It was a relaxing and a windy day in Nowhere, Shaggy and Scooby were in the kitchen making lunch, Muriel was outside doing laundry, Eustace was in the basement fixing up a lightbulb and Courage was painting Muriel's chair to make it look like new.
"And done," Courage said as he finished and put back his brushed into the paint can.
Scooby and Shaggy came out, with pile of food in their arms.
"Like, lunch is ready," Shaggy said.
"FYI, rou are officially out of…everything," Scooby stated.
Courage just chuckled and shook his head. Looks like the farmer needs to go to the store again.
"Oh, thank you Courage. You did such a nice job repainting my chair. That quick drying paint is amazing," Muriel said as she came in from outside where she was hanging up the freshly washed clothes.
Courage give a smiled of acknowledgment, and handed her over the remote. Muriel sat down in her chair with Courage hopping onto her lap. Smiling, Shaggy and Scooby sat down on the couch and began to watch the television with them.
Scooby and Shaggy laughed at the show they're watching, which was just a man with bananas in his ear dancing around and just being a clown. But than it was interrupted by the newsman.
"This is the Nowhere emergency broadcast system. We interrupt this program with an emergency tornado watch. This is an emergency. Watch for a tornado," the reporter announced before flying away with his camera showing them a brief view of the tornado before the signal was cut.
Shaggy, Scooby and Courage stiffened, as they all swapped uneasy glances at each other.
"A tornado/RA tornado?" Shaggy and Scooby exclaimed, their eyes wide with fear.
"Oh, my. A tornado. We better get to the cellar," Muriel said, worried.
"Come on, let's go!" Shaggy urged to his family, as he and Scooby got off the couch.
Courage leap from his owner's lap, and Muriel tried to get off her rocking chair, but for some reason, she couldn't get up.
"OH, MY! I'M STUCK!" Muriel said, making Courage's heart nearly jump into his throat. "Courage, thought you used the quick-drying paint on my chair."
Courage picked up the can and almost drop it when he read of what it was.
"Quick-Drying Glue. Oh, no! AAH!" he read the can panicked before tossing it away.
"LIKE, WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE THAT!?" Shaggy shouted as he and the dogs tried to help Muriel out of the chair only to realize that she was stuck there completely. Even her chair seemed to be stuck for some reason.
"You better find Eustace," Muriel told the worried trio.
"Rhere is he?" Scooby asked.
"Like, last I saw him, he was in the basement. Quick get him dudes! I'll try and get Aunt Muriel outta here," Shaggy ordered the dogs.
Scooby gave him a nod of acknowledgment.
"We'll be back Muriel, Shaggy keep her safe and be careful," Courage gasped before he and Scooby raced outside to get Eustace.
As the two dogs got outside, they froze. It was a tornado. An enormous, churning tornado, the biggest the dog duo had ever seen. It was already making it's away to the Bagge farm. Scooby and Courage screamed in terror, as the tornado was coming closer to the farm.
"Re gotta get Rustace now!" Scooby screamed.
Courage nodded to the Great Dane and both of them rushed to the other side of the house and speed down the stairs to the basement.
"Rustace! Rustace! Ruriel is-" Scooby began, before he and Courage saw that Eustace have somehow been knockout.
Courage give a howl of distress and went over to the knockout grumpy farmer and started to slap him to get him to wake up. Even though Eustace might had his head for this, the thought of Muriel and Shaggy alone to defend themselves made the pink beagle to press onward.
"Wake up! Wake up!" Courage shouted at the top of his lungs to the unconscious farmer.
Scooby went over to to Eustace and try to get him up as well. "RUSTACE! RAKE UP! RAKE UP!"
The two dogs try two ways to get him up, Courage licked him, much to his disgust. Scooby got a bucket of water and splash onto him, but nothing worked. Eustace was still out cold.
"Row, how on earth did he manage to get knockout so hard?" Scooby asked.
"I don't know," Courage gasped, "But we need to get to back to our owners, now!"
Scooby and Courage went back outside to get their owners, but the wind has gotten stronger than it did two minutes ago. It was gusting in howling breaths. This was a sign they didn't have much time before the house would be in the cyclone.
Scooby and Courage pressed forward, feeling the pressure of the wind, try to blow them away and despite their best efforts, this was a slow process to get back to the house because of the storm.
Courage could feel the wind and felt like he could be blown off any minute! "Scooby!"
