It was a gorgeous day today, a sunny day, not too hot with a nice breeze. Eustace, Shaggy and Scooby were in the kitchen eating breakfast. Muriel came in the kitchen, with brand new curtains and a package of seeds.

"Marvelous, how do you all like these new kitchen curtains?" Muriel asked showing off the curtains.

"Like, their beautiful Aunt Muriel," Shaggy answered, with Scooby agreeing.

"Yeah, blah, blah, blah," Eustace said dismissively, while eating his oatmeal and earning a glare from Shaggy and Scooby in the kitchen aside from Muriel who didn't notice any.

"And they came with a complimentary packet of seeds," Muriel added taking off the packet that was attached to the top of the curtains.

"What!? Seeds? Ain't nothing grown here in fifty years," Eustace scowled as he took the package and took out the seeds. "What dumb seeds are these anyway? These seeds ain't growing seeds," he grumbled bitterly as he threw the seeds out through the open window.

Courage was outside building a sandcastle or rather a perfect model of a famous building.

"And done," Courage said, proud of his work.

Suddenly he was hit by two seeds and one of the seeds hit his building and it crumbled, much to Courage's disappointment. How he adored sandcastles and his crafts, and art, to see it ruined and destroyed was heartbreaking to the pink beagle.

Scooby and Shaggy came outside, when they heard Courage's grunts of pain.

"Rourage, are you okay?" Scooby asked seeing that his castle got destroyed, he looked so sad as he looked at his masterpiece destroyed.

"Yeah, just my sand-building got destroy," Courage replied, sadly.

"RI'm sorry Rourage," Scooby said, wrapping his paws around Courage's shoulders, "Re can help you build another castle," he suggested. Courage wasn't the only one who knew how to build really good sandcastles, he and Shaggy were really naturals when it comes to sandcastles. When there's a sandcastle contest at the beach, he and Shaggy always wins in first place. He smiled at those memories. Raybe if there's a beach in Nowhere, we can have Rourage in help us.

Courage looked down at the seeds and give them a sniff.

"Rhatcha got in your paws Rourage?" Scooby asked and trying to follow Courage's gaze.

"A couple of seeds that came out of the window," Courage said, as he studied the seeds with interest, "What kind of seeds are these?"

"Like, there were seeds that Aunt Muriel got today," Shaggy answered.

"Re could bury them," Scooby suggested, wagging his tail excitedly.

"Might as well," Courage said, as he moved away with seeds.

Moving to him, Scooby moved the soil a bit to make a hole so Courage can put them in.

Shaggy stared intently at the ground, "So like, now what?"

Suddenly, a thunderstorm cloud appeared out of thin air. Before Shaggy, Scooby and Courage could move out of the way, rain started to come down really hard from the cloud. So hard that it knocked the three down to the ground and nearly drowned them as a result. Fortunately, it only lasted a few seconds with the cloud disappearing just as quickly as it came.

"Like, everyone okay?" Shaggy asked dizzily, and he was soaked to the bone.

"Reah, I'm okay," Scooby replied, as he shook himself dry.

"Me too, but sheesh! There are times I hate Nowhere's weather," Courage answered as he also shook himself dry, and complaining about Nowhere's weird weather patterns.

"Like, hey. The seeds are growing," Shaggy exclaimed, pointing to where the three planted the seeds.

Looking over there, Scooby and Courage saw indeed that they were growing and a little sprout had already grown above the soil, making the three jumped back.

"Rhat was quick," Scooby echoed feeling very surprised, while shrugging his shoulders

But they all quickly shared in that surprise when the sprout suddenly and very quickly grew into a nearly full-grown tree in a matter of seconds. It even had leaves growing on all its branches. And on the very top, there were beautiful flowers growing.

"Oh, my, boys, did you all do this?" Muriel exclaimed, as she came up behind the trio, and looking very amazed at what they done.

The cowardly trio would have answered but they're all too shocked at what just happened to say anything. Only when Eustace complained from behind them did snap Shaggy, Scooby and Courage back to reality.

"I've never grown anything, not even weeds. But those stupid dogs and nephew can grow trees. Argh!" Eustace bitterly complained.

Shaggy suddenly smelled something in the air, like burning charcoal in the air, "Like, do you smell something burning?"

"Rhe smoke is coming from the kitchen," Scooby said, pointing to the kitchen.

"MY PIE!" Muriel shouted before running into the house, regardless that a lot of smoke was coming out now.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage followed her inside and saw that the oven broke down yet again and was now quickly burning the pie that Muriel was making for dessert.

