A/N: Here we go, we are back in the game! Now, I should note how all of these shows are going to be written. Some are going to be one-shot attempts and some that are bigger will be split into a couple or few parts. There is also going to be the separate pre-show that will be written before each big show since I want to make things authentic and it might help me get stuff out faster for you guys while I work on the bigger shows. So, that's pretty much the housekeeping I wanted to cover and explain how events like this are going to work. Let's get right to the meat and potatoes on Absolute Zero's kickoff pre-show! Enjoy!
WFPW ABSOLUTE ZERO KICKOFF PRE-SHOW
Venue: The Global Arena
Date: January 15th, 2023
State/City: Houston, Texas
(A sunny horizon is shown on the screen as the environment seemed to be that of a frozen tundra and the thick, clear ice covered the entire plain. Several cracks started forming in the ice and the cracks started outlining the shape of letters. Big chunks of the ice started falling into the deep ocean blue under it before the camera lifted into the sky. The letters were seen covered in cold hard ice and they spelled out "ABSOLUTE ZERO" as the screen showed the big bold blue letters of WFPW spread itself atop of the main show words. The camera came down on the letters breaking through the screen as ice crystals scattered everywhere.)
"Now, Blue Bunny, StateFarm Insurance, and Pizza Hut now present the WFPW Absolute Zero Kickoff Pre-Show! Introducing the commentators: Josh Matthews, Mauro Ranallo, Russ Markley, Greg Justice, Eiji Matsumoto, and Amanda Sterling!"
(Logos of each sponsor and pictures of the present commentators were shown on the screen before the newly constructed Global Arena as the whole place was built like a dome. Metal rods built above held the roof up and a capacity of 7,500 wrestling fans held up their signs for the cameras to pan around the two stories of the building. The ring is cornered off by the normal black barricade and black mats are placed on the outside covering the floor entirely. The ring itself has four pairs of blue ropes attaching to the black turnbuckle pads. The show logo is on each pad with the show title in bold white letters placed in front of a bold white snowy mountain. The apron coverings were black with the show title on the north and south coverings and the WFPW logo on the east and south coverings. The commentary table is placed off to the side with the main title logo on the black table covering. The entrance ramp had a purple carpet going up to the metal ramp and the back stairs that led to the backstage area. Up above, the show logo is revealed with ten prop icicles hanging just underneath the words and two smaller titantrons were shown on the left and right. The ramp is closed off by metal guardrails and security guards wearing yellow polo shirts. A bigger rectangular titantron could be seen shut off for now between the first and second stories.)
"Now, standby in the ring for the legendary ring announcer for the evening, Tony Chimel!"
(Tony Chimel stepped up from his seat ringside and waved to the crowd wearing a black suit with a navy blue dress shirt underneath and teal blue tie tucked in. A ringside worker handed him his microphone as he made a lap around the ring and went up the solid metal ring steps and through the ropes. The crowd cheered for the former WWE mainstay as he smiled standing in the middle of the ring before putting the device to his lips.)
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Absolute Zero! We are live on YouTube for the pre-show before the main show goes live in one hour on pay-per-view! We have two matches on deck for this evening, but before we get to that, please welcome your commentators for the night!" Tony announced.
("Absolute Zero" by Stone Sour)
(The crowd cheered loudly as the six commentators mentioned before came out from the black curtain wearing formal attire. Josh Matthews wore a plaid blue shirt, a sleeveless black vest over it, a black tie tucked in, blue dress pants, and black dress shoes, Mauro Ranallo wore a grey suit with a yellow dress shirt and red tie underneath with grey dress pants and black dress shoes covering his bottom half, Russ Markley wore a black tuxedo, Greg Justice wore a grey "In Greg We Trust" t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown dress shoes, Eiji came out next sporting short brown hair and a beard with glasses over his eyes as he wore a white dress shirt, a red blue-checkered tie, a grey sweater vest, a yellow cap, brown khakis, and brown dress shoes while he carried a single bottle of Yamazaki Single Malt Whiskey and his notepad down the ramp, and Amanda Sterling only wore a red blouse as she stuffed a handkerchief in her suit pocket and her long blonde hair was hung down.)
