Shaggy wrapped his blanket tighter around him form to try and stop himself from shivering, as Scooby whimpered by his side.

"L-Like, it's freezing!" Shaggy stuttered, he was super freezing, that he could see his breath.

"R-Reah, freezing," Scooby agreed, he shivered, ruffling out of his fur, the ground under his paws felt like ice.

Of all the rotten luck, they just so happened to end up in the Arctic because Eustace just had to think that they were getting a good cheap deal on a timeshare. It sounded like they would be going someplace exotic and not in someplace so barren and cold.

Right now the two, Shaggy's aunt, uncle and Courage were all sitting near the warm stove that Muriel was currently cooking at, all of them dressed in winter clothing that wasn't doing too good a job to shield them from the cold air around them. Of the five of them, Muriel was the only one who seemed comfortable while the rest of them were trying desperately to stay warm.

Eustace was currently sneezing up a storm as Shaggy and Scooby huddle together in a desperate bid to warm up when Eustace complained, "Where did it say that Silver Springs Timeshare was in the Arctic? I wanted palm trees."

Shaggy shot him a glare and responded, "Like, it was in the fine print Uncle Eustace. I told you to read it before we agree to it!"

Muriel on the other hand was unfazed as she continued cooking dinner and said, "I think it's a lovely change from all that hot sun."

Shaggy shook his head and reply with sarcasm, "Yep and now we're all gonna turn into popsicles."

Eustace only sneered and scoffed, "S-S-Stupid cold."

"Row you holding up Rourage? Rill moving?" Scooby asked him.

Instead of answering, Courage moved closer to the stove in an attempt to try and get warmer.

Muriel pulled out some bowls and set them on the table saying, "You'll all feel much better after some nice hot soup."

"Oh," Muriel spoke, worriedly as she checked the fire of the stove. "Courage. Scooby, could you go out and get us some more wood. The fire is mighty low."

"I don't want to go out there! I'm not a penguin you know," Courage whined, the last thing he wanted was to go outside.

"RI don't wanna go out there either," Scooby agreed, with the little pink beagle.

Eustace was having none of it and demanded, "Get that wood before I FREEZE TO DEATH YOU TWO!"

Scooby and Courage whined once more and ran to the entrance of the igloo, the air outside was even colder. The two dogs looked around the igloo to see if they could find any immediate wood. But only saw snow, snow and more snow in a frozen barren wasteland. Not seeing anything, the duo decided to look a bit further to see if they could find any wood.

But as Scooby and Courage looked around, the duo saw a giant snowman standing in the distance. Curious and cautious, the two dogs decided to go up to it and check it out.

"Where did this snowman come from?" Courage asked as he looked over the snowman, before turning his gaze towards the Great Dane. "Did you built it Scooby?"

"Ro, maybe Raggy build it," Scooby guessed, with a shrug, although he didn't know how Shaggy could built when it felt like a freezer outside.

"WHERE'S THOSE STUPID DOGS WITH THAT STUPID FIREWOOD?!" Eustace yelled out getting the two dogs their attention.

"How about we use these arms for wood?" Courage suggested, since there was no wood around (then again, why would there being any wood on the frozen tundra?)

"Rokay," Scooby answered with a chuckle, finding to take wood from snowman a bit humorous. Rell at least we don't have to stray off the path.

Courage smiled and went up and grabbed the left wood arm of the snowman. Scooby was about to grab the other arm only to jump back in shock as the snowman moved by itself.

"And what do you two think you're doing? Put that back," the snowman demanded.

Courage immediately put the arm back and he and Scooby raced back to the igloo. Courage ran to them at the table, pointing to the igloo door and babbling like a madman.

"RAGGY, THERE'S SOMETHING OUTSIDE!" Scooby shouted out in terror.

"L-L-Like w-w-what is it?" Shaggy stuttered nervously, what supernatural thing they had to deal with this time? They're not even in Nowhere for crying out loud!

Eustace glared at the two dogs and scowled, "Stupid dogs! Where's the wood?!"