"Like, stand back Aunt Muriel," Shaggy told his aunt, while he was holding a fire extinguisher, opened the stove and sprayed the oven, as white foam was coming out, he stopped and pulled out the now burnt pie, "Well like, at least there's no fire," Shaggy wore an embarrassed grin.

A lot more smoke was coming out, luckily, Scooby already opened the window, while Courage put on a gas mask.

"Oh, Eustace. I wish I had a new oven," Muriel wished, as she tossed the ruined pie into the trash.

Scooby strained his ears, he heard something that sounded like a 'whoosh,' it was a sound he had never heard before, "Rid anyone else hear that?" he asked.

Courage jerked his head to see an OVEN by the tree, he and his friends have planted earlier. Where did that oven come from? "Look outside, a stove," he bellowed, pointing to the tree.

"Is that a new oven?" Muriel asked with shock.

"Like, where did that come from?" Shaggy asked, speechless that a perfectly new and shiny stove just appeared from thin air.

"RI don't know Raggy," Scooby answered, he was as surprise as his owner, how as this possible?

"Go have a look Eustace," Muriel told him.

"Why me?" he asked annoyed.

But all the same, he went over to the stove all the while grumbling.

"Bring it in. Bring it in," Muriel said excitedly.

Eustace tried to lift but struggled and nearly fell backwards and get crushed. He tried it again only to go in the other direction and nearly get crushed again. But with the third try he managed to get it inside the house.

Eustace groaned in pain as he stood up with his back cracking from the abuse, he just put it through.

"Thank you all for the new oven and that lovely tree," Muriel thanked with joy.

"You're welcome!/Rou're welcome!" Shaggy, Scooby and Courage said in unison while Eustace grumbled bitterly.

"Vroom!" Courage said imitating a truck as he used his toy construction vehicle.

Scooby and Courage were outside making some more sandcastles. Muriel and Shaggy were in the kitchen making another pie in the new oven that Muriel just adored. Eustace was taking a nap in the living room.

Suddenly Courage's toy truck broke, making in whine, "Oh dog biscuits."

"RI got it Rourage," Scooby told him as he fixed it.

He smiled and tried to use it again only for the same thing to happen again.

"RI,m sorry Rourage," Scooby said sympathetically, as he patted the pink beagle's back in comfort.

"It's okay Scooby, I just wished I had a bigger bulldozer," Courage sighed sadly, what he really want now was a big bulldozer, a bulldozer that he could play all that that never ever breaks. But it was unlikely never gonna happen.

Scooby was about to cheer him up again but couldn't when they both jumped in shock when a loud crash happened nearby.

"What was that?" Courage asked, as he and Scooby got up.

Only to nearly fall back down in surprise as the two dogs saw a giant construction vehicle.

"Rhoa," Scooby exclaimed, in astonishment.

"Huh, ask and you shall receive," Courage joked at how it appeared when he needed/wanted one.

Scooby turned to the pink beagle and give a playful smirk, "Ranna go for a riiiiide?" he sang.

Courage slowly grinned, his eyes turned towards his friend

After the duo saw that the keys, were in the machine, they've decided to have some fun with it. Shaggy and Muriel came rushing out when they heard the loud crash and were worried that something happened. But after a bit of explaining, they were relieved and were now in the machine.

"What fun, boys," Muriel giggled, happily.

"Again!" Courage exclaimed with glee, having the time of his life.

"Rold on Rourage," Scooby laughed, as he moved the levers and stepped on the gas to make the vehicle go extremely fast around the farm.

Which made the small pink beagle giggle. Everyone continued to have fun around the farm with the machine. That is until Eustace decided to kill it.

"STOP THAT RACKET! I'm taking my nap," Eustace shouted, popping out of the living room window.

"Oh, boys! Turn it off! Turn it off!" Muriel quickly told the trio.

"Okay! Okay!" Courage's anxiety began to distort his senses, he panicked and switch the levers thinking it would turn it off.

"Like, wait little pink dude, that's for-" Shaggy began.

But Shaggy's reply came to late, as Courage released the hatch underneath the part used to pick up the dirt. Which released all the dirt they've picked up and dropped it on Eustace.

"-Releasing the dirt another way."

"Stupid dog," Eustace's voice muffled, buried underneath all the dirt.