Scooby glanced to his shoulder and saw that Courage was about to be blown away by the tornado. He grabbed the pink beagle and made his away to the and to the porch of the house and quickly grabbed onto the pole of the house, as the wind has gotten stronger.
The wind lifted up Scooby off the ground, as he gripped tightly to Courage. "Rang on!" he shouted to the terrified pink beagle.
Suddenly Scooby and Courage's ears started to pop, and there was a noise like nothing the two dogs had ever heard. Like thousands of helicopters had exploded from the sky, their engines roaring their blades whirring. The two dogs felt terror rippled through their fur as they watched the twister was coming towards the farm and destroy everything in its path, it destroy the barn and the windmill.
Scooby felt himself slipping his grip on the pole and he held on tighter. Alarm flared beneath his fur as he couldn't hold on anymore, his paw slipped, as he and Courage give out shrieks and both crashed through the window.
Shaggy was rigid with fear, as he watch two of his friends almost getting blown away by the evil swirling tornado. Shaggy's ears popped over and over from the pressure, his eyes felt as if they would burst from his skull. Panic gripped him, then a blaze of relief as Scooby and Courage managed to get up, with any scratches or injuries from smashing through the window. "Guys!" he shouted to the two dogs as he went over to help them with the door, as they did, various small pieces of debris were flying through the door. "DID YOU LIKE FIND UNCLE EUSTACE!?"
"RO! RE'S KNOCKOUT!" Scooby gasped.
The three manage to close the door, but just as they did that, the house got destroyed as the tornado reached them. The board that held Muriel suddenly came lose and lost it's grip on Muriel's chair.
"BOYS!" Muriel screamed, as she was sent into the tornado.
"AUNT MURIEL!/RURIEL!/MURIEL!" Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all wailed as the trio began to chase after the tornado.
But it was no use as it was too fast. After a few minutes of running, Courage pulled out a giant pogo stick for him, Shaggy and Scooby to use. And surprisingly, the three started to catch up to the tornado. Only to fall off a cliff when the tornado stopped and suddenly turned as they've reached it. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage flailed, grasping at nothing. And then the three hit the ground, the thump of earth against their chests knocked the breath out of them. Daze, and dizzy with pain, the trio got up to their feet.
Courage pulled out a large tricycle for him and his friends to ride on and close the distance. Which they've quickly did and could hear Muriel screaming for them. But as they closed the distance even more, a rock suddenly came and popped the left tire which sent the trio tumbling.
"Rouch," Scooby moaned, the pain in his shoulder was like a hammer smashing into his bone every time he moved it.
"Like, now how are we gonna catch up?" Shaggy wailed, as he jolted from worry. We gotta like, get her somehow!
Courage then toke out a giant kite and sting attached to it.
"Like, good thinking little pink dude," Shaggy said, as he and Scooby grabbed onto the string.
"MURIEL! WE'LL SAVE YOU!" Courage shouted, as the wind of the tornado picked them up and they're quickly sent flying closer to the tornado.
The cowardly trio all shouted in pain as the wind made them fly over some trees, whipping their rear-ends where they're kept painfully hitting. But that wasn't the last of their problems. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all screamed when they've saw the string snap and were sent flying into the hard ground.
"Rare you both okay?" Scooby asked weakly as he, Shaggy and Courage slowly got up.
"Yeah, fine," Courage answered groggily, as he shook himself off.
"Like, I'm good," Shaggy, answered, his voice cracking, then he glance sideways and fear shot through him, as he saw some really horrifying. "GUYS LOOK!"
Turing around, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage started in horror as the tornado was coming for them. Seemingly angered that they chased it down.
Wild with fear, Courage tried to think of what to do. He then begin to see a way to stop that twister, to save themselves, to save Muriel there was only one thing they could do. "I have an idea," Courage said terrified, as he went to a rock and started to tie one end of the string to it.
Shaggy and Scooby grabbed onto Courage, as he held onto the string of the kite. And with each passing moment, the winds grew stronger and closer, the three braced themselves, waiting to be blown away as well. When all of a sudden, a sudden gust hit them extremely hard followed by no more wind. Opening their eyes, and utterly confused Shaggy, Scooby and Courage saw that the tornado had tripped over the string and disappeared.
"RI cannot believe that worked," Scooby's voice shook as he stood up and began to look around.
"Like, me neither Scoob," Shaggy replied blinking, as he began to look around as well.