In a move that made even Eustace jump, Courage morphed into a more monstrous version of himself, complete with icicle teeth and ears and wooden limbs, just roaring at them. It was a move that made even Muriel chilled from fright rather than the cold. Then he morphed back into himself, still babbling and waving his arms around and finishing with a whine.

"RA SNOWMAN! RA SNOWMAN!" Scooby added hysterically.

"A snowman?" Shaggy raised an eyebrow, how could a snowman be scary or dangerous?

Muriel regained her soft expression and assured, "Boys, I'm sure it's just some wee thing passing through. Let's sit down and have some soup."

Courage and Scooby whimpered at being ignored and sat down on his chair, they both knew it wasn't just their imagination. Shaggy felt his nerves prick, was it possible there was a snowman after them?

Eustace glared down at the two dogs and growled, "What are you two doing at the table?"

Scooby and Courage cringed and got down from their seats, carrying their bowls with them all while Shaggy shot another glare at his uncle. He really was doing everything he could to infuriate him. Eustace tried to get a spoonful of his soup, but as he pulled his spoon out, he brought the whole bowl of soup with it, having frozen solid to the spoon.

Eustace whined some more as he messed with the frozen soup and wail, "What's this?"

Muriel however laughed and chuckled, "It's frozen. Isn't that a laugh?"

She knocked the frozen soup against the table as Shaggy held up his soupsicle and said, "Like, how cold is it out here?"

"Ruper freezing," Scooby replied, while holding his soupsicle.

Muriel looked down at Courage and asked, "Did your soup freeze too?"

Poor Courage have tried to drink his soup directly from the bowl and now his tongue was stuck right in the middle of the frozen soup itself. He whined as he tried to lift the frozen broth and his tongue off of the ground, but failed to succeed at it. It eventually got to the point where he began swinging the frozen soup around with his tongue in an effort to free it, winding him a few times.

Courage looked out to the window and froze as he saw the snowman, giving a evil chuckle at him. The pink beagle screamed, as the soupsicle shattered from his tongue, as he went to warn his family. Courage ran to the table babbling once again, pointing at the window.

"Like, what's wrong little pink guy?" Shaggy asked in concern.

As they looked at the window, there was nothing to be seen. Courage continued insisting that he had seen something and even morphed back into the monstrous ice monster again, nodding his head as he returned to his normal form.

"Rou okay Rourage?" Scooby asked his small canine friend.

The entire family crawled out and looked around the icy plain surrounding them. Just like at the window, not a thing was to be found.

Eustace had had enough as he looked down at Scooby and Courage and threatened, "That's it! If either of you don't get me some firewood, you'll both be sleeping with the icicle."

"But-But-" Courage argued, trying to get his point across.

Eustace was having none of it. He pulled out his creepy green mask and placed it over his face, terrifying Shaggy, Scooby and Courage. Shaggy hid behind his aunt in fright, while Scooby and Courage run off in terror. Eustace raised the mask up from his face and laughed at trio's expense.

"And don't come back without the firewood neither," Eustace said maliciously and continued laughing as Scooby and Courage ran across the frozen tundra.

This was promptly followed by Muriel taking her frozen soup and shattering it against Eustace's head, making him cry out in pain.

"Ow! What did I do?" Eustace asked, as he rubbed his aching head.

Shaggy glared at him, annoyed, that he scared him and the dogs again, and sighed, "Like, just go back inside Uncle Eustace."

Eustace grumbled, still rubbing his cranium as he crawled back into the igloo and Shaggy looked in the direction that Courage had run off in.

"Like, I have to get my best buds. It's freezing out here," Shaggy said, and was about to follow them, but Muriel pulled him back.

"The two know their way back and their fur and coat will keep them warm until they get back. You're more vulnerable to the cold however," Muriel pointed out and guided Shaggy back into the igloo.

Shaggy looked back in the direction Scooby and Courage ran in and believed that his aunt was right. He wanted to go after them, but they've have an easier time in the snow than he would. So instead of arguing, he did as he was told and went back inside. Still he couldn't help but worried for his best friends. He really hope that they're okay.