It was now nighttime, It was one of the best nights the family had here in Nowhere in a long time. The moon shone brightly in the sky with thousands of stars also shining brightly, making a beautiful show for anyone who watches the night sky. So naturally, everyone decided to bring out the couch and a few chairs to enjoy the night. Muriel was in her chair with Courage on her lap, and Shaggy and Scooby were on the couch eating snacks.

"Eustace where are you going?" Muriel asked, when family saw Eustace coming towards them wearing a jacket.

"I'm going to the picture show. I'm not wanted around here anyway," Eustace answered angrily, before heading over to his truck.

"Like, I wish we could see a movie," Shaggy said, looking at Scooby.

"Re too Raggy," Scooby agreed, a movie would been good right about now.

But as soon as Shaggy said that, a flickering light came from the tree.

"Huh?" Shaggy asked surprised, as the family looked at the tree and wondered where that light came from and why it's in the tree.

"OOOHHHH!" Muriel exclaimed with shock.

Looking at the side of the house. Looking to the farm, the family saw a black and white horror movie was being played. One that fit perfectly with what they've wanted.

"Wow, cool," Shaggy said surprised but delighted, marveling at what the tree can do.

"Row, I wish there was popcorn, soda and candy," Scooby chuckled.

"Scooby-Doo, you like, read my mind," Shaggy agreed.

And to Shaggy and Scooby's surprise, their eyes widened, as a stand filled with popcorn, drinks and candy came from the tree.

"Whoa, groovy," Shaggy said, giddy and happy as he grabbed himself, the snacks for the movie.

"Rhank you, tree," Scooby said giving it a light pat before tuning to grab his snacks.

"Oh, my, isn't it grand to have a tree?" Muriel asked, as Courage gave her some popcorn.

"It sure is Muriel," Courage answered, her as the family watched the movie in peace.

However, that peace did not last long as the family heard the engines of Eustace's truck roar. Courage suddenly screamed, hearing the sounds of tires screeching, Shaggy, Scooby and Muriel all quickly turned around and saw Eustace driving his truck at high speeds with intent to bring down the tree.

"ZOINKS!" Shaggy shouted.

"RO!" Scooby cried out, as Shaggy and Scooby went to hug the tree.

"HE'S GOING TO KNOCK IT DOWN!" Courage cried, reaching his paw out at the truck Eustace was driving in.

"EUSTACE! Muriel screamed, as she moved in front of the truck and managed to stop it. "EUSTACE, DON'T YOU HARM THIS TREE!"

"I'm taking it down Muriel. Now all of you get out of the way," Eustace demanded.

"Where are your marbles? We need this tree, Eustace, it's providing for us," Muriel told Eustace.

"Reah," Scooby nodded, giving a glare to the old farmer.

"Please farmer, leave this tree alone," Courage pleaded, with sorrowful eyes.

"But that's my job. Rotten tree," Eustace complained.

Like, since when? Shaggy thought sarcastically.

The next morning Muriel was moaning in pain as she rubbed her head, which was now extremely enlarged and had green bumps on it. She also had an ice bag on her head to try and ease some of the pain.

"Zoinks! Aunt Muriel!" Shaggy said his voice trembling, as he took his aunt's hand in exchange for comfort.

Scooby lied next to Muriel, whining softly, his stomach tightened as he worried about her health.

"Muriel, what did you do to yourself?" Eustace asked.

"Courage, could you get me some water, dear?" Muriel weakly asked him.

"Sure, be right back," Courage answered as he ran to the kitchen.

"What about breakfast?" Eustace asked.

"No, thank you, Eustace, I couldn't eat a bite," Muriel answered.

"I meant for me," Eustace complained.

Scooby snarled slightly at him, in spite his fear for Muriel, he felt his lip curl in anger, how dare he ask that question, when Muriel is in a bad condition!?

Fury shot through Shaggy, "Like, Uncle Eustace, breakfast can wait. Aunt Muriel is not well," he said, defending his aunt.

"Uh oh, this is serious, I better I call a doctor," Eustace uttered.

Rince when do you care? Scooby thought bitterly.

But Eustace was not finished, as he went into the kitchen, "I'm getting hungry."

Scooby and Shaggy rolled their eyes at the grumpy old farmer.

"Like, of course," Shaggy retorted, in a deadpan voice.

A half an hour later, Dr. Vindaloo came over, to figure of what's wrong with Muriel and how to cure her.

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. This is the worst case of boii boil have ever seen," Dr. Vindaloo spoke, as he used his stethoscope on Muriel's head for some reason.

