We're reaching the end of this Zephyr Endeavor, and there's only one character that comes to mind who can properly wrap all of this up…

Her name is Rae-Ann, and while everyone was running around crazy and getting themselves killed… she was making moves of her own in order to effectively take over Ezekiel Stane's position in S.H.A.D.O.W.
That means she was training with Agent Natasha Romanov, Yelena Belova, Clint Barton, and Bucky Barnes behind the scenes, and preparing that small team for their next mission.
Rae-Ann also spoke on Ezekiel's behalf when it came time to present information to the Surveillant Council, and some might say it was their final meeting.

It was a final meeting for two members of S.H.A.D.O.W., because going forward Wade Wilson and Ezekiel Stane would only be serving as… consultants.
That's how Rae-Ann explained it to the Surveillant Council, just as the meeting began to take place.
She was the only member of the team present during the meeting as well, and Rae-Ann explained that they all needed a break before they embarked on another "endeavor."

Steve Rogers was normally silent whenever "Rae-Ann" was present in the S.H.I.E.L.D. facility. Let's not forget that she was given his mother's image, and seeing Sarah Rogers in the flesh was something the blonde couldn't get used to.
He was technically looking at his mother whenever Rae-Ann gently spoke, and the sound of her voice was just…

Steve had to look over at Tony Stark a couple times as the meet and greet carried on.

Victor Von Doom made an unexpected appearance. He crossed the room before that "final" meeting began, and he took a seat directly across from Donna Strange.
Doom pulled himself up a chair, and he made room for himself on the Surveillant Council's side of the table.
Those details meant nothing to Rae-Ann, so she gave the man a pleasant smile. She had a gift for him, actually, and she was instructed to give everyone a little something from the forever somber "White Jackal."

"Before I tell you the plan to put a dent in an organization called the Ten Rings, I've been asked to give some of you a parting gift from the previous leader of S.H.A.D.O.W.. Also… one of the members will be tuning in through a video call very soon."

Oh boy. Tony had to roll his eyes on that one. Ezekiel was such a fuccckking diva. OH, and at this point in the story, that baby punk brat prince of darkness had been off the grid for weeks.
They all knew he was WITH WADE WILSON, but still… those two were hard to track. They were laying low and staying shacked up at Wade's for a long while, but now? Who the fuck knows where those two were….
Tony could stretch his mental legs and find them, but the question WHY kept popping up in his mind from time to time.
Anyway. Rae-Ann did Ezekiel's bidding, as expected, and she hand delivered a couple things to some of the members of Ezekiel's "former" Surveillant Council. Tony Stark got a small box with a letter, and so did Doctor Doom…
What the FUCK'S in the box, CHICK… Tony definitely didn't like the vibes. He glanced over at Steve, because he only got an adorable looking letter. Nick Fury got a letter as well, and so did Charles Xavier.
Donna Strange didn't get jack shit. HAH. She didn't get a "parting" gift from Ezekiel Stane at all. Do you think she cared? Fuck no. Donna couldn't possibly care any less. She did smile at her fellow Council members, and she hoped the parting gift they received wasn't laced with some sort of flesh-melting poison.
That was Ezekiel's vibe …. so, Donna kinda sat back from their gifts as they started looking through them at a snail's pace.

Doom didn't fear anything within his box, so he opened his "gift" immediately. Inside the box there was a letter, and a silicone replica of Wade Wilson's gloved hand.
That gloved hand was in the shape of his hand and middle finger, and it actually made Doctor Doom laugh beneath his mask. So, that vile pest didn't die after all, but that could change…
Killing Wade Wilson was about to become Doom's favorite pastime, so he ignored the giant middle finger and he started looking over the letter.
Naturally, it was from "Briseis" and that notion changed his mood…

Steve Rogers received a simple letter of gratitude, as well as Nick Fury, and Charles Xavier. Each letter was unique to each individual, and Ezekiel actually meant every word on the page.
The last "gift" was for Tony Stark. He told the room that he wasn't friggen opening any box from Ezekiel Stane. Nooooooo thank you.
He had his tech open the box under another box for protection, because Tony meant it when he said he'd NEVER trust Ezekiel until he took his last dying breath.
It was stupid for either of them to behave otherwise, and Ezekiel actually agreed with Stark's mindset. He shared that mindset toward him as well, because NO ONE should ever trust a Stark…

The box only had that crown in it. Remember the crown that was given to Ezekiel at some point in the story? Well, the somber Jackal inwardly decided to construct his own crown, so he sent the one Tony gave him back out of spite.
For Ezekiel, the crown meant Stark had some sort of hold on him, or it felt more like a metaphor for control.
The Jackal had built his own fucking crown, but thanks for the gesture…

And on that note, the final piece to this grand endeavor decided to reveal himself via ZOOM. Wade Wilson chimed into the meeting after he re-figured out how to work Sevgili.
Sevgili was back in action too, and Wade loudly announced that he figured out how to patch through a Zoom call…
His voice was loud as fuck, and it looked like he was off on some beach. The mercenary was actually in Bermuda, because he had some fucker named Weasel to track down and murder. Weasel bet against him, but guess what…. DOOM ACTUALLY LOST THAT BATTLE.FUCKERS…
Stephen Strange informed Wade of the rules they came up with at some point, and turns out, USING MAGIC OR ANY SORT OF ATOM-BOMB BLAST MEANT INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION.
That means WADE WON THAT BATTLE, YA CUNT…. So he took off to Bermuda as soon as he found out where Weasel went with all that cash.
The mercenary loudly shared all of that information to everyone present at the meeting, and they all watched Doctor Doom clench his hands together once again.
Oh, he wanted to punch that MOUTH a trillion times and never stop, then permanently shut that person up for good….
That mood slowly settled after a moment, because they all saw a glimpse of that "quiet coyote" somewhere behind Wade on his giant screen.
Ezekiel did look directly at his Surveillant Council for just a moment…but then, his focus went away and he started looking off in another direction.
Ezekiel was looking out at the ocean while Wade spoke to his former Council, and the baby Jackal didn't plan to say a damn thing…
