!"
Vampire Sorcerer was banished.
"By banishing my Vampire Sorcerer from the Graveyard, I can Normal Summon a DARK Vampire monster this turn without tributing!" Bitsy explained,
"Oh, that's bad!" KickinChicken said,
"Bad for you, but good for me! Because I'm gonna Normal Summon the Level 6 monster Vampire Red Baron in Attack Position without tributing!"
Vampire Red Baron was then Normal Summoned in Attack Position with 2400 ATK Points.
"But I'm not done yet." Bitsy said as she played the card she drew from her Deck, "Because now I activate one of the cards I need to win this duel, the Continuous Spell, Vampire's Domain!"
The Continuous Spell, Vampire's Domain, was activated.
"And by giving up 500 of my Life Points…" Bitsy said as she payed 500 of her Life Points to activate Vampire's Domain's effect, leaving her at 2950 Life Points, "I can Normal Summon another Vampire monster in addition to my Normal Summon or Set!"
"Oh that's totally bad for me!" KickinChicken shouted,
"And good for me!"
Bitsy then revealed the last card she had in her hand.
"And that will be Vampire Familiar." She said as she Normal Summoned Vampire Familiar in Attack Position with 500 ATK Points, "And now, this is where Vampire Red Baron's effect comes into place!"
"Uh-oh…" KickinChicken said,
"By giving up 1000 more of my Life Points…" Bitsy said as she payed 1000 more of her Life Points to activate Vampire Red Baron's effect, leaving her Life Points at 1950, "I can switch control of 1 of your monsters and 1 of my other Vampire monsters!"
"What?!"
"That's right! So I'm switching control of my Vampire Familiar and your Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling!"
Vampire Red Baron then raised its big sword to activate its effect that switches Vampire Familiar and Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling's control to the other owner. KickinChicken was now in control of Vampire Familiar while Bitsy had control of Chidori.
"My Chidori!" KickinChicken shouted,
"Now it's MY Chidori!" Bitsy said, "And now I'm gonna use it for an Xyz Summon!"
"W-Wait, wait, wait! An Xyz Summon?! How?! Your Red Baron is a Level 6 while my Chidori is a Level 7!"
"Chidori will be treated as a Level 6 for this Xyz Summon since I took control of it!"
"Ok, you're just bluffing at this point!!"
"Never had, never will! Because now, treating one of my monsters as a Level 6, I overlay my Vampire Red Baron and my Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling to build the Overlay Network!"
An Overlay Network has appeared as Level 6 Vampire Red Baron and the now treated Level 6 Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling were used as materials for an Xyz Summon.
"Rule the night with your dominant fangs and commanding charm!" Bitsy chanted, "Xyz Summon!"
A figure appeared from the shadows.
"Dominate the night to claim what's yours, Rank 6, Dhampir Vampire Sheridan!" Bitsy shouted,
Rank 6 Dhampir Vampire Sheridan was Xyz Summoned in Attack Position with 2600 ATK Points.
"Oh crap." KickinChicken said, "She can actually Xyz Summon that monster like that, huh?"
Bitsy smiled as she raised her fist up.
"Now for Dhampir Vampire Sheridan's effect!" She said as she detached Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling from her Xyz Monster to KickinChicken's Graveyard, "By detaching 1 Xyz Material from him, I can send 1 card you control to the Graveyard, so let's see…"
Hearing the effect, KickinChicken gulped.
"Oh no…" He said, scared, "What is she gonna get rid of?"
Bitsy then pointed at one of the face-down cards KickinChicken has in his Spell/Trap Zone.
"One of them set Traps of yours will be gone!" She said, "So send it to the Graveyard!"
It was the center card in the Spell/Trap Zones KickinChicken has. He sends it to the Graveyard as he sighed in relief.
"Trap Stun…" He said, "I didn't think I needed that."
"I thought you wouldn't." Bitsy said, "Because now, it's time to battle!"