"What?" Eustace asked confused.

"NO!" Courage shouted with panicked, but went silent a moment later and gained a look of confusion. "Boil boil?"

"Rhat's that?" Scooby asked, confused.

"A very rare and painful disease, and don't you worry all, I will do everything in medical science," Dr. Vindaloo said as he turned to face Muriel.

He then put on some gloves and began to do something, he then brought out a toy hammed and started using it on one of the green bumps on Muriel's head. Next, he took out some scissors and started to cut the hairs that were on Muriel's head, and finally, he took out a wrench and used it to tighten something judging by the sound that was made.

"Ah, nothing to worry about, " Dr. Vindaloo reassured turning back around and taking off his gloves. But there is nothing I can do," he then turned to the door and exited the house and left.

Courage howled in terror, as shock flooded through him. Muriel is really not doing so good.

"This is all your fault, dogs and Shaggy-haired-fella, you three and that rotten tree. Now I gotta order take out for breakfast," Eustace complained.

"Like, what did we do!?" Shaggy echoed.

"If you hadn't plant the seeds, none of this would be happening," Eustace hissed, before grabbing Courage by the scruff.

Eustace went outside and kicked Courage out. "Stupid dog!"

Scooby and Shaggy immediately ran out of the door and saw Courage screaming and landed by the tree. Shaggy and Scooby went over to Courage's aid.

"Are alright little pink dude?" Shaggy asked, with concerned and a shake from his head.

Courage sit up and nodded, before looking at the tree, and pleaded, "HELP! HELP! HELP!"

Then suddenly the tree SPOKE, and it had green eyes and a big mouth. "Courage, Shaggy, Scooby."

Shaggy's eyes widened with shock, "ZOINKS! LIKE, THE TREE'S ALIVE!" he cried out in alarm.

Scooby's eyes grew wide with fear, "RIKES!" he shrieked out in fear.

Courage's face was gripped fright, he was confused and didn't understand how to tree was talking. He screamed in fear and his skin came flying off his body in terror.

"Do not be afraid, I have the cure you all seek," the tree began.

"Yeah!" Courage shouted in joy, his mind was swirling with the news, but was glad to hear about this 'cure' regardless.

"Rhat's a relief," Scooby said relieved, his fur burned with excitement and was impressed by the tree's compassion.

"Like, thanks man…er…tree," Shaggy said, awkwardly, he was still rattled by the tree's ability to talk.

"It will take three days, in three days, I will be cut down," the tree explained.

This left Shaggy, Scooby and Courage in shock.

"NOOO!" Courage screamed in horror at what the tree just said, his mind filled with anguish and confusion. How could this be?

"Roh no!" Scooby cried out in despair, his eyes filled with anguish.

"Like, that can't be true!" Shaggy lamented.

"Anything worth its value, is worth fighting for," the tree wisely told the worried friends.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage looked at one another with puzzled expressions.

"Huh?" Courage asked, very confused.

"Like, what do you mean?" Shaggy asked.

But the cowardly trio got their answer when they've heard Eustace laughing in the nearby barn. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage went over to the barn and peaked through the door and saw Eustace holding an ax.

"Chop, chop, down you go. Chop, chop," Eustace said evilly.

"NOOOOO!" Courage cried out in panic.

"Like, we gotta protect the tree!" Shaggy exclaimed.

"Reah," Scooby agreed, also not wanting bad happening to the tree.

It was a tedious hour making the defenses to protect the tree, thankfully it was made easier using the vehicle the tree gave Courage yesterday to make the moat and build the castle. Shaggy grabbed a hose and was able to quickly fill the moat with water that was a good fifteen feet deep. Just for added measures, Courage added a package of instant eel to the moat.

An actual eel suddenly appeared from the moat and almost give heart attacks to Shaggy, Scooby and Courage But they've quickly became confused when the eel started singing the song 'Danny Boy.'

"A really vicious eel with a lovely singing voice?" Shaggy asked in confusion, with a furrowed brow. "Like, I don't know whether to be afraid or astonished by this, man..."

"Me neither Shaggy," Courage responded, scratching his head.

"Reah," Scooby agreed.

An hour later, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were playing marbles when they've saw Eustace wear a ridiculous looking 'battle gear' along with a cape that sort of resembled a bear.

"AAAHHHH! CHOP! CHOP! CHOP!" Eustace screamed as he ran towards them.

"He's coming," Courage yelped, his heart skipped a beat.

