Chapter 124: Sorano and Yukino Reunite
Dante groaned as he slowly opened his eyes. The first thing he noticed was how heavy his body felt, the exhaustion from his fight still draining him. Looking around Dante noticed that he was no longer in the arena and instead was in one of the recovery rooms provided for the competitors. Sitting up in the bed that he was laying in, Dante then noticed that he was not alone.
"Master you're awake" stated Lucy in a relieved tone. Dante smiled at Lucy and the rest of Fairy Tail team a.
"That was freaking awesome Dante" stated Natsu in an excited tone. Smiling back at Natsu and Lucy, Dante started to speak.
"Yah well it was certainly a trough fight. I'm just glad I was able to actually beat Mira. Speaking of which, where is Mira? Is she okay, I didn't go overboard did I" asked Dante with concern in his voice.
"Mira is in another room revering master. Both of you will be fine, it looks like you two will just be exhausted for a day or two" responded Erza with a smile. Dante smiled back at Erza, he was relieved to hear that Mira and he were not seriously injured during the fight. As Dante sighed with relief, he suddenly remembered about Yukino, and he stood out of bed.
"Master you should be resting" stated Lucy in a concerned tone. Dante, seeing that he was shirtless, struggled to dress himself as he then started to walk towards the door.
"I feel fine Lucy, don't worry about me I'm just a little tired" responded Dante as he opened the door. The team was confused why Dante would feel the need to push himself right now. Voicing their confusion, Erza started to speak as Dante was about to walk out of the room.
"Master why are you pushing yourself right now. Wouldn't it be better to rest for the rest of the night" asked Erza in a concerned tone. Turning back to face Erza and the rest of the team, Dante started to speak.
"I can't rest right now, there is something very important I need to do. Do you guys know where Sorano is" asked Dante in a tone that told everyone he was being serious.
"Yah she should be with the rest of the guild right now. Come to think of it she had a concerned look, I just assumed she was worried about you master" responded Lucy. Nodding his head, Dante then walked out of the room. As he made his way towards his destination, Dante was followed by the rest of the team. Erza quickly matched Dante's pace and was walking beside him as she started to speak.
"What is so important master" asked Erza in a curious tone. Turning his head towards Erza, Dante responded while walking through the crowded streets.
"Sorry but it's not my business to say, it's concerning Sorano. Beyond that the only thing I can tell you is that no one is in any sort of danger" responded Dante. While Erza and the rest of the team did not like being left in the dark, they understood. As they continued to walk towards the pub where the guild was celebrating, Dante turned his attention to Lucy.
"So, Lucy how is your recovery going? You can walk around alright, does this mean that your magical power is back" asked Dante in a curious tone. Lucy had a disappointed look as she responded.
"No not yet, it looks like I won't recover my magical power until the day after tomorrow" responded Lucy. Dante nodded his head in understanding.
"Well, if you haven't recovered yet and Elfman being out of commission after his fight with Bacchus, we are going to need to find another alternate for tomorrow" responded Dante.
"Actually master, Wendy apparently will be ready to compete tomorrow" responded Erza with a smile. Dante broke into a wide smile at these words as he responded.
"Hey that's great. I bet Wendy is excited to show everyone how strong she is" responded Dante with a wide smile. The team continued to make small talk as they made their way towards their destination. After a short walk, Dante and the others walked into the crowded pub. Everyone turned their heads towards Dante as he walked into the pub and broke into wild cheers.
"Hey there he is! What a match you two had today" shouted Wakaba with a wide grin. Dante smiled at his fellow guild mates as they congratulated him on a well fought match. Pushing his way through the crowd, Dante was now standing in front of a clearly worried Sorano. Without exchanging words, Sorano followed Dante outside so they would not be overheard.
"Sorano toady during the games, that woman from Saber Tooth. Is she" Dante started to say before Sorano started to cry as she spoke.
"I-it's really her master, my sister is alive" responded Sorano through sobs. Dante's eyes winded, the confirmation that Sorano's thought dead sister being alive was shocking despite it being his suspicion.
