It was an early morning at the farmhouse, Muriel, Shaggy and Scooby were baking cookies, Courage was doing laundry and Eustace was watching TV.

"Religious ceremonies were held in great temples like this one," Courage heard the archeologist on the television say when came up with the laundry basket. "A huge and beautiful structure."

"Stupid house," Eustace complained. "Did you fold my sheet nice? I love my sheet," he said to Courage.

"Yes, I did," Courage hissed annoyed, even though he knew Eustace wouldn't understand him.

"Fold it like a flag," Eustace demanded.

Courage rolled his eyes, "Fine," he sighed icily through gritted teeth, taking the flag from the basket, he began to fold it into a flag. Why is he so obsessed with this thing? he asked himself. As he was halfway through folding the blanket, when there was a knock on the door.

"Get the door dog," Eustace demanded.

"Alright," Courage snorted as he tossed the blanket on top of the basket to answer the door, but somehow, Eustace knew this.

"And keep folding that sheet right!" Eustace demanded.

Courage groaned in annoyance, and rolled his eyes as he picked up the sheet and kept folding, while heading to the door and opening it. And to his surprise, it was the archeologist that he were just listening to on the television.

The archeologist moaned in pain as he slowly and painfully dragged himself inside. Courage let out a scream of abject terror at this, as he messed up the folding sheet and tripped onto the archeologist and the sheet landed on both of them.

"Stupid dog! You covered the stranger with my sheet!" Eustace whined.

The family were in the dining room, few moments after Courage and Eustace found the archeologist Muriel, Shaggy and Scooby came into the living room and Muriel became immediately worried, she helped Shaggy with carrying Mr. Fith over to the dining room and served him some tea, all the while Eustace merely grumbled about his sheet.

"This should make you feel better Mr. Fith, now tell us what happened to you, you poor man," Muriel said, as she handed the archeologist some tea.

Scooby swallowed hard, "Reah, what happened?"

"What's happened to me isn't important, what's important is what might happen to all of you, and what happened thousands of years ago," Mr. Fith told the family urgently.

Shaggy's eyes grew wide, getting a little nervous, "Like, what do you mean?"

"The clothing in this sack tells the story," Mr Fith answered as he began to dig around the bag, he had with him, he then pulled out a very beautiful dress.

"This dress belonged to an ancient Mayan princess a long time ago, the princess loved cookies, each day, the royal baker would whip a jar full of cookies for the princess. The cookie jar was brought to the princess by her most trusted royal pooh-bah," Dr. Fith began telling the story. "But before he would give the cookies, the greedy Pooh-Bah would steal cookies from the jar and sell them for his own profit."

"Sounds like Eustace's past self," Courage whispered to Scooby.

"Rouldn't be surprised if it was," Scooby whispered back.

"One day, the baker caught the Pooh-Bah and went to tell the princess, but the Pooh-Bah got to her first. The Pooh-Bah presented the princess with cookie jars that were only half full, and said the baker was the one stealing the missing cookies, the princess was outraged," Mr. Fith continued.

"Like, I would be too if anyone stole my cookies," Shaggy affirmed.

"Re too," Scooby agreed.

"She ordered the baker to have his mouth sewn shut, his eye brows plucked and his body mummified, most unpleasant." Fith told them of the punishment the princess forced onto the baker.

The family all gasped in terror and shock.

"Zoinks! Maybe not that far I would go if someone stole my cookies," Shaggy said, wide-eyed with fright, at hearing the rest of the story and looking between the cookie and the dress.

"Reah, that's sounds scary," Scooby added, with a anxious whimper.

"And the bake is now a centuries old mummy, and he's risen and he's seeking revenge, and he's on his way to this very spot, at this very moment," Fith warned.

This made Courage scream with terror.

"Zoinks!" Shaggy screamed.

"Rikes!" Scooby shrieked in fear.

"Why here? Why us?" Muriel asked.

"This is an ancient drawing of the princess and the Pooh-Bah," Fith said as he took out a scroll that show what the princess and Pooh-Bah looked like, making the family gasped.

"They look just like we do," Muriel said with shock.

"Kinda creepy the resemblance," Courage said, amazed as even though it was just a drawing, it was almost like looking at a drawing done today.

"I think I'll take a nap now," Fith said before fainting and falling to the ground as a result.

The family all looked over the table at him in worry.

"Ah hogwash, ain't no such thing as risen bakers, I'm going to take care of my sheet," Eustace said as he got up and exited the dining room.

"And I'll clean up the place since we are expecting company," Muriel said as she got up and went to the kitchen.