Scooby panicked a little, he looked at the marbles and an idea came to him. "Ruick, use these," he instructed, as handed the marbles to Shaggy and Courage.

Shaggy furrowed his eyebrow, while Courage cocked his head to the side, wondering what the cowardly Great Dane was doing.

"What are we supposed to use with these?" Courage asked.

"Rip him," Scooby answered as he began to rapidly throw them in front of Eustace.

Both Shaggy and Courage give glances at each other, and shrugged, before throwing marbles as well.

"OOOH!" Eustace screamed, as he tripped over the marbles and flew into the moat where he flew out in fear with the eel coming out after him and roaring.

Ten minutes later, Eustace had placed a large rubber band around a rock and was now swinging said rock and use the momentum to fly over the wall.

"Don't worry I got this," Courage said, as he hopped onto the wall.

"Like, what are you doing little pink dude?" Shaggy asked.

But Shaggy got his answer when Courage put on a baseball helmet and pulled out a baseball bat and got into a stance.

"Rome on Rourage. Rou can do this. Rend out to right field," Scooby chanted like a baseball coach.

Courage suddenly put the baseball bat behind him and relaxed his stance. Eustace did not put enough strength in his swing, came up short and hit the wall.

"RALL!" Scooby exulted, this time wearing an baseball cap.

"Like, that's going to leave a mark," Shaggy winced, when he saw Eustace hit the rock hard before falling into the water.

CRUNCH!

A sickening crunch was heard before Eustace screamed in pain and flew out of the water again, when he was bitten by the eel.

Two hours later, Shaggy is making him, and his friends some gumbo, because everyone got hungry. Soon, Scooby and Courage had a bowl and were both happily eating.

"Rooks, like we have enough of this gumbo for the rest of the day and tomorrow," Scooby said, as he ate his food.

Shaggy nodded at this as he continued to stir the gumbo to make sure it doesn't burn.

Then suddenly, the cowardly trio all heard Eustace scream.

"Whoa! Where's he coming from?" Courage asked, cautious of what the old farmer might do next, while he and Scooby began to look around for him.

"Like, found him," Shaggy answered, as Eustace landed in the pot that he used to hold the gumbo.

Eustace screamed as the gumbo burned his rear end which sent him flying into the air. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage then moved to edge and looked into the water as they've had not yet heard Eustace come out.

"Like, is he still alive?" Shaggy asked, worried, despite of what his uncle is doing right now, he didn't want him to die on their count.

'If you will bend, and tell me that you love me,' both Eustace and the eel sang, as they rose from the water.

But as soon as they finished that verse, the eel roared and bit down on Eustace and started shaking him around.

"Well, that answers that," Courage spoke, as he and his friends walked back down from the wall.

All the while noticing that the wall was slowly getting destroyed.

It has been three days since the three learned of the tree's fate, and so far, they've have been successful in protecting it. Eustace tried many different ways to get in but all failed. But now, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were extra cautious as today was the day was the day the tree said he would be cut down.

"Like, my uncle sure is one stubborn old dude," Shaggy muttered, in exhaustion.

"RI wonder if he will ever give up?" Scooby wondered. RI wondered how he got all that energy, when he's always so lazy most of the time?

But before anyone could answer, someone called the three on Courage's phone.

"Uh-huh," Courage spoke, taking his phone out and answering the call.

"I have the cure," Dr Vindaloo answered on the phone.

A small pang of hope entered Courage's gut, did he hear that right?

"Rho was it Rourage?" Scooby asked, as Courage put the phone away.

"That was Dr. Vindaloo, he says he has a cure for Muriel," Courage replied.

Shaggy smiled, "Well, like, what are we waiting for? Let's go!"

The trio got in Eustace's truck, as Courage drove as fast as he can to the clinic, while getting there, Shaggy and Scooby were both surprise that Courage could drive.

"Like, who knew the little pink dude could drive," Shaggy commented.

"Reah," Scooby responded, also astonished.

The trio appeared in the hallway leading to Dr. Vindaloo's office. Running down the hall, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage saw his office and entered to see him with a giant container filled with weird green liquid in it.

"Like, Dr. Vindaloo. We're here for the cure," Shaggy said getting his attention and putting his hand over his heart.

"Ahh, you're here, you're in luck. Through my incredible powers of deduction, I discovered the remedy. This will cure your broken leg," Dr. Vindaloo said before handing them the container and leaving the room.

