Hey, so you're Specialist. What's your... Hatsu? When you called the phone?"

Oh fuck. Something I realized after I showed him that is I had become too comfortable with him. I never planned to talk to him. It was only a plan B if I couldn't defeat All For One or take back my Quirk. And I really don't want to do Plan C and do a Adult Gon. But I planned for this, there's a chance he'll think that my Nen ability is villainous. Well, at least I had time to come up with an explanation.

"Ok, but there's something I want to make clear. I was five and was mad at the world when I made my Hatsu. I've never used it."

"Um, ok. Why are you saying this?".

"Just so I don't have to explain it afterwards." Now Izuku began to look worried. "Ok, this is my Hatsu". I took a deep breath before starting. "My Hatsu's name is Quirk Hunter. It let me, after fulfilling certain conditions, take someone's Quirk and use it for myself."

After my explanation, I thought back to the day I woke up in the hospital. Chrollo Lucilfer was the inspiration and that is easy to notice with the fact that I just replaced Skill in Skill Hunter with Quirk. With it, I don't really have to defeat All For One, but it also allow me to get the possibility to defeat him as well.

"Uh, Quirk Hunter? Take Someone's Quirk? How is that possible?" asked Izuku with wide eyes. That was something that I had hoped for him to ask, so I could distract him with how it works instead of why I chose a steal Quirk ability.

"That's actually an interesting question. I use both Conjuration and Manipulation which I have both 80% efficient in. After I've taken a Quirk and when I'm going to use it, it'll works like this. First, I use Manipulation to manipulate my DNA so that I have a Quirk Factor to the Quirk I want to use. Then Conjuration is used to automatically produce the organic parts needed. For example, if I had a Quirk that only was a tail, it would have Conjure muscles, bones, and skin so that I can use it."

It was quiet for a few seconds before Izuku started writing everything down in his notebook, just as I had hoped. "Question! How do you know what to change your DNA into? If you get something wrong with the Quirk Factor, you won't be able to use the Quirk, even if you have all the biological pieces."

I looked at him for a couple of seconds before I remembered that he didn't see Shinso Quirk as villainous.

"Um, I have a question. Do you decide what your Hatsu is or is it decided?"

"Eh? No, it's up to you. The only thing that's out of your control is your Aura Type."

"Ok, just needed to check. Uh, deciding what ability you have." Izuku looked like he was thinking of something, a smile on his face. At first I wondered what he was talking about, but I remembered that he's used to the idea of being born with a specific power, but having a choice in that is new to him." So why did you choose... that?"

Ah Fuck.

I cleared my throat, "You see. By the time I was five, I'd already had my Nen for a while and with the way everyone was reacting to me being Quirkless and my mom having died recently... I decided that I didn't want to be Quirkless anymore. But by the time Quirk Hunter was finished, I was no longer a pissy five-year-old and realized that I couldn't just take anyone's Quirk. I realized that I could have just done something more normal and said that it was my Quirk."

"Oh, yeah. I can see that. I know how it felt." Izuku's face got a gloomy smile, obviously thinking over recent years. It got me to think, and it brought up bad memories for myself, so I changed the subject back.

"Um, I mentioned fulfilling certain conditions for Quirk Hunter to work, do you want to know them?"

I could see how Izuku left his funk and got back to his curious normal self. "The first one is simple, I need to know the name of the Quirk. It must either be one that the owner sees as the name of the Quirk or by the law. But if the legal name was forged or if the owner didn't register the Quirk's real name, it wouldn't work. The other thing is I have to have a rough idea of how the Quirk works. So, if I were to try to take All Might Quirk without knowing that it could be passed to someone else, I would have failed."

Izuku looked like he was thinking it through. "I see. If you were going to have to take a Quirk, you would need to know how it works. I can definitely see why Quirk Hunter would have that weakness, but I don't see why you need the Quirk's name."

"Oh, remember when I talked about Nen Vow and Limitation when you asked who trained me?"

"Um, yes. You said, um... If you say who taught you, you'd lose your ability to use Nen, wouldn't you?"