The Battle Phase started again.
"Dhampir Vampire Sheridan will now attack your Bora The Spear!" Bitsy shouted, "And with Vampire Kingdom, Sheridan will gain 500 ATK Points during the Damage Step since he's a Zombie-type monster!"
Dhampir Vampire Sheridan then charged towards Bora The Spear for the attack, and Sheridan's ATK Points were raised to 3100 during the Damage Step under Vampire Kingdom's effect.
"Go! Dhampir's Demise!" Bitsy shouted,
Dhampir Vampire Sheridan then hissed and gazed its eyes onto Bora The Spear, destroying it and dealing 1400 points of damage to KickinChicken.
"GAHHH!" KickinChicken shouted as his Life Points went down to 2600,
"Now for Vampire's Domain's effect." Bitsy said, "Each time a Vampire monster I control inflicts battle damage to you, I can gain that same amount to myself." Bitsy said, "So now, I gain 1400 Life Points!"
Under Vampire's Domain's effect, Bitsy gained 1400 Life Points, increasing her total amount to 3350.
"100 Life Points off from what I've lost, but it doesn't matter." Bitsy said, "It's your turn. No matter what you throw at me, during your next turn, Dhampir Vampire Sheridan will attack your newly controlled Vampire Familiar and wipe out the rest of your Life Points. I WILl destroy you and Hoppy. Just wait."
It was then the start of Turn 4
KickinChicken: 2600
Bitsy BatBite: 3350.
KickinChicken placed his feathered hand on the top card of his Deck.
"I have to trust this next card." He said as he closed his eyes, "Come on, whatever it is, I have to win."
KickinChicken draws. He opened his eyes to reveal what he drew. When he looked at the card, he gasped in shock.
"Th-That's…" He said as he looked at the card he just drew, being a monster card known as, Dark Armed Dragon,
Flashbacks occurred to where Hoppy would give KickinChicken that same card on his 13th birthday as a part of their long bond together. And since then, KickinChicken would always have that card in his ever growing Blackwing deck, but never really looked at it for a while until now.
"...Dark Armed Dragon…" He said, softly, "Hoppy gave me this card when I turned 13… This card proved our bond together. Now… that bond is broken because of what I did…"
Bitsy smirked.
"Awwww, did the bad card you drew made you shutdown?" She wondered,
KickinChicken looked up with confidence.
"It wasn't a bad card." He said, "It was what I needed to finish this duel and save Hoppy."
"Huh?" Bitsy wondered,
"Now, I activate my other face-down card, the Continuous Trap, Call Of The Haunted!"
Call Of The Haunted was activated.
"With this card, I can Special Summon a monster from my Graveyard in Attack Position!" KickinChicken shouted, "So coming back, will be my Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling!"
Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling was brought back from the Graveyard in Attack Position through Call Of The Haunted's effect.
"Why bother with that?!" Bitsy said, "He's no longer a Tuner!"
"Because in my Graveyard, I need to have exactly 3 DARK monsters there to Special Summon the card I just drew." He said as he Special Summons it, "Come forth, Dark Armed Dragon!"
Dark Armed Dragon was Special Summoned in Attack Position with 2800 ATK Points. It roared as it was brought out onto the field.
"Impossible…" She said,
"Next up, this is where Dark Armed Dragon's effect comes in!" KickinChicken shouted, "By banishing a DARK monster from my Graveyard, I can destroy a card on the field!"
"What?!"
"I have 3 DARK monsters in my Graveyard, so I'm gonna banish them one-by-one to destroy all of what you have on your field!"
"NO! YOU'RE BLUFFING!"
"I'm afraid not! DARK ARMED DESTRUCTION!"
Dark Armed Dragon then roared as one by one, KickinChicken would banish his 3 Blackwing monsters in his Graveyard to destroy Dhampir Vampire Sheridan, Vampire's Domain and Vampire Kingdom.
