At some rocky cliff, a calm, warm wind blew gently through the air as the scorching sun shines down on the hot gravel and sand. Strolling through the landscape is a young man wearing a blue T-shirt and shorts, and a white bear-shaped cowl covering his head, accompanied by a yellow English bulldog standing on two legs. This is Finn and Jake: brothers who go on adventures together, saving people and discovering new places. "Nice to walk around new places once in a while, don't you think, Jake?" Finn asked Jake casually.
"With all this crazy stuff happening to us across different universes, it's nice to take a breather." Jake nodded. As they walk, they see something stuck in the ground afar, adjacent a great rocky cliff. Finn narrows his eyes to see a red-gripped cutlass stuck upside-down in the ground, barely concealed by plant life. "Cool! A sword!" Finn exclaimed as he sprints towards it.
"Finn, wait up!" Jake said as he catches up to Finn. When Finn gets to the sword, he pulls away the vines and sees the blade covered in dust, but no spot of rust anywhere, otherwise pristine. "A pirate sword!" Jake exclaimed.
"Can't have enough swords." Finn said as he grabs the grip, when Jake stops him.
"Wait, what if its cursed?" Jake asked in concern.
"What makes you say that?" Finn questioned Jake.
"See the way its buried here?" Jake pointed to the ground. "What if it's the grave of a dead pirate captain? If we take it, we'll be cursed forever!"
"We've faced ghosts before. We can take 'em." Finn assured before putting his hand on the grip again. He firmly grasps it as he tries pulling it out of the ground. "Wow, it's really stuck in there!" Finn said before Jake puts his hands to the grip.
"If we're gonna be cursed by a pirate's ghost, we'll be cursed together!" Jake grunted. With their combined strength, they pull out the sword from the gravel and raise it to the air, letting the sun's rays hit the blade with a gleam.
"Yarr!" Finn growled like a pirate. He lowers the sword to take a closer look at it with Jake, wiping dust off its blade.
"Look at this thing! It must've cut down a ton of landlubbers!" Jake noted.
"Imagine the scallywag this used to belong to. I bet he had a lotta treasure buried somewhere." Finn said as he holds the blade in front of him. As he flips the sword so the edge faces his eyes, beyond he sees six figures approaching them through the desert's rippling air. He lowers his sword to look at them, and sees six strangely-dressed people walking to them.
One is a black man with curly brown hair wearing glasses, a blue leather jacket with too many zippers, and light grey cargo pants.
Next is an Asian woman with long black hair wearing a pink sherpa jacket over a white frilly dress.
Another is a man of middle-eastern descent wearing a green plaid dress shirt with black pants, and a black velvet blazer.
Beside him is a blonde white woman wearing a white tank top under a yellow short-cut reefer jacket, and long jeans.
Second to last is a white man with a brown crewcut wearing a shiny silver jacket with a black shirt and a black-and-white scarf.
Leading them is a white man with a chiselled chin, wearing a red frock coat, a left eyepatch, and a black tricorne decorated with an alien Jolly Roger. "Ahoy, there!" he waved to Finn and Jake, speaking with a stereotypical pirate accent.
"Woah, real pirates!" Jake pointed.
"Who're you guys?" Finn asked them.
"Aye, we've never met outside the suits." The man in red realized, scratching behind his ear. "I be Captain Troy, but you already know me as Super Mega Red!"
"Noah, Super Mega Blue." The man in blue introduces himself.
"Emma, Super Mega Pink!" the woman in pink introduces herself.
"I'm Gia, the Yellow Ranger. Nice to meet you." the woman in yellow said.
"I'm Jake. Depending on the form, I'm either Mega Black or Super Mega Green." The man in black added.
"I'm Orion, the Silver Ranger." The man with the scarf introduces himself.
"Together, we are…" Captain Troy spoke before spinning around, and they all hold out fancy flip phones.
"Power Ranger Super Megaforce!" they exclaimed at once.
"Hey, my name's Jake, too!" Jake the Dog said.
"Well, anyone named Jake's gotta be awesome!" Jake the human added.
"I remember y'all! You helped us fight that space pirate, Silas." Finn said.
"You're welcome, by the way." Orion smiled.
"What're you doing here?" Jake the Dog asked.
"Arr, this place be a special place to us. It's where we saved the world from The Armada." Captain Troy answered.
