No-One But You (The Mystic Consultant) - Part 2

Chapter 70: Sorcerer Supreme (Part 10)

Victor Strange chose to trust his brother, and by doing that... he put himself within arms reach of Agamotto.

Everything going on frightened the baby Strange on the down-lo, but he told himself that he's already overpowered the Vishanti beast once before. Victor didn't accomplish that by himself, but he stood up to him… What happened against Agamotto ultimately gave Stephen his body back. Also, Stephen's mind had only gotten stronger since then, so Victor's nerves began to settle after some time.

Stephen had his right hand on the amulet, and in his mind he was telling Agamotto to connect himself to it. The process was harder than it looked, and the former Sorcerer Supreme was getting pretty pissed off.

Victor watched as an intense green light traveled through his brother's hand. It moved into the third section of the amulet, then Stephen transported them back to the Kamar taj. Everything going on in that moment was causing quite a scene, but Victor and Stephen held a strong focus on the amulet.

The green light migrated back, and Victor thought Tony's invention was breaking open for a sec. He thought the worst, because when the green light returned to Stephen's hand, Victor suddenly heard something snap. His eyes were pretty much glued to his brother's hand after that. Whoa.. everyone watched as Victor Strange freaked out. He yelled out to see if Stephen was ok. His hand looked…

SHIT STICKSSS, YO?! Victor saw the bones in that hand break. They broke twice, but Stephen only seemed annoyed. He thought it was over when he initially forced Agamotto's energy into Victor's amulet. Stephen relocated them, so Victor could practice traveling to the Realm of Light from the Kamar taj.

His plan backfired, because Agamotto forced his energy to return, and now Stephen had to work even harder to get that energy back where he wanted it to go. His hand was broken, but for him… that was nothing new. Stephen ignored Victor's outburst, and he braced himself by grabbing ahold of his brother's shoulder.

Stephen used his inured hand to make that petty DIVA obey him, and Victor could see the green light appear in his hand once again.

Wade Wilson slowly glanced around the group. Holy Moly. Everybody was watching the show, so the mercenary dug his cellphone out from one of the pockets on his belt. Wade said out loud that he had to get a video, cuz how cool was that? Witnessing some crazy looking wizard shit wasn't an everyday thing for the talkative mercenary, so he chose to capture the scene happening in front of him.

"Does TMZ buy footage like this?"

Wade had to wonder, but no one was listening to him in that moment. Everyone was pretty busy watching whatever the eff was happening between both versions of the Sorcerer Supreme. There was a blue cloak flipping about, along with the red one that covered Victor's shoulders. Both of the ancient artifacts were reacting to the situation, and flapping about amongst all the chaos.

Shit was getting crazy, and Victor heard something else break in that hand before him. He started telling his brother that he wanted him to stop. Victor said they could figure out another way to contain Agamotto's energy, and at that point… the baby Strange was pleading for Stephen to stop. Stephen heard his brother, but he wasn't going to quit.

He said something about having Agamotto on the run. Don't worry about it Victor, that's what he said.

Everyone witnessing the scene had to cover their eyes at one point, because that bright green light eventually dominated the scene. That energy eventually bent to Stephen's will, and Victor held his breath after that amulet snapped itself shut. Energy from Agamotto, Hoggoth, and Oshtur were finally locked up tight within that amulet, so Stephen Strange stepped backward and he took a seat.

Jesus effing Christ. The former Sorcerer Supreme had to laugh a little after that one. He glanced down at his hand, then he looked back up at his little brother. Victor looked horrified on the down-lo, but at the same time he looked pretty thrilled. Victor crouched down in front of his brother. I mean, what a scene.

Stephen closed his eyes after he suddenly received a super warm hug. Victor had to hug his brother, and that gentle embrace was immediately returned. The brothers took their time processing the accomplishment, and Stephen quietly said they needed to hold off on opening it for a while. He planned to go over how Victor would actually use of the energy that they technically stole from Agamotto, but it was best to wait.

Donna was happy to see her brothers in that moment. She approached them, then she dropped down to where they were on the ground as well. She looked them both in the eyes, one by one. Donna did a double check on both of their souls. Out loud, Donna said she felt very proud of Victor, and she told Stephen that she needed to take a look at his hand.

The siblings forgot about the pack of onlookers, but it was an interesting moment for everyone who was involved.

"THIS IS COOL. We should celebrate. Right?"

Deadpool's voice broke through the tender moment. He didn't know what actually happened, but all the freaky shit was apparently over and the mercenary figured it was time to party. He looked around the training grounds for some confirmation, and his eyes eventually stopped at Victor Strange. Everything was happening because of him, right? Soooo… Wade decided to focus on Ezekiel's baby boy toy.

"I know a cool club. We all should go. Drinking is optional, but celebration is a must."

Victor Strange was still hugging his brother, but his eyes migrated in Wade's direction. His loud voice carried through the void, and Victor realized that he was finally seeing the mercenary's actual face as he spoke. He'd never seen Wade's face before, so his eyes quickly snapped over in Ezekiel's direction. YO, Zeke? Waaaaiitttt a minuteeeeee.. Hold. The. Effing. Phone.

VICTOR QUICKLY LOOKED BACK at Wade's actual face again. So, wait that was, that was the face he had before all of his torture-cancer psycho fuhhkk stuff? Yo? Ummm… ok. Something began to make a bit of sense for the baby Strange in that moment, so he released his brother from their tender embrace. Victor Strange slowly stood up. He helped Stephen up to his feet, then he glanced over in Ezekiel's direction once again.

…..What? Ezekiel wasn't sure why Victor decided to look at him like that. He didn't seem mad, or whatever, so the Jackal gave him an awkward smile. I mean, he puzzled over it for a sec..

YEAH OK, ZEKE. UHM, HELLO.

They needed to have a chat about something as soon as possible. The Sorcerer Supreme looked away from it all. He made a mental note to chat with Ezekiel about Wade's face, and he completely ignored the random push for a celebration. The path was crystal clear for Victor in that moment, so he focused only on his siblings.

That was it.
