Pat McAfee said before the cameras then went to the previous evening as it was 11:45 PM pacific standard time, which was 2:45 AM eastern time.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I have decided that for the kickoff show, there'll be a tag team match with major implications for next Friday which is the fifth anniversary celebration… the winner of this tag team match will challenge The RowdyManiacs for the Total Drama Wrestling Women's Tag Team Championship, the teams what will wrestle tomorrow are going to be… The Suzuki Sisters and The Popular Girls." Daniel King announced last night in his hotel room before the camera went back to Pat and Jonathan.

"What do you think of that coach?" Pat asked Jonathan.

"Well, Pat… this is a huge announcement coming from Daniel King last night, but before we go to the match let's go to Funaki who is with the TDW World Heavyweight Champion Mike Smith." Jonathan answered Pat before the camera then went to the backstage area, where Funaki and Mike were backstage.

"Thank you Pat and Coach, this is Funaki, TDW's #1 announcer! I am here with the TDW World Heavyweight Champion Mike Smith who is preparing to face off against one of his longtime personal friends… who is also the winner of the 2019 Men's Road to Redemption Rumble match… "The Gamer" Sam Miller in our main event for the TDW World Heavyweight Championship, how do you feel going into this match with the possibility that your reign could end tonight?" Funaki said before introducing not only himself, but also introducing Mike and asking a big question right out of the gate.

"Whew! Wow… um… I am honestly excited to face off against Sam because he is one of the biggest workhorses in TDW, not only that, he and I are great friends, we are going to put on a great match no matter what anyone says." Mike answered Funaki.

"Okay Mike, my last question for you is… what's your gameplan?" Funaki asked Mike.

"My gameplan is to out wrestle Sam and walk out of Vancouver, still the TDW World Heavyweight Champion." Mike answered Funaki, before his interview with Mike wrapped up, before Funaki then saw the TDW Tag Team Champions, Geoff Michaels and Brody Sharp and went over to them.

"Geoff Michaels, Brody Sharp, you two are set to defend the TDW Tag Team Championship in your hometown tonight against The French-Spanish Connection, how does it feel to be home and the TDW Tag Team Champions?" Funaki asked Geoff and Brody.

"Funaki my dude, me and my homeboy Geoff are really stoked and excited to return home as the tag team champions! We've faced off against some of the best tag teams in history of wrestling, but we love being the best tag team in TDW!" Brody answered Funaki.

"Brody and I are thrilled to be back home, but we're also very confident about walking out of BC Place still the TDW Tag Team Champions." Geoff answered Funaki as well.

"Thank you, Surfers, Pat and Jonathan… back to you." Funaki said before the camera went back to Pat and Jonathan.

"Arigato Funaki, it's now time for the tag team match… either it'll be the Suzuki Sisters or The Popular Girls who will face off against the RowdyManiacs this upcoming Friday for the TDW Women's Tag Team Championship!" Pat said before "Wake Up" by Hilary Duff began to play as Emma and Kitty Suzuki came out to cheers from the crowd, before the bell rang.

"Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada… this is your opening contest, it's a tag team match set for one-fall! Introducing first, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada… Emma and Kitty… The Suzuki Sisters!" Justin Roberts announced as Emma and Kitty walked down the entrance ramp.

"Emma and Kitty are looking to reclaim the TDW Women's Tag Team Championship this upcoming Friday night when TDW has their fifth anniversary show at the TDW Arena in Huntsville!" Pat said to Jonathan.

"Emma and Kitty are really confident looking into this tag team match, but don't forget they'll be facing off against Taylor Ford and Stephanie Jackson of the Popular Girls group." Jonathan pointed out to Pat before "Not Enough for Me" by Jim Johnston before Taylor Ford and Stephanie Jackson came out to boos from the crowd.

"Introducing the opponents, representing The Popular Girls… Taylor Ford and Stephanie Jackson!" Justin Roberts announced while Taylor and Stephanie walked down the entrance ramp.

"So Coach, who do you got in this match?" Pat asked Jonathan while also calling him "Coach", which was a nickname of Jonathan Coachman's about who he has picked to win.

"Well honestly, I think that it'll be an even match." Coach answered Pat while Stephanie and Taylor got into the ring, then their music stopped playing as the bell rang meaning the match was underway as Emma and Taylor began the match for their respective tag teams.

"Here we go! Either it'll be The Suzuki Sisters or The Popular Girls who'll face the RowdyManiacs for the TDW Women's Tag Team Championship this upcoming Friday night at the TDW Arena!" Pat said before Emma and Taylor grappled in the collar-and-elbow tie up before Taylor then nailed a double legged takedown to Emma.

"Taylor Ford with the takedown." Jonathan said before Taylor then nailed a hard swinging neckbreaker to Emma, then Taylor attempted a belly-to-back Suplex but Emma blocked it by landing on her feet before Emma then nailed a hard Backdrop Suplex, before Emma then nailed a snapmare takedown, following that up with a clothesline to Taylor before going for the pin early in the match.

"1…!" The ref counted before Taylor kicked out, then Emma tagged in Kitty who took a quick selfie before entering the ring nailing Taylor with a springboard diving crossbody, and nailed a few hard shoot kicks to Taylor's chest.