"Yes, but vow and limitation can also be used and reinforce one's Nen or Hatsu. When it comes to stealing Quirk's, it's like taking someone's arm and transplanting it onto your own body. It's not easy. I'm a genius when it comes to Nen, but even I have limitations. Limit that I can overcome with Nen Limitation".

Izuku blinked twice. "You replace your limit. You took a limit on something else so you could do something you couldn't."

"It's more like I did a limit on something that I couldn't do, so I made it so I'll always have that weakness. Something disappears but you get something else. Now you want to hear the third one?"

"Yes Tomoe sensei"

" Ok, hang on now. The third is three conditions." Izuku raised an eyebrow but was quiet and let me explain. "They are, I need to see the Quirk used. And all of those are going to happen in one hour, which is why I'm counting them as one condition".

Izuku blinked several times. "How can you even think of attempting to use it?! I understand that it needs a limitation, but to have all of that voluntarily is... Oh wait. Yes, you said you won't use it. So, it doesn't matter." Izuku took a deep breath after ranting about my Hatsu. "Sorry, they were just very much. If it's weakness is known, it will be impossible to use it."

"Well, it's like I said. Take off an arm and put it on yourself."

"Yes sensei. I should have understood that it's something that needs a lot of limitations. Can I ask you another question?"

"I should have time for one more before I go home."

"Did you fight Kacchan?"

Oh shit. "Oh, look what time it is. I think I need to go home now." I picked up my bag from the floor and started walking towards the door of Izuku's room.

" Tomoe sensei! You-"

As I walked out the door, I gave him homework so he couldn't ask any more questions. "I want you to be able to make the leaf do 360 with one finger by tomorrow ok. Bye!", I said and ran past Inko and out the door.

After I had left, Inko walked into her son's room. "Is everything alright Izuku? She was in a hurry." She raised an eyebrow." You didn't do anything bad , right?"

"WHAT! No. Um… She was just in a hurry to get home".

"Oh, ok... But what was it about the leaf that she was talking about?"

"Ummmm".

I sat at my desk, it was a test of when Quirk showed up and how it changed the world. That wasn't something difficult for me, I didn't even have to study, but that was because I had checked it out when I was around five or six. They didn't talk much about it in the anime other than that it happened, All For One was there and unknowingly created One For All. Reading about the ones that were more than just interesting, and the fact that I was able to go through all who had One For All is especially interesting. And with how much Fate and DxD I've seen about Japan's early history. And that I was a fan of Oda Nobunaga and Sakamoto Ryōma, I have an idea of the most important events. However, I don't even want to admit how many times I almost said or wrote she or her about Nobunaga. The curse of a fate fan.

But that wasn't the only thing I was good at. Thanks to the fact that I lived in the most called Pri-quirk era, I know many things about it. I think I'll never forget the times I got one hundred percent on a test that I didn't even study over.

I was interrupted of my thoughts when the bell rang, and the school day was over. And before I even have time to get up, Inasa walked over to me.

"Hello Tomoe-chan. How's it going? I wasn't able to ask what happened to Midoriya, so what happened?"

Inasa's natural high voice drew the eyes of some in the classroom and like most people our age they started whispering.

" Hey, you see that? Yoarashi is talking to The Quirkless Oni".

" What? How disgusting, he's talking to the Quirkless girl".

"Hush, maybe she can hear you."

"What does it matter. I don't care what rumors she comes up with for herself. A Quirkless is a Quirkless and therefore useless."

"Do you think they're dating?"

I decided to ignore them and answer Inasa's question. "He's fine. After what happened, he was sorry for what he said and as an apology, Izuku gets some training for U.A."

Inasa looked at me for a few seconds." Are you for real?"

" Yep"

"Well, it looks like I burned my All Might posters too fast".

I raised an eyebrow." That was fast… So do you now have Endeavor-"

"No, fuck Endeavor!"

Well, it looks like that is still the same. "Oh, I see. Are you going to hang up Mirko's posters then?"

Inasa was stopped about ranting about Endeavor by my words and his face turned red. "WHAT?! No! I I, um. You skipped Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, and Hawks!"

"I was just guessing."

Inasa took a deep breath and exhaled, his blush began to disappear. "So, um. I was wondering if I could meet up with him again now after school?"