"Sorano that's great. Let's go find her" responded Dante with a wide smile. Thinking back Dante remembered the feeling he felt when Lisanna came back to him after being thought dead. Remembering this, Dante could relate to the wonderful relief Sorano must be feeling right now. To Dante's surprise, Sorano did not seem relieved, she just kept crying as she responded to him.
"I d-don't think I can do that master" responded Sorano through sobs. Dante had a confused look as he responded.
"What do you mean Sorano, don't you want to see your sister again" asked Dante in a confused tone. Sorano nodded her head as she responded through her tears.
"Y-yes I do master but I'm afraid of what Yukino is going to think of me. I'm still a criminal master and I've done so many horrible things. What if Yukino wants nothing to do with me" asked Sorano with tears in her eyes. Dante responded by placing a loving kiss on her lips in order to calm her down. After a short kiss, Dante leaned back and looked into Sorano's eyes as he responded.
"Sorano, you don't need to worry about that. You made mistakes but that is in the past. The woman in front of me isn't a criminal, she is a proud member of Fairy Tail and someone that I love very much. I promise you that Yukino will not think that she will be relieved to hear from you. Trust me I know more than most how devastating it can be to lose a sibling, you have the opportunity to get yours back" responded Dante in a loving tone. Sorano felt new tears run down her face at these kind words, but these were tears of joy.
"Thank you master, I love you so much" responded Sorano glad to have her master's love. Leaning forward Sorano placed a loving and passionate kiss on Dante's lips. The two of them moaned into each other's mouths as they made out for a short time. After a short while, Dante leaned back from Sorano's sweet lips and started to speak.
"I love you too Sorano, now come on let's go and find your sister" responded Dante in a warm tone. Holding onto Sorano's hand, Dante started to walk towards the large inn that Saber Tooth was staying at. While they walked through the crowded streets, Dante waved at passersby's as they congratulated him on his match. As they made their way through the streets and towards the inn Saber Tooth was staying at, Dante was stopped suddenly by Sorano.
"Master look it's her" stated Sorano as she pointed some distance away. Following where Sorano was pointing, he saw Yukino standing with Natsu. Walking over to them, Dante could see Yukino notice them, and her eyes became wide.
"S-Sorano is that really you" asked Yukino in a tearful tone. While Yukino was tearful Dante noticed two things. He first noticed that Yukino appeared sad before she noticed them. The second thing he noticed was that Natsu looked pissed.
"Y-yes Yukino it's really me" responded Sorano as tears ran down her face. Dante smiled at the two sisters as they reunited after so long. Yukino suddenly enveloped Sorano in a tight hug as she responded.
"I can't believe it's you big sis! I thought you were dead! I missed you so much" responded Yukino as tears ran down her face as well. Sorano tightened the hug around Yukino glad to be hugging her sister after so long apart.
"I missed you too Yukino, so much" responded Sorano with a smile. The two sisters continued to embrace one another while crying tears of joy. As the two sisters reunited, Dante pulled Natsu off to the side to speak with him.
"Hey Natsu, is everything okay? Yukino seemed sad a moment ago and you still looked pissed off" asked Dante curious what might be wrong. Natsu looked like he was about to burst a vessel from anger as he told Dante what happened to Yukino. Hearing the story, Dante felt his own rage bubble to the surface. Turning around to talk to Sorano, Dante started to speak.
"Sorano take Yukino to the inn a few blocks away. This should cover her room for the night" stated Dante in a cold tone as he handed Sorano money. Sorano took the money but gave her master a curious look. Dante's anger was now matching Natsu's as she responded.
"Okay master but what about you" asked Sorano. Turning around Dante responded to Sorano as he began to walk away with Natsu.
"Natsu and I have something to take care of, I'll join you two afterwards" responded Dante in a cold tone as he walked away with Natsu. As Dante and Natsu walked towards the Saber Tooth guild, Natsu started to speak.
"Are you sure you are up for this man? You still look beat up from your fight with Mira. I can handle this by myself" asked Natsu, his concern for his friend temporarily overpowering his rage. Dante didn't slow his pace as he responded to Natsu.