"Representing Impact Wrestling, we have Josh Matthews, making his return to wrestling commentating, Mauro Ranallo, representing World Frontier Pro Wrestling, Russ Markley and Greg Justice, and finally representing League of Anime Wrestling, LAW Magazine head writer Eiji Matsumoto and retired wrestler Amanda Sterling!" Tony announced.
(The name plate for each commentator is shown as they are announced showing their full name and their social media handle on Twitter.)
Josh Matthews ( realjoshmatthews)
Mauro Ranallo ( mauroranallo)
Russ Markley ( foureyeswonder)
Greg Justice ( RealGregTrust)
LAW Magazine Head Writer
Eiji Matsumoto ( EijiMastumoto)
Amanda Sterling ( PheonixStarling)
(All six commentators went around the ring on either sides and slapped some fives with the fans before coming to the lonely announce table. They grabbed their headsets and the manilla folders on the desk ripping them open for their topics to discuss tonight. Josh and Eiji were the first sit down as Josh noticed the bottle.)
"Talk about drinking on the job. Welcome everyone to the Absolute Zero kickoff show! I'm Josh Matthews of Impact and tonight, it is the first launch event for World Frontier Pro Wrestling. It begins here in their home for the foreseeable future. The Global Arena in beautiful Houston, Texas," Josh explained.
"Malt Whiskey. Just a little celebratory drink. We do need some cups here ringside. I do intend to enjoy myself," Eiji stated.
"Just make sure to keep that tie around the neck this time," Amanda teased her broadcast partner with a giggle.
"We have two matches here on the pre-show before the main card starts. A sold out capacity of 7,500 fans here in attendance. This is sure to be a colossal night of action!" Mauro exclaimed.
"Not to mention, our main card to come. Tina Kelley faces "Galaxy Cat" Aurora Estrella as both women have mentioned going head-to-head for quite some time now. Tina wanted to prove herself against LAW's top stars in The SWAT Cats and Aurora stepped up to the plate willing to put Tina's worth to the test. Aurora reeling off of a major Ladder Match against Rose Gold for the LAW Lightweight Championship at their second Fight The LAW show so she has an even bigger fish to fry here tonight," Russ explained.
"Don't forget our pals in Mexico. Konnan, the general manager at Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, has been dealing with a power struggle between AAA World Cruiserweight and Latin American Champion Rey Fenix and AAA Mega Champion King Randy. Randy won the title last August and Fenix has been longing for a rematch for the title saying that only a true luchador of Mexico should be carrying the main strap. One man walks out with three titles at the end of the night as both men fight it out in Winner-Take-All," Greg added.
"Next, we have Chelsea Forster and Finella Edelstein teaming up against the undefeated Legacy of Pain. Legacy of Pain has stormed many promotions on the indies and has gone undefeated whenever they would be challenged. They only accept hardcore matches and Finella hinted at wanting a piece of them due to some cryptic tweets. She found a tag team partner in someone she considered a mortal enemy a year ago, but the question remains of can Chelsea and Fin coexist tonight in this first ever Unsanctioned Tornado Tag Team Match? Anything goes, no rules, it's all on ice tonight!" Josh explained.
"Our main event brings in House of Black's Malakai Black taking on The Reformation's Jonathan Steele. A dream match to be sure as Malakai looks to bring his kickboxing and supernatural elements to fight the technical masterclass Jonathan possesses. This serves as our main event of the evening on the main show," Russ stated.
("Bullet of Butterfly Wings" by Smashing Pumpkins)
(The crowd cheered as the first entrance of WFPW is underway as a tall man with short shaggy black hair and a small black goatee wearing a sleeveless black muscle shirt, black tights with symbols of vampiric skulls on both legs, and black wrestling boots with white laces comes out with a little sneer on his face. He cracked his knuckles as he made the walk down the ramp and stared straight ahead at the ring.)
