It was currently eight in the morning at the farmhouse, the family were sleeping. When something big and heavy hit the house which sent the bed Muriel, Eustace and Courage were on flying, hit and smashed through the wall.

Courage groaned out in pain, as he spit out of the wood he had in his mouth, "That's gonna hurt in the morning."

"Is it time to get up already?" Eustace weakly asked.

"Eustace, there was an earthquake or an explosion, or worse," Muriel said panicked.

At that moment, Courage looked up to see Shaggy and Scooby coming downstairs from the attic, shock gleamed in their eyes.

"Zoinks!" Shaggy exclaimed, "How the heck did this happened!?"

"Rare you okay?" Scooby asked worriedly, when he saw all the wood and destroyed wall.

"Yeah, I'm okay Scoob," Courage replied, though he was a bit shaken as he got himself out of the mattress.

"Like, what was that?" Shaggy wondered.

Courage concerned himself, could only answer honestly, "I don't know, but we better find out."

Everyone got dressed and went downstairs, opening the front door, the family went over to the side where they all felt the hit. And Shaggy, Scooby and Courage's blood ran cold, the family saw a massive ident in the wall with broken wood, almost as if something large had crashed into it.

"Must have been those darn neighborhood kids again," Eustace said when he saw the damage.

"There's no kids, that can do that," Muriel pointed out.

"And Uncle Eustace, I thought you said we don't have any neighbors," Shaggy reminded his uncle.

"Bah," Eustace waved it off, ignoring his nephew.

Scooby squinted at the ground in thought, "Rut, if no kids did it, who did?"

The answer to Scooby's question came when suddenly the ground started to started to tremble beneath their feet. The ground shudder and shook harder and harder, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all looked around fearfully. The shaking seemed to intensify but then out of nowhere, the family saw a GIANT WHALE come out of the ground and head towards them.

"Oh, my," Muriel gasped with surprise.

"What's huh?" Eustace asked confused.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage just stood there, eyes wide. They're horrified and shocked.

The Whale the landed in front of them, the impact of the ground caused everyone else to tumble to the ground.

"ZOINKS! A giant whale!" Shaggy screamed out hysterically, as he went behind his aunt.

"RIKES!" Scooby gasped out, as he went behind his owner.

Courage screamed before dashing behind Scooby.

"Better call the exterminator," Eustace spoke up not at all fazed at what he is seeing.

Shaggy frowned at his uncle, disbelieved, "Uncle Eustace, we need like a squad team, to get rid of that whale."

"ICKETT? ICKETT BAGGE?!" the whale demanded.

"Ickett Bagge? That's me father's name,"Eustace explained.

"I'm sorry Mr. Whale. But Ickett Bagge is no longer with us," Muriel told the whale.

"He's standing right there, don't try to fool me," the whale threatened while pointing one of its fins at Eustace.

"Eustace, that sand whale thinks you're your own father," Muriel told him.

Taking his hat off, Eustace took out a photo of his father. "I don't see any resemblance," he said as the trio all looked at the photo.

Aside from the white beard, they could honestly be twins.

"Dude, you're both like almost identical twins!" Shaggy protested.

Courage cowered, fear gripping him, "Um, Mr. Whale, what do you want?" he gasped.

"I've come for my accordion," the whale answered.

"What? Accordion? I don't know—hey, me father had an accordion," Eustace said suddenly remembering.

"Raybe you should give it back to him," Scooby frowned, glancing at Eustace apprehensively.

"Me Ma has it," Eustace explained.

"Oh, great, we like have to deal with her again," Shaggy remarked bitterly, while slapping his forehead.

"You're trying to cheat me like you cheated me before Ikectt Bagge. You won that accordion off of me in a crooked card game a long time ago, and I want it back... NOW!" the whale demanded.

"I ain't Ickett. I ain't got no accordion. And I don't want to be talking to no whale," Eustace scoffed.

"It's taken me all this time to find you. And I won't be cheated again," the whale told him.

"Blah, blah, blah," Eustace taunted which caused the whale to growl.

The whale give a threatening growl, which terrified the cowardly trio.

"Like, guys?" Shaggy gasped, as he backed away nervously.

"Run for it?" Scooby whimpered, as he also backed away nervously.

"Yep," Courage squeaked.

The family ran back inside the house, with the whale behind their tails. The family screamed at they're all being chase, first they're chase in the living room, dining room, and in the kitchen hiding behind a broken table.

"Like, do you think he's gone?" Shaggy gasped.

"We're in the house, he can't go anywhere," Courage whispered, in a terrified voice.

"Rood point," Scooby agreed to the small beagle.

