Author's Note: Hey, everyone. Welcome back to more of "The Fairly Odd Winx Club", the Crossover Alternate Universe between 'The Fairly OddParents' and 'Winx Club', inspired by the crossover fanfics of Epiclot214 and Iron117Prime.
Before we get on to the latest chapter, there are a few new updates to go over and added to the crossover...
1) Remember what I said way back about pushing the reset button to start this crossover all over again? Well, I really did mean it - but this time, it's more like a COSMIC reset button. Let's just say I thought about pulling a 'Genesis Wave' on this crossover - you know, like rewriting/rearranging the very fabric of reality, creating a new timeline, reshape the universe, rewrote some memories, etc., etc.
Short version: I pulled a Genesis Wave on this crossover to rewrite reality, creating a new, rewritten timeline based on the 'alterations' to both "The Fairly OddParents" and "Winx Club" universes, which is why this crossover now falls under the added tropes of 'Cosmic Retcon', 'Alternate Timeline', and 'Alternate Universe Fic' because the crossover places Dimmsdale in the Winx Club version of California, in proximity to Gardenia (If it were the other way around, it'd be crazy wild).
Timeline-wise, the events of seasons 9-10 never, ever happened in this new timeline of the crossover as the post-season 8 seasons are no longer canon on the FOP side of things and is taking place sometime after the events of either 'Meet the OddParents' (due to some of you FOP fans out there who preferred that episode as the shows' finale) or maybe 'Wishology'.
Okay, it goes like this: 'Things have settled down for Timmy Turner and his fairy godparents after the events of Season 8 of 'The Fairly OddParents' or 'Wishology', but at some point in time, his plans for the best day/best summer ever come crashing down when he and his fairies have been relocated and moved to a new town and even a new school...in the city of Gardenia. But it turns out that this town is not the only thing that's full of surprises...leading to the events of the very first episode of 'Winx Club'.'
2) In the next few chapters, we're going to have a little thing called 'Truth, Lies, and Revelations' with "The Truth About Bloom" in 'A Great Secret Revealed (Episode 113)', "The Red Fountain...of Lies" with events of 'Secrets Within Secrets (Episode 117)' and "The Revelation of the Dragon Flame" with 'The Font of Dragon Fire (Episode 118)'.
3) Remember when I say that any FOP characters will NOT appear in this crossover? That's right (and apologies), no Vicky, no Denzel Crocker, no Tootie, no Trixie, or any other characters will appear in this crossover. They will ONLY be mentioned and referenced, but...let's say I'll make an exception for Jorgan Von Strangle and the fairies of Fairy World, for they might have a part in this crossover and even might joined in the final battle very soon.
Also, in the near future for this crossover, Timmy Turner and his fairies will help deal with only some of the Winx Club villains like the Trix, Lord Darkar the Shadow Phoenix, the Ancestral Witches, Mandragora, and even Countess Cassandra and Chimera.
Anyway, with all that settled, enjoy the latest chapter featuring the halls of Cloud Tower. Any and all comments (on the story) are welcome.
Bloom was at the Alfea Library the next day, searching through books to check on any information about the Ring of Solaria.
"There's got to be something in here that can help us…," Bloom said, looking at the pages. "Adylunts'…Dreamcatchers? No. Invisibility ring? Nibelung's ring? No." Then, she finally found the right page about the Ring of Solaria. "There it is! That's Stella's ring!"
A moment later, the Winx gathered around at Bloom and Flora's dorm room as Musa said, "Well, share the 4-1-1, girlfriend."
"Okay, this is what I know so far," Bloom replied as she looked at the book and its pages. "The Sword of Power. Part of the lineal right of the Princess of the Sun and the Moon of Solaris!" Then, she pointed at Stella. "That means it belongs to you!"
"Well, yeah, of course it does!" Stella said. " I could've told you that myself. The Sword Ring has been in my family... well... forever!"
"Yeah, but that doesn't explain why the Trix are so eager to have it. They think it may have hidden power."
"Well, in that case, we'd better go get it back," Flora suggested.
"We have to," Stella agreed. "I'm so useless without it."
"Anyhow," Bloom spoke up. "I discovered other exciting things about your ring in the book I found at the library. According to the legend, the sword of Solaris was created long ago. Nobody remembers when. It was sculpted out of a stone, immersed in the Spring of Light, which still flows today, and is only one of the many gifts offered by the Great Sacred Fire."
"Woah! And I thought the history of Solaris was ultra boring!" Stella said, making the other Winx girls laugh.
"But what exactly is the Sacred Fire?" Tecna asked.
"Listen to this," Bloom said. "The enchanted universe of the Magic Dimension as we know it was created eons ago by the mythical Dragon who sparked the Sacred Fire…"
"Wow… that's incredible," Flora said in surprise. "But did the Dragon exist for real, or is it simply a mythical symbol? I think we need even more information."