Alex Sird ( VampircLegion)
"The following contest is set for one-fall! Introducing first, from Lincoln, Nebraska, weighing 246 lbs., Alex Sird!" Tony announced.
"Well, our first entrant here has made a name for himself on the extreme circuit wrestling for some northeast promotions including Combat Zone Wrestling and High End Wrestling. He's been a three-time Tournament of Death participant even getting to the finals in one of those attempts," Russ stated.
"Don't forget he's also been with WWE before. He teamed with Anthony Birchfield before they went their separate ways," Greg added.
"Either he's trying to become a reject Undertaker or he's sculpturing yet another paranormal gimmick. You get away with that stuff in the early days, but no one really buys it anymore. Guys like this make it so generic than it ought to be," Eiji scolded.
(Alex smirked at the fans and starts trash talking some that hurled insults at him as security would keep rowdy fans at bay. Alex just shook his head getting ringside and then heading up the steps before heading between the top and middle ropes. The shaggy wrestler then ran into the lower right corner and hung his head shaking it before looking up ready to battle.)
("All I Do Is Win" by DJ Khaled feat. T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dog, and Rick Ross)
(The new combatant made his way out having a wider physique, but bulgier muscles as he sported short brown hair wearing gold-plated sunglasses, a gold glittery jacket, white black-buttoned dress shirt, black slacks, and white/gold wrestling boots. This new wrestler slapped fives with fans coming down the aisle and when the music came to a pause, he lifted his hands up along with the crowd before jumping up as gold pyro rained down from above. The crowd cheered him on as he continued his way down the ramp grabbing gold dollar bills from his suit pocket.)
Maximillion ( GoldBars)
"And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California, weighing 265 lbs., he is The Man With a Million Ways to Shine, Maximillion!" Tony announced.
"We've seen plenty of wrestlers come down with suits to the ring, but is this guy gonna wrestle in one?" Amanda asked.
"This is Maximillion and he's got a good resume on the indies wrestling in PWG, ROH, MLW, and Impact. He's been in the business so far for 6 years ever since his debut match at 21," Russ stated.
"And look at those gold dollar bills! Looking very crisp!" Greg added.
(The camera zoomed in on one of his gold dollar bills that Max presented as it had all the features of a normal dollar bill, but it had his face in the center rather than a U.S. President. Max handed the bill to a young female fan before placing his hands on his pants ripping them off to reveal gold dollar bill designer wrestling trunks. They had a black oval on the back with a gold "M" in the center, but the far end long sticks were made into gold dollar signs. Max then got on the apron and heads inside putting his hands up and throwing dollar bills from his suit around the ring. Alex looked unimpressed as the official for this match is WFPW referee Matt Belmont keeping both men separated.)
Max undressed from his jacket and shirt placing them on the upper left corner neatly and put his sunglasses down on the mat far out of reach checking his reflection before Alex attacked him in the corner causing the bell to ring. The referee got Alex off him scolding the shaggy-haired wrestler about sneaky attacks before he let the match continue. Max laid in the corner as Alex hit three forearms to the head before hitting a Snapmare and driving knees into Max's back getting the rich man on his back. Alex grabbed some gold dollar bills crumbling them in his hands and threw them on Max before kicking his stomach repeatedly as Max rolled out near the ramp. Alex followed suit as the referee cleared the ring of the dollar bills giving some leeway to the wrestlers outside for the moment. Max shook his head before Alex grabbed it before sending it into the metal guardrail making fans back up.
"Alex with the sneak attack at the beginning and Max is not off to a good start. He got pretty winded all over at the beginning," Maruo observed.
The referee turned his attention to the wrestlers telling them to get back inside the ring as he started the count. Max went along the barricade as Alex beat his back into the corner kneeing him with his right knee three times in succession. The referee reached 6 before Alex sent Max back in and he heads inside himself getting Max up, but Max hits three elbows to the gut getting Alex off him. Max runs the south end ropes hitting a Flying Shoulder Tackle and then runs the west end ropes connecting a Clothesline. Max screams to the crowd getting them hyped up grabbing Alex up by the hair and whipping him into the lower left corner running to hit a Corner Clothesline. Max follows it up with a back forearm shot to the head making Alex spit out.