"Kitty with some hard kicks to Taylor!" Coach said before Kitty then attempted another shoot style kick before Taylor dodged it and nailed Kitty with a hard lariat.

"OHHH!" The crowd groaned while Taylor then nailed Kitty with a swinging neckbreaker before tagging Stephanie into the match.

"Stephanie Jackson is now in the match!" Jonathan said before Stephanie nailed Kitty with a hard bulldog, then followed that up with another bulldog before she was setting Kitty up for her finisher, the Sorbet Boogaloo which was an Argentine Backbreaker Rack dropped into the German Suplex with a bridge, but halfway through, Kitty countered with the victory roll pin.

"OH! Kitty with the victory roll!" Pat shouted before the ref began to count.

"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Stephanie kicked out, nailed a brutal lariat of her own, knocking Kitty out, before Stephanie then nailed the Sorbet Boogaloo to Kitty.

"Sorbet Boogaloo by Stephanie!" Coach said before Stephanie pinned Kitty.

"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Kitty used her foot to get on the bottom rope, which not only stopped the count but infuriated Stephanie.

"FUCK!" Stephanie shouted before she nailed Kitty with one more lariat, before she was setting Kitty up for the Sorbet Boogaloo again but Taylor tagged herself into the match.

"Wait a minute, what is Taylor Ford doing tagging herself into the match?" Pat asked Coach.

"Taylor could be going for the kill, right here and now." Coach answered Pat before Taylor then grabbed Kitty by the hair, before nailing a hard swinging neckbreaker to her, before she then nailed Kitty with the Tay Breaker which was an Argentine Backbreaker Drop.

"Taylor with the Tay Breaker!" Pat said.

"It's over! Count to a hundred!" Coach said while Taylor went for the pin, but before she could even do that Kitty then nailed the inside cradle pin onto Taylor causing the referee to count.

"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Taylor kicked out, then Emma tagged herself back into the match as she then nailed Taylor with an overhead belly-to-belly Suplex before following that up with a hard clothesline, knocking one of Taylor's teeth out.

"OHHH!" The crowd groaned before Emma then tagged Kitty back into the match, then Kitty climbed onto the top turnbuckle, took her phone out, took a selfie, and then nailed the Phoenix Splash which was a Selfie Splash onto Taylor.

"SELFIE SPLASH!" Pat said before Stephanie broke up the pin, by nailing a brutal punt kick to Kitty's head.

"OH MY GOD! What a kick by Stephanie Jackson!" Coach shouted before Taylor used the ropes to get up, meanwhile Kitty rolled over to their corner where Emma was immediately tagged in, but she then nailed Stephanie who was on the apron with a brutal overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex.

"Holy hell! What a Belly-to-Belly by Emma to the woman who kicked her baby sister's head in!" Pat shouted while Emma then nailed Taylor with not one but two Emma Drivers which were the cradle piledriver.

"Emma with two cradle piledrivers onto Taylor Ford, will this be it?" Coach said before he asked Pat, then the ref began to count.

"1…! 2…! 3…!" The ref counted as The Suzuki Sisters won the match, and now are challenging The RowdyManiacs for the TDW Women's Tag Team titles.

"Here are your winners… The Suzuki Sisters!" Justin Roberts announced.

"What a tag team match we just saw!" Pat said to Coach.

"I agree Pat, Emma and Kitty Suzuki are going to challenge The RowdyManiacs this upcoming Friday night for the TDW Women's Tag Team titles… now before we wrap things up as there's less than 5 minutes left until it's showtime, we're going to be going to Sean Mooney who is backstage with Zoey Brown, Dakota Milton, and Bridgette Thompson who are getting ready for their match." Coach said before the camera went backstage to Sean Mooney who are with Zoey, Dakota, and Bridgette.

"Thank you, Coach, and Pat McAfee… I am with Zoey Brown, Dakota Milton and "The Surfer Chick" Bridgette Thompson who are set to do battle with Heather Clarkson, Beth Morrow and Blaineley O'Halloran of The Popular Girls in a 6-woman tag team match… now ladies what's your gameplan going to be, going into this match?" Sean asked the trio.

"Well Sean, it's simple really when you look at it." Zoey answered Sean.

"Can you elaborate?" Sean asked them, before Dakota was next to speak.

"My bestie Zoey, and Bridgette have been talking with me over the last two days about strategy and a gameplan, and we got one… we're going to give those three ladies hell inside of that squared circle." Dakota answered Sean, explaining a bit more about their plan, before Bridgette was next to speak.

"Sean Mooney… myself, Dakota, and Zoey are determined to teach those so-called popular girls a lesson respect." Bridgette said to Sean Mooney.

"Thank you ladies, Pat McAfee, Coach, back to you." Sean said before the camera went back to Pat and Coach.

"Thank you, Sean Mooney… well Coach, the ring attendants are setting up "Ali's Pit" and I cannot wait to find out what Ali has to say!" Pat said to Coach as there was less than a minute left now.

"Me neither, for Pat McAfee, I'm the Coach! Signing off and enjoy TDW's Ultimate Showdown live on RSN and on Pay-Per-View! Goodnight from Vancouver!" Jonathan Coachman signed off as the camera faded to black ending the kickoff show.
