"Adrien Agreste, you tell me where Mr. Cuddly is right now!" Chloe screeched.

Adrien sighed, he'd lost his favorite stuffed kitty, the one Mama made, and Chloe had gone on and on about how many toys she had. Felix just sat there, cuddling his stuffed rabbit, without a care in the world. At least his cousin was happy.

"I'll go find your bear, Chloe," Adrien said, quietly. He headed back indoors and saw his Mother standing in the doorway. Adrien sniffled, he hated being in trouble.

"Adrien, what's wrong?" Emile Agreste asked. "I-I lost my kitty, so I hid Chloe's teddy and now she's mad at me." Adrien couldn't quite look his mother in the eye.

"Oh, Adrien," she sighed, and touched his cheek, Adrien leaning into the soft hand, "Just because you do something wrong, doesn't mean you can be mean to others. Are you on your way to find Chloe's bear?"

Adrien nodded, now the tears ran down his cheeks. He felt horrible. "Even if you lost something important, no matter how much it hurts you, you should always be kind to others."

Emile held her son close as Adrien cried, rubbing his back gently.

Present day…

Adrien leaned against his pillow, a picture of his family wrapped tightly in his hands, tears stinging his eyes. "She wouldn't have wanted this," he whispered. Adrien held his Kitty close to his chest.

He sighed, waiting for night-fall, for then he was M'lady's Kitty, who gave her own gentle love in her own special way, making Adrien feel better, just like his Mother had done, all those years ago.