"Max coming back hot and after having Alex pretty much dominate the beginning, the rich guy is coming back with sharp revenge on the mind," Amanda stated.
Max grabs Alex bending him over and moving away from the corner before lifting Alex into a Piledriver. Alex flopped on the mat as Max covers him hooking the right leg.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Alex powers out after 2!
Alex wipes his face of sweat and pushes Max away from him as both men start to rise, but Alex continued his attack with a chop to the chest of Max, but Max sends a punch to the head and another and another whipping Alex off the south ropes, but Alex reverses the whip and lifts Max for a Sidewalk Slam. Alex then covers Max hooking a leg.
"1…." The ref counted, but Max kicked out quickly after the 1 count!
Alex then locks in a chin lock on Max, but Max takes Alex's arms and vaults him over his body before standing back up. Alex gets back to his feet using the ropes as Max hits Hip Toss to the goth wrestler. Alex grabs his back in pain as Max grabs the legs trying to lock in a Boston Crab and he succeeds as Alex scrambles his hands on the mat. He tried crawling forward as the referee checked on his status and asked if he was giving up to which he screamed "HELL NO!" Alex is shown going for the bottom rope on the west side as Max kept dragging him back to the middle. Alex propped himself up and groaned from the pain in his legs as he made a desperate lunge for the bottom rope. Max tried bringing him back, but Alex made a second lunge grabbing the bottom rope making Max release him after the referee informed him.
"A struggle of power as Max had Alex down in a brutal Boston Crab!" Russ exclaimed.
Alex grabbed the ropes to get back up, but Max hit a Headbutt and Alex knocked Max's head back. He came out with his right boot connecting with the stomach of Max and then hitting a Snap DDT! Max holds his head laying on his side as Alex launched brutal kicks to the back of his opponent before locking him in a headlock tightening it. The crowd booed Alex as he shouted inaudible insults towards the fans and tightened the hard grip he had on Max's head. Alex kept his full weight on Max as the referee got down on his stomach to check out his face and make sure he wasn't going limp. Max struggles to breathe and his cheeks puff out some as his eyes seemed to be fading fast, but he kept the fight going strong. Alex smirked and really wrenched hard on the neck as the referee stuck his hands out ready to count out Max if he goes nighty-night.
"Alex baring down the full weight on Max and our cameras are catching Max's face potentially going blue as his oxygen is being cut off almost completely," Eiji observed.
Max frailed his hands and closed his eyes as the fight was leaving him, but he wasn't going down without a proper fight. Max thrashed his body around as Alex punched the ribs with his right fist, but Max kept himself going and started getting up on one knee. The crowd clapped along trying to hype Max up as he took the cheers in as motivation and got back to his feet hitting an elbow to the head of Alex. Max hit elbows repeatedly to the head and stomach before running the south ropes to rebound into Alex with a Running Crossbody and then a Jumping Senton Bomb making Alex sit up to hold his gut. Max then raised his hands up and the crowd matches him as he was building a slow comeback. Max clapped along with the crowd as he lifted Alex into his arms to hit a powerful Bodyslam!
"Max fought past the exhaustion and is coming in pretty impactful. He already hit the Bodyslam with shades of Hulk Hogan!" Josh declared.
Max then did an impersonation of hulking up and then doing the Hulkster's pose to the thousands of cheering fans before running the west end ropes and hitting the Leg Drop. Max then turned around and hooked the left leg this time for the pin.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Alex kicked out at 2.6!