"Rhat should we do now?" Scooby asked, looking afraid.

"We need more information on this story, and ways to stop the mummy when he arrives," Courage answered ominously.

"But like, how do we do that?" Shaggy asked with a frown.

Courage frowned, and thought for a moment, "The computer should know."

The cowardly trio headed up to the attic, and Courage typed in the question which it quickly answered.

"If your mom is coming and she's mad at you, give her some flowers... you twits," it answered.

"No, not that kind of mummy, the undead type," Courage corrected in annoyance while typing it in.

"Ah, a mummy, that's much worse," the computer said realizing what the trio meant.

"Like, you're telling us, how do we stop it?" Shaggy asked.

"Maybe Muriel and the farmer were the Mayan Princess and Royal Pooh-Bah in past lives," the computer said while showing them pictures of the Princess and Pooh-Bah with equal signs next to Eustace and Muriel.

"Rokay, how does that help us?" Scooby asked, looking annoyed.

"If that's so, then the solution to your angry to your angry mummy problem might be found in past life regression hypnosis," the computer answered which caused Courage to howl in dismay.

"Like, oh boy," Shaggy sighed, as he put a hand to his forehead.

"Get Muriel and Eustace dressed up and in the living room. Just need to find my yoyo," Courage answered sighing.

Nodding, Shaggy and Scooby went downstairs and did so.

"Stupid dogs and nephew, dressing us up as stupid Pooh-Bahs!" Eustace complained. "Ain't no such thing as past lives."

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were in the living room trying to get things going, Muriel and Eustace were sitting on the couch dressed up as their past lives. Muriel willing did so but Eustace took a bit of persuading, Courage, Scooby and Shaggy were standing in front of them, Courage was slowing swinging his yoyo back and forth in an attempt to hypnotize them and have them be back in their past lives. And while Muriel seemed to quickly fall into the trance, Eustace still wide awake, and complaining.

"Anyways, I can't be hypnotized. Uh-uh, can't be hypnotized," Eustace said defiantly while crossing his arms. "I can't be hyp-"

"When I snap my fingers, you will start jumping around the floor, uh... like a monkey!" Courage said, trying to give it a test.

"HUH?" Eustace gasped almost as if in shock, he then began going around the living room like a monkey, even making the sounds of a monkey, he even began to scratch his armpit like one.

Courage was dumfounded at his attempt, "Wow, I can't believe that actually worked," he said, while looking at his yoyo.

Shaggy and Scooby then both broke into a laughing fit at the hypnotized farmer acting like a monkey.

"Oh, man! Like, I know I'm supposed to worried and all, but this is just so hilarious! Here, let me try! Alright, Uncle Eustace, I command you to, uh... cluck a chicken!" Shaggy laughed heartily.

Eustace then clucked like a chicken, just like his nephew said.

"Rood one, Raggy! Ry turn, my turn! Rokay, Rustace, I want you to dance... like you got ants in your pants!" Scooby ordered, unable to contain his laughter.

Eustace once again, did as he was told and, danced like has had ants in his pants. Scooby and Shaggy both bouncing into another round of heavy laughter once more as they watched the ridiculous old man.

Courage frowned at the two for playing around, when they got a mummy on the way, "Guys, would you two please stop fooling around? In case you forgotten, that mummy is still on its way here as we speak!" he scolded.

Scooby and Shaggy stopped laughing and looked one another. Feeling convicted by Courage's words, this was no time for jokes, "Oh, right.../Roh, right..."

Courage sighed, before snapped his fingers twice which snapped Eustace out of the trance, and since he was already moving about, it caused him to fall down to the floor.

"Told you! Can't be hypnotized," Eustace said despite being on the floor.

"Here, my princess is your daily supply of royal cookies," Eustace, who now thinks he is the Royal Pooh-Bah, said as he gave Muriel, who is now the princess, the jar full of cookies.

"Thank you, most trusted Royal Pooh-Bah," Muriel said as she removed the lid and took a whiff of the cookies. "Oh, they smell heavenly, my compliments to the royal baker."

To make it seem more real and to help with the hypnotism, the trio dressed up as if they're in the past. Courage was posed as a royal servant, while Shaggy and Scooby posed as royal guards.

"Yeah, yeah, compliments, sure," Eustace quickly said as if he was hiding something which the trio knew was the cookies, they ust need for the right moment to expose himself.

"Hmm," Muriel said looking into the jar.

"Something wrong your princessness?" Eustace asked.

"There seems to be some cookies missing from the royal cookie jar," Muriel answered before becoming angry. "Royal Poo-Bah, yo you know who could be responsible for such a terrible crime?"

