F3: Welcome to my Hyperdimension Neptunia fic but with a different focus on IF. With all that said Hyperdimension Neptunia is own by Idea Factory and Compile Heart. With that said Let's Begin.
Chapter 1: A Life.
Gamindustri. A world created by the True Goddess and with the world it was divided into four nations that were ruled by four goddesses one for each nation.
The first nation is Planeptune known as the Land of Purple Progess. A nation filled with many opportunities to explore and evolve as an adventurer. It is ruled by the goddess Neptune or CPU Purple Heart along with her sister Nepgear or CPU Purple Sister
The second nation is Lastation or the Land of Black Regality. A place where machines and weapons are made from the hard working citizens and where most can find some of the rarest materials. It is ruled by the goddess Noire or CPU Black Heart alongside her sister Uni or CPU Black Sister.
The third nation is Lowee or the Land of White Serenity. A place where fantasy runs wild along with it being covered in snow and where everyone can go and enjoy themselves. It is ruled by the godess Blanc or CPU White Heart alongside her twin sisters Rom and Ram or CPU White Sisters
And the final nation is Leanbox commonly known as the Land of Green Pastures. A nation that is very peaceful and filled with elites and knights but its mainly known for its flowerly pastures. It's is currently ruled by the goddess Vert or CPU Green Heart.
The orignal four goddess were once involved in a war that was planned by ASIC but thanks to the efforts of the goddess they defeated their adversaries and formed a treaty that they no longer fight to steal each others shares but competed in friendly competition for shares instead as they all agreed to do for all time.
However what they don't know was that a new threat was going to come to Gamindustri in the form of a man that vowed revenage many decades ago and has created the one thing that will dispose of the CPUs once and for all.

It was dark as the person didn't know where they were nor could they move like they were restained but they felt nothing around them except for water and they oddly felt like they were floating in mid air but without any air around them. The person heard noise but not sure where it was coming from as the person only just hear whoever was talking.
"Sir are you sure that this is okay? You're rather taking this too far." A person said that sound male.
"Nonsense! It's time that we take in control of our own lifes and not having to be fought for by those goddess! They haven't done anything for us so it's time that we take back Gamindustri from them!" Another male shouted but he sounded older.
"You know that isn't what this is about? You blame the goddesses for what happened to your family but wanting revenage will not solve anything expect only make you feel better. We need the goddesses if that nations are going to survive." A first person said.
"What do you think she is for." The second stated.
Okay they called the person a she so a female but it she still didn't what they were talking about.
"Look I'm going to get some sleep. It's your turn to watch her tonight. Let me know if anything has progressed." The older male stated as she heard footsteps leaving.
The first male sighed "Well guess it's just you and me tonight huh?" He said.
Suddenly the blackness around her lightened as now she was staring a man with black hair and purple eyes in a lab coat.
"Whoa. I didn't know that you'd wake up you just startled me. Though I'll have to admit you are rather beautiful. I just wish the professor didn't have to create you." He said as he had a thoughful look on his face.
"You know while your awake I guess I could give you a name instead of your ceral number XIF147. Wait that's it how about-"
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

The sound of an alarm going off interrupted the dream of the person that was sleeping as a hand slammed down on the alarm silencing the dreaded machine.
"Ugh! Cursed thing I'm up." A female voice replied as she lifted the blanket from her body.
The person in question is a twenty year old girl by the name of IF as she was currently in her black lacy lingerie that compliment her curves and her D cup chest with her long brown hair that reach just below her hips. She went to her dresser and pulled out a new set of lingerie as she quickly changed into before heading toward her closet.
She pulled out her outfit the consisted of a black tank top with silver trimmings plus a pair of black shorts that share the similar colored trimming that is adorned with a diamond shaped buckle. She then pulled out a large blue overcoat that had several pockets as she put it on but decided to not button it. She then put on her shoes that were near the door but not before grabbing her leaf pin and placed it carefully in her hair.
"Alright time to get to work." She said before heading downstairs. When she went downstairs she smelled something coming from the kitchen like someone was cooking and she already had a feeling who it was.
She entered the kitchen and found her father standing by the stove making something. He is a tall thirty year old man with medium length blue hair. He is currently wearing a gray business suit and red tie. This man Kaito Itoma.