Almost at once Courage looked up at the jagged rocks at the top of the peaks where the rocking chair was still sitting. "UP THERE!" Courage shouted getting Shaggy and Scooby's attention.
Looking to where he was pointing, they saw Muriel's chair on top of the rock mountain next to them. The trio then moved to the mountain and began climbing it. After a good ten minutes of tedious climbing, the three finally reached the top.
But to their surprise and horror, they've only saw Muriel's chair and clothes but no Muriel. For a moment, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage feared that the glue finally gave way and she was sent flying when the three tripped the tornado. But the trio nearly had a heart attack when a child suddenly appeared from Muriel's clothes.
"Hi," the toddler said, making Shaggy, Scooby and Courage gasped.
"Hi, I'm Muriel. I'm only three and a half years old. Who are you?" the child asked the surprise trio a bit too happily.
"Muriel?" Courage asked confused, his mouth felt open and for a moment he felt as if the ground had given way beneath him. The tornado have somehow magically turned his Muriel into a LITTLE GIRL... He stared in disbelief, his heart pounding.
"Zoinks, is that you Aunt Muriel?" Shaggy asked, he now knew for certain that the twister Muriel got sucked in was no ordinary twister. Never before he had seen that a tornado could de-aged a person.
"Thats my name. Don't wear it out," Muriel answered giggling.
"Ro no, Ruriel what happened to you?" Scooby asked confused, feeling startled. Row could a tornado turned Ruriel into a kid? He tried to forced his body to relax, trying to re-comprehend of what just happened.
"You're all funny looking," Muriel simply told Shaggy, Scooby and Courage before laughing.
"Oh no, Muriel," Courage said, he wondered how they're gonna take care of her.
It took nearly an hour, but eventually the four were able to get back to the farmhouse, now all torn to shambles. They had taken turns carrying the now toddler Muriel and the rocking chair seeing as she refused to get out of.
"You'll be home soon Muriel," Courage said as he and his friends were quickly approaching the house. He was so exhausted he could scarcely but one paw in front of the other.
"I want to go to the candy store! I want to buy a toy! I want to watch TV! I want to go to the zoo! I want to go swimming! I want a new doll! I want a new front tooth! I want a tea party! I want a party dress!" Muriel said without taking a breath.
"I know I'm not going to like this," Courage whined at hearing Muriel continuously talk the whole way back. He felt a rush of annoyance so strong it almost knocked him off his paws.
"Re neither Rourage," Scooby said agreeing with him, his annoyance also swelled up as well, sending blood pounding through his ears.
"Like, this is gonna be a long day," Shaggy sighed, he was tired and hungry. He looked at his friends based on the slightly annoyed look that was now on their faces, he knew that THEY knew that this was going to be a heck of a day.
Looking back, the trio saw that they've finally reached the house.
"Like, I'll get it," Shaggy said as he zoomed to the door and opened it.
Regardless of the fact that they've did not need to go through the door as there were no walls left. Stepping inside and closing the door, Scooby set Muriel down before cracking his back from the long walk back.
"I'M THIRSTY! I'M THRISTY! I'M THIRSTTTTTYYYYY!" Muriel wailed while slamming her feet against the chair repeatedly.
Shaggy, Scooby and Courage shuddered at the sound of little Muriel's wails.
Scooby sighed, it seemed they're in for a fight. He was really hungry and beginning to feel tired, he longed to curl up on the couch for an afternoon nap. The last thing he wanted was to argue this hyperactive child. "Rokay, okay. Re'll be right back," he said wearily.
He's tired too. Courage thought, he rounding on Shaggy and said, "Keep an eye on Muriel."
Shaggy froze with indecision, "O-Okay little pink dude," he stammered. Like, calm down Shaggy, Scoob and the little Courage guy are only gonna be gone for a couple of seconds. Keep it together man!
Scooby and Courage went what was the kitchen to get her something to drink. Looking around, the two dogs saw that nearly everything was taken away from the tornado. Fortunately, they both saw a still intact glass with a pipe where the sink used to be dripping clean water.
"Muriel- What are we going to do? What are we going to do?" Courage asked as he and Scooby waited for the glass to fill up. He felt completely paranoid, never in his life had ever took care of a child before and he no idea what he and his friends were getting into.
"Rey, everything will be okay," Scooby said gently, he put his paw on Courage's back in a effort to calm and comfort his friend. He doesn't know how they're gonna get Muriel to to her regular age, but he knew they'll figure out like they always do.