"I think it represents an ideal," Tecna replied. "You know, the embodiment of good versus evil."
Musa turned to Stella. "Stella, you must know the story, right?"
"Well, ancient history is not my strong point...," Stella replied.
"Oh, of course! A princess has different priorities," Flora said.
"Yeah! Shopping, for instance."
The Winx laughed for a moment.
"I'd like to know more about this Dragon," Bloom said. "But that's all I could find in the library. There are still too many questions left unanswered."
"You know, I just want to get my ring back," Stella said, determined. "I can't do anything without it."
"And I think we should be the ones to attack," Tecna agreed.
"Tecna, we're not soldiers!" Flora replied. "How can we overpower the Trix?!"
"By taking them by surprise!" Bloom answered. "This time, we will go to their house."
"Yeah, right into the lion's den!" Stella exclaimed.
"Aw, relax!" Tecna told Stella. "We'll come up with a complete full-proof plan, you'll see!"
"Let's use the tunnels under the school to get to Cloud Tower!" Bloom said. "Tonight, when all of Alfea's fast asleep, the Winx will go into action!"
Meanwhile, at Cloud Tower, the Trix were trying to extract the power of the Dragon Flame from Stella's Ring of Solaria. But it didn't work, as it caused an explosion in their dorm room.
"Oh, my nose!" Darcy grunted in pain. "My pretty nose!"
"We have to cast a safety shield spell next time," Stormy replied.
But Icy was furious. "Stupid ring, where is all your energy?!"
"Stella's ring might be potent," Darcy said. "But..."
"Get realm," Stormy interrupted. "This little thing could NEVER hold the power of the Great Dragon! It doesn't take a genius to figure that out."
Furious, Icy grabbed Stella's ring and threw it against the wall. "This ring is useless! But nothing can deter us from reaching our ultimate goal. The power of the Dragon's Flame will be ours, even if we must start the search again!" She then turned to Knut. "Knut, let's go! We'll be out in the woods."
"I'm coming, I'm coming!" Knut exclaimed, who had just finished sweeping the floor as he dropped the broom and quickly joined the Trix.
As for the Ring of Solaria? It landed on a pile of trash.
A moment later, Timmy Turner, Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof appeared inside Cloud Tower.
"We're here," Timmy Turner said, looking around.
"This is Cloud Tower? I thought it'd be creepier than it looks," Wanda replied.
"And not a single cloud in the tower," Cosmo added.
"Okay, let's not forget why we're here."
"Right. We got to find the Trix's dorm room, search for Stella's ring, and get outta here."
Soon, Timmy Turner and his fairies found the Trix's dorm room and looked around for Stella's ring.
"Well, at least the Trix aren't here," Wanda said as the others pinched their noses. "But this room reeks of ogre smell!"
"If we find the ring, I'm putting a stink bomb here," Timmy Turner replied as he and his fairies searched the room. Then, he turned to see a pile of trash…and Stella's ring on top of it. "There it is!"
"Wow, that was quick," Cosmo said happily as Timmy Turner picked up the ring.
"Great, let's get outta here," Timmy Turner said as he was about to wish. "I wish—"
"There you are!" A voice appeared, startling Timmy Turner as he turned to see the Winx Club.
"Looks like someone beat us to it," Musa said, surprised to see Timmy Turner again.
"What do you think you're doing here with my ring, you little thief?!" Stella demanded.
"Thief?!" Timmy Turner repeated.
"Stella, wait!" Bloom halted. "I think Timmy's trying to find the ring for us."
"It's true!" Timmy Turner nodded, showing Stella's ring. "Here!"
Stella took her ring from Timmy Turner and put it on her finder. "Welcome home, little one! Did you miss me? Oh, my six-point-one karat of pure magic!" She then turned back to Timmy Turner. "Thanks."
"Don't mention it," Timmy Turner replied.
"So, let's get out of here!" Tecna said as she and Musa walked over to a mirror-like door they tried to open. "Either the lock is broken, or there's a safety mechanism."
Bloom opened the door that led to the hallway and saw another door. "Follow me, guys. There's something behind this door. It's not a way out but something completely different!"
"This is not the time to listen to your sixth sense," Tecna replied. "We've got to get out of here!"
"Just a minute! It could be something important."
The Winx and Timmy Turner entered yet another room, and they were all in awe.
"What a strange place!" Flora said, looking around.
"Where are we, anyway?" Timmy Turner asked.
"It's the archives," Tecna answered. "The Cloud Tower archives are rumored to have a volume on every witch and fairy there ever was! Who knows what's in these books."
The Winx looked around at the books in the Cloud Tower archives as Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof appeared beside Timmy Turner.