"Yah I'm fine Natsu. There is no way I'm letting you have all the payback for this one. I might be injured and hurting but rage is a hell of an anesthetic" responded Dante as he continued to walk forward. Nodding his head, Natsu continued to walk with Dante towards the inn Saber Tooth was staying at. After a short walk they arrived at their destination.
"Are you ready Natsu" asked Dante as he used his takeover magic to transform into his Angel Soul Gabriel form. Natsu slammed his fist into his open palm as he responded.
"Oh yah I'm all fired up" responded Natsu in an excited but still angry tone. Dante couldn't blame Natsu for his anger. What Saber Tooth did to Yukino was completely unacceptable. A guild was supposed to be family, and it was clear Saber Tooth was far from that. Nodding his head, Dante started to respond.
"All right Natsu, just this once I'll let you go wild. Destroy everything you can and teach these punks a lesson" responded Dante with a smile. He could feel his own rage driving him as they charged towards the unsuspecting Saber Tooth.
"Get out of my way" yelled Dante as he punched another faceless member of Saber Tooth, sending him flying backwards. Dante and Natsu continued their attack as they tore apart everything, they could in an attempt to get the attention of the Saber Tooth guild master.
"This is insane! He's supposed to be injured after that crazy fight with his sister but he's still making easy work out of all of us" stated a Saber Tooth guild member before Dante kicked him into a nearby wall. Dante and Natsu continued their attack until the guild master stepped in front of them.
"You two must have death wish if you think attacking Saber Tooth is a good idea" stated the Saber Tooth guild master in an angry tone. Looking ahead Dante noticed that every member of the Saber Tooth team was standing behind their guild master. Just as Dante was about to jump forward, Natsu stepped forward and spoke to him.
"Dante let me have this one" stated Natsu in an angry but determined tone. Smiling at Natsu, Dante relaxed his stance but didn't drop out of his angel form as he responded.
"Alright Natsu, show me what you got" responded Dante with a smile.
Shortly after Dante said this, Natsu gave them hell for what they did to Yukino. He told them that a guild should be family and how they treated a fellow guild member was unacceptable. When the Saber Tooth guild master laughed at this, Natsu lunged at him. The Saber Tooth guild master must have been caught by surprise, or he was far weaker than he made himself out to be because Natsu quickly overwhelmed him with a flurry of rage fueled strikes.
"This is quite enough" stated a mystery voice before a sexy woman appeared between Natsu and the Saber Tooth guild master. Natsu was pushed back by the woman's magical power. As Dante watched the scene, ready to jump in and help Natsu he could not help but notice that this woman was quite sexy and attractive.
"I am Minerva the daughter of our guild master and we would appreciate it if you left our guild alone. That is unless you want your friend to come to harm" stated Minerva with a sinister smile as she used her magic to make Happy appear in her arms. Dante and Natsu reacted with anger as they saw their friend tied up.
"Happy! Let him go" yelled Natsu in an angry tone.
"Agree to leave us alone and your friend will be released to you" responded Minerva while Happy cried out for Natsu. Natsu grit his teeth in anger as Dante placed a comforting hand on his shoulder and started to speak.
"Natsu, we need to back down. We can get them back in the games, right now we have to do what's best for Happy" stated Dante in a steady tone. He hated that he was being forced to walk away after what they did to Yukino, but they didn't have a choice. After a short moment, Natsu nodded his head and Happy was released. Happy ran into Natsu crying before Dante and Natsu left the damaged inn. As they walked through the streets, Dante turned his attention to Natsu and Happy.
"Are you okay Happy" asked Dante with concern in his voice. When Happy nodded his head, Dante let out a sigh of relief as he continued to speak.
"That's a relief. I'm going to check in with Sorano and Yukino now, so I'll meet you guys back at the inn later" stated Dante as he parted ways with Natsu and Happy. While Dante walked toward the inn, he told Sorano to get a room for Yukino, he wondered how the two sisters were doing. Despite his concern, Dante could not help but have lewd thoughts enter his mind. He wondered if Yukino was as crazy and devoted a lover as her big sister was.