Courage smiled a little at Scooby, warmth spreading through his body.
After another minute, the cup was full of water. Once done, the duo headed back into the living room to bring Muriel her water, but to their shock, the spunky toddler was missing, causing Courage and he and Scooby saw Shaggy furiously looking around for Muriel that disappeared.
Courage's heart lurched "What happened Shaggy? Where's Muriel?" he asked his cowardly human friend, trying not to panic.
RI hope Ruriel hasn't hurt herself. Scooby's heart started to pound and begin to look around trying to find Muriel as well.
"Like, I don't know. She kept on demanding and asking for things so much and wouldn't calm down that I needed like, a moment to calm myself. But when I turned back around, she was like, gone," Shaggy replied, his voice shaking before continuing to search for Muriel, he couldn't see her at the moment.
"Rhis is not like Ruriel," Scooby told his friends, as he continued to search for Muriel, his paws prickled as he felt rising panic beginning to infect on him.
"Muriel, doesn't know any better. She's just a kid," Courage replied, The fur on Courage's spine prickled with worry and frustration, how could Muriel be so careless?
The worried and anxious trio searched the entire house but they still could not find her.
It was not until the trio heard her laughing that they all found her. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage heard her laugh. Following it, the trio and the three felt rush with relief when they found that she somehow managed to get into the cellar and was not on top of Eustace who was just waking up.
"Huh?" Eustace said, confused.
"Hi! I'm Muriel. I'm only three and a half years old. Who are you?" Muriel happily asked Eustace.
"What? OOF!" Eustace asked, even more confused but knocked himself out again when he tried to get up but hit his head on some wood.
"I WANT AN EASTER EGG! I WANT AN EASTER EGG! I WANT AN EASTER EGG!" Muriel screamed, as she jumped up and down on Eustace.
Anger build inside of Courage, as he shouted to his toddler owner, "Hey stop that!"
"Stay right there Aunt Muriel. Like, I'll be right down," Shaggy told her, as he raced downstairs to the basement and picked up his toddler aunt off of his uncle's belly, rushed upstairs and brought her back up to the living room. But once up, she started to wine again.
"I'M HUNGRY! I'M HUNGRY! I'M HUNGRRRRY!" Muriel shouted.
Courage was getting aggravated at this point and trying not to shout, "Okay! Okay!"
Shaggy and Scooby felt hunger driving them forward and both were about to say they're hungry too, but Courage beat them to the punch.
"Don't start!" Courage yelled and winced knowing he shouldn't yelled his hungry friends like that, but Muriel was driving him crazy at this point.
About the only food they had that had been left untouched by the tornado were many boxes of macaroni, Muriel was currently seated at the table, a book placed beneath her to give her a little boost as Courage and Scooby were preparing the macaroni and cheese for her. Courage stirred the pasta as Scooby painstakingly measured out the about ten minutes of stirring and having to listen to Muriel complain about being hungry. The macaroni and cheese was it on a plate, Shaggy gave it to Scooby to serve it to Muriel.
"This stinks. I hate it this way," Muriel said in disgust.
Scooby'a tail twitched indignation, "Rhat's wrong with it?"
"Less cheese," Muriel answered or more like ordered.
Sighing, Shaggy got back to work and after a few minutes, Shaggy had another serving ready. Courage took it and served to Muriel this time.
"More macaroni," Muriel told the trio.
Sighing in annoyance, Shaggy made it again and had Scooby serve it this time.
"Rere you go," Scooby said, placing it in front of her.
"Less macaroni," Muriel said again.
Clenching his teeth, and resentment rose like bile in his throat, Shaggy made some more. Courage took it and served it to Muriel.
"More cheese," Muriel demanded.
Rinse and repeat with Scooby this time serving.
"More cheese and macaroni," Muriel demanded.
Same process again.
"TOO MUCH MACARONI!" Muriel shouted.
Bristling and clenching his fists and breathing deeply, Shaggy made the last bit of macaroni and cheese they had in the pot. Serving it on the plate, Courage and Scooby served it this time to Muriel.
"Row about now?" Scooby asked through clenched teeth, they had done this for at least for an hour and Scooby was already to at least snarl and yell at Muriel. But he knew he also he had to hold on to his self control.
"OOH! Perfect," Muriel answered with a smile.
