Jason and Sam arrive back at his place and Sam tries to understand how Jason is thinking and feeling at this very moment. Sam no longer wanted to talk about Sonny she wanted to talk about them pursuing a life together and leaving the Mob life behind for good.
"I don't want to talk about Sonny or the Mob I want to talk about us our future." Sam tells Jason.
"Sam we've been through this I can't have a family or a love life. I kill people for a living I'm rarely home it won't work." Jason tries convincing Sam.
"I can't do this anymore Jason always watching you save someone from a Mobster it's getting tiring. Sorel is behind bars and now you have the freedom to have a love life and you won't even take it. A woman a real woman me is asking you to throw that life away for a real one full of love and blessings." Sam tries explaining to Jason.
"When I saved you from your life as Livvie Locke you told me you could live with my dangerous lifestyle has that changed now that you are Samantha McCall." Jason tells Sam.
"I've changed Jason I was immature and evil when I was Livvie I only thought of myself and wanted what I wanted even if that meant being a bit selfish." Sam tells Jason.
Back at Bobby's Carly was in a room thinking about Michael she didn't like having to choose Sonny over her Mom but she knew he wasn't responsible as he was controlled by Sorel. Lorenzo call's her and she answers.
"Lorenzo are you okay?" Carly asks.
"I'm fine when you are." Lorenzo tells her.
"Well my mom is still furious with Sonny but she's accepting my feelings on the matter." Carly tells Lorenzo.
"She misses Michael in the same way that you do." Lorenzo says.
"I know she does but Sonny is not the bad guy here." Carly tells Lorenzo.
"She's a grandmother who lost a grandson her only grandson you have to understand and you should be just as angry. Yet you are not look I like Sonny too and I think he will change. I however happen to believe you should be more on your mom's side about the whole situation in a way Sonny need's to be blamed for Michael's death as well." Lorenzo tells Carly.
Brenda was in her room at the Q's thinking of Sonny and then she recieves another phone call from Lucy.
"Lucy Lucy I'm sorry but how did you know I was freed from Sorel?" Brenda asks.
"I just have that mind that knows." Lucy tells Brenda.
"I don't know returning to Deception it sounds wonderful." Brenda says.
"If Sorel has done a number on you." Lucy tells Brenda.
"I don't even want to think about Sorel there's only one man I will think about and that's Sonny." Brenda tells Lucy.
"What?" Lucy says in total shock.
At the PCPD Sorel and Sonny were still having a conversation but Sonny was being more determined to do away with Sorel for Brenda's sake.
"I will destroy you Corinthos if you cross me." Sorel tells Sonny.
"You can try I've been a Mobster on my own once before I can do it again. You have taught me how to handle myself. You didn't have to but I learned and now I can use it to my advantage." Sonny tells Sorel.
"Sonny don't go there with me you don't know what I can do." Sorel tells him.
"You have got it all wrong Sorel you should be worried about what I can do." Sonny tells Sorel.
Mac Scorpio head's inside and goes to Sonny's cell.
"Tell me you are not listening to Sorel again Sonny." Mac tells Sonny.
"He's just all talk he can't do much behind bars." Sonny tells Mac.
"Look's like you'll be freed tomorrow but you still have to testify against your former boss are you willing to take that chance." Mac tells Sonny.
"Don't do it Sonny I'm warning you you will fall." Sorel says.
It was another day and Carly was cooking breakfast as her mom walks into the kitchen.
"Did you sleep well?" Bobby asks.
"Did I sleep well no not after my son I can't sleep the same anymore I have nightmares and wish he were still here." Carly tells her Mom.
"I know you miss him I miss him too which is why I think you need to be angry at Sonny." Bobby reminds her daughter.
"Mom I'm not talking about this with you anymore I've told you how I feel about the situation." Carly tells her Mom.
Jason was up and dressed as Sam was no longer at his place he had her on his brain and was thinking deeply about everything she said. He did love her but he also didn't believe he could have a love life with her or a family. He found himself thinking like Sonny in regards to Brenda.