Max sat up and decided he needed to end this and got Alex up going for one of his signatures, All About The Money (Lifting Release DDT). Alex reversed and hit an STO on Max making the rich man's back hit the mat and bounce in the ring. Alex then rolls over and gets up in the lower left corner hoisting himself up top and balance himself on the top rope before climbing down on the middle rope. Alex then stood on the middle rope and lifted a middle finger to the entire crowd before going for a Flying Splash, but Max gets out of the way! Alex landed face first and groaned as he held his face in pain before Max grabbed him up hitting All About The Money! Max then gets up and feeds off the support before rolling on Alex hoisting him up on his shoulders with amazing athleticism. Max then hit his finisher, The High Charts (Tye Breaker), slamming Alex's back on his left knee. Max then hooked both legs.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as Max earned his victory!
("All I Do Is Win" by DJ Khaled feat. T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dog, and Rick Ross)
"Here is your winner, Maximillion!" Tony announced from outside the ring.
"A very valiant effort by both men in this match as Alex focused on holding down Max while Max wanted a standing altercation," Russ recapped.
An instant replay started playing on the screen of Alex holding Max in the headlock and the closeup of Max's puffed cheeks and fading eyes were shown.
"If Max didn't think fast enough, he could've genuinely went out like a light right there. Alex had his airwaves cut out from under him," Mauro stated.
Another instant replay showed Max hitting All About The Money before rolling through with Alex on his shoulders and connecting The High Charts for the three count.
"I've hardly seen big women move like Max and this man really went all in on finishing this match as Alex could barely recognize where he was," Amanda added.
(Max held his hands up cheering for himself as Matt raised his left arm and pointed to the match's victor before going to check up on Alex. Max then went to the lower left corner and raised both hands to the crowd before pointing to some fans on the south side displaying his gold dollar bills. However, several people in black hoodies and dark blue jeans started showing up in the crowd as the music cut out.)
"Wait a minute-what are these people doing here?" Eiji asked.
"Max just won the match, but it looks like we have some mysterious company on our hands," Greg added.
(Five figures started climbing the barricades and the fans started staring in silence as no one could make heads or tails of what was going on or what could happen next. Suddenly, the five figures rushed the ring beating down Max as the referee tried to stop things before they could get worse for the rich man, but the taller man just lifted the referee on his shoulders in order to hit an F5 in the middle of the ring. Max was curling up as the four other members kicked him down and the crowd went into instantly booing the masked attackers.)
("Dig Deep" by RW Smith)
(The crowd went into an instant 75/25 ratio of boos as AEW World Champion MJF came through the curtain with a microphone in his hands. He wore his title around the waist with a maroon blazer over a white dress shirt and his usual scarf around his shoulders.)
"What the hell?! What's MJF doing out here?" Mauro asked.
"We know AEW is partnering with WFPW letting their talent compete on these launch events, but we didn't expect to see Maxwell out here this early. Especially on the pre-show!" Josh added.
"It's a scheme knowing things with him. Always gotta be a dickhead!" Greg complained.
(MJF smirked at the carnage in the ring as he walked halfway down the ramp before his music cut out and the graphics faded back to the original logo. He got some audible boos from the crowd and just ignored them before raising the mic up.)
"How's that, Houston? You like a little invasion?" MJF began as the crowd cheered a little for this potential invasion angle. "Well, we aren't invading for AEW. I'm not fulfilling Tony's wet dream of buying out yet another promotion to use for his toy box! Instead, I'm making him realize who has the star power in his crappy company. Months ago, I made it clear that I was one of his biggest stars and he should pay me handsomely which he has. The dollars I'm stuffing these fine pockets with is immeasurable. However, I want to see Tony understand something. I want him to see the potential he is missing out on. It's going to be a hard pill to swallow for a lot of you and he certainly needs to take his medicine. A little dose of reality. So, you masked hooligans, listen up! Remove the masks and show your true faces!"
(The masked attackers looked at MJF as he was speaking before he uttered the command and they reached up taking off their masks as the crowd was shocked! They saw Brian Cage, Isiah Kassidy, Marq Quen, Angelico, and Andrade standing in the ring as MJF smirked before he walked ringside and up the steel steps as Angelico held the ropes open for him to get inside.)