"Rhat's good," Scooby said with a sigh as Courage let out a sigh of relief and finally beginning to calm down after an hour of hearing Muriel whine, complain and ordering them around like she was a princess.
Only for the two dogs to both grunt in confusion when Muriel tossed the plate onto both of them. Covering both in macaroni and cheese.
"I hate macaroni and cheese," Muriel said while crossing her arms.
Shaggy almost cracked the spoon in irritation and he wanted to wail in frustration, "Then like, why did you ask for it?"
After digging around the house and cellar, Shaggy found some food that Muriel actually wanted to eat. And once she was done eating, she left the kitchen which allowed him to make some food for the rest of him and his friends. Once they're finished, the three went to the living room and panicked when they saw Muriel bouncing on a plank of wood that was above a giant hole in the floor. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage immediately rushed to her.
"Come on. Play with me. Play with me. PLAY WITH MEEEEEE!" Muriel cried.
All the while the trio's anxiety rising as they saw the plank moving and seemingly ready to at any moment fall into the hole.
Courage froze, horror struck as Muriel bounce up and down putting herself at risk, "Come on. Get off of that," Courage shouted.
Shaggy's heart lurched as Muriel continued to bounce on top of the board and would not stop, "Like Aunt Muriel, you'll hurt yourself."
"You're funny looking," Muriel said giggling.
Courage gazed at the plank his heart was thumping in his chest from tension. Gritting his teeth he stepped onto the end of the plank.
"Rourage, wait!" Scooby yelped, as he watch his friend trying to keep balance on the plank.
"Where am I?" Eustace suddenly asked from downstairs. Looking into the hole, Shaggy and Scooby saw that Eustace finally woke up again.
Courage risked a glance down, then wished he haven't. Eustace looked small from up here and the ground swarm dizzyingly. He then steadied himself, and begin to move cautiously towards Muriel.
"Like, Uncle Eustace, are you okay?" Shaggy asked his uncle.
"What are you dogs and Shaggy-haired-fella doing? Where's Muriel?" Eustace asked instead.
Shaggy hesitated, unsure if he could tell what exactly what's going on, "Uh, like it's kind of hard to explain at the moment," he began.
Before Shaggy could give an explanation to his uncle, Muriel popped up, giggling and said, "Hi, I'm Muriel. I'm only three and a half years old. Who are you?"
Eustace only looked at Muriel in confusion.
For a heartbeat Courage swayed precariously, he slipped sideways suddenly lost his balance, fell and landed on Eustace with a thud. "What'd you do that for, stupid dog?"
"RATCH OUT!" Courage heard Scooby screamed, Even though Eustace was just in front of Courage, it was Scooby's yells that had caught the little dog's attention. He looked up. Terror seared Courage's stomach, and screamed at what he was seeing, before jumping off of Eustace and running to safety. And that was when Eustace's armchair landed right on top of the old farmer.
"Whoopsie," Muriel said before going to her chair.
Courage manage to walk back to the front door of what's left of the house. Shaggy felt his shoulders tensed, anger begin to build inside him. He walked up to her, while she giggling and rocking the chair back and forth, with Scooby by his side.
"Okay, like, that's it young lady. Go to your room!" Shaggy ordered.
"I don't wanna go to my room," Muriel whined, before sobbing and wailing.
Alarmed, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were all startled by this.
Courage struggled to find the right words to reassured him, "Don't cry. It'll be okay. Okay?" he soothed Muriel while he and Scooby flashed both glares at Shaggy, who smiled sheepishly.
Muriel's cries stopped and she was back to smiling again. "Guess what I found?" she asked. Muriel pulled out the tiki mask that Eustace loved to use on Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all the time and said, "Booga booga booga!"
Shaggy, Scooby and Courage's eyes widened with terror, they all screamed and ran away. Muriel laughed at the poor cowardly trio's expense.
It was ten at night, Muriel was finally sleep on her chair. She had pretended to sleep a few times. But after a couple more incidents, Muriel finally got tired and fell asleep. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage huddled around the somehow still functioning computer.
"Like, whoever knew, taking care of a little girl, could be exhausting?" Shaggy asked, feeling really tired from today. He felt like he could sleep for a month.
"Reah, taking care of kids is a lot of work," Scooby agreed, also feeling equally exhausted.
Courage was typing on the computer and spent the next few minutes telling the computer about all of the events of this lousy day including the tornado, Muriel getting sucked up into the tornado, turning into a toddler and all the frustration that she had put them through. He paused, letting out a tired yawn as he looked at the computer.