"Um... I don't know. Izuku is pretty busy with training right now. But I think it can be done."

" Thank you very much!"

(Crash)

One of the teachers' heads came through the door." Mr. Yoarashi, what have I told you about destroying the floor!"

We started walking towards the beach. Instead of going to my or Izuku's place, we're going to meet at Dagoba Municipal Beach. And with the way our schools are located, it's a bit difficult to walk there together.

"So, where are we going? We've already walked past the gym."

"To Dagoba Municipal Beach".

"But there is no beach up a head, just a garbage disposal."

"Yeah, I think I see what you meant when you said he was busy," Inasa said, looking around. "Please don't tell me he's going to clean up the whole beach?"

"That's the plan. Before the U.A. entrance exam".

"Oh… Right, I started calling him Izuku without thinking after we only knew each other for an hour. Do you think he's ok with that or should I just call him Midoriya?"

"I think you'll have to ask him about that. Come on," I said, and started walking towards Izuku. As we approached, I shouted "Izuku, All Might" and waved.

All Might who saw me, said fast." Eh, All Might? Where? I'm sorry it looks like you are-"

"It's me All Might. Yoarashi Inasa".

It took a second, but All Might recognized him. "Young Yoarashi? Oh, you scared me there."

"I'm sorry!" he said, banging his head down on the beach. I thought it was good he did this here, so he didn't hurt himself, but when he straightened himself again, it was a small piece of metal that stuck out of his head. Blood running down his face." I didn't mean to scare you."

"You're bleeding!" yelled All Might as blood spurted out of his mouth.

Izuku and I just watched, unsure of how to react.

"Oh, so you wondered how I was doing?"

"Yes. I don't have yours or Miss Fukumo- I mean Miss Tomoe's phone number. So, I could only wait until now to see how you were doing. Also... Are you ok with me calling you Izuku?" asked Inasa, a bandage on his forehead.

Izuku was surprised for a second before he smiled back. "Yes, please just call me Izuku, Inasa-san."

"Thank you very much Izuku-san," Inasa said, and they shook hands.

"Heh, it looks like they're enjoying each other's company?" said Small Might.

"Yes," I replied simply.

"So, you're cleaning the beach... Do you need help?"

"No no, this is my training. I, um. I need more muscles. Because, you know... Quirkless".

"Oh, ok. But why don't you go to a gym?"

"Oh, um."

" Unfortunately, it's because he's Quirkless", Small Might replied and I knew what he was talking about.

When Quirk started to become normal, then the normal gyms started to become not enough. You only have to wonder how much All Might can bench press to understand that a 2020 gym can't give him a challenge. That led to the Quirk Gym, which is now just known as the gym. They are specially made so those with Quirk can exercise, and you can also apply to train your Quirk there, sometimes with a Pro Hero. Even my dad often went there before...

But the reason why those who are Quirkless is not allowed there is because when a Quirkless who has been bullied so much that he can't bear to live anymore decided to blow up the gym with himself. If it had happened ones, I'd say it was an overreaction, but when you can't count how many times it's happened on two hands, even I as a Quirkless can agree with that decision.

"Uh why?" asked Inasa.

"The bombers," replied Small Might as if he should have known it.

"Oh, yes. I remember now, my sister talked about it a lot ones. She was pretty angry."

"Oh, your sister. She was the one who picked you up after The Slime Villain attack."

"Oh, yes. She was pretty angry. When she saw that I was there instead of home, she came and picked me up."

"Yes, I think I saw it. You were riding in a Police car," I said, wondering about it. They didn't say anything about his family in the anime.

" Yes, she is the Assistant Chief".

A "eh?" came from us while we listened to what he said.

" Assistant Chef, then she works with Kenji Tsuragamae?" Asked Small Might.

"Yes, Chief of Police. He even went to our house for lunch once, nice guy."

Heh, so if I remember it correctly. She's like the second highest rank you can get.

"Well, this was interesting, but if Young Midoriya is going to make today's workout on time, he's going to have to hurry up now," Small Might reminded.

"Yes All Might!", Izuku said before going back to pulling the garbage.