"Surprise! Are these all your favorites, guys?! Well, they've had enough! Cage, Kassidy, Quen, Angelico, and, I know I ragged on ex-WWE guys, but Andrade was cool before he went to the Fed! What you see before you is a collection of stars that are very talented in their own right, but are just bogged down by a mark that values fantasy booking over logical thinking! I'm here to bring their star power to the spotlight. The big muscles, the showman tag team, the variety high-flyer, and the charismatic aristocrat. Led by the man that seeks to change the high standard of wrestling. We are The High Standard, better than modern status quos and you know it!" MJF concluded as he dropped the microphone in the ring.
("Dig Deep" by RW Smith)
(MJF adjusted his blazer and title as Angelico held open the ropes for him as he gets on the apron and jumps off and his partners join his side with the crowd giving them more boos than the little cheers that get through, but MJF flips off the crowd.)
"The High Standard? Coming to WFPW?" Russ asked his partners.
"I'm a little surprised as you are, Russ. I can't begin to fathom where this might lead," Amanda added.
"MJF seems to want more than what Tony Kahn can offer him from the looks of it. He believes he is a huge exception to what many AEW wrestlers probably can't do. He isn't afraid to go into business for himself. MJF also seems to want to be recognized as a locker room leader and lead a revolt against Tony Kahn," Josh stated.
"Well, ladies and gentlemen, up next is the main event of the kickoff show. Two wrestlers that aren't afraid to take it to the extreme lengths. Kyoko Kobashi and Alice Gaster have never met in one-on-one competition, but that changes right now. One has to wonder if they too shall take business upon them and get a little touchy with weapons in this match," Mauro explained.
("Heartbreaker" by Pat Bentar)
(The crowd started booing real loud as Kyoko comes to the stage skipping with her long red hair in a usual ponytail tied with a red bow. She wears a black jacket with a funny cartoonish white jackal symbol on the back, a blue leotard with a white rectangle on the chest underneath, a black collar with a white trim, black, blue-fingered gloves, white tape on her arms, and dark blue boots with a black trim. Coming out beside her is Misako as she wears a white dress shirt, a black skirt, long green socks, and pink sneakers patting her partner on the back.)
Kyoko Kobashi ( JackalKyoko) w/ Misako Enjoji ( Misako90)
"The following contest is set for one-fall! Introducing first, representing The Wild Jackals and being accompanied to the ring by Misako Enjoji, from Tokyo, Japan, Kyoko Kobashi!" Tony announced.
"Two of the newly formed Wild Jackals led by their new leader Marzia Servelli, who is surely watching this match closely tonight to see her recruits in their first match. Their previous leader, Sachiko Koizumi was forced into a tag team with Veronika Noir to become The Heart Connection back in LAW," Amanda explained.
"But both Kyoko and Misako keep the old Heartbreakers theme in seemingly solidarity for their friend and former leader. Even under new management, they'll always have one another it looks like," Josh added.
(Kyoko comes down the ramp ignoring the boos and pops in a piece of pink bubblegum chewing it before blowing a bubble as Misako talks down the crowd. Kyoko just skips to the apron and climbs up using the middle rope before heading under it and just blows another bubble. She skips to a corner and grabs the top rope waiting for her opponent to pound their skull in.)
("Painless" by Fozzy)
(Alice comes out with her sister, Clara, not far behind sporting a boyish brunette haircut wearing a grey latex sports bra with a black heart symbol covered in barbed wire on her chest, grey tights with the left side cut open, and white wrestling boots with black laces and a grey trim. She carried a kendo stick in her right hand and pointed to the ring as Clara glared ahead wearing a simple yellow hoodie, blue jeans, and black combat boots.)
Alice Gaster w/ Clara Gaster ( SpookyShadow777)
"And her opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Clara Gaster, from Newcastle, England, Alice Gaster!" Tony announced.
"Talk about the crazy chicks! Clara does it behind the mask and Alice does it with weapons galore!" Greg exclaimed.
"Just a moment to talk about our sponsors at this time. The WFPW Absolute Zero Kickoff Pre-Show is brought to you by Blue Bunny Ice Cream, StateFarm Insurance, like a good neighbor, StateFarm is there, and brought to you by Pizza Hut, no one outpizzas the hut!" Josh read off a white piece of paper.