"It was a huge battle where the Power Rangers before us teamed up to fight against invaders." Emma added.
"You should've been there, it was epic!" Jake the human said.
"That blade ye be holdin' is a monument to our victory!" Captain Troy pointed.
"Oh, sorry. I'll just put it back." Finn said before burying the sword back where he found it.
"We come here once a year to celebrate our victory anniversary." Noah explained.
"With a picnic." Gia said as she and Jake hold up picnic baskets.
"Wanna join us?" Emma asked.
"Jake, what's our schedule like?" Finn asked as Jake the Dog takes his phone out.
"It's the weekend, so we're all clear for rest and relaxation." Jake the Dog read the phone.
"Yeah, we can stay for an hour or two." Finn told them.
"Great! I hope you two like meatloaf." Jake the human smiled as he puts down a red-and-white checker-patterned picnic cloth.
"I love meatloaf!" Finn blurted excitedly.
"Then you're in for a treat. This one's a special recipe." Captain Troy winked.
"As a pro-mateur home chef, I'll see to that myself." Jake the Dog responded, as if accepting a challenge.
Soon, everyone gets to enjoying their picnic near the sword under the sun. Troy takes a tray of meatloaf out of the picnic table and sets it down. "Alright, me hearties, dig in!"
"Oh, yeah!" Jake the human chuckled as he takes a slice of meatloaf, followed by Finn and Jake the Dog.
Troy takes out the rest of the spread: a potato salad bowl, fresh garlic bread, a tray of caprese salad, and a couple bottles of red liquid labelled "LUM".
"You make all this yourself?" Jake the dog asked Captain Troy as he bites into his meatloaf.
"Sure did, lads. I sourced the veggies from me hydroponics section, and hunted the meat from space-borne game." Captain Troy answered confidently.
"Even this?" Finn pointed his fork to the meatloaf.
"Nae, I got a good deal on a cut of chuck." Captain Troy answered. "Would've made it from space cow if I had some."
"Space cow?" Finn raised his eyebrow.
"Looks exactly how it sounds." Gia giggled.
Finn looks at his meatloaf and takes a bite, and a big smile forms on his face. "Mhm! Compliments to the chef!"
"That's the captain for ya." Emma said.
"So, how'd the team get together?" Jake the Dog asked.
"Ooh, that's a long story." Jake the human scrunched his face.
"I wasn't even there at the start." Orion added.
"I'll tell this tale, folks." Captain Troy volunteered. "There we were: five regular high school students, mindin' their business, when all of a sudden, we were plucked from where we were, and were face-to-face with a… tiki face."
"His name is Gosei, a guardian of Earth who chose us to become Power Rangers, preparing us for a war to come." Noah added.
"What about you, Orion? You said you weren't there at the start?" Jake the Dog asked Orion.
"I was a refugee from Andresia, a planet far from here." Orion answered.
"You're an alien? You don't look like one." Finn said as he looks up and down Orion.
"About that… my species are just like humans on Earth." Orion shrugged. "Anyway, there was this empire that invaded my home world: The Armada. They…" he hesitated for a bit. "They took over my planet, destroyed everything I loved and knew… and I was alone." Orion continued solemnly. "That was, until I hijacked an Armada patrol ship and came to Earth to fight them, to avenge my planet." Orion concluded. "That's when I found these guys." He chuckled as he looks around to his friends.
"What about you two? How'd you meet?" Emma asked Finn and Jake.
"Yeah, and why does the dog talk?" Jake the human asked.
"We're brothers. Jake's family found me in the woods and adopted me, and we've been together ever since." Finn explained.
"Dogs can just talk where we come from." Jake the Dog told them.
"We've been adventuring for as long as we remember, and we'll adventure 'til we turn into nasty old raisin people." Finn added.
"What happened to your biological family, Finn?" Gia asked.
"My mom turned herself into a computer intelligence to save the humans on the island we used to live on." Finn explained. "Martin, my father…" he hesitated.
"We don't like talking about him. He's a doo-doo baldy." Jake the Dog spoke for him.
"Sounds rough, man." Captain Troy said before eating a scoop of potato salad.
"So, you're pirates? Like, good pirates?" Finn asked them.
"He is." Emma points to Captain Troy. "We just tag along every weekend."