"What's going on?" Wanda asked in a whisper.
"The Winx are snooping around the archives," Timmy Turner replied. "We should be getting out of here, but…"
"But what?"
"Bloom wants a book about herself to learn more about her mysterious fire powers."
"Talk about spoilers, right?" Cosmo said.
The other Winx girls continued looking at the books as Flora said, "This one's about a fairy: Eleanor de la Rochefeu."
"This one's about a witch named Adagilde," Musa replied, shuddering. "And that gives me the goosebumps!"
"There could actually be books about every one of us somewhere in here!" Bloom said. "If there's a book about me somewhere here, I could learn more about myself and my powers!" Then, she finally saw a book with her name on it. She was about to open it when Timmy Turner and Tecna stopped her.
"Hey, look, you found the book," Timmy Turner said. "Now let's just leave it and get outta this place!"
"Pink-hatted Timmy's right," Tecna agreed. "Maybe you shouldn't read it. Think about it. What if the book contains your future?"
"So, what's the problem?" Stella asked. "I'd give my right arm to discover my future."
"I gave my left arm to learn about my past," Timmy Turner replied jokingly.
"What the future has in store for us is not always pleasant," Tecna said as she turned to Bloom. "If I were you, I wouldn't do it. But it's your choice."
"I just want to learn about my powers, Tecna, and nothing more," Bloom replied. "I just need to know where they come from, and this book could answer everything I've been wondering about since I got to Alfea. It may be my only chance to find out, so I must look inside. Just a quick peek..."
"Be careful, Bloom," Musa said. "There are some things we may be better off not knowing."
Timmy Turner just scoffed. "Please, as if we're really gonna be scared of what's on the Book of Bloom."
Just then, as Timmy Turner touched the book, a vision flashed before his eyes. In the vision, a fireman rescued a baby inside a burning building. But the fireman had a familiar face, and so did the baby.
When the vision ended, Timmy Turner took a step back in surprise.
"Pink-hatted Timmy, are you okay?!" Musa asked.
But before Timmy Turner could answer, the book Bloom held suddenly cackled in laughter as she let go of it. "Well, what do we have here? Intruders! And fairies, no less! You dare break into Cloud Tower, but now I dare you to try to break out! Ahahahahaha"
Musa grabbed Bloom as everyone escaped the archives. "Come on, Bloom, that book doesn't want to be read! Let's get outta here."
"You don't have to tell me twice!" Timmy Turner said with his fairies right beside him as birds.
Soon, everyone escaped down the hallway when they saw giant spiders coming their way. But just as they were closing in, Flora blew some magic dust onto the ground, and a spider-eater appeared to eat the spiders.
"Professor Palladium's lessons are suitable for something, after all!" Stella said.
"Was there ever any doubt?" Flora asked.
"Stella, not to rain on your parade," Musa said. "But maybe it's time to go!"
"Why?" Timmy Turner asked as he looked over to see the muddy reminisces of the spiders start to come together to form a horrifying monster. "Oh, come on!"
The beast begins to chase the Winx fairies and Timmy Turner when they reach a dead end.
"This spider problem became a monster problem," Musa said.
"Anyone got any bug spray?" Stella asked.
Just then, the same voice from the cackling book appeared again, revealing Miss Griffin, the Headmistress of Cloud Tower. "You're more resourceful than I would've imagined. But this is the end, my little fairies." Then, she commanded the monster. "Attack, my creature of the dark!"
"What should we do?!" Stella asked.
"We have no choice," Tecna replied. "We have to take him on!"
"Count me in!" Musa said, determined.
"Yeah, we can take him!" Bloom agreed. "
"Don't forget about me!" Timmy Turner cried as he and the Winx worked together and fought the monster with all their might.
Once the monster was defeated, it exploded, and everyone hid behind Tecna's shield.
"Well, that was…fun," Timmy Turner said.
A moment later, the Winx fairies and Timmy Turner entered a room full of junk.
"Where are we?" Musa asked.
"I've heard of rooms like this," Stella replied. "But I never thought they really existed."
"What an eerie silence... I have a bad feeling," Musa replied as she looked at the floor and spotted a bug in panic. "A bake-o-monster!"
"Don't worry, I'll take care of it!" Stella said as she used her magic to illuminate the room in light and exterminate the monster bug, only to set the whole room on fire.
Once she saw the dying bug, Stella laughed. "Nipped it in the bud!"
"Stella, I could've created a beetle-eater, you know," Flora said.
"Well, it's like I always say, 'when it comes to bugs, you never have enough fire!'" Then, she noticed the flames were becoming more robust and more extensive. "Then, again, maybe not!"
