It only took a few days for Fury to get Vice Director Hand on the job for furnishing the prison. Harry created several port-keys using ropes that if connected would transport anything within the area. After that Harry was pretty hands off. He didn't want anything to do with the day to day operations of the Prison.
Harry instead spent his time working on a new project. Today he stood on the old school grounds. More specifically the hill that carried the main castle and not the side buildings, where he was now constructing a resort. First he laid the foundation, using up the remains of the rubble that would have been Hogwarts, it wasn't difficult. Next he cut down several trees to make the framings.
It took him several days to lay out the rooms and living areas. A day more to create the underground rooms. He took the tunnels and room Salazar built and expanded from there. He created a massive wall of stone and made it see-through right next to the bed of the lake allowing anyone inside to see the varying wildlife in the waters.
After adding the doors and windows Harry was finally able to step back and appreciate what he built. Standing on the position of his old school was a two story wooden building, balconies wrapping all around both floors and supported by solid stone columns. It had one large multicolored window with dragons and phoenixes flying across the panes of glass growing and shrinking between panes of glass.
Nodding to himself Harry went back into the basement and jumped into his trunk coming out minutes later with a large portrait of Hogwarts. He carefully placed it in front of Salazars old room and set a few charms on it allowing him to open the portrait with a parseltongue password.
With the main building done Harry started transmuting the wiring he needed throughout the walls. First he would charm the wires to stick where they were needed and transmute the wood to pull it into itself. Once he finished that it was just a matter of furnishings, Old rugs and paintings in his warehouse were attached where appropriate, appliances and furniture were purchased and laid out, giving the large resort a new feeling of comfort. Fairy lights were charmed for each room, reacting to large movements or voice activation, the large lobby area was filled with couches and bookshelves, a game room filled with billiards and darts. A bar off to the side, just like his home. The second floor was exclusively guest rooms and the basement areas were used for a theater and indoor pool. It had one large sitting room with the charmed wall showing off the underwater display and several more guest rooms.
The best part was the final basement floor, the new elevator would deposit you into a small room with a single door. Behind it was a massive and empty room that when interacted with properly allowed it to be used like the old Room of Requirement from Hogwarts.
"Finally finished!" Harry sighed as he fell onto a couch facing his aquarium wall. His thoughts went over who to invite first when he realized he might not be done yet. Huffing out a breath of air Harry stood back up and took a step popping himself outside the building overlooking the valley he now owned.
"They said camping right?" Harry asked himself as his eyes drifted over to the large forest that wasn't nearly as forbidden as his old world. Harry walked down and started planning in his head and realized that there was still tons to do if he wanted to host Xavier and his students here.
Harry just decided to call in the cavalry. Taking out his phone he picked a contact and brought it up to his ear, "Hey Gandalf. What do you need?"
"Well I'm working on a piece of real estate and need an extra set of eyes to plan things out. So I'm calling you because I didn't want to bother Pepper." Harry said with a smirk.
Tony groaned on the other end of the line, "You know I would be more offended if she wasn't so good at what she does."
"She's sitting right next to you isn't she?" Harry asked with a laugh.
Tony was about to speak up when Pepper took his phone, "Yes she is. Hello Harry, how are you?"
Harry chuckled while greeting her, "Hello Pepper. I'm doing well, just working on a real estate thing and wanted a second opinion. Are you and Tony busy?"
"Give me a moment." Pepper said.
Harry heard some talking over the line and waited. It only took a minute for Tony to speak up, "Give us 20 minutes and portal to the Malibu house?"
"Sure Tony. I'll see you soon." Harry hung up and smiled, "Looks like I got some backup."
—
Tony and Pepper were sitting in Tony's living room. Pepper on the phone and using a tablet, and Tony was fiddling with a design on his phone when a portal appeared in the center of the room. Both looked up to see Harry standing there with a backdrop of a large manor behind him, "You guys ready?"
Tony immediately pocketed his phone as he got up and gave Harry a shoulder bump as he walked through the portal, "You know I'm always ready to do something." He was followed shortly by Pepper who gave Harry a light hug as the portal closed.
"Woah." Pepper said as she finally noticed where they were. Two sides of the hill they were standing on were wrapped by a large lake, the mountains in the distance covered in forests, the only thing suggesting there weren't in the middle of nowhere was the large dark oak building with beautiful glass panes. "This place is gorgeous."
Tony stood beside her taking it all in, "So where are we?"
Harry smiled and presented the area with a flourish, "Welcome to Potter Retreat! A brand new resort for my friends and family."
Pepper smiled excitedly, "It is wonderful Harry."
Tony just gave him a slightly annoyed look, "That doesn't answer my question."
Harry chuckled, "Fine. We are technically in Scotland."