Suddenly Courage heard a thumping nose.

"Wait do you guys hear that?" Courage asked, as he heard rumbling, behind the table, they're against.

Shaggy's eyes widened in realization. Just then, he noticed that a familiar voice, he placed his ear on the wall and heard, "Ickett!? Ickett Bagge!?"

Shaggy yelped, immediately knew what was gonna happened, Shaggy screamed to his family in horror, "MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!"

The family ran out of their hiding place, and just in time too, as their hiding place was destroyed by the whale.

"Don't look back!" Shaggy yelled to the others.

Scooby, however, let his curiosity get the better of him and peered over his shoulder. As he saw the giant whale chasing, he screamed and ran faster.

"How does this whale even breathe?!" Courage huffed and puffed, as he ran up the stairs.

"Rho cares?!" Scooby cried, as he also ran up the stairs with the others.

The family tried to hide in the bathroom, but the whale found them, by completely destroying the bathroom.

The only left place to go was the attic, and that's what they did, the family rushed upstairs to the attic, with Courage slamming the door shut.

"Ickett!? Ickett Bagge!?" the family heard the whale screamed out.

Eustace hugged Muriel, while the old couple were shaking with fear, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all hold each other tightly in terror, scared out of their minds. They prayed that the whale won't come up here. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, as the whale burst through the attic floor like a normal whale would do in the ocean, and a few wood pieces of the floor fall through the family, as they covered themselves, from the debris.

"I'm telling you, I don't have the accordion! Me Ma has it!" Eustace told the whale.

"Yeah Mr. Whale, for once in his life, the farmer is telling the truth!" Courage begged with desperation, hoping that the whale would leave them alone.

"Okay, Ickett, if you don't give me my accordion, I'm going to have to shake you up until you do!" the Whale threatened, he then leapt at them with its mouth open.

"ROOK OUT!" Scooby shouted as he suddenly shoved his best friend out of the way.

Shaggy lost his balance and rolled over, for a few heartbeats, he wasn't sure what had happened.

Unfortunately, while Shaggy managed to avoid the attack, Muriel, Eustace, Scooby and Courage got swallowed up by the whale.

"SCOOB! LITTLE PINK DUDE! AUNT MURIEL! UNCLE EUSTACE!" Shaggy shouted, as his family was taken away by the insane whale.

Shaggy jumped from the attic room ran after the whale, but quickly discovered that despite not being in water where it should be, it moved like it was in water. Meaning that the cowardly teen quickly grew tired and before long, it was gone.

Shaggy didn't know what to do, he stood in the clearing feeling hopeless. This was worse than when he thought the time when Scooby had seemingly being turned to stone by the mummy. Worse than almost having his life-force being drained away by werecats and the Weevil.

It was worse because it wasn't just about him being in danger, it was about his aunt and uncle and his best friends.

"Oh man! Oh man! What am I like, gonna do!?" Shaggy said to himself, as he began to panic, knowing that there was little he could do or say in this difficult situation.

A primal fear of the unknown became planted and then sprouted inside Shaggy's mind. His heartbeat quickened and he sweat dropped, "Shaggy calm down," Shaggy tried to relax himself. His fear could become potent enough to block out his rationality. "Now if the little dog dude were here what would he do?" he wondered.

Where could Shaggy even start? He thought back to what the whale had said, racking his brain, and then it hit him. He groan in annoyance, once he thought what Courage would do, "Go to Ma's."

All he had to do was get the accordion from Ma, so he could give it to the whale and rescue his family.

Uncle Eustace, Aunt Muriel, Courage, Scooby-Doo, I'm going to save you.

Walking up the dirt road, Shaggy made his way to the trailer up ahead where Ma Bagge resided, he would have taken Eustace's truck but the whale destroyed it when it was leaving. Stepping up to the trailer, the teenager heard what sounded like a razor coming from inside, knocking on the door, Shaggy waited for Ma Bagge to hopefully answer.

A few seconds later, the door was opened. "Shaggy, good to see ya," Ma said, smiling.

"Yeah, nice too see you too," Shaggy replied in a low voice, as he rubbed his arm awkwardly. Even though, she treats him nice most of the time, he still doesn't like her.

Ma frowned and looked around, "Where's my stupid son?"

"Like, okay Great Aunt Ma, long story short, I came here for an accordion that Uncle Eustace says that belonged to his dad that you now have that belonged to a sand whale," Shaggy explained in a loud voice.

"That darn sand whale, come on in, I'll explained everything," Ma said as she went inside and motioned the cowardly teen to follow.