" Remember young Midoriya, lift with your legs!"

I knew it.

"Well, it's time for me to go home. Bye-bye." We said goodbye to Inasa who started to walk home while I and Small Might watched Izuku train.

The sun had begun to set, All Might had gone earlier to stop a Villain with a sound Quirk, which left Izuku and me behind on the beach. Izuku was on the ground, not being able to use Ren makes it more difficult, but with Zetsu he recovers better than in cannon. Or he should, it still looks like he's going to die any second.

I put a metal disc on the ground in front of Izuku and took out a plastic cup and put it on the disc, then I took out a water bottle and filled the mug with water. Izuku looked at it thirsty and reached out to take the mug, but before he could I put a leaf on the water and with a revelation Izuku opened his eyes as wide as he could.

"Do I have to?" asked Izuku in a hopeless voice.

I didn't answer, I just stared at him back and tried to ignore his puppy eyes. After a minute of us looking at each other I was about to give in when his Aura left his body and he did Ten. Izuku got up and tried to get the leaf do a 360.

"So, about Kacchan?"

I immediately considered escaping like I did yesterday, but if he tries again then it means he will just keep asking until he gets an answer. He's stubborn. I took a deep breath and prepared to explain. After all, it's better if I tell him now than if he asks Bakugo. Why? Because I don't want to be asked why I started singing when I was fighting Bakugo. I can't explain it and the only thing I have is I hit my head too hard. So yeah... No one gets to know about that.

"Yes, I fought with Bakugo. And yes, I'm ok."

"Really? Kacchan is super strong and talented."

Don't underestimate your sensei now. He came to beat a Quirkless girl, but he had to fight against a Nen Master. And that was his mistake."

"Mistake? Wait! You won!"

"Why are you surprised? Do you believe in me so little?"

"What! No, it's just, um. I'm just having a hard time seeing him lose. Wait, did you use Nen to beat him."

"Yes. I tried to finish it quickly with bloodlust, but his willpower was strong enough to ignore the effect. Which is how you get permanently damaged by Nen by the way, remember that for the future."

"What?! Kacchan would never do anything like that," said Izuku, fully believing what he says.

"Unfortunately it's true, I can even show you the letter he sent me." I pick up my backpack which is the same one I have too school. I couldn't remember when I put down the letter in my bag, but I did and I keep it for some reason. Probably to use against Bakugo. I gave the letter to Izuku and his eyes widened, looking at both sides.

"Um, Tomoe-chan, Kacchan didn't write this".

"I can understand how you feel, but you have to understand that Bakugo is not-"

"No, I mean it's not his handwriting. Kacchan's handwriting looks much better than this. It looks like whoever wrote this can barely hold a pen."

"Eh?!" I was really surprised by that. I tried to remember what he was like at this time in the anime, but I couldn't remember if it was something that he would do. But there was one thing I was sure of. "I'm not going to apologize."

"Tomoe-chan!"

And now we have it! Tomoe's Hatsu. I'm sure some of you had figured it out, after all Tomoe mentioned Chrollo Lucilfer in chapter 3. But that was a while ago. But hers is a bit different, more Tomoe's style, and stealing Quirk's is harder because it is practically stealing body parts. So more limitations.

Also, that's where the idea for the name of this story comes from. You probably thought it came from Hunter X Hunter, but shouldn't this be called Hero X Hunter then? But anyway, please comment in a review if you had figured out Tomoe's Hatsu or if it were a surprise.

We also got to see a little of Inasa and know a little about his sister. I have plans for her, you will see it later. But they also talked about Quirk Gym which is something that I want to go more into later. The MHA world is interesting for how superpower effects society. And that's something I'm going to focus on.

Fun fakt: with Hisoka's Personality Test. Bakugo Nen type is probably Emitters.

Emitters are impatient, not detail-oriented, short-tempered, and quick to react volatilely. They resemble Enhancers in their impulsivity, but the difference between them is that Emitters tend to calm down and forget more easily. Because of the nature of Emission, many Nen abilities created by Emitters are primarily long range.

Bakugo's Quirk is an Emitter too, so Bakugo is a full on Emitter. Or a double Emitter if you like.