"My cards!" Bitsy shouted, "All gone! Damn you!"
"But I'm not done yet!" KickinChicken shouted,
"You're not done yet?!"
"I tune my Level 3 Blackwing - Steam The Cloak with my Level 7 Assault Blackwing - Chidori The Rain Sprinkling!"
Another Synchro Summon has started with Level 3 tuner Steam The Clock and Level 7 non-tuner Chidori The Rain Sprinkling.
"Cloak yourself under armor of obsidian black to carry this duel with your full power!" KickinChicken shouted, "Synchro Summon!"
A familiar Synchro Monster of KickinChicken has appeared.
"Give back and out of the abyss, Level 10, Blackwing Full Armor Master!" KickinChicken shouted,
Blackwing Full Armor Master was Synchro Summoned in Attack Position with 3000 ATK Points.
"And lastly, The Battle Phase!" KickinChicken shouted,
The Battle Phase has started.
"Dark Armed Dragon, Blackwing Full Armor Master, attack Miss BatBite directly and end this duel!" KickinChicken shouted, "Here I come, Hoppy!"
"Shit!" Bitsy shouted as KickinChicken's monsters were readying their attacks simultaneously, "This cannot end like this!"
"It will! So say your prayers because this is gonna be a big one."
Dark Armed Dragon attacked first, dealing 2800 points of damage to Bitsy. Fully charged, Blackwing Full Armor Master aimed at Bitsy.
"NOW GET OUT OF MY SIGHT, BITCH!" KickinChicken shouted, "FULL ARMOR BLAST!"
Blackwing Full Armor Master then fired its gun at Bitsy.
"WAHHHH!!!" She shouted as she was dealt 3000 points of damage to the rest of her Life Points, leaving them at 0,
After the attack, Bitsy was on the ground as KickinChicken had won the duel.
"No way…" One masked critter in black said,
"Madame BatBite has lost!" Another shouted,
KickinChicken then walked over to Bitsy.
"Now, tell me where she is." He said to her, "I don't have all day."
Bitsy groaned in pain from the attacks dealt by KickinChicken's monsters.
"She's in Meeting Room 2-05B." She replied, "Take the doors behind me to find her…"
"I appreciate your support." KickinChicken said, sarcastically as he bypassed Bitsy to head to the doors to leave the room,
Bitsy was then on one knee as few of the masked critters helped her up.
"Should we go after him?" One asked her,
"Go after him and Hoppy once they leave the meeting room." Bitsy replied, "There's another exit from where they're at."
Hoppy meanwhile was still waiting with the masked critter next to her.
"...So… How's life?" She asked her,
The masked critter was silent.
"...Still nothing, I guess." Hoppy said,
Suddenly, KickinChicken comes in by kicking the door down.
"Hoppy!" KickinChicken shouted,
Hoppy gasped as she was surprised to see KickinChicken.
"Kickin?!" Hoppy shouted,
The masked critter then aimed her rifle at KickinChicken. KickinChicken then dodged the bullets as he ran over to get a syringe.
"I'm gonna use this and see if it works!" He shouted as he ran over to the masked critter after running out of bullets, "Alright, now's my chance!"
KickinChicken then injects the syringe into the masked critter's neck, causing her to pass out.
"Wow, it actually worked." He said as he turned to Hoppy, "Can't forget you."
KickinChicken then untangled Hoppy from the ropes as Hoppy was then free.
"I'm free!" She shouted as she went over to hug KickinChicken, "Thank you–"
KickinChicken then rejected the hug.
"--Don't hug me!" He shouted, "I don't deserve one!"
"Wh-What?" Hoppy wondered,
KickinChicken looked away.
"Can't you see? I fucked up." He said, "I fucked up our relationship, I fucked up DogDay, I even fucked up our friend group."
"Well, now that you've mentioned it…" Hoppy said, "Glad you did reject my hug…"
"I don't care about a hug. All I care about is getting the two of us out of this place. Ok?"