Going inside with Shaggy closing the door, he went over to the table as Ma handed him a bag of Chex Mix, she then sat down with the accordion Shaggy was looking for.

"That sand whale was me husband's mortal enemy," Ma explained.

"A whale being a mortal enemy? Like, how does that happen?" Shaggy said, feeling very shocked about this discovery.

"You'd be surprised at what can happen, either way, Ickett spent his life hunting that darn whale," Ma answered before moving to an object covered in a tarp before removing it. "And this was Ickett's fine vessel."

"A fishing row boat was his fine vessel?" Shaggy asked with a bewildered glance.

"Yeah, now come on kid, we're going after whale," Ma answered as she easily grabbed Shaggy and tossed him into the ship before tossing the accordion in as well.

Shaggy grunted, hitting the floor of the boat with a heavy thud.

Instead of just following the Whale with a vehicle, Ma insisted that they use the rowing boat, and Shaggy was the lucky one to row the boat with the oars in the sand. Ma was at the front looking around to see if she can spot the whale.

"Man, like, this would be a lot easier, with a car," Shaggy whined, as he row the boat.

Taking a quick look around, Shaggy and Ma saw that they had made it back to the house.

"That way now!" Ma Bagge demanded.

Shaggy breathed out with exhaustion, his lip trembling, "This is gonna be a long day."

Shaggy then used the oars to turn the boat into the direction Ma wanted before rowing in that direction. Sweat poured from Shaggy's brow, he attempted to glance up and see the position of the sun in the sky overhead but could only endure a passing glance of the blinding fireball.

Rowing as fast as Shaggy can and carefully to make sure to not fall into one of the holes that sand whale made, he hoped to eventually reach the whale before his arms fell off. After about ten minutes, they were forced to close their eyes when a sandstorm hit out of nowhere.

Sand kicked up in Shaggy's face, forcing him to close his eyes.

Soon though, they were forced to stop rowing when the sandstorm became so thick and intense that Shaggy could not see anything. But it quickly went away, only to leave a surprise for them.

"LIKE, HOW DID WE END UP HERE?!" Shaggy screamed hysterically as he nervously looked down.

Somehow, someway Shaggy and Ma perched precariously on a tall thin tree about a hundred feet in the air.

A particularly strong wind came and tilted the boat to the side enough where the two began to fall to the ground.

"OW!" Shaggy cried out in pain as they hit the ground, getting up, the teenager rubbed his head in pain.

"STUPID KID! NOW ROW!" Ma ordered.

Frightened, Shaggy began to row frantically, only to realized that he basically in the edge of a tall cliff. Unfortunately, the cowardly teen was too late as he, row off the cliff, and this fall was worse as it was about a thousand foot drop this time, the boat plummeted. When the boat hit the ground, Shaggy and Ma went through it by about ten feet.

Shaggy painfully hit his head again, slumping to the boat.

Groaning, Shaggy slowly got up and looked around, "Like, I gotta start to pay attention to my surroundings."

Inside the sand whale's mouth Muriel, Eustace, Scooby and Courage were bouncing up and down in the whale's mouth. Scooby, was hanging onto Courage tight.

Back outside, Ma spotted the whale, "I see the whale, follow it!" Ma yelled.

Shaggy used all of his strength to, somehow lifted the boat out of the ground swiftly and easily by rowing the oars. Rowing as fast he can, Shaggy and Ma gave chase to the whale.

Shaggy, then begin to play the accordion. Thank goodness for the lessons from Weird Al, he thought, remembering one of his and Scooby's mysteries from the Mystery Inc gang. "HEY WHALE! WE GOT SOMETHING FOR YOU!"

Unfortunately, Ma soon heard the accordion as well.

"Put that down! I ain't giving that to no stupid sand whale! Stupid kid! Do you know how much a sand whale is worth? I'm bagging him and taking him all the way to the whale bank," Ma yelled before laughing greedily.

"But like, what about my family?!" Shaggy asked, looking at Ma in desperation.

"Ah, the whale can keep my stupid son and his stupid wife and those two stupid dogs," Ma answered while laughingly. "Now row!"

Shaggy gulped, as he started to row again he began to feel great anxiety for his family, how was he gonna get his family out of the whale now? Shaggy was determined to get his family out of that whale. Saving his family was his top priority. Oh man.

Inside the whale's mouth, Muriel hang on for dear life on the uvula, while Scooby and Courage tried to struggle their balance on the tongue.

"Rourage, what are we gonna do!?" Scooby cried.

"Um...I don't suppose you got any pepper?" Courage questioned.

Scooby grinned wildly, as pulled out a pepper shaker from behind his back, "Rever leave home without it."