"Ain't me, got any sugar cane?" Eustace asked.

"Royal servant, fetch him some sugar cane," Muriel ordered turning to the pink beagle.

"Right away Royal princess," Courage said as he quickly went into the kitchen and came back with an extremely long piece of sugar cane.

Which Eustace quickly took and started to eat raw.

"You believe that it wasn't me?" Eustace asked as he basically devoured the sugar cane.

"Of, course I believe you trusted Pooh-Bah, but then who is stealing my cookies?" Muriel answered before asking.

"I'm working on it," Eustace answered as he finished the last of the sugar can in one bite. "Got more sugar cane?"

"Royal servant, fetch my most trusted Pooh-Bah more sugar cane," Muriel ordered Courage.

"Huh?" Courage asked confused. That's strange. he thought at how Eustace is loving the sugar cane when he hates anything that is even remotely healthy. Either way, he went into the kitchen and manage to find some more.

Scooby and Shaggy were upset that Eustace was getting some treats.

"Like, how come we don't get any treats?" Shaggy pouted, wiping the drool from his chin..

Scooby's mouth turn into a frown, "RI know, right? Rhat's so unfair!"

"Did you two royal guards say something?" Muriel asked.

"Nothing, your princessness!"/Rothing, your princessness!" Scooby and Shaggy both said quickly in unsion.

Returning, Courage gave to Eustace but then he was immediately given a few fans.

"Fan us royal servant," Muriel ordered the pink beagle.

Courage nodded and began to fan them lightly. But it wasn't enough.

"Fan harder, royal servant," Muriel softly said.

Courage wave the fan faster, breathlessly.

"Fan harder, royal servant!" Eustace repeated in a mocking tone.

"I'm fanning as fast as I can, Royal Pooh-Bah!" Courage shouted breathlessly, as he began to fan harder.

"Man, like, even when he's hypnotized, Uncle Eustace is still a jerk," Shaggy commented.

"Ro surprise there," Scooby retorted, dryly.

Suddenly the family heard crashing against the front door.

"Rhat was that?" Scooby shuddered turning to face the door and cowering behind Shaggy.

The horriyfing answer came when the MUMMY broke through the door, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage let out terrified screams.

"It's the royal baker, how goes the royal baking, baker?" Muriel asked, unaware of the danger she was in.

Courage went up to the Mummy and tried to convince him to spare Muriel, only to get sent flying when the mummy slapped him away. Courage screamed when he hit full-force on the wall.

"Courage!/Rourage!" Shaggy and Scooby cried out in unsion, as they went to check up on their friend.

"He did it, the baker stole the royal cookies," Eustace suddenly exclaimed.

"The baker? What proof do you have?" Muriel asked him.

"Like, how can we convince her since she trusts Uncle Eustace more?" Shaggy asked, apprehensively.

"First, we have to stall the mummy," Courage answered with determination, as he moved and tackled the mummy to the floor and slow him down, unfortunately this gave Eustace an opportunity to place a sign on the back of the mummy, that said 'I did it.'

"Told you I was working on it," Eustace told Muriel.

"Oh, my, then we have to mummify the Royal Baker," Muriel declared while shaking her fist in anger.

"A little help?" Courage asked in a whimper as the mummy kept dragging himself along the floor to get to Muriel.

"Hang on little pink dude!" Shaggy yelled as he zoomed over and took two pieces of the cloth that covered the mummy and tied it to the railing.

Scooby also came over and took the paper Eustace placed on the mummy back. He then put it on Eustace's back before changing it to say that Eustace really did it.

"Rook Rook! Rook!" Scooby shouted to Muriel while pointing to the back of Eustace.

"Huh?" Eustace asked trying to look over his shoulder at what Scooby placed there.

"Oh, my, then we have to mummify the Pooh-Bah," Muriel said unsure of what she is witnessing.

"The baker is trying to confuse you and the royal servant and guards must be in cahoots with him," Eustace said as he grabbed the paper and pointed an accusatory finger at the frightened trio, afraid this plan of recreating the mummy's last day failed.

The mummy groaned as he tried to free himself.

Courage took a glance at Eustace for a moment and a plan popped in his head, "Wait a minute, I have an idea," he said getting off the mummy and whispering it to Shaggy and Scooby, who both grin.

"You got it little pink dude," Shaggy said with Scooby nodding.

They turned and walked up to Eustace with Shaggy taking out a giant bag filled with money.

"Huh?" Eustace asked spotting the money instantly.

"Like, please sir, do you have any food? We are hungry," Shaggy asked, while Scooby rubbed his stomach as to show that he was also starving.

