Overblot Esme was holding Father Gothel in chains "Now how should I deal with a maggot like you..." she said twirling a riding whip in her hand "I think death is the only thing suitable for you" Overblot Esme said revealing himself as an old man
Father Gothel looked at himself in a nearby mirror and screamed in terror "you shall be sentenced to death for trying to take the life of my little sister...this is what you deserve" Overblot Esme said as she sent him down to the gates of the underworld
Emilia had just gotten done explaining what Overblot was to Elias and Raphunzel making them worry so much for their soulmate...they didn't know Emilia was still injured slightly
Emilia's wound was not closed up all the way which made her hold it in place so the blood wouldn't leak "this is all my fault, none of this would have happened if I had remembered to clean up after myself" Emilia said
Elias comforts her softly "we should go save her then" Raphunzel said "how we couldn't even get close enough at this distance...the Flames she's making would eat away at our flesh and make us skeletons" Emilia said
Both Elias and Raphunzel cringed hearing that until they heard a familiar voice "did you forget I was here" the fox familiar Blaze was sitting on one of the infirmary beds
Blaze jumped down and turned into his human form "I can bring you guys close enough to take out the ink monster so you can bring her back" Blaze said crossing his arms
"Yes I knew we could count on you" Raphunzel said happily "yeah well...don't count on me too much my power isn't really going to do much but put a barrier around the both of you" Blaze said
"What!" Elias said "I'm going to stay with Emilia to watch over her, my barrier should stay in tact...I wish you both luck" Blaze said as Elias and Raphunzel went to go look for Esme
Overblot Esme was sitting on a throne with her legs crossed and eyes closed as Elias and Raphunzel found her they looked at her new appearance and only looked on in worry as they approached her
When she heard their footsteps she opened her eyes and looked down at them "Ah...it's you two" she didn't sound upset with them for some reason she sounded solemn
"If your here to smash the ink monster then be my guest...I have no need for this power it gave me now" Overblot Esme said sounding rather calm instead of the usual freaking out you would expect of an Overblot
"Your letting us free you from it's grasp" Elias said a bit surprised she would willingly let them do this "I know I was upset...but that doesn't mean it can't be fixed...I'm not unreasonable" Esme said her voice cracked
Elias pulled his hand up creating some ice shards "ok...duck" Elias said as he shot them at the ink monster's head making ink ooze out and both Raphunzel and Elias blacked out
They appeared in Esme's darkness and saw Esme looking at her childhood memories ("what a weirdo she can't even show emotions yet she thinks she can hang out with us normal kids") they all laughed at her in the memory
Little Esme clenched her fists tightly as the kids all ran away cackling at her "I will not cry...I will not cry" Little Esme said trying to keep herself from crying with her stoic face
"it's not like I couldn't feel any emotions...it was just hard for me to show any expressions on my face at the time" Overblot Esme said as she sighed deeply covering her eyes
Little Esme ran away into her house and immediately her father came to comfort her "What's the matter darling?" Emilius said rubbing circles on her back
"They all call me weird cause I can't show emotions, it's not fair...how come I can't be like Normal kids" Little Esme said as tears stream down her face
Overblot Esme looked down "Even now, I was scared what you guys would think...so I tried to push you guys away so I wouldn't disappoint you" Overblot Esme said
But to her surprise both Elias and Raphunzel hugged her "you would never disappoint us, we love you too much" Raphunzel said crying "We don't want you to think so lowly of yourself" Elias said gently
"We're here to wipe away your tears...depend on us a little more ok" Elias said kissing her head softly as they all disappear from the abyss