Out in the snow, Scooby and Courage had ran until they couldn't see their family anymore, they're just about to head back when they saw a giant trail in front of the two dogs. Big enough as if a snow mobile came through. Looking in both directions to see where it could possibly have gone, Scooby and Courage saw to their left some mountains in the distance. But strangely enough, they don't seem to be just any snowy mountain but rather a home judging by the entrance in one of the mountains.

"What do you think made this?" Courage asked.

"RI don't know, but we need to follow that trail," Scooby told him while pointing to the mountains.

"I was hoping you wouldn't say that," Courage whined.

"RI don't want to go there either Rourage, but we have to," Scooby said trying to reason with him, he didn't wanna go either, but they needed to find out what's going on, to make sure it doesn't harm him or his friends.

But Courage still seemed unconvinced and scared, it breaks the Great Dane's heart to see Courage terrified. "Rome on Rourage. RI'll be with you."

"Alright. But I won't like it," Courage sighed, finally relenting.

The two brave dogs began to follow the trail to the mountains. Though, as they followed it, Scooby noticed that the mountains were actually a lot farther than he originally thought. And for some reason, the wind seemed to pick up immensely as the two followed the trail. Almost as if it is trying to make them go back. Soon, however, a massive "snow cloud" came storming towards the two dogs obscuring their vision. Gentle teeth meet with Courage's coat as Scooby quickly put Courage on his back.

"Rold on," Scooby grunted to the small pink beagle, not wanting to lose him during the storm.

Courage dog his claws under Scooby's coat to keep himself from falling off, as Scooby continued forward into the snow storm cloud thing. Unfortunately, the cloud was so thick that he could not see anything but the Great Dane continued on. However, this proved to be a big mistake as a few steps further and the two dogs exited the cloud, only to realize that they're no longer standing on the ground and have walked off a cliff.

"Uh-oh/Ruh-oh," Courage and Scooby both said at the same time as they've realized the situation, they're both in.

As the two dogs screamed plummeting down the mountain, they've hit the ground hard and bounced a few times as Scooby and Courage continued down the mountain. However, the only reason they've stopped bouncing was because the two dogs started to gather snow and quickly formed a giant snowball with them in. As Scooby and Courage moved down the mountain, as they kept picking up to speed the two dogs still screamed as they kept rolling. Fortunately, they've soon stopped rolling though not in the best way as entered the mountain and crashed into an ice wall hard.

"Row," Scooby grunted in pain, feeling throbbing on his head as he let go of Courage.

Courage laughed a little as he was in pain from falling down off of cliff, before forcing himself to stand up despite the pain. "Scooby, are you okay?"

"Reah, I'm good," Scooby answered as he moved himself into a sitting. "Rhich way now Rourage?"

"Um, let's go-" Courage began to answer as he looked in both directions but stopped when the sound of mumbling reached their ears, "-that way."

Getting up, the two cowardly dogs began to follow the mumbling. Soon the tunnel started to get smaller, forcing them to crawl the rest of the way. Soon, Scooby and Courage reached the door way to another room. Only to realize, the tunnel is not exactly on the ground floor and is about a fifteen-foot drop to the ground. Moving closer the edge, they both looked down and saw the mumbling belonged to the snowman from earlier. He was standing behind an ice desked that had all sorts of beakers and chemicals on it.

What could he be making? Courage thought as he saw him mixing chemicals of different kinds.

"How sad to be the last of the snowmen," the snowman said to himself as he picked up a thermometer. "It's been getting warmer and warmer. And if it continues, I will melt, and there will be no more snowmen!"

The two dogs glance at each other nervously as they saw him put down the thermometer and laughing manically.

"But this is not to be. I have found it," he declared before reaching down and grabbing what looked to be a faucet. "I have found the anti-melting gene of the human being!"

Scooby and Courage gasped in horror, the snowman was going to get some unfortunate human beings for his experiments!

"And how fortunate for me that there are human subjects here I can extract the gene from. Ha! Ha! Ha!" the snowman laughed manically, as he held three faucets.

Scooby and Courage felt chills ran down their spines, as they thought of Muriel and Shaggy melting right before their eyes like a snowman.

Scooby turned to Courage. "Rourage, we have to go warn them and get out of here."

He nodded in agreement. The two loyal dogs turned to leaved but stopped when they heard the snowman speak again. This time as if declaring to the world so everyone can hear him.

