Severus' POV
I quietly watched as Rose was taken away by goblins to the ritual room.
She's scared, but she knows everything will be okay.
As the door closes, I looked down at Lucia's son who I'll be in charge of because Lucia is having errands in the Potter vault to retrieve Lily's letter for me.
My God! This kid definitely looks like Potter, aside from his mother's ice blue eyes.
He seemed cuddling with his stuffed wolf now.
That reminded me of Lupin.
Geez!
As I watched him, I heard the door open, signalling Lucia's return.
"I hope your journey was a success," I spoke.
"I came and went without issues," Lucia replied as she presented me a letter addressed to me from Lily.
After we swapped the letter with her son, I excused myself to be somewhere private to read the letter.
Severus,
The truth is, it all started when you and I were in Spinner's End with our Rose, our daughter. However, Dumbledore broke into our house and abducted our daughter, but not before he obliviated us and took me as well. Luckily, I didn't get obliviated quickly because of my wedding ring that was enchanted to resist compulsion and obliviation.
I wanted to tell you that Dumbledore and the Dark Lord are after Rose because of the prophecy, stating that the someone who was born to those who defied the Dark Lord three times will vanquish him with the power he doesn't know. The possible choice was supposed to be Frank and Alice Longbottom's son Neville and James and Lucia Potter's son James Jr., however, Dumbledore doesn't know that James Sr. was married to Lucia before he fully controls him, and that he uses our daughter as the Chosen One.
If Rose survives, you have to keep her away from Dumbledore, away from his influence, and from his allies, including the Order of the Phoenix.
And one last thing, tell her that I love her so much that I want to protect her at any cost.
Severus, please, keep her safe.

I don't think I could take it anymore.
I missed her already as I put the letter to my heart.
But, why?
Why would Dumbledore do this?
What is this "Greater Good" he was talking about?
Lucia's POV
I'm so nervous for Severus and his daughter.
After everything we've all been through, tragedy always follows.
I looked down at my son who is playing the stuffed wolf Sirius once gifted me on my Baby Shower.
But, what happened to him last night?
I know that he's not the Secret Keeper because he thinks it's too obvious.
The door suddenly opened, and Severus stepped out crying.
"Are you good?" I asked as he sits next to me.
Severus shook his head no, in response.
I patted his back for reassurance.
"It'll be okay, Severus. It'll be okay."
Just then, we heard another door open, this time, the goblins returned with Rose.
They hand her over to Severus who rejoiced upon seeing her okay.
"The curse has been dealt with," said the goblin, "As well as charms that inhabit her."
Charms that inhabit her?
I noticed that Severus' expression went dark.
"It was Dumbledore's, wasn't it?"
The goblins grunt in approval.
"In that case, I want to remove his Vow. He wanted me to be his spy against the Dark Lord and protect the "Child-Who-Lived" in exchange for my freedom from Azkaban."
One of the goblins nodded.
"Very well."
"What are you gonna do once you remove the Unbreakable Vow?" I asked him.
"I will reclaim my rights as Lord Prince, then Rose and I move somewhere, away from Dumbledore."
"Wouldn't he suspect anything?"
"Unless you're the Secret Keeper."
I then smirked, knowing that Severus is up to something.
