Kagome yawned loudly as she walked out of the master bathroom. Bucky was already fast asleep when as she crawled into the bed and snuggled into his chest, quickly falling into a deep sleep.

Kagome found herself in a field full flowers. "Bucky!" She called as she walked down a path. "Steve!" She called, looking around.

But she was alone. "Sesshomaru!?" She called as she continued to walk. Suddenly she felt a presence and whirled around sharply.

A woman stood not that far behind Kagome, The Priestess stared at her, then noticed her eyes.

"Kagome Higurashi-Barnes." The woman greated. "Hello, I'm very pleased and it's an honor to finally meet you."

"Who are you?" Kagome asked, then paused. "Wait." She narrowed her eyes to study the woman. "Do … do I know you?" She asks curiously.

"No. But we have someone in common." The other woman nodded. "You have my son."

Kagome blinked with confusion. "Son?"

"Harry Potter."

Kagome's eyes grew. "Oooh."

"I wanted to thank you somehow and meet you if I could." She strolled up to the Priestess. "My sister was so resentful and formed a strong hatred towards me." Lilly Potter's eyes shined. "She was so jealous that I got to go to a special school. But I never thought for one second that she'd be just as cruel to my son." Her voice broke, her ghostly figure swayed with a gently wind.

Kagome pressed her lips together. "He has your eyes." She smiles softly. "He's a sweet boy."

Lily smiled. "He does." She looked away, then back at Kagome. "Thank you." She smiled. "Thank you. I am so greatful for you and your husband."

"You're welcome. I, I'm sorry you died and never got to see your son grow up." Kagome said with a whisper.

"A mother's bond is sacred." Lily also whispered. "Your own child, wouldn't you do the same for her?"

"In a heartbeat." Kagome choked.

"Tomorrow, a half giant will be coming to your home. He will be taking Harry to Diagon Alley."

"But, I was gonna take him."

"Your Priestess powers are strong. But the Wizard World and the demon world hold different balances of magic. And you are still a muggle. Non magic folk will not be able to see or spot the difference. So if you did take him."

"I would walk right past the entrance." Kagome finishes as she understands, she looks around the field of flowers, then looks back at Lily. "Then I don't want to disturb that balance. Who will be helping Harry with his school supplies?"

"Rubeus Hagrid." Lily answered. "A scruffy man with bushy hair and a beard. But he's a big teddy bear with a good heart." She smiles, then moves forward grabbing Kagome in a hug. "Thank you again for helping my baby."

Kagome awoke suddenly and shot up. She looked around the dark bedroom as she breathed heavily, the dream still fresh in her mind. Or was that a dream? Looking to Bucky, she saw he's in a deep sleep. Slowly, not wanting to wake her husband Kagome slid off the bed and silently walked out of the master bedroom.

Once in the living room. She lays down on the couch, pulling the throw blanket over herself. As she falls back asleep she wonders if that was a dream of some kind.

Once morning came, Kagome shifted on the couch waking up to find Stephanie watching her.

"Morning, mommy!" The child greeted cheerfully.

"Morning." Kagome said through a yawn and stretched.

"Stephanie, what'd I tell you about waking your ma?" Bucky scolded lightly as he came over and gently plucked his daughter up off floor, making the girl pout.

"To not too."

"That's right." He turns and sets her back on the floor. "Go get breakfast."

"Ok." As she leaves to go for the kitchen table, Bucky perches himself on the edge of the couch.

"Sweetheart, you ok?" He asked, patting her leg gently. "You were twitching last night. Now last I checked, I'm the one with the nightmares."

She smirks. "You could share."

"Not my nightmares. Nobody wants my nightmares, I don't want my nightmares." He leaned to give her a kiss. "Are we gonna let the kids scarf down the whole table?"

Her face lit up. "No way!"

An hour after breakfast was over, a knocking came to the door, and Kagome opened the door. "Hello Mrs. Barnes." Rubeus Hagrid greeted kindly. "Professor McGonagall has sent me."

"Sent you?" Kagome asked.

Hagrid nods. "For Young Harry to get his school supplies!" His smile is bright.

"Ah." She nods, opening the door wider for him. "Please come in."

Stephanie watches with wide eyes as she studies Hagrid. "Wow! Your bigger then Uncle Steve and daddy!"

"Alright little lady." Bucky picks her up. "That's twice now today from you."

"Ah, she ain't hurting nothing." Hagrid smiled. "I am Rubeus Hagrid, grounds keeper at Hogwarts." When he tried to bow, he accidentally knocked his head into the ceiling fan. "Oh!" He tried to stop the fan from swinging. "I'm so sorry."

"No, it's ok." Bucky said, still holding Stephanie on his hip as she giggled.

Harry slowly came out from the hallway.

"Aw, there you are Harry!" Hagrid's smile is bright. "I haven't seen you since you were a baby. But look at ya now." His smile turned to a fond smile as he looked at Harry.

While Harry was out with Hagrid. Kagome went to see Sesshomaru.

"It is true that you can off balance the magic." The demon agrees once she told him about visiter that morning.

"What about my dream?" She asked. "How can that be explained?"

"That might have to be looked into more." Sesshomaru answered as he moves along a bookcase, a claw running gently along the books as she searched for what he was looking for. "At the moment I don't have an answer for that."

"Once the boy has full of his powers." Jaken starts calmly, and Kagome looks around for him before she finds him hovering in a corner and she laughs. "TELL HIM TO PUT ME DOWN!" The Imp cried, flailing his arms and legs as he floated like a hot air balloon and now he's stuck on the ceiling.

"Jaken, calm yourself." Sesshomaru said calmly, moving back to his desk and sat down. "Priestess, I'll need for you to channel more of your power."

When Kagome returned home, it was dinner time. "Oh, what a beautiful owl!" She admired once she saw the snowy white owl in the cage as it sat on the coffee table.

"Hagrid came it to me for a late birthday present." Harry smiles. "This is Hedwig."

Kagome smiled brightly. "Hello, Hedwig." She cooed at the owl, who chirped softly at her.

"Um, Bucky isn't home yet." Harry started. "And I'm hungry."

"Ok." Kagome nods. "Where's Steph?"

"With Steve."

"Ok. I'll start on making some tomato soup and grilled cheese."

Harry's eyes lit up. "Sounds good."
