"You're a stupid Jew!"
Those are the words Cartman usually throws at Kyle, his only Jewish classmate and "friend" to torment him and remind how different he is from the other kids.
Nobody knows why Cartman started being antisemitic to Kyle, but he has been acting like that ever since he was a kindergartener, but back then he didn't know much better aside from pointing out how different Kyle's family was compared to the other boys, Kyle's dad wore a kippah(Cartman initially thought it was just a silly hat) and they all celebrated Hanukkah and Passover, two holidays that Cartman always thought of as being stupid and lame.
Things got worse over time, with each insult getting more violent and personal, sometimes Kyle is just doing nothing and Cartman feels obligated to ruin his day.
Although Kyle himself has a habit of teasing Cartman for being fat, nothing is compared to the insults that the latter throws at the former, which are oftentimes unprovoked and uncalled for, there's also the fact that Kyle has matured and the only fat kid he constantly teases now is Cartman, but this hasn't stopped the big boned boy from being antisemitic to Kyle, in fact, Cartman's hatred of Jews has nothing to do with Kyle's fatphobic bullying towards him and more regarding his Jewish faith.
He hated his guts ever since they first met.
But one day, Cartman went too far with his antisemitic bullying.
The core group of boys(minus Kyle) were at the school playground talking about a new dungeons and dragons board game that Cartman got from his mother.
"Hey guys, look! My mom got me this AWESOME Dungeons and Dragons game!" Says Cartman in a cheerfully boastful manner.
"Woah dude, that's sweet!" Stan agrees.
"(True!)" Kenny mumbles a response.
"We can play this game in my house today!" Cartman smiles.
"Yeah! I will tell Kyle!" Stan walks away but is stopped by Cartman.
"Kahl? No no no, this game is different!" Cartman then raises his voice. "He is not allowed to play with us!"
"What do you mean by that, Cartman?" Stan gets confused.
"Stan, this is a game for tough and loyal Christian kids! Kyle is a sneaky and whiny Jew rat!" Cartman replies in a surprisingly serious manner.
"What?" Stan gets even more confused. "Kyle is our friend and we cannot leave him out of our games just because he is Jewish."
"(Yeah! He already feels left out on Christmas!)" Kenny agrees with Stan.
"But guys, Kahl is a JEW! And my mom told me this game is for good Christian kids only!" Cartman whines, clearly upset with the other boys' reactions.
"Oh really? So, if Kyle is not allowed to play with us, I won't play either!" Stan leaves alongside Kenny but Cartman has a trick up his sleeve.
"Well, even if the board game I got is a limited edition that is actually owned by the guys behind Board Game Geek?"
The two boys suddenly walk closer to Cartman.
"Wait, really?" Stan asks in a sarcastic tone.
Kenny also mumbles a snarky remark.
"I'm not fucking joking, guys! I even have a picture to prove it." Cartman takes off his phone and shows a picture to the boys.
"It's…it's true." Stan says. "I love their content, I'm so happy for you, Cartman!"
"(Me too!") Kenny says.
"So, do you guys want to play with me?" Cartman asks.
"Of course!" Says Stan cheerfully.
"Well, with one condition!" Cartman frowns.
"What?" Stan gets confused.
"Kahl cannot play!" Cartman shouts in an angry voice.
"No way, dude!" Stan gets pissed off at the big boned boy.
"Do you wanna play with the Dungeons and Dragons board game owned by the Board Game Geek guys or not?" Cartman asks in an angry tone.
"Yeah, but…okay, fine!" Stan reluctantly agrees.
Kenny agrees as well but quietly.
"Good!" Cartman smiles.
Suddenly, Kyle shows up in the same place that the boys are, much to Cartman's anger and Stan and Kenny's horror.
"Hey guys!" Kyle smiles. "What are you doing?"
"Uh…H-hey." Stan stutters a little.
Kenny nervously covers his face with his hood.
Kyle gets confused and surprised at what's happening around him but before he speaks a word, Cartman decides to yell at him a little.
"Go away, stupid Jew!" He raises his voice. "Nobody wants you here!"
