But looking back at Luffy's face, visible in the newspaper, he couldn't help but smile.
"He's nothing like the kid who kept crying! At least Garp can be happy that he's become a man."
Shells Town
While on his daily patrol around town, Eraser heard Rika rush into her mother's inn.
"Mom! Did you see? Luffy and Zoro are in the newspaper."
Having several wanted posters under his arm, the lieutenant began to stick them on the walls of the village. Hanging those of Luffy and Zoro, Eraser couldn't help but think back to the day the duo had managed to defeat Morgan.
"Luffy-san…even though I'm a member of the Navy, I'm glad to know you're alive."
Syrup town
"Usopp!" Kaya rejoiced.
Staring at Sogeking's wanted poster, she said.
" I recognize him. "
"Of course it's the capitaine Usopp." Carrot assured.
"His nose is easily recognizable," Piment added.
"I'm so glad he's okay." Onion said, sobbing.
As the quartet admired Usopp's wanted poster, three men were fighting. Trying to grab a wanted poster, Nanf, Rudo, and Abro hit each other.
"This is Miss Lucy's wanted poster! I'm keeping it."
"No way! It's mine."
"Don't touch it with your filthy fingers! You'll get it dirty."
Giving Lucy's wanted poster lecherous looks, they assured.
"Miss Lucy is the best."
Baratie
"HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Snickering at seeing Sanji's search, the Baratier's cooks didn't hesitate to make fun of him.
"HAHAHAHAHA! That's totally Sanji."
"Why settle for a photo when he had the right to such a perfect drawing ?"
For his part, contenting himself with a small smile, Zeff stared at the wanted poster, while declaring.

Letting out a sigh, Genzo suddenly wrapped his arm around Nojiko's waist, before walking out of the house carrying her under his arm.
"Hey! What are you doing?"
"Have you seen the state of your mandarin trees?" the man roared. "It's a disgrace! You better take care of your orchard properly! And I warn you that I won't let you go back home until it's done! It's by behaving like this that you're bringing shame on Bell-mère."
However, the duo was surprised, hearing someone screaming.
"A pirate ship! A pirate ship is coming."
" What ? "
Non loin de Cocoyashi
"FUFUFUFUFU! Luffy-san is truly amazing! No wonder the man managed to defeat me! From the beginning, I knew he wasn't just anyone."
Also reading the newspaper, Foxy seemed to admire Luffy's wanted poster.
"You seem to enjoy that." Porche remarked.
"Of course." Foxy assured. "Don't forget that we have become an allied crew to Mugiwara's! We can consider ourselves their top generals."
"Captain!" Someone shouted. "We see an island."
Hearing this, Foxy turned to his crew.
"Okay, guys! Now that we've managed to reach East-Blue, don't forget why we're here! We're going to conquer this entire area so that Luffy-san can become the sole boss of East-Blue."
"YEAH!" His men assured. "LONG LIVE OYABIN! LONG LIVE LUFFY-SAN!"
Sakura Kingdom

Seeming initially annoyed upon seeing Chopper's wanted poster, Kureha stated.
"This is a bounty that is perfect for my stupid son! Besides, I'm glad he ended up in a crew full of monsters like him! He must have a lot of friends now."
In a restaurant

Nearly spilling the coffee she was about to pour into a cup, Mikita (Miss Valentine) tried to look at the newspaper that Gem (Mr 5) was reading.
Since their last confrontation against Luffy's crew, the duo had remained in Drum, where they thought they would remain in prison for the rest of their lives. However, thanks to a proposal from Dalton, the duo now lived on the island as ordinary citizens.
Managing the restaurant they were in, Mikita seemed to enjoy cooking, while Gem had become the leader of the army of this new kingdom. Sitting quietly at the bar, while drinking a cup of coffee, the man retorted.
"Come on, Mikita, I don't understand your reaction! After all, knowing that this kid managed to defeat Crocodile, it's obvious that he wasn't going to stay inactive for very long! The government was definitely wrong to make him its enemy."
Showing a surprised look, Mikita finally chuckled.
"From what you say, I get the impression that you respect him."
"After losing to him and his crew three times, I have to admit that he is a surprising man." Gem stated. "Besides, who else but a prodigy could defeat a Shichibukai?"
"But don't you find that strange?"
Also being with the two adults, Marianne (Miss Goldenweek) was painting a picture, while seeming to pay little attention to their discussion. Still, she asked.
"Why did Mugiwara declare war to save Miss All Sunday? After all, she was Mr. 0's main ally."
"How could I have the answer?" Gem asked. "After all, we still don't know why Mugiwara helped Nefertari."
Continuing to snicker, Mikita affirmed.
"I never know if Mugiwara's actions are stupid or worthy of intelligence."
At that moment, opening the doors of the inn, Dalton rushed inside the restaurant and headed towards Gem.

While on the pirate ship, a captain pointed his saber towards Sakura Island.
"After what Mugiwara did to Enies Lobby, now is the perfect time to attack World Government member islands, to further humiliate the Navy! Guys, take all the treasure you can find."

Being on the island, while they were watching the pirate ship with fear, some guards armed with rifles felt their bodies tremble.

Then, the next second, several explosions were heard, accompanied by the pirates' screams of agony.