"We have our own jobs, so to balance our normal life and our hero life, Troy picks us up every Saturday to go on adventure." Noah explained.
"We're martial arts instructors." Jake the human gestures to himself and Gia.
"I'm a freelance nature photographer." Emma added.
"I'm what you call a freeter. I work here and there. Currently, I'm a lifeguard in Mariner Bay." Orion explained himself.
"I work for Grid Battleforce as a scientist." Noah continued.
"Grid Battleforce?" Finn asked.
"We're an organization that researches about the Power Rangers, and occasionally help them in their missions." Noah elaborated.
"That sounds awesome!" Finn said. "My mom does research stuff for heroes all over the Multiverse."
"What's it like being a Power Ranger?" Jake the Dog asked.
"We never run outta adventures to have, and we're always fighting bad guys." Captain Troy said.
"It's always a surprise whenever we morph." Noah added.
"Sounds a lot like adventuring, and we know plenty about that." Finn commented.
"What about you two? We never got to talk much since you kinda left after we defeated Silas." Gia asked.
"Kinda the same, really." Finn shrugged. "Every day we wake up, we go out, and find adventure!"
"We've delved into dark dungeons, fought terrible dragons, feed ducks, and rescue princesses!" Jake the Dog counted. "That last one's our specialty."
"Sounds like something outta a story book." Emma commented.
"Feed ducks?" Jake the human raised his eyebrow.
"Ever been to space?" Captain Troy asked.
"A couple times, yeah." Finn nodded. "Once, we chased down an evil alien disguised as a penguin who wanted to absorb a Catalyst Comet that contained some great power."
"A couple years ago, we got a transmission from Alpha Centauri, and we found a chunk of Earth teleported on one of the planets there, complete with some humans surviving against weird goo zombies." Jake the dog continued.
"Don't forget before that: we went to Mars and fought a cyborg dragon with a cat-human-hybrid soldier." Finn reminded Jake the Dog.
"Sounds like an adventure I'd go on. I've been all over the galaxy, from Triforia to Mirinoi, and sometimes I get really adventurous and go to another galaxy." Captain Troy described.
"What kinda ship you guys have?" Finn asked.
"Ever watched Treasure Planet?" Captain Troy smiled before dialling his Legendary Morpher. At that instant, a giant red ship warps above them, shaped just like a pirate galleon with wings on the aft. "Say ahoy to the Super Mega Skyship!"
"Woah, a flying space pirate ship!" Finn stood up in awe to gaze up at the marvelous vessel.
"Sure is something, alright." Jake the Dog nodded.
"Not only is it our transport, it's also our Megazord; our giant robot!" Orion pointed the ship.
"We got a giant robot, too!" Jake the Dog added.
"I remember it when we first met! It took down Silas' Fire Elementoid with one swing!" Gia mimicked swinging a sword.
"I'll call here. Only fair we show our ship, too." Finn takes out his phone and dials a number. "Mom? I need Ursa. No, nothing big. C'mon, I gotta show new friends our giant robot, they've shown us theirs." He pleaded before immediately perking up. "Yes, a survey, or whatever. We can do that. Thanks, mom!" he said before dropping the call.
"Prepare your pants, Power Rangers!" Jake the Dog pointed to the team before a rainbow portal manifests in the sky opposite the Skyship from which a flying white littoral combat ship emerges.
"Meet Ursa Kildare." Finn looked to the ship.
"Impressive vessel, lad." Captain Troy nodded.
"Thanks. My mom made it for us with help from alien robots called Autobots we met on another adventure." Finn explained.
"You gonna activate it, or what?" Gia asked Finn.
"Only if we see yours first." Finn responded.
"Alrighty, matey! It's Morphin' Time!" Captain Troy shouted as he and everyone, minus Orion, hold out their Legendary Morphers.
"Legendary Ranger Mode!" they insert their Ranger Keys into their Legendary Morphers, then multicoloured Xs fly from their phones and converge onto their bodies, impacting with a flash, morphing them into Power Rangers.
"Zords combine!" they shouted before leaping into their ship with a single, high jump.
Finn and Jake watch as they enter their ship, and turn to Orion waving to them. "You gonna join them, Orion?" Finn asked.
"I'm not part of this formation." Orion said. "I'll just hang back."