Courage rolled his eyes with a smile. Even if this was pretend they're probably hungry right now anyway.

"Yeah," got what you're looking for, I got it right here," Eustace said as he took the money, he then turned around and started fiddling with something.

Courage grabbed Eustace and turned him around. Showing everyone that he had the missing cookies.

"It was him, your princessness! The Royal Pooh-Bah stole your royal cookies! He tried to frame the royal baker, so he could continue selling the royal cookies for his own profit!" Courage explained.

"It was you all along, no longer trusted Pooh-Bah! I order your eyebrows plucked, your lips sewn shut and the rest of you mummified! Royal guards, take him away!" Muriel ordered.

"Yes, your princessness!/Res, your princessness!" Scooby and Shaggy responded in unison saluting her, before heading towards Eustace.

Eustace screamed in terror at being caught. "No, not that! Please, your princessness, anything but that! Uh, how about I split the profits with you, huh? You can even have half of my share and keep the royal cookies! Just give me another chance, will you?" Eustace cried, as he fell to his knees and groveled on the floor.

But Shaggy and Scooby grabbed Eustace by the arms and dragged him screaming out of the living room, "No, no, please!"

And just in time as the mummy finally freed himself. The mummy finally reached her, he then picked her up, and started to get ready to exact his revenge.

Courage let out a gasp, was the mummy gonna have revenge even after all of that?

"Sorry royal baker, I goofed. Your exonerated of the crimes of which you are accused," Muriel told the mummy.

The mummy began to laugh victoriously before dropping Muriel.

"I did it," Courage breath in exhale while wiping off some sweat.

"How can I ever make it up to you?" Muriel asked.

"Hmm," The mummy moaned as he raised his hand to his face in thought.

The family in the dining room sitting at the table, the mummy is long gone and the house was put back in order. Muriel and Eustace were brought out of their hypnotized state, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were out of those servant and guard clothes and Shaggy was back into his regular clothes.

"I'm telling all of you, I just can't be hypnotized!" Eustace declared.

"We heard you the first time, Uncle Eustace," Shaggy said annoyed, while crossing his arms.

"These are from an old Mayan recipe I never knew I knew," Muriel said as she placed a plate full of cookies on the table.

"Rookies!" Scooby said, as the sweet smell of sugary cookies entered his nose.

He and Shaggy ate a two cookies each before shoving three more each into their faces, coating their tongues in chocolate and sugary cookie batter.

"Slow down dears, I have another batch in the oven," Muriel told them smiling.

Good luck in trying to get them to slow down. Courage thought smiling as Shaggy, and Scooby continued to stuff their face full of cookies.

Eustace laughed as he took a bite out of his cookies.

"They sure are delicious," Courage commented, as he ate some as well.

But after a moment, the family heard some groaning coming from nearby.

"Well, if you don't like them, you don't have to eat them," Muriel stated, mistaking the moaning for her family not liking the cookies.

"Wasn't me," Eustace said shaking his head.

"Not me," Courage said as well.

"But then, like-" Shaggy wondered but was cut off when another voice spoke up.

"MM-MMM. I knew I smelled cookies," the voice said.

"Rmr. Rith, are you okay?" Scooby asked, feeling bad that he forgot all about him somehow.

"I'm fine, I just really needed that nap," Mr, Fith answered before grabbing and eating a cookie. "Did I miss anything?"

"Oh, no, not really, the mummy been and gone, gone to a peaceful, eternal rest," Muriel answered. "He's not really a bad fellow, a little musty perhaps."

"He stank, give me more cookies," Eustace demanded.

Muriel then picked up the plate and passed it to him. "He was looking a mite chilly in those old rags though. So, I gave him a nice clean sheet to wrap himself in."

This caught Eustace's attention. "Sheet? Which sheet?"

"The polka-dotted one," Muriel answered but then became surprised when Eustace started to cry a bit.

"That's my favorite sheet! No way that mummy's going to get it!" Eustace yelled before getting up and running off after the mummy.

"Should we go after him?" Courage asked.

"Ah, he'll be fine. Like, besides, we haven't eaten anything all day!" Shaggy, said, as he took another handful of cookies.

"Mmm, good point," Courage agreed, before taking another bite of his cookie.

It was night time at the temple, and call was quiet and calm, as the mummy was in a peaceful eternal rest, with a polka-dot sheet, but the quiet unfortunately did not last long.

"You lousy sheet-stealing mummy! Give back my sheet!" a voice growled. It was revealed at it was Eustace all tied up head to toe by the mummy's old bandages somehow. "I want my sheet! Give me back my sheet!"