"So you're saying Vivi is healthy and happy?"
Kneeling before Cobra's throne, Pell assured.
"I promise you! Luffy-san will make sure nothing can happen to her! I'm sure the world government will never be able to harm her, as long as she stays with her friends."
"What about Nico Robin?" The king asked.
"She's no threat to your daughter," Pell assured. "I'd bet my life on that."
"Tssss!" Neni growled. "The fact that Princess-Wednesday can forgive her former enemies is not a good thing! She might regret it."
"You're the one who dares to say that?" Chaka retorted. "I remind you that you were also part of Baroque Works."
"It's not the same thing! I've never been Princess Wednesday's enemy."
"Ma-ma-maaaaa… whatever." Igaram assured. "If the princess told Pell she was happy, then everything is fine."
However, turning around, the man positioned a handkerchief under his eyes, as he began to sob.

"They probably want to take possession of Jaya too! Do you want us to destroy this boat?"
Throwing his bottle and hearing it shatter against a wall, Sarquiss stood up, before grabbing his coat.
" I'm taking care of it. "
"Captain! Look." A man shouted.
Despite the fact that he seemed to be suffering from seasickness, the pirate managed to point out the island of Jaya and more precisely a flag that could be seen hanging from a chimney of a tall house.
"This Jolly Roger... I recognize him..."
"Huh?" a green-haired man asked in surprise, grabbing a pair of binoculars.
Looking at the flag, he noticed that it represented the Jolly Roger of a very famous pirate crew.
"A skull with a straw hat?"
Eventually arriving at Mocktown harbor, the pirates were greeted by Bellamy's former crew.
"Pirates! I don't know why you came here! But, in any case, if you came to conquer this island, know that it will never happen! We, the pirates of Jaya, have decided to designate God Luffy as the one and only boss of this place! If you refuse this, you will see us forced to kill you."
Immediately leaving his boat, the green-haired man couldn't hide his surprise.
" Luffy ... sempai ? "
Elsewhere on the Grand Line
"So Enies Lobby has really been destroyed."
With both cigars in his mouth, Smoker seemed to have a perfect stoic face. Yet, Reiner affirmed.
"You seem rather pleased with this news."

Yet he couldn't help but declare.

Then his gaze fell on Lucy's wanted poster.

Suddenly, starting to blush slightly, the man tore up the wanted poster.
On a pirate ship
"Can someone tell me why Mugiwara is getting so famous, while our captain's bounty never increases?" Morgan growled.
"It's true that this is becoming humiliating." Kuro said. "Buggy is embarrassing us."
"I think I'd prefer if Megumin became our captain." Zala admitted.
"SHUT UP!" Buggy roared. "If my bounty doesn't increase, that's perfectly normal! Right now, I'm only focused on finding Captain John's legendary treasure! I don't have time to take on the Navy."
"It's not like you're hoping to fight them anyway." Alvida retorted.
"Buggy... you're pathetic... pathetic... pathetic..." Drphy stated.
"Grrrr! How pathetic am I? I'm the captain of a famous pirate crew! I have a super-powerful cannonball who has my name! And now I have a Pokemon as part of my crew! I'm the terror of these oceans."
Suddenly, coming out of his pokeball by himself, Magikarp made an appearance before falling onto the floor of the boat. Seeing the fish start to jump while seeming to be about to die, the other pirates prefer to look away to hide their shame.
" It is pathetic."
"This pokemon is worthy of Buggy."
"He has the same charisma as him."
"Why do I stay with this jerk?"
About to say something, Buggy heard Magi walking towards him.
"Captain... there is an island in the distance."
Already at the bow of the boat, Megumin observed the visible island, all the while seeming excited.

But as Buggy's boat approached the island, no one saw the three Navy ships that were at the back of the island, while a naval base was located there.

Looking at Luffy's wanted poster, a tall woman with a mask hiding her face couldn't help but look at the pirate's smiling face.
"So, this is Ace's little brother."
Somewhere in the New World
" Luffy ! "
Unable to help but have some memories of her youth, a woman with red and white hair was also staring at Luffy's wanted poster.
"It's been so long since we last saw each other."
However, having other memories of her childhood, the woman eventually stopped smiling and tore up the sheet of paper.

At that moment, he thought of a detail.

Smoking a genshia pipe, Yumi glanced towards a village that could be seen in the distance.
"We don't know where we are, but I think we can get some information there."
"Good idea!" Makoto said. "Actually, I think this village will be a perfect place to begin our domination of this world."
"Hihihihi! You are funny."
Surprised, Yui and Hoji turned around and saw a figure come out of a shadowy area. Showing a sinister smile, Ladydevimon stared at the trio.
"So, you guys are here to destroy this place! Honestly, if you destroy my slave village, it won't sadden me at all! But how can a queen continue to live a luxurious life if all her slaves are getting killed?"
"Queen?" Hoji repeated.
"My name is Ladydevimon! Humans, today I'm feeling generous! If you lick the soles of my boots, I'll be kind and make you my new pets."
Suddenly, she tilted her head back to avoid a saber covered in flames.
" Huh ? "
"A demon?" Makoto wondered, smiling sinisterly. "My first encounter with an inhabitant of this world is quite astonishing."

Seeing his halo, Ladydevimon had a hard time understanding. However, she began to smile cruelly.