"Rou're kidding," Scooby sighed, looking between the container and where Dr. Vindaloo just left.

"Like, should have seen this coming," Shaggy grumbled, facepalming.

"Yeah, same here," Courage moaned dryly in annoyance.

Then something struck them, as flashes of worry rolled through them.

"Wait, like if where here…who's guarding the tree?" Shaggy stammered, suddenly getting nervous.

Courage's eyes widened, as his heart thumped, "Oh-no…"

"THE TREE!/RHE TREE!" Shaggy, Scooby and Courage shrieked in unison.

Courage, drove the truck back to the farm, as fast as he could, the three got out of the truck, but to their horror, they're too late. Eustace had cut the tree down. Shaggy and Scooby looked at one another as their eyes filled with tears.

"Roh no," Scooby said sadly, his eyes welling up with tears.

"Like, we're too late!" Shaggy exclaimed, as his tears flowed in a continuous stream.

Courage was crushed in despair, he ran up to a large thin mountain, with a rock and give a huge scream so loud, he shattered the moon. Courage went back down to his friends and clung with them, as they sobbed and their hearts were heavy with grief for the tree.

"Like, we failed!" Shaggy wailed, holding his face down in despair.

Courage went over to touch the stump of what was once a standing magical helpful tree. "I'm so sorry," he led out a painful choking cry.

As they sobbed, they heard the tree spoke, "Shaggy, Scooby Courage."

The boys looked up with tears in their eyes and saw the tree saw still alive, for a minute longer.

"I have the remedy you all seek. Pick all the flowers from my branches and mix with pure hornet's honey. This is the cure," the tree said, before closing his eyes and died, for real this time.

Scooby, Shaggy and Courage gasped in grief, as the tree give it's dying breath.

Courage although sad, knew what they had to do now, "Come on, we have to make the cure for Muriel!"

Scooby and Shaggy nodded, as the three grabbed the three roses from the tree.

"Yes!" Courage cheered.

"Like, that's great and all," Shaggy stated, "But who's gonna get the hornet's honey?"

Before Shaggy nor Scooby could reply, Courage volunteered, "I'll do it."

Scooby turned to the pink beagle, "Rare you sure Rourage?"

Courage nodded determinedly, "Yes Muriel is my responsibility, so I'll get the hornet's honey."

Before Shaggy nor Scooby could argue, Courage already ran to get the hornet's honey.

"Like, that is one loyal man's best friend," Shaggy said.

"Re sure is Raggy," Scooby agreed.

Courage went up to a huge hornet's hive, even though he was not looking forward to be inside a hornet's nest, he knew this is the only way to cure Muriel's horrible disease.

This things I do for love. He thought. So without hesitation, he climb inside the hornet's hive, and gathered much honey as possible, while getting stung in the process and screaming in fear and agony, as excruciating pain lanced through Courage's body.

Then Shaggy, Scooby and Courage went back the farmhouse and into the living room, with Courage having hornet stings all over his body and his stings felt itchy and he felt like a big bruise. He also had a spoonful of honey mix with the flowers. He fed it to Muriel.

"I hope this works," Courage said, hopefully.

Fortunately, as soon as Muriel finished eating the remedy, her head shrunk down to it's normal size and the green bumps disappeared.

"Oh like, thank goodness it worked," Shaggy sighed, as relief wash over him.

Muriel breathed with bliss, "That's much better, Courage would you like a cup a tea?"

Courage nodded, as Muriel went into the kitchen to go a fix a up a tea for the pink beagle.

Courage cheered, a little that his owner was better, as pain like fire seared through him from the hornet stings, he was gonna feel that for days.

"Like, come on Scoob," Shaggy said to his dog, "Let's get a first-aid kit for the little pink dude and treat his stings."

"Rokay Raggy," Scooby obliuged, before turning to the pink beagle. "Rourage, you rest now."

Courage give a little nod, and went to the couch to lay down.

A few days later, Courage had recovered from the hornets stings and the family expect Eustace who now has the same disease Muriel had, are now outside looking at the stump of what was once the magic tree. It was slowly growing back, with a rose it was growing.

Muriel patted Courage in the head in attempt to comfort.

Courage looked up at his owner and smiled, he felt grief at last begin to loosen its grip on his heart.

"Like, Aunt Muriel, do you think the tree will ever grow back?" Shaggy asked, with tears of joys mixed with sadness.

"I'm sure it will dear," Muriel reassured her nephew. "I'm sure it will."