Then, they see the entire deck of the Skyship open up, and four vehicles pop out from one another like nesting dolls: a yellow semi-truck, a pink submarine, a green race car, and a blue jet. They all fly around the Skyship before ascending to the sky. The jet and car join to the Skyship's front sides before it aligns itself upwards. It extends robotic legs from the aft for the truck and submarine to form feet. Finally, the bow splits apart to reveal a metal face within, then puts on a massive pirate hat before brandishing the blades mounted on its bow.
"Legendary Megazord, ready!"
"Aw, yeah! That's what I'm talkin' about!" Jake clapped.
"Neat, real neat." Finn commented as the Legendary Megazord looks down to them.
"Now be ye turn, lad." Red Ranger's voice said as the Legendary Megazord points its sabre at Finn and Jake.
"Jake, what time is it?" Finn turns to his brother with a smile.
"It's giant robot time!" they fist bumped each other before being taken away by columns of white light.
Finn and Jake are instantly transported into Ursa Kildare's militaristic ship bridge where lights from consoles surrounding them flicker and beep. "Transform! Ursa Kildare!" they shouted simultaneously.
"Voice recognition confirmed. Now transforming." An Irish-accented woman's voice acknowledged before the consoles sink down into the floor and push away from the brothers, creating a flat metal floor surrounding them, with only the bulkheads and a view port surrounding them.
The hull splits apart as the aft raises itself, then emerging from the split hull is a gigantic robot body, a platform that held a portion of the intact bridge, and a partially-built head resembling Finn's cowl; a hollow cavity in place of a face. The body rises as the helipads forms shoulders, hands emerged from the rear sides of the hull with long hook-like fingers as the entire bridge moves up the torso and into the head where the windows formed the visor eyes of the robot. Finally, Finn takes a rapier with a purple hilt adorned with a large slit eye from his bedazzled purple scabbard and throws it out the window where it enlarges rapidly to fit the giant robot's grip.
"Ursa Kildare, ready for action!" Finn and Jake shouted.
"Hey, what about a little sparring? Give us all you got, and we'll give you all we got." Finn suggested.
"Sounds like a perfect activity for a victory anniversary!" Red Ranger's voice responded.
"Let's make it flashy!" Yellow Ranger added.
"Don't expect us to go easy, kid." Pink Ranger wagged her finger.
"But feel free to tag out when you feel like it." Green Ranger said.
"A new Megazord to assess, how exciting!" Blue Ranger commented.
On the ground, Orion aims a black-and-gold blaster to the space between them. "On your mark!" he shouted as Ursa Kildare hones the Night Sword.
"Get set!" Legendary Megazord crosses its blades.
"Go!" Orion fires, and the two mechas clash their blades against each other, trying to break through their defences before hopping away backwards.
"Shoulder cannons, fire!" Legendary Megazord's shoulder cannons roll-fire at Ursa Kildare.
Ursa Kildare swats away the incoming cannonballs with the Night Sword faster than whatever speed its bulky frame would suggest. "Jake, fire knee guns!" Finn commanded.
"Aw yeah, knee guns!" Jake whooped as they synchronously cock their knees. Ursa Kildare's twin knee turrets pivot at Legendary Megazord, flinging anti-ship shells at its hull.
Legendary Megazord spins up its twin sabres as it jogs towards Ursa Kildare, blocking most of the cannon fire. Ursa Kildare takes a defensive stance and parries the left blade away, but was open to the other sabre heading for its shoulder, creating a gash in the helipad.
"You guys're good!" Finn shouted.
"We've had more than five years of experience. We know the ins and outs of Megazord fighting." Yellow Ranger's voice responded.
"Why don't we show it?" Green Ranger said before inserting a key into his wheel.
"Mystic Legendary Dragonzord, activate!" Legendary Megazord's chest opens for a red robot dragon to emerge and fly into the sky, circling Ursa Kildare like a vulture.
"They have a dragon?! Awesome!" Finn cheered, his excitement mirrored into Ursa Kildare raising its arms, leaving an opening for the dragon to swoop down and carry it into the sky. It chomps Ursa Kildare's abdomen, who retaliates by smacking the blade against its hide. Thanks to the Night Sword's dark enchantments, it leaves more than a few gashes in the dragon's skull, allowing it to release Ursa Kildare. Ursa Kildare grabs the dragon's horn and swings upwards, saddling on its neck.
