Loona looked offended by what Millie pointed to her and had a sour face on her dog-like mug. "What do you mean act out, female Fatty?"

"You randomly punch Blitzo when you get angry." Moxxie pointed.

"You kicked a baby sky high so you can let go of your explosive anger." Millie said. "And the mother was pissed as fuck at you for almost killing him."

"You kicked a baby, Loona?" said Cody

The female hellhound let out a small sigh in irritation. "Don't worry, he survived, though he might have shaken baby syndrome right now." she clenched skin in-between her eyes, obviously looking guilty about that incident.

"And remember when you kicked me so hard in the groin, i couldn't..." he looked at Cody. "...wrestle with Millie for an entire month."

Blitzo let out a laugh. "I remember that! Ha ha ha! you were screaming like a monkey trapped in a violin! That was pretty hilarious!" Moxxie scowled at his own boss with his eyes narrowed and growling with his mouth closed. "What? You did sound like a chipmunk when she kicked you in the nuts, Mox. You gotta have a sense of humor."

"I do have a sense of humor, sir. I just don't have one like you do."

"And, not that i'm on their side, Loo." said Vortex, "but who can possibly forget about what happened yesterday? making Bee cry and calling her songs shitty."

Loona sighed in guilt and said: "I said i was sorry about that!" in an abrupt voice. Realizing that outburst, she let out another sigh and apologized again. "But i can be fine with Ned." she looked at her adopted brother. "Come on, Cody, at least let me help you with him. I won't... act out with him. I proimse."

Still looking a little unsure, Cody saw Loona's pleading look, and it looked adorable on her. It was a hellhound perk for them to have; persuade people with the puppy dog face and their lips quivering like they were about to cry. In the end, Cody decided to just go along with it and replied: "I do."

Her pleading face immediately went away. "Good, so let me know when it's time."

The Next Day

In Ned's house, it was a little smaller than Cody's own home, but it made sense because Ned was an only child in this family. There were a few of his toys scattered around the living room, and there was a large fish tank with many kinds of freshwater fish swimming in it. Ned's parents were looking spiffy and ready for their date. "Well Cody, Loona. We're on our way now. And there are a few rules you need to follow for babysitting Ned, OK." he gave the boy a list.

The rules were: make sure Ned gets to be at eight o'clock. No watching R rated movies with him, don't give him too much sugar, and never leave him alone."

Cody nodded his head and kept the note in his pocket

"all of you have fun and keep our Ned safe." said Margaret. "Come on, honey. Our dinner awaits us."

"Right behind you, babe. Oh and please feed our garter snake a small mouse tonight at seven. Don't forget that, Cody."

"Ok Brian."

Then Ned was alone with Cody and Loona for the night. "Bluey." Ned said

"What's that, Ned?"

"Bluey!" The toddler cheered

"oh, Bluey. Let me look at that." Said Cody.

"What the fuck is Bluey?" The female hellhound murmured.

Cody pulled up the remote control to pull into the popular Australian show. Seeing those cartoon dogs was enough to make Loona groan in irritation. "One of those fucking educational shows for kids. Satan help me." She said in her brain. Luckily, she brought her some noise-cancelling headphones to listen to some heavy metal music.

The two boys ended up watching Bluey together and they seemed to have enjoyed it while Loona was just browsing on her phone all the way through.

it was like Cody and Ned were really like brothers as they were watching the popular show together. When it was dinner time, Loona ordered two pizzas from Little Caesars and ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza for her and the boys to munch on

Before Cody knew it, it was seven in the evening and it was time to feed, Monty the Garter snake with the mouse.

He had difficulty finding it and had to asked Loona to look for it with her sense of smell. It was rather demeaning since Loona prefers to use her nose for bigger purposes than just looking for a snake's dinner

"Found it." Loona said. It was in a drawer next to the kitchen knives, under the sink.

The snake looked very friendly and slithered on Cody's left hand, and it tickled. Cody then let Monty crawl on Ned's shoulders. The toddler was giggling as the snake was making himself at home around home, taking an immediate liking to the toddler.

Loona found this cute, but, being a tough-as-nails kind of girl, didn't show it, though she did take a picture of this moment on her phone.

"This is gonna be a long night." said the female hellhound.

"Come on, Loona. Can you please have a better attitude about this?"

"You know that I almost never do." The hellhound smirked. "Oh, I almost forgot something." She closed all the blinds in the kitchen and living room so people outside wouldn't be able to see her hellhound form. Listening to some more music and reading a magazine, Loona felt something gently hug her tail, making her eyes bulge in surprise.

looking over her left side, she saw Ned gently hug her soft, fluffy tail. "Hey." Loona said. "Does this look like a teddy bear to you, kid? Huh?" She lifted her tail and it made Ned drop on his butt by a few centimeters. "Blanket!" Ned clapped his hands happily and trying to grab Loona's tail.

The female hellhound looked mad and moved it away from him. "No, you cannot have my tail to hug, and no it is not a blanket." She said.

Ned looked like he was about to cry and his lips were quivering.

"Oh don't give me that." Loona groaned.

"Come on, Loona. Let him have this.

Looking at Ned again, Loona can definitely see he was about to cry and tears were starting to form in his green eyes. Her conscience gave in and she sighed. "Fine. I guess you can snuggle it." Letting down her tail in reluctance, making Ned happy again.

"Don't hate him, Loona." Cody said. "He's still little."

"I don't hate him." Loona pointed "it's just that this is annoying to me. You know how much I hate to be touched."

"But you're ok if I touch you."

"Well, pfft, yeah because I adopted you as my brother."

"right..."

Loona had an idea. "Say. Why don't you show Ned your ax skills that you've been practicing with."

"I don't know, Loona. His parents didn't exactly say he can come down to hell with us for a visit."

"What they don't know won't hurt them, right? And I'll help you keep an eye on him."

"Well... ok. But please don't do anything like maul someone to death... unless they don't give us a choice."

"Don't worry. I won't scare him or anything."

"Ned, you wanna come with us to the underworld? I wanna show you something."

"Yeah! Let's have fun, Cody! Fun! Fun! Fun!" Ned clapped his hands
