Nen is life energy, so when the owner dies, the Hatsu disappears. With the strange exception be due to Post-Mortem Nen, who made it so that it not only didn't disappear but became stronger. (Flashback: 9 Year Old Tomoe)

I turned on my computer, I knew how to make my plan work, I needed more power, and I decided to take Quirk's. But not from Pro Heroes or civilians, but criminals. So I was trying to find how to get on the dark web so can get info on dem. Unfortunately, I forgot that Kenzou don't knock.

"Hey Tomoe-chan. Dad wonders if you wanted that old anime T-shirt you saw..." Onii-chan had walked into my room and looked at my computer screen before I had time to click it away. We watched for a few seconds before he sighed. "I know you want to watch your retro anime, but that doesn't mean you have to look for them on the Dark Web."

"Eh?", I said. Not sure what he was talking about.

"You don't have to play clueless with me. I can help you."

It turned out that he thought I was looking for banned anime. To my dismay, the Hero Public Safety Commission (the HPSC) had banned anime that went against public perception and drew Villainous activities into a positive outlook. So no Death Note. Damn they tried to banned One Piece.

But unfortunately for them, the One Piece was the inspiration for many of the first Heros and became a national treasure. It even goes on TV today, a hundred years later. That is one of the good things about being reborn here. One Piece, all the episodes are out now, and I've seen how Buggy became king of the pirates, and then Luffy knock him down and become the true king of the pirates. I was also able to see jujutsu kaisen and jojo's bizarre adventure, all ten and a half parts.

The only hard part is to find them. Black Clover? No problem. Naruto? I can stream it right now. But all that are Villainous, I need to go to The Dark Web. Some popular anime don't even up on google!

That led to me and Onii-chan surfing the Dark Web. Not the most normal of sibling activities, but he liked some of the anime, which says something because it aren't much on TV that he likes.

When I was eleven I got to surf by myself and I can finally look for who to go after. But that lead to the current problem. Who should I go after?

But I knew what it was. It was a typical isekai of this age. Someone with a typical weak Quirk suddenly finds themselves in a world where their weak Quirk is useful and they become one of the strongest in the world. Fun fact, a character is considered OP if they can beat All Might. Because apparently, All Might is the borderline for being an over powerd character. Damn, I remember when the internet went crazy when an manga had the MC defeat an All Might ripoff easily. The All Might fan boys went crazy there...

"Hey Izuku. Did you hear about an anime called, My Quirk took Me to a Another World and I found a Cheat Item and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too?"

Izuku didn't have to answer to give me an answer, because his face expressed in hatred and annoyance. "Tomoe-chan, please don't mention that manga to me." His eyes then widened. " Wait! Don't tell me I need to read it?"

"No, I was just wondering."

Izuku took a deep breath.

"But they're a couple of anime that I want you to see. Due to the fact that Quirk is a well-known power system, almost everyone uses it as a base. " Rubber Quirk? rubber quirk? Luffy has no god damn QUIRK?!"

Izuku jumped back when Tomoe screamed, but he could only feel terror when she picked up a sandal from the floor next to her and filled it with the bloodthirsty Aura.

"Wait! I didn't know, I was never interested in it. I didn't know!"

Tomoe walked closer to Izuku, the deadly weapon in his hand. "Oh, why weren't you interested in it?"

Izuku, seeing no problem in the answer, replied, "They're just pirates and marines, no Heros."

it was the last straw, and Tomoe struck the deadly weapon at Izuku.

" No, aaahhh!"

Izuku POV

After the worst pain of my live (and a now tattered sandal), I walked out of Tomoe's room. It had started to get late and after that I didn't have the energy for any Nen Leson, so we decided to do it tomorrow when I had a rest day. Which I was hoping we will only be watching one of those old animes.

I brought my hand up to my cheek, a red mark there in the shape of a sandal that stung every second. If these are the pain that a Nen Master can do, then it's no wonder that Kacchan lost.

"Hey, how's it going?" I looked into the kitchen, there was Tomoe's father, Mr. Fukumoto. With her brother next to him. They looked like they were going through the papers on the kitchen table.

"Yes, Mr. Fukumoto. Is there anything I can help you with?"

"Yes. We heard quite a lot of screaming before." He pointed to his cheek. "Does it have anything to do with that?"

"Um, yes. I, um, managed to make her angry with me".

Mr Fukumoto raised an eyebrow. "How?"

"Um... I, um, thought a character from an old anime had a Quirk," I said weakly.

"Ah, yes. She takes those old retro anime pretty seriously. I think it was how she dealt with her mother's death."

"What do you mean?", I asked. Interested in knowing more about Tomoe.

"She started watching one that was on TV after her death. She wasn't interested in them before, just the Hero series. But after that, they were the only thing she looked at... What was it again? It was the one with pirates, I think?"

"One Piece," replied Tomoe's Brother. "That is the only Pri-Quirk age anime that still go on TV."

EH, so she started watching it after her mom died. The memory of when I started analyzing Heroers and Quirk came to me, I didn't know why until I realized that I started doing only those after Kacchan stopped being my friend and I became known as Quirkless... Huh, that's why she got so mad about it.

I couldn't think any more about my revelation before my phone vibrated in my pocket. A text from my mom asking when I'm coming home.

"Ah, yes. I think I'll go now. I'll be back tomorrow, Tomoe-chan wanted to show me one of those anime".

"Uh, of course. Then you better not make your mother wait now," Mr. Fukumoto said, turning back to the papers.

On the way home, I wondered what I had learned. Sure, I had been thinking about my Hatsu, but the others were the ones I couldn't stop thinking about. I can easily see a five-year-old Tomoe sitting in front of the TV. Like how I watched the video of All Might after I found out I was Quirkless.

I got a warm feeling in my chest. I all of a sudden felt like I was closer to Tomoe than ever before.

We're not that different Huh? I had a hard time thinking she could feel like that, she always looks so strong. Sure of what she's going to do. doesn't let those around her affect her. I- I should try to be more like her... But with a smile.

Well, it looks like Izuku feels closer to Tomoe thanks to their similarities in the past. But I think you can figure out why she was suddenly interested in One Piece.

And for those of you who couldn't figure it out. It was because it were around the time she got the memories of her first life.

This chapter is mostly to explore the MHA world a bit, but we'll get more of that. Tomoe is also preparing to hunt down the criminals and take their Quirks. Because that's something that I need because I'm not going to just skip the 8 months to the U.A. So the most interesting thing will probably be Tomoe's hunt.