Tony's eyebrow rose at that, "Scotland? Like your old school…" Slowly Tony's question died as he gave the area a more searching glance, "This is the site for your old school isn't it?"
Pepper was momentarily confused, "Old school? Oh Hogsmeade right?"
Harry shook his head, "No. Hogsmeade was the village that, in my old word, was located right there." Harry said, pointing down the hill to a large area of forest.
Tony and Pepper both looked over the area again before Tony spoke up, "So why did you build here? Did you have to buy the whole area?"
Harry waved them to follow him as he walked towards the resort building, "Well I would have if I hadn't found out about Salazar coming here before me." Tony acknowledged that so Harry continued, "Turns out he set some wards towards the end of his life span tying them into the leylines, allowing this whole valley to be basically hidden for the past 900 years."
Tony squinted his eyes, "Meaning?"
Harry looked over his shoulder at him as they stepped into the building, "I bought the surrounding area for a very small amount and renewed the wards. They still don't know this area exists." Harry finished as he sat in a nearby chair leaving the couch for them.
Tony gaped at him, "That's completely ridiculous!" Pepper chuckled at Tony while also being slightly surprised at Harry's luck. Grumbling, he took a seat opposite Harry, "So why did you want Pepper's help exactly? It seems like the building is done."
Pepper took her seat beside Tony while Harry explained, "Well I built this mainly because Xavier and I had a conversation about his charges a few days ago." Harry pulled out a tea set and made him and Pepper some tea while handing Tony a butter beer. "You see he tries to take the children at the institute to summer camps and other such excursions during the summers. Unfortunately quite a few of his students don't look how the average human would, and it has caused a few issues in finding places for them to go."
Tony looked annoyed at the difficulties they were facing while Pepper seemed sad, "So you decided to build a place for them to go?"
At that Harry nodded, "Yes, but I realized soon after I was done that it's just another x-mansion in a different part of the world. So I decided to do more but on my way I realized I don't know exactly what to build or how to arrange everything."
"Which is why you wanted my help?" Pepper asked.
"Yes. You may have never done this exact thing but you might have an insight into how I can arrange extra buildings while Tony can help me come up with fun activities to incorporate." Harry said, sipping his tea.
Tony and Pepper easily agreed, "So when do we start?" Tony asked.
Harry just cleaned up their finished drinks, "Right now." From there Pepper got a general idea of what Harry wanted to do and had him create a quick map of the land around the resort. Harry even took her and Tony on a carpet ride to point out the best areas to build and develop. When she had everything she needed Harry returned her to the Malibu house so she could call in some designers. Meanwhile Tony and Harry started on the more fun aspect of this endeavor, recreation.
"Well we knocked out the main and easy ones first, canoeing, camping, and a zip line." Tony said as he started designing items using his phone as a projector.
Harry nodded, "Those will be easy to do. What about something a little more fun?" Harry then created an illusion of a giant water slide that started at the top of the hill.
Tony grinned, "How complicated could you make this with magic?"
Harry scratched at his chin as he started altering the illusion thinking over the different ways to enchant it. When he was done the slide started off with a quick drop in an enclosed tube that was see through on the top, it then went into a sharp climb up before it did a few quick spirals, big turns and released the slider into the lake. "What do you think?"
Tony laughed, "I might just come to use this thing. What's next? What about an area for sports?"
Harry tilted his head back and forth, "We could, but I don't think they will do much with it, considering they have the space for that at the mansion." Tapping his chin Harry said, "What about an obstacle course?"
Tony nodded, "That would work. We need to make the obstacles varied for different powers so it would still be a challenge."
Harry agreed and they started working immediately, drawing up designs and ideas. This was all they did until Harry got a call from Pepper, "I got the designs ready."
Harry replied, "Excellent! Ready for pickup?" Pepper agreed and Harry made a quick portal to get her. After they were all gathered together Pepper laid out the plans and started showing Harry a few different variations and where they might go. The plans weren't anything super detailed, more like a mock up, but they did give Harry the needed spacing and ideas.
While crafting the extra buildings Harry was reminded to add walkways and such. Harry, used to walking through grass, groaned at forgetting outside walkways. He then proceeded to build a stairway into the side of the cliff face leading down to the edge of the lake. He crafted a pier from wood and built water entry point near the stairs and packed the dirt for other common walkways, specifically between the main resort house and the new cabins. It took several days to finish everything. Tony stayed with him but Pepper had to go back to work so she was dropped at home that night.
When he was done, Tony had already ordered a bunch of materials for the activities they had planned. Tony met him halfway to the main house and did a final walk-through of the new cabins and camping area. "Looks good." Harry nodded and examined his finished work, "What are you going to do about food?"