"Yeehaw!" Jake whooped as Ursa Kildare redirects the Mystic Legendary Dragon towards Legendary Megazord.
"I don't believe it! They're using our own Zord against us!" Pink Ranger shakes her head when the dragon slashes its wing against Legendary Megazord.
"When you put two super-awesome seasoned adventurers against a dragon, there's always a clear winner!" Finn declared when Ursa Kildare dismounts the dragon, which disappears into sparkles.
"Let's try something else!" Red Ranger extends a key not of a Power Ranger, but a Megazord.
"Legendary Megazord Mode! Jungle Pride Megazord!" the crew shouts as a golden claw logo pops out of Legendary Megazord before engulfing it in its light.
Ursa Kildare shields its eyes from the light before it reveals an entirely different Megazord made of a slim red upper body with a tiger helmet, and two boots resembling a yellow cheetah and a blue jaguar. Jungle Pride Megazord zipped, zigged, and zagged around Ursa Kildare while all it could do was try to catch it in its sights, faster than the Mystic Legendary Dragon on land. When Jungle Pride Megazord suddenly swings a karate chop into Ursa Kildare's face, it puts the Night Sword between them, but was immediately disarmed; the blade falling onto a brush of trees. "How'd you do that?!" Finn shouted.
"Just like we can morph into other Power Rangers," Blue Ranger began.
"Our Megazord can morph into other Megazords!" continued Yellow Ranger.
"Hand-crafted by yers truly." Red Ranger curtsied Jungle Pride Megazord before swinging its blue boot at Ursa Kildare, who quickly catches it.
"Hey, this foot's got cool shades." Jake points at the blue boot's red sunglasses.
The cheetah boot clamps onto Ursa Kildare's hand, twisting the mech upside-down like a kung fu master. Jungle Pride Megazord takes a few paces back, then extends its arms to the side for a T-pose. "Spin Attack!" the Power Rangers screamed as Jungle Pride Megazord's upper torso spins up like a rotor and dashes at Ursa Kildare.
Ursa Kildare takes the keel armour from its shins and fuses them into a shield, bracing for impact when the spin attack grinds against the hull like a saw. Both forces sustain themselves until Jungle Fury Megazord punches a hole through, launching Ursa Kildare into a mountainside.
Within Ursa Kildare, Finn and Jake attempt to stand, but an alarm and blinking red lights informed them of a hull breach. "Aw, phooey." Finn groaned.
"Guess that's game." Jake sighed.
On the ground, the two teams meet face-to-face between an eager Orion. "And the winner goes to… Super Ultra Megaforce!" Orion declares, raising Captain Troy's hand.
"Boom! Another Super Ultra Mega win for us!" Jake the human declared.
"I bet we can even the score next time!" Jake the Dog told the team with utmost confidence.
"Wanna bet?" Gia smirked.
"I'd bet my kitchen trailer!" Jake the Dog agreed when a hand suddenly ruffles the top of his head.
"Good game, lad." Captain Troy extends his hand to Finn.
"Guess I gotta hit the omni-directional treadmill more." Finn takes his hand and they shake.
"Did you say omni-directional treadmill?" Noah's interest piqued.
"It's what we use to control Ursa's movements. It's kitted up with advanced tech like that." Finn explained.
"Can I take a look?"
"Only if we get to look at your robot, too." Finn agreed.
"I bet yers don't got a home cinema an' an arcade machine! Haha!" Captain Troy boasts.
Abruptly, a distant voice clears its throat, and they all turn to see a cowboy clad in black leather; hat tilted down to hide his face.
"Hey, guy." Finn waved to him.
"Finn. Jake." The cowboy tips his hat.
"You know him?" Emma asked Finn as the cowboy approaches them.
"Have you seen a friend of mine?" the cowboy extended them a photograph of an Asian man wearing a militant jumpsuit, tagged "S. HEBIKURA". "His name's Juggler."
"Sorry, we haven't." Jake the human responded.
"Me neither." Orion added.
"Don't worry, matey. If it's a missin' person afoot, me crew an' I'll be sure ta keep an eye out." Captain Troy assured, emphasizing his available right eye.
"Very well. Thanks for your help." The cowboy turns around and walks away.