"To get the old Muriel back, you have to place her in a tornado that spins in the opposite direction," the computer told the trio.
"Do tornadoes spin in reverse?" Courage asked, as he typed it.
"Only in the southern hemisphere, you twit," the computer answered before insulting Courage.
"All the way down there?" Courage asked typing it in again.
"Argentina, Chili, Ecuador, Peru... Your choice. Though, personally, I like the chicken tandoori in Sri Lanka," The computer answered, before adding his personal thought.
"Huh?" Courage asked in confusion, as the computer turned itself off.
"But like, how do we get there?' Shaggy asked, fighting a exhausted yawn.
"We can just take Nowhere airport to get there," Courage answered, putting his paw on the board and leaning his head on his paw.
"Rood, well I'm going to turn in. Right," Scooby, said before going to the couch. He circled until it was comfortable and settled down. He then drifted off to sleep.
Shaggy turned to Courage, he nodded and they decided to do so as well. Especially since they're all are going to have another long day tomorrow.
Shaggy walked up to the couch and laid down his head on Scooby's belly. Gradually his eyes begin to close and he gave in to his longing for sleep. Courage crept to the couch his friends were sleeping on, he jumped onto the couch and snuggled under Shaggy's arm. Shaggy held the pink beagle briefly in his sleep as Courage settled beside him and closed his eyes.
The next day, Muriel was annoying the trio. Any chance she could to cause trouble or make it harder for them she took. And breakfast was like dinner last night which caused Shaggy, Scooby and Courage massive headaches. And it got even harder when they all got to Nowhere airport where she put an even bigger fuss. While on the plane, Muriel was constantly running up and down the aisle acting as if she was a plane. The cowardly trio tried to make her sit down with the seat belt but each time she easily slipped through.
"I can't take it anymore," a lady with a parachute shouted before jumping out of the plane.
Scooby groaned in annoyance, covering his ears to drown out Muriel's running up and down the aisle. "Row much longer you guys?"
"About an hour," Courage replied in a groaned inwardly voice.
Scooby, Shaggy and Courage couldn't help but groan. The three knew they shouldn't let themselves be drawn with so much anger, but the little toddler's misbehaving infuriated them like an itch it refused to be satisfied.
Soon even the pilot had decided that he too had had enough as he came running out of the cockpit, clutching his hair in madness.
"I can't take it anymore either," he said and took off his hat and headset, before putting it all on Courage's head. "Good luck!"
He then ran to the door, grabbed a parachute and jumped out of the plane.
Shaggy felt even more annoyed than he thought, he was now wondering why he wasn't panicking when the pilot jumped out of a plane, he could see even Scooby and Courage were so done with everything. "Like, should of seen that coming."
The four went inside the cockpit. Courage grabbed a book that aught people how to fly. But it proved a little difficult for him to do so as Muriel was bouncing and kept on pressing every button she saw.
"Sit down. Stop it. Stop it. Sit down," Courage retorted furiously.
Shaggy's muscles tensed wanted to yell at Muriel, but he stopped, this was no time to start an argument. "Scoob, can you take her out of the cockpit?"
Scooby nodded and picked up Muriel and took her out of the cockpit. All the while, Muriel kept on making excuses to try and stay with them.
"Like, what should we do now?" Shaggy asked.
But as the cowardly teen asked that, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all heard the sound of gusting winds, like a giant fan that's being blown outside. Looking out the left side, they all saw the exact type of tornado the three were looking for.
"Yes!" Courage cried out, as he turned the plane to head to the tornado. "I hope this works," the pink beagle whined as he dived to the tornado.
"Us too/Rus too," Shaggy and Scooby agreed.
Reaching the tornado, Courage pressed the eject button on the console which opened up the floor in the center of the plane which Muriel fell through and screamed as she did. Seeing that she went into the tornado, the pink beagle maneuvered himself to underneath the tornado and managed to catch Muriel just as she came out of the other end of the tornado.
Sure enough, a few seconds later, the cockpit door opened up and in stepped her aunt, now a fully grown adult again. Though the trio felt a little bit of embarrassment when they saw that she was dressed in nothing but her undergarments.
"Excuse me pilot. Have you got any of those little bags of salted peanuts? Courage? I didn't know you could drive a plane," Muriel said surprised when she came in the cockpit and saw Courage piloting the plane.