Unfortunately, some of the pepper spices got to Courage who accidentally breathed in it and he tried to hold back a sneeze, but couldn't. "Ah, ah, ah-ACHOO!" he sneezed so loudly that he made Scooby dropped the pepper shaker and it went down in the whale's throat. Courage winced, "Oops, sorry."

"Hey, I found me chair," Eustace said, as he popped out of nowhere, while sitting on his chair.

"I'm glad your comfortable," Muriel grunted, as he hang on to the uvula.

Scooby rolled his eyes before commenting to Courage, "Ras he forgotten we've been eaten by a whale?"

"Apparently," Courage told the Great Dane, rolling his eyes at the old farmer.

Back outside, while Shaggy kept rowing, Ma has the accordion in her hands, "This will attract him, and I'll net him," she said, as she played the accordion.

Shaggy's head was spinning. Did Ma only cared about getting that whale and not saving his family? She seemed to be only caring about was getting that whale and taking him to a 'whale bank.' But then Shaggy had an upsetting thought. Like, what would happen to my aunt, my uncle and my two buddies then?

"HEY! That's my accordion!" Shaggy heard the whale say, before jumping up and diving into the ground and heading towards Shaggy and Ma.

"We got him now! Row faster!" Ma ordered to her great nephew.

"What do you think I'm doing!?" Shaggy spat out, as he row faster with all of his might, and with Ma distracted, he took out of accordion, hoping to give it to the whale in secret, to save his family.

Unfortunately, Ma turned around and saw Shaggy with the accordion out, she bonked him hard in the nose, as Shaggy cried out in pain.

"He ain't getting no accordion! I'm getting him, that's all that's happening," Ma declared, as Shaggy kept rowing.

Like, why is my uncle and great aunt is always so greedy all the time?! Shaggy thought miserably, as he row towards the whale.

Inside the whale, Scooby and Courage hang on to the tonsils, while Muriel lost her grip on the uvula, "Oh my."

"Rare you okay Ruriel?" Scooby asked.

"I'm fine dear," Muriel reassured the Great Dane.

Courage stood by Scooby silently, squinting as he thought of a next plan to get out of the whale's mouth. His eyes studied at the whale's teeth, his eyebrows went up as an idea formed in his head, "Alright Scoob, plan B. Let's ram the whale's teeth."

The two dogs then begin to ram upon the whale's teeth, hoping to annoyed the whale to let them get out.

Back outside the whale jumped over the boat, and got a pile on sand onto the boat.

"Don't try to fool me," Shaggy heard the whale from inside the sand.

Then he heard Ma demanded, "Row, you stupid kid! Follow that whale!"

Even from all the sand pile onto him, he did as he was told and rowed. Like, my arms are gonna be sore after this.

Inside the whale's mouth, the teeth was just too thick to break apart, that Courage quit, because his body ache from ramming, but Scooby didn't stop, despite feeling achy himself. Just then Muriel, Scooby and Courage saw Eustace riding inside a refrigerator, and eating a chicken drumstick.

"Hey, I found our refrigerator," Eustace said, as he rode onto the refrigerator, onto the whale's tongue.

"Rokay, even I can't eat at a time like this," Scooby huffed and puffed from ramming onto the teeth for so long, even he can't eat when he and his family are in peril.

This got an surprise look from Courage, "Wow, I never thought I heard those words coming out of your mouth."

Scooby was now afraid that they're now in a place where it was impossible for them to get out. He was afraid that there was no way for them to be reunite with Shaggy. The sight of the mouth began closing in on him, as if was proving that his hopes were worthless.

Scooby let out a breathless whine, "RI've been try to pound the teeth for so long, I can't even feel my head," It was useless…They're trapped. They couldn't get out.

"Scooby, I'm scared," Courage softly cried frightened, as he hugged the Great Dane.

Scooby although frightened himself, reassured the pink beagle, "Ron't worry Rourage, Raggy will save us, besides he probably knows what he's doing."

"Oh, I have no idea what am I doing," Shaggy groaned as he rowed.

Shaggy try to row towards the whale, but he keeps getting away from him and Ma. Even Ma growled in anger, as she try to catch the whale with her net.

Shaggy, the started to play the accordion, hoping to draw the whale's attention, but he has to put it away every time Ma turned to the teenager. Ma eventually figure out and turned to the cowardly teen in anger.

Nervousness quickly came flooding onto Shaggy, as he chuckled sheepishly, "Uh…Like, how do you like my music?"

Ma then give her responded by bonking her great nephew heavily on the nose, "Stupid accordion giving away kid. Keep rowing!"