"How'll we call you if we find him?" Gia called out to him.
"The world is round, and the Multiverse loops just the same. We'll run into each other eventually." The cowboy answered before playing a slow harmonica tune.
"What a weird guy." Jake the human noted as he watches the cowboy walking into the distance.
Suddenly, the Rangers' Morphers ring and they answer the call. "Rangers!" addressed a shrill, robotic voice. "There's an Elementoid in town! It's caused a blackout after raiding the power plant!"
"On our way, Tensou!" Captain Troy informed the caller before closing the Morpher.
"If there's trouble, we're going with you!" Finn insists.
They teleport into the city of Harwood where buildings lack any light or electricity, leaving citizens confused. "Silas must be siphoning energy with whatever Elementoid he made." Captain Troy assessed as they walk through town.
"What's the run-down on these Elementoids?" Jake the Dog asked.
"Silas created them with research stolen from the Armada: our old nemesis before him." Noah explained.
"He had fire, water, earth, tree, gold, sun, and moon Elementoids. None can do anything like this." Emma concluded.
"Hopefully when we turn the power back on, Ernie's frozen yogurt's still cold." Jake the human joked.
"I was never one for frozen yogurt." Jake the Dog commented.
"I dated a Frozen Yogurt Princess once." Finn commented.
"You know a princess made of frozen yogurt? What's next, a French toast princess?" Gia chuckled.
"That'd be Breakfast Princess." Finn raises his finger.
"Man, what kinda weird world do you live in?" Jake the human threw a confused glance their way.
They approach the power plant where electric bolts shoot into the air and the wire gates blown apart. "He's here." Captain Troy sniffed. "I can smell 'em. Spaghetti sauce, bananas, and…" he takes another deep breath. "…Copper."
Suddenly, electric bolts blast the ground before them, and they roll out of the way. "Super Mega Mode!"
"Night Sword!"
"Stretchy Powers!"
When they land on their feet, they're battle-ready. From the smoke that blew them off their feet, two silhouettes emerge: an alien pirate with red leather armour with a red-faced monkey hanging off his back, and a yellow monster with spiky skin imitating electrical surges with whip-like arms dragging across the ground.
"Yo-ho-hoy, Captain Troy!" the alien pirate greets his enemy.
"Silas! Give this town its power back! Now!" Red Ranger demanded.
"Oh, ye'll have ta…" Silas then sees Finn and Jake standing beside the Power Rangers. "Hey, it's you two again! Yer tha ones who broke me Psycho Horn!"
"That's right, bird-brain! We'll do it again!" Finn declared.
"Yeah, we prefer woodwind over brass!" Jake the Dog pounds his knuckles together.
"Have ya any idea how long it took ta make it?!" Silas screamed. "No monologue! Destroy them, Electro Elementoid!" Silas commanded his monster as he beams away.
Electro Elementoid's body lights up before whipping its arms at the heroes, who leap out of the way. "Gia, Jake!" Red Ranger addressed the two.
"Yeah?" responded both Jake the Dog and Green Ranger.
"Sorry, Gia, Jake the human! Megaforce mode Defenstone!" Red Ranger corrected. "Emma, Dino Fury! Noah, go Samurai! Bury this landlubber!"
"Got it, captain! Go, Go, Megaforce!" Green Ranger and Yellow Ranger morph into Black and Yellow Rangers with prominent white pants and insert cards into a golden tiki head, erecting rock walls in front of the team, insulating them from the electric attacks.
"What can we do?" Finn asked them.
"Watch." Red Ranger confidently answered as he leans against the wall.
"Go, Go Samurai!"
"Link to Morphin Grid!"
Leaping up to the top of the wall, Blue Ranger morphs into a Ranger with a Kanji-shaped visor and Pink Ranger into a Ranger with a knight-like motif, respectively.
"Smash Dino Key!" Pink Ranger inserts a dinosaur-skull-shaped key into a sword with a silver dinosaur head for a hilt, thrice chomping it with a lever before olive green armour slams onto her body, armed with massive fists. With these fists, she smashes the wall to pieces, scattering on the Elementoid.
"Tidal Wave!" with a phone folding into a brush, Blue Ranger traces a 波 kanji on the air like paper, producing a tidal wave splashing the mound, eroding it into a pile of dirt.