"Alright, lead the way."
KickinChicken then takes the masked critter's assault rifle and reloads it.
"Stick close to me." He said to Hoppy as he led the way out of the meeting room, "We're leaving from another exit I found on my way up here."
"Alright, you do you." Hoppy said,
As they head to another exit, waiting for them was an army of masked critters that Bitsy told them to be at.
"Oh, wonderful!" KickinChicken shouted as he aimed his newly acquired assault rifle at them, "Eat lead!"
KickinChicken then fired his assault rifles at them, but some of them avoided the bullets while some were hit.
"Half of them are down!" Hoppy shouted as she saw one of them turning invisible, "Wait, did one of them turn invisible?"
"Huh?!" KickinChicken shouted,
"Here! Let me help!"
Hoppy then picks up a revolver and shoots them at some of the masked critters.
"Damn, Hoppy, where did you get those skills?" KickinChicken asked her,
"Shooting range with PickyPiggy 2 years ago." Hoppy replied, "This was supposed to be her 16th birthday gift from me."
"I see, well, I don't see a–"
As KickinChicken soon faced forward like Hoppy, the masked critter then turned invisible, reappeared and stabbed KickinChicken in one of his eyes with a knife.
"--GAHHHHH! FUCK!" He shouted in pain,
Hoppy gasped as she saw what happened.
"Shit! Kickin!" Hoppy shouted as she went over and punched the masked critter in the face, knocking her out cold, "Bitch!"
Hoppy then went over to KickinChicken.
"Oh my God, she really stabbed you in the eye!" She shouted in concern,
"GAHHH!!!" He shouted with tears in his other eye, "I FUCKING DESERVED THAT!"
"Don't worry, here, let's get out of here, together." Hoppy said as she carried KickinChicken in her arms and successfully left the building,
Outside, KickinChicken and Hoppy saw KickinChicken's motorcycle.
"Here, I'll ride!" Hoppy said,
"Do you even know how to ride a motorcycle?!" KickinChicken shouted while shaking with emotion,
"Most likely! Come on!"
Hoppy then puts KickinChicken's helmet on him and rides on the motorcycle without one. Hoppy turned to some of the chasing masked critters and gives them the middle finger.
"Assholes!" Hoppy shouted, "That's for kidnapping me! Sayonara!"
Hoppy and KickinChicken then rode off in his motorcycle, managing to get away.
Back in Hoppy's house, Hoppy gave KickinChicken food, water and medical aid. KickinChicken was now wearing a bandage eyepatch on his stabbed eye and was lying on the couch.
"Good thing I bought a ton of medical stuff for sports stuff." Hoppy said, "You're gonna have to wear that eyepatch for quite a while now."
KickinChicken had a sad puppy look on his face.
"Look, getting emotional isn't gonna make the pain go away." Hoppy said, "So you're gonna have to deal with having one eye for a while, ok?"
KickinChicken looked down.
"I guess…" He said, softly,
"Alright, let me know when you need anything." Hoppy said as she turned around and walked into the kitchen,
"Wait, Hoppy!"
Hoppy stopped as she heard KickinChicken slowly about to cry again.
"I just want to say sorry…" He said to her, "I'm sorry for manipulating you… You were right… CraftyCorn's sacrifice got to me too… I want to make up, but I don't know how! Please, Hoppy, I want our life back together! Not just for us, but for the rest of our friends!"
Silent filled the room as Hoppy slowly cried too.
"H-Hoppy?" KickinChicken said,
Hoppy turned around with tears in her eyes.
"DON'T EVER FUCKING DO THAT AGAIN TO ME, BIRD FOR BRAINS!" She shouted as she got her arms out, "COME HERE, DAMN IT!"
The two then got closer to give each other a big hug while in tears. It was at that moment that they're relationship was gonna be a long road to recovery.