"Oh, thanks a lot, Stella!" Timmy Turner cried, glaring at Stella. "Way to go… Now, we're all gonna get fried!"
"Took the words right out of my mouth, pink-hatted Timmy," Musa agreed, crossing her arms and glaring at Stella.
"The smoke is so thick," Flora coughed while the fire surrounded everyone. "I can't breathe!"
"The flames are blocking the door," Tecna said. "We're trapped again."
"What are we gonna do?!"
Suddenly, a voice spoke only to Bloom, calling out to her. "Bloom! Listen to me, Bloom. I can save you!"
"What?" Bloom asked.
"You have to trust me. You have to follow my voice. I will lead you to safety."
Bloom unconsciously followed the voice, just as Timmy Turner and the other Winx girls. "Hey, what are you doing, Bloom?! You're gonna get burned!"
"Bloom, where are you going?!" Stella cried out. "What's going on?! Bloom!"
But Bloom walked to a wall while the flames parted, revealing a round metal door. She touched it, and the door opened.
"Oh, wow! Way to go, Bloom!" Stella cheered as everyone walked over to Bloom. "All snaps to you!"
Bloom suddenly snapped out of a daze. "Wha…What just happened?"
"Enough talking, it's time to bounce!" Musa exclaimed. "It's getting hot in here!"
"You go first!" Stella said as the flames were closing in on everyone.
Bloom jumped into the hole first, followed by Stella, Tecna, Musa, Flora, and Timmy Turner (with his fairies in tow). As Bloom landed safely on the ground, she saw Tecna falling down on her. Soon, everyone ended up piled on top of each other.
"Wow, that was one rollercoaster!" Cosmo commented.
A moment later, the Winx girls and Timmy Turner walked down the cave-like tunnel when Tecna asked a question. "So Bloom, what happened to you back there? How did you pull that off?"
"I heard this voice in my head," Bloom answered. "it was telling me how to get to safety. A sweet, kind voice spoke to me through the flames. This might sound crazy, but…I knew I could trust the voice!"
"Well, whatever it was, it got us out of a hot spot, that's for sure!" Stella said as she then looked at her ring. "But what matters is that I got my ring back! Our plan worked, and the Trix no longer has my sword ring! The Winx have the power, and we rule!"
"You mean my plan," Timmy Turner replied. "I was the one who found your ring and was going to drop it off to Alfea before you girls get into trouble for sneaking off."
"Oh, you're right," Musa said, suddenly realizing something. "We are so in hot water with Griselda!"
"And that's why we're parting ways!" Timmy Turner replied with a smile, ready to skedaddle. "See 'ya!"
"Wait!" Bloom halted Timmy Turner. "Back at the archives, you suddenly froze when you tried to touch the book with my name. What happened?"
Timmy Turner sighed in dismay. "I just had a vision about Mike saving a baby from a burning building."
Bloom was surprised. "What? You saw my dad?"
"Yeah, I had a vision about your dad saving a baby from a burning building," Timmy Turner repeated. "I just thought it didn't mean anything."
Bloom paused for a moment, then nodded. "Okay, that's all I needed to know."
"Well, see 'ya!" Timmy Turner said as he quickly left the scene. About farther and farther away from the Winx girls, he talked to his fairies who appeared before him.
"Wow, talk about a haunted experience," Wanda said. "Are you okay, Timmy?"
Timmy Turner nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine! I just saw a vision of Mike rescuing a baby protected by fire in a burning building. What else is new?"
"A baby protected by fire…," Wanda pondered, then suddenly realized something. "Timmy, I think Bloom might be that baby."
"What are you talking about?" Timmy Turner asked in confusion. Then he suddenly remembered the flaming wind of a dragon around Bloom that knocked out Knut back at Gardenia Park. "Ooooohhh, Bloom had fire powers."
"Uh-oh, do you guys know what this means?" Wanda asked.
"We aren't the only ones who noticed that Bloom has a thing for flames?" Cosmo suggested.
"No, Cosmo," Wanda replied. "It means Bloom had the Dragon Flame inside her since she was a baby and somehow landed on Earth. There's more to Bloom than it meets the eye."
"But why would someone leave Bloom here on Earth?" Timmy Turner asked.
"Good question," Wanda nodded.
"Hmmm, the Trix think the Dragon Flame is inside Stella's ring, but there's no way the Great Dragon would choose to lie down and rest on Solaria. Unless…"
"It landed on the kingdom of Sparks on the planet Domino," Wanda concluded.
"Oh no!" Cosmo exclaimed frantically. "I think there's more to Bloom than it meets the eye!"
"Didn't Wanda just cover that sentence?!" Timmy Turner asked, unimpressed.
"It may take a little longer," Wanda replied. "But Cosmo always gets there."
Timmy Turner and Poof looked at each other in confusion.