"Now, Orion!" Red Ranger signalled to Silver Ranger, who winds up his Super Silver Spear as they both thrust their weapons towards the monster buried under the dirt.
Just when they thought it was vulnerable, Electro Elementoid thrusts four tentacles from its back into the power plant, extracting more electricity and discharging it as a massive explosion that scatters the wet soil entombing it, as well as Red Ranger and Silver Ranger. The heroes roll away from the incoming wall pieces, then came to Red Ranger and Silver Ranger's side.
"You dudes good?" Finn asked them.
"Never better." Orion groaned.
"It's tapping directly into the power grid!" Blue Ranger observed as the Electro Elementoid unleashes surges everywhere. "You just got hit by at least seven-thousand-eight-hundred megawatts!"
"You've had your turn, now let's show you how these bros do it!" Jake the Dog declared as he inflates thirty metres tall and throws his hands towards Electro Elementoid.
"Jake, wait, you don't wanna—" Finn calmly warns his brother before being immediately electrified; fur burnt to a crisp.
Retreating back, Jake shrinks down and collapses before the Rangers. "Uh, so how many megawatts did you say it was?"
"Stand back everyone, I got this." Finn assured as he walks straight towards Electro Elementoid.
"Finn, you can't go in there like that!" Pink Ranger reached out to him as she picks up Jake the Dog's burnt body. "Look at what it did to Jake!"
As Finn calmly struts towards his opponent, Electro Elementoid tosses lightning bolts that immediately strike him, leaving a pillar of smoke where he stood, mortifying the Power Rangers. Then, a silhouette emerges from the smoke pillar, and Finn walks out with nary a burn.
"What?! He brushed it off like it was nothing!" Green Ranger observed in surprise.
Finn nonchalantly approaches Electro Elementoid striking lightning into his chest to no effect, other than briefly illuminating his skeleton for split-seconds. "That all you got? Huh?! That all you got?!" Finn taunts Electro Elementoid as he gets closer.
"How's he doing that?! Electricity's nothing to him!" Pink Ranger wondered.
When Finn gets close to Electro Elementoid, he stands a few feet away, mocking it silently while it uselessly electrifies him. Smiling smugly, Finn brandishes his Night Sword and stabs it in the chest before just as easily pulling it out, turning away as the creature collapses and explodes behind him. The Rangers and Jake watch in awe at this awesome scene before cheering for Finn. "Just another day for Ooo's greatest hero."
"Not bad. Not bad t'all." Red Ranger nods in approval.
From the sky, a yellow beam strikes the ground where Electro Elementoid fell, reconstituting its body and enlarging it to Megazord size, roaring over the smaller heroes.
"With Ursa outta commission, I guess it's your guys' turn." Finn looked up to Electro Elementoid, still unimpressed.
"Actually, we have one more surprise." Pink Ranger holds up a trading card depicting a blue bullet labelled "ULTRA CHANGE ZORD."
As Electro Elementoid slices skyscrapers with its electrified whip-arms, something fast bullets past its cycloptic face, leaving visibility as soon as the creature reacts. Only when Electro Elementoid stood still to focus does it identify its opponent. Squinting its eye towards an incoming object, it sees a brass robot parrot with gold trip carrying an entire arcade machine in its tiny talons which somehow doesn't impede its flight.
"Chirp-chirp, zappy! Tensou's here to save the day!" the bird squawked as it zips towards the giant's face.
Electro Elementoid tries to whip the thing out of the air, but the little bird's speed proved to be faster than its movement. The bird continues to goad the creature into whipping it, zipping past its shoulders, between its legs, and around its neck, wrapping the monster with its own tentacles.
"Bet Silas didn't have a contingency for that, huh?" Tensou smugly observed his handiwork from a distance, maybe a couple miles away. "Now, it's time for Ultra Tensou!" the little robot declares before picking up speed towards the robot. "Go! Ultra Mode!"
As Tensou accelerates, his body screws into the top of the arcade machine, activating its yellow screen. The arcade machine folds out bulky robotic arms with boxing gloves, and massive stompers emerge from its bottom, just before the ornate façade at the top folds down, covering the screen with a blue chestplate. Finally, Tensou's eyes turn off and his body swivels around and his chassis is flushed with blue, and a panel on his back opens to reveal a masked robotic face.