"Rong story Ruriel," Scooby answered as he, Shaggy and Scooby let their shoulders relax now that Muriel was back to normal.
"Aunt Muriel, can I ask you something?" Shaggy asked, wanting to change the subject.
"What is it dear?" Muriel replied.
"Like, were you always a handful when you were little?" Shaggy asked curiously.
Muriel looked at her nephew in surprise, she blinked for a moment. Before giving her nephew a warm smile, "Oh well it's been years since I was a wee thing. And I was a bundle of energy, I always tired your great aunt and uncle out."
Shaggy let out a chuckle, I can only imagine.
Then Muriel went over to her nephew and told him stories of her childhood on the way home.
Deciding that the family just wanted to back to the farm, they all decided to fly straight home instead of going to Nowhere airport. After about five hours, the family finally reached the farmhouse. Though, when they've got there, Courage showed Muriel, Shaggy and Scooby that he was new to flying planes. And he did that by having a rough landing, nearly hitting the house but at the same time hitting Eustace and sent him flying back into the basement. Broken and unconscious.
"Ah, Courage you are an excellent driver. But you still need to work on the parking," Muriel told her dog, as the family hopped down from the plane.
Shaggy stared at the ground, as his thoughts begin to wonder somewhere else thinking about the events of what happened yesterday of how he took care of his aunt like a father. About someday starting a family. About his past girlfriends. It faded on and off with his relationships of Googie and Crystal and the other woman that enter his life, Yet they never seem right for him, Crystal nearly was, if were not the fact she lived on the other side of the universe. He had even accepted she was an alien and that he could live with that. He had seen worse in his life and by all means, it never made him hate her or dislike her more. He actually found it rather different and more inviting than those in his past.
Thoughts of a certain short haired smart brunette and how dearly he missed her flooded his head.
"Hey, Aunt Muriel," Shaggy said quickly.
"Yes Shaggy?" Muriel asked, blinking at her nephew.
"Like, do you think, I'll be a good dad someday?" Shaggy asked out of curiosity, as he thought about his secret crush and it was difficult to hide the light red flush that was creeping onto his cheeks.
Muriel went over to her nephew and give a pat on his shoulder, "I think you'll be a great father one day, but for right now enjoy your youth. Your only young once you know."
Shaggy chuckled nervously, feeling a bit hot under his cheeks as he remembered yesterday's advents but give a smile to his aunt, "Like, that's true Aunt Muriel."
The family were in the living room watching some television and just resting. They have manage to find the TV. not too far from here and still in good shape. Naturally, they've brought it back to the farm house and plugged it back in. Luckily, at this point, everywhere in Nowhere had electricity. They also brought the couch back and Shaggy and Scooby made some snacks to have as well. But it was all ruined when the Nowhere news report sounded again.
"This is the Nowhere Emergency Broadcast System. The tornado emergency is over," the reporter announced.
"Rhat's good." Scooby echoed, with relief.
Unfortunately, the reporter wasn't done, "Now, the only thing to worry about is that giant tidal wave roaring across the plains," the reporter finished before getting splashed by a wave.
"WAIT, WHAT?!/RAIT, WHAT?!" Shaggy, Scooby and Courage asked flabbergasted, gazing at one another with wide frightened eyes.
Looking to another direction, the family and to the cowardly trio's horror saw that a massive tidal wave larger than any Shaggy, Scooby and Courage have ever seen was barreling towards them.
"OH-NO!" Courage gasped, as the tidal wave neared him and his family.
"LIKE, WHAT DO WE DO!?" Shaggy yelled, panicking.
Shaggy, Scooby and Courage screamed as they and Muriel rode the tidal wave on Eustace's back.
"Crazy weather we've been having, huh?" Courage calmly asked.
"Yeah, like talk about crazy weather predictions, right Scoob?" Shaggy pointed out.
"Reah, Scooby-Dooby-Doo!" Scooby shouted, as they all continued to ride the largest tidal wave.
Well that's all for this chapter, next will be The Great Fusilli. I like to thank Aartman7141999 for giving me ideas. (And like I said in the last two chapters I'll be writing an alternative ending to the episode, instead writing the original. I already have an idea, but I like to hear your guys' idea first, in the reviews/comments) Let me guys know in the reviews/comments of what ideas and quotes I should do for the future chapters of episodes I should do. Until then, this is vakarns sighing out.