(Alice slaps some hands with fans getting hyped up and she even jumped on the barricade ringside raising the kendo stick and grabbing a free beer downing it before hitting herself in the forehead with a crushed plastic cup. She points her weapon at Kyoko, who just beckons Alice to get in the ring as she slips off her jacket to pass down to Misako. Alice jumps from the barricade to the apron and hops on the lower left corner raising the stick again. She jumps in and lays the stick down in the lower left corner doing some stretches as referee Melly Jackson will officiate the match.)
The bell rings as these two ladies cut the formal stuff and go into beating each other's heads getting the crowd riled up. Kyoko scoops up Alice for a Belly-To-Belly Suplex as Alice rolls outside south trying to prevent herself from further advantages. Alice grabs her back talking stuff through with her sister before they break and the ref counts out Alice. Alice slides back in ducking behind Kyoko rolling her up quickly for a quick two count. They get back to their feet as Kyoko cartwheels out of a punch and tries for a Backstabber, but Alice pushes her back into the lower right corner before running to the opposite corner and back hitting a Corner Clothesline making Kyoko nearly vault over the corner. Alice rams her shoulder into Kyoko's gut four times before she hits a Snapmare planting knees into Kyoko's back hard. The delinquent cries out in pain as Alice holds her in a chin lock pulling hard on the body part as the referee checks Kyoko.
"Starting off fast between these two, but Alice now locking Kyoko in a tight chin lock. Can Kyoko outlast the pain in two places to get back control?" Russ wondered.
Kyoko scooted up a little bit releasing the grip from Alice and then rolled out south for an escape route. The crowd booed her for that as Alice called her out for being a chicken and followed her around from inside the ring. Kyoko took a few minutes to gather her breath before getting back in the ring only to receive stomps on her back making Kyoko grit her teeth. Alice gets Kyoko up whipping her into the west ropes as Alice tries for an Enzurgiri, but Kyoko ducks the kick making Alice fall on her stomach. Kyoko runs the north ropes flipping up the crowd before hitting an elbow on the head of Alice and then bouncing her head off the mat. The referee broke it up and scolded Kyoko as the bully put her hands up in defense. Kyoko then stomped down on the head of Alice slapping it two times before the referee gave out a verbal warning.
"No fear of disqualifications here. Even if this is a normal match with rules, Kyoko will test the limits and see what she can get away with," Amanda observed.
Kyoko turned around to berate the crowd and Misako helped fill out as a mouthpiece for her as the delinquent in the ring got Alice up by the head. Kyoko whipped her into the north ropes before hitting a Dropkick to the chest! Alice goes down and grabs her chest in pain as Kyoko runs hitting an Running Shooting Star Press dusting her hands before hooking both legs.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Alice kicked out after 2 shortly!
Kyoko sits Alice back down hitting five leg drops across the chest entirely and Alice moved on her side trying to take in air. Alice rolled away as Kyoko runs the west ropes hitting a Basement Dropkick launching Alice out near the announce table. Kyoko then slid out and got Alice up bouncing her head off the announce table as Alice holds her cranium in pain. Kyoko tried lifting Alice, but Alice reverses hitting a Bodyslam on the edge of the table moving the covering a bit! Kyoko cried out in agony as her back hurt like hell after that move as the referee counted to five. Alice rolls in the ring and then back out restarting the count as she gets Kyoko up throwing her into the timekeeper's area bashing her into two steel chairs. Alice then got Kyoko down on her back kicking the stomach to keep her grounded.
"Now, both hardcore ladies near us and Alice has to be having those thoughts of violence. She can't use weapons, but the environment is weapon enough for her to stay legal," Mauro stated.