"I SHALL HAVE THIS GENE! I WILL NOT MELT!" he said before laughing manically.

Scooby and Courage immediately turned around rushed back out of the tunnel. As soon as they could stand, the two dogs ran out of the mountain and made their way back to our igloo. Using the trail, the snowman made to find their way back. After ten minutes of running and feeling like they could barely made any progress, Courage and Scooby stopped running. Taking a moment to catch their breath.

But as they both did that, the sound of cracking greeted their ears. Frozen in fear, they both looked down to see that they're were over a body of water that was cracking. Any moment and Courage and Scooby would fall into the water and possibly freeze to death.

"Oh...oh…" Courage said, feeling a rush of dread, as a big crack started to come where he and Scooby are standing.

"Rourage!" Scooby yelled out and immediately grabbed his hoodie with his jaws and tossed him to safety. Unfortunately, Scooby could not get to safety as the ice gave way to the crack and slit right underneath Scooby causing the terrified Great Dane to fall in, as he manage to catch his breath.

Terror gripped Scooby's chest, as he put his paws onto his mouth and desperate to keep the air in, as the water dragged him down, the water was so cold it felt like needles. Then he immediately frozen into a giant ice cube. He, became completely paralyzed, unable to move his legs, arms, or head. The only parts of his body Scooby could move was his eyes. But the cold still had a grip on him that refused to let him go.

"Hold on Scooby. I'm coming!" Courage shouted, he was already aware that his canine friend was frozen in a block of ice.

He came right to the edge of the water. The pink beagle also realized that Scooby was possibly conscious right now. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a rope. Making a loop on it, he then lassoed it to Scooby where it wrapped around him. Courage then used the rope to pull the frozen Great Dane out of the water and onto the ice. Once he was on the ice, Courage took off the rope and pulled out an ice pick from his pocket and started trying to free Scooby from the ice. Albeit slowly.

Rease hurry Courage, we have to save our family! Scooby thought desperately as he watched Courage pick at the ice, he really hated this feeling of not able to move and do anything. But at least he knew that he was in safe paws.

Back at the igloo, the rest of the family was sitting in the igloo, trying their best to stay warm. Scooby and Courage had yet to return with the firewood and the room was not getting any warmer. Shaggy just hoped that they both hurry up, not just to warm the room up but because he was worriedly anxiously about the two dogs, and hope they're alright. It wasn't too long when they heard a knock at the front of the igloo, making them all look up.

Eustace looked over at the door with a glare and said, "Better be those dogs with the firewood."

Eustace got up from his seat and crawled to the door. All Shaggy could make out was him saying, "You're not the dogs."

That's all he was able to hear before Eustace was pulled out through the door and someone else came in. He didn't get a good look before something cold got him in the side of the head and he blacked out.

"Yeah!" Courage shouted in joy once the last of the ice finally broke free and Scooby was able to move again.

"Thanks, Rourage," Scooby told him as he gave him a pat on the head, he was super relieved he was able to move again. Although this wasn't the first time he was frozen in a block of ice. He actually counted times he been frozen. He never wanted not able to be paralyzed again, not EVER.

"No problem. Now, let's go get Muriel and Shaggy and leave this place," Courage said with a smile as he threw the ice pick away.

Scooby give him a nod. Once up, the two dogs made their way back to the igloo. Getting on their knees, they've quickly entered it only to realize in horror that they're were too late, as there was no one there.

"Roh no, we're to late!" Scooby's voice was high pitched with terror.

"This is not good," Courage added in a calm voice, but he was also really afraid too.

Muriel's apron and Eustace blanket were on the floor. A wave of panic surged through the two dogs. This was clear evidence that the snowman took them.

Terror welled up inside Courage, like a glass of water, "Muriel!" he shouted as he grabbed Muriel's apron.

"Rome on Rourage. Re have to save them," Scooby told him as the Great Dane kneeled down again and exited the igloo with Courage right behind him. The Great Dane felt himself shudder as he thought of his Shaggy, terrified and being melted like the Wicked Witch of The West from the Wizard Of Oz.