Just when Electro Elementoid frees itself, the robot spontaneously grows to an equal size, landing a punch square in the creature's jaw, if it had one. "Ultra Tensou, ready!" the robot reintroduces itself with a deeper voice than the shrill squawks before.
Electro Elementoid gets up, and is immediately met by a flurry of punches from the robot. Electro Elementoid tries to land a hit, but Ultra Tensou kept dodging out of the way at incredible speed. "I'd like to introduce you to two friends of mine: Bob and Weave!" Ultra Tensou mockingly taunts it before landing another punch, which Electro Elementoid catches with its tentacles.
Electro Elementoid electrifies Ultra Tensou, but the robot braves through the pain to lift Electro Elementoid off its feet and spin it around like a carnival ride, soon causing it to slip away and crash into a building. "Hear that?" Ultra Tensou mockingly lends its ear to the fallen creature. "That's the bell! Ultra Shuffle Blast!" From its chest, holographic cards spray out and whirl around Ultra Tensou like a tornado. He winds up a punch and points his fist at Electro Elementoid, firing off laser beams from his chest as the cards fly past. Just when Electro Elementoid stands up, it's struck by lasers and cut up by cards that destroy it on impact, allowing Ultra Tensou turn around and pose with his dukes up against the backdrop of the monster's explosion.
From the Skyship upper deck, the heroes cheer on Ultra Tensou's victory as the city's lights coming back to life. "Did you guys see that?! He's BMO on overdrive!" Finn points at the robot.
"All thanks to Noah's upgrades! He can smash and bash to his power core's content!" Jake the human pulled his bespectacled friend with an arm hooking his shoulder.
Ultra Tensou reverses his combination and shrinks, landing himself and the arcade machine on the Skyship deck before perching on Captain Troy's shoulder.
"Finn, Jake, I'd like ya ta meet Tensou Four; our navigator, first mate, guard parrot, an' all-round trusty friend." Captain Troy introduces the bird.
"Glad to meet you, Finn and Jake. Any friends of the Rangers are friends of mine." Tensou 4 lends his wing to the adventurers, who each lend him a handshake.
"Thanks for bringing us along your adventure, Captain. Adventuring in a party is better than adventuring alone." Finn thanked Captain Troy.
"I'm glad't've shown ya a day in tha life of us Power Rangers." Captain Troy tips his hat.
Suddenly, a portal of swirling colours manifests aboard, and the Rangers instinctively brace for action. Then, Finn extends his arm to stop them. "Don't worry, it's one of ours."
Stepping out of the portal is a tall, olive-skinned man wearing a yellowing turtleneck sweater under a black vest and a pair of circular glasses. "Hey, Finn, Jake." He greeted the adventurers. "We got a situation, and we need some help."
"Rangers, this is Simon. He's a friend." Finn introduced them.
"Simon, meet the Power Rangers!" Jake the Dog then extended the introductions the other way.
"Power Rangers?" Simon raised an eyebrow. "It's nice to meet you, mister…?" he extended his hand to their captain.
Captain Troy enthusiastically shakes Simon enough to rattle his glasses askew. "It's cap'n to you. Captain Troy."
Simon was still rattled and dizzed when he lets go of Captain Troy's hand, adjusting his glasses as he winds down.
Finn and Jake then turn to the Power Rangers. "Hey, wanna come with?"
"Us? To your world?" Noah asked.
"Yeah, it'll be fun!" Jake the Dog answered.
"It's only fair you showed us around, now it's our turn." Finn extended his hand to them.
"Finn, you need to authorize another Crossover if—" Simon interrupted before Jake covers his mouth.
Captain Troy peers beyond the portal, spying a land of otherworldly colours, before looking back at his team. "Well, mateys, how's about we go on another voyage?"
"We cleared our schedule just for this!" Jake the human exclaimed as he brings Gia close.
"An opportunity to study another universe? Count me in." Noah answered.
"This anniversary gets better and better." Orion commented.
"Lead the way, captain." Emma nodded.
"Time's-a-wastin'! Let's go!" Finn shouted as he waves everyone to the portal.
"What time is it?" Jake asked Finn, excited for the answer.
The Rangers and Tensou 4 jump together with Finn, Jake, and Simon towards another adventure in Ooo.
"Adventure Time!"