Alice climbs on the chairs and yells "LET'S BREAK THIS LITTLE SHIT!" before jumping off with a Diving Senton Bomb making Kyoko cry out in pain and hold her stomach! The referee reached a count of 8, but Alice wouldn't be done rolling in and back out despite the referee's protesting. This restarted the count a second time as Alice grabbed Kyoko up running her head first into the ring post as Clara clapped for her sister and hyped the fans up for her. Alice then went over to grab a steel chair and the referee warned her against using it, but Alice just needed it as a stool. The referee kept a watchful eye and continued the count as Alice again rolled in the ring and back out restarting the count yet again. Alice sets up the chair and gets Kyoko to sit in it as she climbs the barricade slapping fives with the fans and balancing herself. Alice looked back to make sure Kyoko stayed put before trying for a Moonsault on her, but Kyoko fell off to the left leaving Alice to crash into the chair making the crowd go "OOOOOHHHHH! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!"
"This isn't even a hardcore match and yet these two are finding ways to make it one while staying in the rules!" Eiji exclaimed.
Kyoko grabs Alice up and shoved her inside the ring leaving the referee to count to 7 as the bully entered finally breaking the cycle. Kyoko grabbed Alice's legs before leaning back as Alice's neck connected with the south bottom rope making her cough as she was fully in the ring now! Kyoko grabbed both legs putting them over her opponent for a matchbook pin.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Alice pushed out at 2.7!
Kyoko then tried locking in a headscissors, but Alice turned her on her stomach lifting the bully high on the shoulders. Alice leaned back hitting an Electric Chair Driver as Kyoko braced her back for impact springing up to grit her teeth and whimpering followed as Misako looked concerned for her best friend. Alice did a cut throat motion getting big cheers from the fans as she gets Kyoko up getting in front before hitting the Standing Shiranui. She then hooked both legs of Kyoko.
"1…2…" The referee counted, but Misako pulled the referee out of the ring!
The female black referee argued with Misako about that ruling as Alice looked over and spat out some saliva while Kyoko is spread eagle in the middle of the ring. Alice gets Kyoko up and tries for the Blood Scythe (Triangle Lancer Hold), but just as Alice completes it into the armbar, Kyoko reaches up to rake the eyes without the referee seeing it! Clara smacked the apron in protest as Alice gets up grabbing her face in pain shrieking and shaking her head. Kyoko then rolls over to grab the kendo stick and blasts it into the head of Alice making her stumble. The referee finishes her argument and gives a verbal warning to Misako threatening to eject her next time. Alice stumbles trying to regain her vision before Kyoko runs forward to hit a Spear to the gut. Kyoko then gets Alice up and locks her in a La Magistral Pin! The crowd boos heavily as Clara screams at her sister to kick out.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as Kyoko screams in victory and Alice falls over completely baffled!
("Heartbreaker" by Pat Benatar)
"Here is your winner, Kyoko Kobashi!" Tony announced.
"Well, of course we had to expect that Misako would turn the tide for her friend!" Greg complained.
"Alice was putting the match on the Blood Scythe trying to make Kyoko tap out, but Kyoko had the perfect plan once Alice locked it in. Smart thinking to go for the eyes which disrupted Alice's concentration and the proceeding kendo stick shot only made things worse for the Gaster sister," Josh explained.
"Fuck me, The Heartbreaker delinquents get another one. I'll need that malt whiskey earlier than anticipated. Greg, you need a shot?" Eiji asked his broadcast partner as he made a grab for the bottle.
"It seems on that note, the hour is over and the real show will be kicking off. Thanks for joining us for the Kickoff Pre-Show where we witnessed a little taste of things to come. Enjoy Absolute Zero everyone and we shall see you live on pay-per-view! See you in a few minutes!" Amanda announced to the viewers watching on YouTube.
(Kyoko made a roll away before Alice could exact some revenge on her and Misako grabbed her friend out as they celebrated going back up the ramp. The crowd jabbed their thumbs down at the cheating duo, but they jerks did not pay them mind. Clara shook her head in disgust as Alice laid on the west middle rope inaudibly promising revenge for herself as it seems this story wasn't gonna end just yet, but it would have to be saved for another time. The letters of WFPW flashed on the screen and then the screen went to black indicating the end of the livestream.)