Inside the whale's mouth, Muriel, Scooby and Courage were slipping onto the whale's tongue, as saliva suddenly grow into his tongue. The saliva covered their bodies in seconds, from head to feet. It was very thick, like syrup or tar.

Suddenly Scooby felt something unusual, his eyes widening in worry, "Rum, Rourage, I kind of feel tingly all over."

"Me too," Courage replied with concern. His heart felt like it was about to explode from terror. What was going on here?

"Eustace! I think the boys and me are getting digested!" Muriel called to her husband.

Scooby and Courage give out a gasped of fear. They stared into each other's eyes, they're full of fright and their expressions were full of terror.

"Wait, can you get digested in a whale's mouth?" Courage questioned.

"RI don't know! Rut I'm not taking any chances!" Scooby responded, then started screaming with rising panic, "RELP!"

"HELP!" Courage screamed frantically, joining his friend.

Back outside, as Shaggy kept rowing and Ma was trying to catch the whale, he suddenly heard the cries of his best friends, he panicked, suddenly realizing time was running out. Oh-no I gotta hurry! Shaggy looked at Ma with a disapproving frown. Sorry Great Aunt Ma, but my buddies need me! Without hesitation, he pushed Ma onto the sand, with one of the oars.

"HELP! HELP! I'M DROWNING!" Ma cried out, flipping for dear life.

"Great Aunt Ma, you're in a desert! Not an ocean!" Shaggy reminded her.

Ma realized Shaggy was right and looked around, "Oh….oh fudge!"

Shaggy the through a lifebuoy for Ma, and ran out of the boat, while carrying the accordion.

"My accordion!" the whale shouted, as he 'swam' towards the cowardly teen.

"Give me back my accordion!" Ma demanded, Shaggy turned and saw that Ma was after him.

"Zoinks!" Shaggy cried, he then turned to the whale and knew there wasn't much time to lose, "LIKE, HERE'S YOUR ACCORDION WHALE DUDE! he shouted, as he shifted his grip on the accordion before tossing it into the air where the whale caught it in his mouth.

The whale then dove into the ground again, Shaggy then screamed, as he jumped out of Ma's way. The whale slammed his tail before letting out a giant stream of sand from the hole on top of his head. And from it, Muriel, Eustace, Scooby and Courage came out.

Together, Scooby and Courage meekly looked down and screamed at the height.

The family all scream as they flew high into the air, soon the sand that was keeping them in the air stopped which caused them to fall.

"I GOT YOU!" Shaggy yelled, as he carried a mattress, so that Muriel, Eustace, Scooby and Courage would land safely on it.

Though, Shaggy did miscalculate a bit as Muriel, Scooby and Courage safely landed on the mattress but Eustace hit the ground just short of the mattress.

"OW! STUPID NEPHEW!" Eustace shouted in pain.

Ma came running up, while holding a giant net, she used it on the whale, only to realize that the net was cut.

"Oh, like Great Aunt Ma," Shaggy teased with singing in his voice, getting her attention. "This is for endangering my family!" he yelled as he showed a pair of scissors.

"Stupid kid!" Ma Bagge grumbled before realizing that the whale was smirking at her. "Uh-oh."

The whale then swallowed her and going away, Scooby and Courage shook themselves, as they're both covered in saliva. The two of them panted in exhaustion, for air and at the close call.

"I'm going to need a bath," Courage said, disgusted.

"Re too," Scooby said, as he shook off some excess saliva from his fur.

"Either way, thanks for getting us out Shaggy," Courage said before wincing when he noticed that his fur was covered in saliva as well.

"Well, I'm glad everything worked out," Muriel said getting up and dusting herself off, surprisingly, she and Eustace were not covered in saliva.

"But the whale got me Ma," Eustace reminded his family.

"Like Aunt Muriel said, we're glad everything worked out," Shaggy said smiling, he could not careless what happened to Ma, after all what she done today.

"RI just got one question," Scooby said with a confused look, getting his friends attention.

"Like, what is it Scoob?" Shaggy asked.

"Rhat does a whale want with an accordion anyway?" Scooby asked, with curiosity.

In a auditorium, the whales called The Sand Whalers Accordion Group, were performing today, though they do seem to be missing one whale. Luckily before the music was finished, one sand whale made it in time, with an accordion, he had trouble getting back, when the performance was done everyone cheered, the whale bow down, he was so happy, he let out a giant stream of sand from the hole on top of his head, with Ma in it.

"Why do I get the cheap seats!?" Ma complained, before there was no more sand, "Uh oh," she yelped, as she fell down to the stage.