Once outside, Courage ram in and got into a sled, Courage grabbed a rope that is used to connect to the dogs. "Mush!"

Scooby titled his head in confusion, "Rumm, Rourage, there's no dogs, besides us."

Courage looked out of the sleigh and saw that there were no dogs there to pull the sled. Embarrassed, he let out a weak laugh, then he then came up to Scooby, pick him up and threw him into the sleigh before getting to the front of the sled.

Scooby was about to ask what he was planning to do but got his answer when Courage grabbed to bars that were on the side and used them to pull the sled, he effortlessly pulled the sleigh forward. But soon started to struggle a bit when he decided to go up a steep incline.

Scooby was about to step out of the sled and help but stopped when they've reached the peak and started going downhill at a really fast rate. Looking back at Courage, he saw that Courage was smiling at how fast we were going. But Scooby quickly noticed that the sled was quickly catching up to him and could run him over, Courage realize it to as he started to scream. Not wanting to get him ran over, Scooby reached for him and pulled him into the sleigh. And just in time too as the sled got even faster, the two dogs looked each other, before they started to scream.

The sleigh suddenly took off into the sky as they've left the ground courtesy off a small ramp at the end of the cliff.

When feeling eventually returned to Shaggy's senses, he quickly realized that he felt colder now that he had before. He slowly opened his eyes to see that he was no longer sitting in the igloo that they had spent their entire stay in. If anything, it looked like that he was now sitting in large room with walls made of snow and ice. He wondered just how this massive structure could be standing with it's incredible weight, almost seemed impossible.

Sitting nearby, tied to a chair was his uncle Eustace, who looked more frightened than he had ever expected him to look. He turned his head to the other side of the room to see his aunt Muriel seated there, also bound to a chair. Shaggy realized that he too was seated and tried to stand up, only to find that he couldn't move any of his limbs.

With some trepidation, he looked down to see that he was also tied to a chair and with no means of breaking loose. His dread grew when he then noticed a lab table with various scientific supplies sat in the center of the room with various chemicals ready for use.

Shaggy gulped nervously, as he had no idea what the heck is going on here. He heard the sound of someone approaching from a nearby doorway. The thing of it is though, it didn't sound like someone was walking towards him. It actually sounded like someone was shuffling towards him.

He was surprised though when he saw the snowman, that his friends try to warn him earlier today. He entered the room with a couple of bottles with him as he crossed over to the table and set them down on top of it.

Shaggy gathered enough courage to speak, he looked at him and said in a timid voice, "Like, hello?"

He looked at the fearful teen and said, "Ah, so you're awake. Didn't think I got you that hard, but guess I underestimated my own strength. No matter, at least you are unharmed."

Shaggy didn't feel reassured and stuttered, "Wh-Wh-Who li-li-like are you?" He looked at his uncle who looked too cold and scared to even say anything. His aunt Muriel still seemed a little bewildered and was currently speechless.

The Snowman mixed a couple of chemicals together and replied, "My name is Snowman and I just need you three for a few experiments. You see, I have a problem going on and I need you three to help me with it."

"Then like, why did you kidnap us?" Shaggy asked in a fearful tone, whatever what was going on, it can't be good.

The snowman chuckled and responded with a wicked grin, "Because I knew you'd never agree to what I need you for. You see, the temperature here in the Arctic are gradually getting warmer by the day. Earlier this year, it even got above freezing one day. That was so miserable. That's nothing compared to one day last year where it was even worse. One, horrible horrible day."

The snowman suddenly dropped his calm demeanor and Shaggy swore that as he looked at him, his expression went from one of confidence to one of anger and sorrow. Like he was remembering something horrific that had happened. Shaggy was about to ask, when he shook his head clear and went back to his work.

"No matter now," he said as he picked up what looked like a water faucet from the table. "Melting will no longer be an issue with me once I extract the anti-melting gene from one of you. Then melting will no longer be an issue... for me that is."

Shaggy felt his blood run cold, this time not from the frozen climate but from the implications the snowman was giving off. It sounded like he had been through something traumatic, but was using his pain to go to dramatic means of dealing with it. He was willing to hurt people he didn't know just to keep his personal experiences from repeating.

