2. Help (Writer's Block)

Hi! So ive been trying to write the first chapter of this story for over two months now and i'm stumped. I have every intention of continuing this story and finishing it, however I'm not sure what direction I want to take it in. I've written several different versions of the first chapter and none of them feel right. I'm struggling most on figuring out how to integrate Valerie into this story, so if you guys could give me some ideas or tell me things you'd like to see I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.