"The same thing I do for my house. I'll just use the warehouse I purchased to hold the furniture for everything and buy in bulk, keeping it all in the stasis cabinets in the kitchen and pantry."
Tony nodded absently as he overlooked the solid wood cabins and large bonfire area in the middle. From the cabins he could see the pier on the lake and the main house on the hill. "What next?"
"Next? We build the fun stuff and furnish everything." Tony and Harry both grinned before they got to work. Harry made a portal to collect the things Tony purchased and they started to lay out the materials and items bought. First they made a canoe rack and attached it to the pier next to a water access point. Behind the cabins and away from the lake, they made the obstacle course. The course zigged and zagged between trees, large climbing walls, poles stuck into the sides of trees for swinging, and small platforms dotted the course. Each area would test the people running it and their physical abilities. Throughout the construction Tony and Harry kept enchanting and inscribing things on the obstacles that caused them to move or attack the person running the gauntlet.
When they were done with the obstacle course they set their sights on the large sheets of plastic. Harry used his abilities to build the huge water slide adding more drops and turns than he planned, making it resemble tangled wires rather than a slide. Some quick enchanting and he had a never ending source of water that would push the riders through the entire thing letting them out in the waist deep area of the lake near the pier.
While Harry was working on the water slide, Tony installed a zip line that connected from the main house to a tree near the camp grounds. Putting the final touches Tony nodded and saw Harry nearby finishing up the water slide entrance, "You almost done?"
Harry didn't answer immediately, doing a couple of waves of his hand before pressing a green area on the side of the slide causing the sound of rushing water to come pouring out of the slide. Harry turned to Tony with a big grin, "Just need to test it now."
Before Tony could say anything Harry had grabbed him and shoved him head first into the slide. Tony let out a very feminine scream that slowly turned into loud whoops of excitement. The slide started off blue but slowly changed into a kaleidoscope of colors as the slide twisted and turned. During the second fall the slide goes completely dark except for small pinpricks of light, signifying the stars only to quickly switch to a rainbow of colors spiraling around you until you're quickly shunted out of the slide into the cold lake.
Tony came up sputtering, the water barely reaching his chest, and about to curse Harry when he heard the sounds of excitement behind him only to see Harry flying out of the slide as well slamming into him. Tony once again came up sputtering while Harry floated nearby laughing. "That was awesome."
Tony glared at him as he slowly marched to the ladder nearby, taking him out of the water and onto the pier. Tony looked down at his soaked clothes and was about to complain when he felt a slight breeze and it was dry again. Grumbling he looked at Harry who levitated out of the water drying himself as well, "Don't be so sour Tony. I know you had fun." Tony just flicked him off.
Laughing Harry just led the slightly irate inventor back to the main house ready to tell Xavier about the new resort.

Unfortunately for Harry the X-Men were unavailable for a few days, meaning he had to sit on his news for now. Seeing as he had all this space though he decided to check in with his friends and invite them over. It was barely 30 minutes later that Clint and Natasha walked out of the main house with Harry as he showed off the whole thing. As they stepped into the main campgrounds Harry finished explaining why he built it and how it was going tto be used. "So what do you think?" Harry asked.
Natasha shared a look with Clint who seemed to be battling with something. Leaving him to make his decision Natasha look at Harry and smiled, "I think it's wonderful. That obstacle course is calling my name though. So, if you don't mind." Natasha said as she walked off while Harry just watched her with a smile.
It wasn't until Clint got next to him and said something, "You do know she can tell you're checking her out, right?"
Harry kept his eyes on her and replied, "Sure do." Natasha must have heard because she looked over her shoulder at them and Harry just sent her a wink. Harry could hear her laugh in the distance before she was hidden by the trees. "So what's up Clint?"
Clint seemed to battle with himself again before finally looking Harry in the eye, "Can I trust you Harry?"
Harry was concerned, "You know you can. Did something happen?"
Clint shook his head before he looked back over the campgrounds, "I have a family. A wife, a son, and a daughter. When you showed this place off, my first thought was how much my kids would love it. Due to my job though I don't get to really take them to places like this, because I couldn't stand the idea of them being put into danger."
Harry just smiled, now understanding the dilemma his buddy was facing, "Don't worry about it. You can bring them here whenever you'd like. The Winter is pretty harsh but plenty of snow for sledding and snowball fights. Considering that the only way to get here is through me, this place will be perfectly safe."
Clint sighed in relief, "Thanks Harry. I'm glad you aren't going to make a big deal out of this."
Harry just waved him off, "Again, don't worry about it. I know I still have a few secrets from everyone here. Some things are just too important or too difficult to speak about. Now let's go see if Nat made it through." Clint just grinned in response.