"Look, like, I'm sorry something happened, but-" he started to say but was interrupted.

"But nothing," the Snowman said. "Humans drove me to this, so don't preach to me."

He picked up one of the faucets and shuffled his way over to Muriel who still looked dazed and barely even flinched as the Snowman pressed the faucet to Muriel's forehead and it somehow remained attached to her. He then shuffled over to Eustace and did the same to him. Shaggy began to struggle in his chair desperate to get out and save himself and his family, but he just stuck too tight.

The snowman shuffled to the struggling teen and pressed the faucet onto his head, Shaggy flinched and gasp from both the cold of the faucet and fear. He looked at the Snowman and Eustace again as Eustace began to shake. Shaggy glanced around, noticing Scooby and Courage were nowhere in sight. Maybe there was hope they could get out of there before it was too late.

"Now relax," the Snowman said to Eustace. "This won't hurt. And think of all the good it will do."

Back outside the sleigh sent Scooby and Courage flying into the sky so high that if anybody saw them that they would confuse them for Santa Claus. But fortunately, they were still heading in the correct direction. Unfortunately, however, they were coming in hot and were going to crash through the mountain. Knowing this, Scooby grabbed Courage again to protect him, as they both continued on screaming.

Back inside the cave, the snowman turned the tap of the faucet on Eustace's head, making him yelp as the snowman did so. Shaggy cringed as he watched a thick green drop of liquid began to ooze from the faucet, the Snowman laughing as he watched. As the drop came loose, the snowman caught the drop in a test tube and laughed some more as he did so.

"Eureka! I have it!" the Snowman said as he held the test tube up.

Zoinks. Shaggy thought in terror, as much as he didn't get along with his uncle, he wouldn't wished on anyone melting like a snowman.

"Hey!" Eustace cried out. "That's mine."

Shaggy was then startled when one the walls of the room broke inward and a sleigh drove itself inside. He was confused until she heard familiar screams coming from the driver's seat of the sleigh. "Scooby, Courage!" Shaggy shouted to the two dogs, feeling a spark of hope that maybe they all could be saved.

The sleigh got caught on a chunk of ice and Scooby and Courage were sent flying as he continued to scream. They've even flew right through the Snowman's torso, startling him and causing him to spill the contents of the test tube.

"No!" the Snowman cried out as he jumped after the drop of anti-melting gene. "No! No! Noooo!"

He was too late though as the loose drop hit the frozen ground, making it useless. Shaggy wanted to smile, but he couldn't bring himself to. He really just wanted to pity him. He was so desperate for a means of survival, so desperate that he was willing to sacrifice other people in order to do so.

"Blast!" the Snowman yelled and looked at two dizzy dogs. "You stupid dogs! Do you realize what you've both done?"

"That's what I tell them all the time!" Eustace responded from his seat. "You stupid dogs, you stupid dogs. They don't do nothing right."

This cause Shaggy rolled his eyes, Like, not the time uncle Eustace.

Nearby, the snowman just chuckled and pulled a lever, hearing something coming from above, Scooby immediately pulled Courage into him as giant icicles fell from the ceiling and form a makeshift prison.

This is not good! Courage thought in panic as he grabbed onto an icicle and tried to remove it. Only to find that it was much harder than it looks.

"As for YOU," the Snowman said and pointed at Eustace. "Well, it's just a matter of time."

He chuckled darkly as Eustace began to shake in his seat. Nearby, Muriel finally found her voice and began to scream. "Courage! Scooby! Help!"

Rotta hurry! Scooby thought in panic as he finally removed an icicle.

Courage, began to lick one of the icicles trapping him in place, making it melt rapidly in the process. He freed him and Scooby at the very moment.

"Yes!" Courage cheered, but knew this was not time for a celebration.

"Rourage you go and free Ruriel! RI'll get Raggy!" Scooby gasped to the pink beagle.

Courage gave him a nod of acknowledgement and raced toward the table.

Scooby ran to his owner, got the faucet out of his forehead and begin to loosened the ties that held Shaggy to the chair, "Raggy, are you okay?"

"Like, I am now," Shaggy said, hugging his best friend, "I thought we're goners."