As usual, Kyle's blood boils, as he closes his fists hard but he tries his best to not lose his temper…at least not yet.
"What the fuck is wrong with you, Cartman?" Kyle yells back.
"Me and the guys are playing a dungeons and dragons game that only Good Christian kids are allowed to come over!" Cartman yells once again. "This isn't a game for a greedy Jew rat like you!"
"What game are you talking about, fatass?" Kyle gets confused but still fairly angered.
"It's the limited edition owned by the guys behind the board game geek channel, dude." Stan says in a sad tone.
"No way!" Kyle gets surprised as Cartman cuts in.
"So, as I was saying, a little Jew like you cannot play with us!" Cartman yells again.
"Goddammit! Stop being such a racist piece of shit! I can play any fucking game I want regardless of my religion!" Kyle gets angry again.
"Sorry, Kyle but I don't think you should play with us this time." Stan says in a heartbreaking tone as he's clearly stressed by the whole situation.
"(I agree!)" Kenny feels really upset as well. "
"What?" Kyle's anger disappears for a moment as he becomes increasingly more saddened.
"See? Nobody wants to play with a JEW like you! Go back with the likes of yours!" Cartman yells back.
"Grrrr…Fine! I didn't want to play a stupid board game anyways! Fuck you! You guys are assholes!" Kyle leaves as he gets really angry.
"See? Kahl took it very well!" Cartman tries to ignore the seriousness of the situation.
After a couple hours, class is finally over and many teenagers are walking through the hallway, but then a particular teenage girl starts hearing a very strange noise inside a box from the janitor room.
She opened the box and saw see a red haired boy that appears to be as young as 9 crying.
"A-Are you okay, little guy?" She asked very confusedly.
"No! I'm not!" He replied in a harsh manner.
"Why not?" She asked him.
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" He continued to cry.
"I'm just trying to help, you don't need to be rude ." She said.
"Sorry." He apologized.
"Why are you crying?" She asked.
"I'm not crying, I'm just upset." He tried to put up a tough persona and crossed his arms.
"Why are you upset then?" She asked with genuine concern.
The poor boy wipes out his tears and breathes softly.
"My friends were leaving me out of a game." He replied.
"Why would they do that to you?" She got curious.
"Because I'm Jewish." The boy raised his voice.
The girl got shocked since she didn't know what to do but tried to be supportive anyways.
"They're just jerks, you don't need to be sad." She tried to comfort him.
"No! I'm actually mad at them for doing that since it was a dungeons and dragons board game but this time they didn't let me play because it was for Christian kids only!" He vented.
"Really? That 's strange!" She said.
"It was all Eric Cartman's fault, since he's a fat fuck who always picks on me for being Jewish while the other boys agreed with him, even my best friend Stan." He continued to vent and the girl could feel the anger mixed with sadness in his voice.
"Sorry to hear that! I hope I can help but…"
"No, you can't! This is also not the first time the other boys did that! They also used to leave me out on Christmas and only include me nowadays out of pity." He cuts her off. "Just face it! I'm all lonely and rejected because I'm a Jew."
The poor boy started crying again, she tried to hug him but he resisted.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Again, I'm just trying to help!" The girl replied. "Anyways! Can I ask you something?"
"What?" He asked confusedly.
"Would you trade your Jewish mother for a Christian mother?" She asked.
"No! I would never do that! I love my mom, she's such a sweet person, sure she can be a little overbearing at times but that's how moms are." He replied.
"Would you trade your entire Jewish family for a Christian family?" She asked another question.
"Of course not! I really love my parents and little brother! I would do anything to protect them! But why are you asking me this?" He got confused.
"Listen, you need to accept yourself more, stop trying to get validation from others and people who don't care about you! You're beautiful the way you are and I say that as someone who barely knows you." She says.
"Thanks dude!" He hugs her.
"Also, what's your name?"
"My name is Margot Simons." She replied.
"Oh! That's such a cool name! My name is Kyle Broflovski." He replied back.
"Nice to meet you, Kyle!"
Cartman's insults and his fear of feeling rejected for being Jewish sure make Kyle doubt his value as a person at times but at least he knows he has company.
At least that's what Kyle thought.