Scooby wrapped around his arms onto his owner, "Re never leave you behind."

Shaggy gave a smile to his dog. With Courage, he wasted no time as he grabbed a glass pitcher from the table and ran over to the Snowman, just as he was beginning to turn the tap of the faucet on Muriel's head. He ran to him and quickly jammed the open pitcher onto the Snowman's head, startling him and making try to pry the pitcher off of him.

"Assassin! Let me out of this!" the Snowman yelled angrily as he pulled at the pitcher. "I can't get this thing off my head."

Courage jumped onto Muriel's lap and pulled the faucet off of her head and freed her from the ropes. He even lifted Muriel, Scooby and Shaggy over his head as he ran to Eustace and began dragging him along the ground by the leg. As he placed the four of them into the sleigh, he, Scooby and Shaggy looked back to see the Snowman getting his head free from the pitcher. The three cringed in fear and Courage began dragging the sleigh along as he ran from the cave.

"I'll get you for this!" the Snowman hollered from the cave entrance and looked to check the thermostat.

Courage didn't stop and kept running across the frozen tundra and climbed into the sleigh, letting the momentum and inclines guide them as they made their escape. The five of them huddled together as they slid down the frozen hills, but chanced a look back. They saw the Snowman chasing after them, sliding down the hill as he went.

"Dogs! Young man! Prepare to meet your doom!" he shouted as he closed in on them, even laughing as he moved closer to them.

The sled made it down from the hill and out onto pure ice.

"It won't be long now. I will not be denied," he hollered to them.

"Oh boys! What do we do?" Muriel asked fearfully.

Eustace was starting to look a bit sickly as he clutched his forehead and moaned, "I'm feeling a bit... warm."

Finally, the sled came to a stop right in the middle of the ice, causing the cowardly trio to let out screams. The Snowman laughed even more, now that he knew there was nowhere for his prey to run.

"Guys! Help!" Courage shouted getting Shaggy and Scooby's attention. Turning to him, they both saw that he was holding three ice picks.

Immediately knowing what he was suggesting, They both grabbed one and got out of the sled. Moving a few feet away from the sled, the three of them started to hit the ice with it in an attempt to break it. The three of them hacked and hacked until cracks began to form in the ice around them. The Snowman continued sliding towards them, but then the ice finally cracked apart into ice flows, allowing them to drift away safely.

The Snowman however, was too late to notice that the ice had broken apart.

"No! Nooo!" he cried as he tried to stop his descent towards the icy water.

His efforts were in vain though as he landed in the icy water and appeared to drown before them. The family could do nothing but watch as they drifted further away.

The very next morning, the family continued floating out to sea. Only now instead of the five of them, only four of them stood on the ice, Eustace having melted into a puddle of water during the night.

Shaggy cringed and shudder at the thought that that could have been him or Muriel as well. Would have been them if it weren't for Scooby and Courage.

"Poor Eustace," Muriel said as she looked down at the puddle and glasses. "I don't know what we're going to do with him now."

Courage on the other hand, pulled a sponge from his parka and began soaking up the water from the puddle, leaving only the glasses behind. A whistle in the distance caused them to look up and they could see a large cruise liner approaching them.

Shaggy, Scooby and Muriel smiled as Muriel pointed at the ship and spoke, "Oh look you three, we're going to be saved."

This caused the cowardly trio to let out sighs of relief.

"Thank goodness," Courage breathed.

"Rou said Rourage," Scooby agreed.

"Like, couldn't said better myself dudes," Shaggy added.

A few days later, the family was back at their farm. Muriel and Courage sat in Muriel's rocking chair while Scooby and Shaggy sat by them, Scooby was snacking onto Scooby Snacks, while Shaggy was flipping through the channels on the TV and a pitcher of water sat in Eustace's chair with Eustace's glasses sitting in the pitcher.

"Stupid dog," the water gurgled.

I'm going to skip The Precious Wonderful Lovable Duckling, (dang that's a long title to an episode, LOL!) to Heads of Beef, because it's one of my least favorites of season, there another episode I also didn't like in season 1, which I'll tell later, when we get to that episode. Until than see ya next time!