"I thought you've gone to work already. Don't you got to be at the bascilicom." She said.
"Well yes but I wanted to make sure you have a good breakfast the morning." He said before making a plate for her. The plate had three pieces of toast along with so eggs sunny side up and a glass of juice placed on the table.
"Sit down and eat. You're going to need your strength today." He replied.
IF only chuckled as she sat down as she ate her breakfast.
"I'll be home late tonight so make sure you go to sleep on time." He said.
"Dad I'm twenty years old you know." IF complained.
"I know but you still need some sleep. Just don't stay up late okay." He said.
"Alright." She said as he headed out to his job. After eating and finishing up her breakfast she put her plate in the sink before heading out of the house making sure to lock it behind her. Almost immediately she felt a slight chill from the coldness that was Lowee but guess it couldn't be helped as snow was currently falling in Lowee.
She walked down the sidewalk as the snow crunched beneath her feet toward the guild. She got a good look around this morning as she saw little kids playing in the snow throwing snowballs and making snowmans bringing a small smile to her face. About ten minutes later she came to a two story building that looked like a small castle with four stones pillars on the four corners as it was the Lowee Guild HQ.
IF walked inside as she saw many other adventurers looking for another task to do and help out their nation. IF walked up the register where the lady greeted her.
"Oh good morning IF. You're in good spirits today." The lady replied.
"Yeah. So any good requests today." IF said.
"Actually their is something that does require your attention. Its an urgent request from Lady Blanc." The lady said.
"From Blanc? What is it?" IF asked as the lady handed her a file before opening it.
"Apparently her sister Rom and Ram were playing near Hex Grasslands but a large group of monsters forced them out." The lady replied.
"Okay. So they were forced out of the area because of some monsters and they want them eliminated. Sounds like they are just holding a grudge." IF said.
"Actually there's been a large increase of monsters in that area lately. Lady Blanc wants to know why and if able make it more manageable to deal with." The lady replied.
"Alright. I guess I can take care of it." IF added.
"Yes but Blanc has also sent Rom and Ram to assist you just incase you'll need some help." The lady added.
"Okay. I'll meet them near the the Grasslands." IF added as she headed out but she first had to pick up something that'll get her their just a little faster. She returned back home toward the garage and opened it up to a purple colored motorbike that was her pride and joy. She got on her bike and started it up hearing the roar of it starting up.
Turning the throttle she sped out of the garage and headed straight toward the Grasslands.
It was about a thirty minute drive for her and luckily she didn't encounter any monsters that bothered her. She saw two smaller people just ahead of her as she figured it was Rom and Ram.
The first one on the left is Rom as she has short brown hair and dark blue eyes. She wears a pastel blue jacket with puffed sleeves and a frilled center with many gold buttons, a collar with a big bow and six puffballs evenly placed. She wears the same color pastal blue cap on her head.
The second standing next to her is Ram as she has long brown hair and dark blue eyes like her sister. She also wears the same outfit like her sister execpt the color is pastel pink.
They both notice IF coming and waved her down. IF then stopped right in front them before getting off her bike.
"Rom, Ram the guild told me that you two you would be here. Is Blanc okay with this?" IF asked.
"We'll be fine! These monsters wouldn't know what hit them!" Ram said confidently though Rom didn't share in her confidence.
"I still think we should've had Blanc come with us." Rom added a little frightened by this.
IF only patted Rom on her head "Hey. I'm here so no need to worry. As long as I'm here you two are my responsibility. That doesn't mean going off on your own Ram." IF said giving the twin a stern look that made her freeze.
"Yes ma'am." Ram said quickly.
IF pulled out the file and went over it "Alright from what I understand the monsters are coming from deep in the grasslands. Sounds to me it might be a horde." IF replied
"That sounds scary." Rom replied.
"Hey with the three of us I'm sure we can beat them!" Ram cheered.
"Okay you two just follow me and stay close. You two are better at long range magic spells so use that to your advantage." IF ordered as the three of them headed into the grasslands. Almost immediately they were encountering smaller monsters like Magical Chocopi to Healing Dogoo and they were quickly dispatched by them but so far they haven't encountered the horde yet.
IF slashed a Z Bit in half as it dissapated into pixels but it was getting them nowhere.
"Are you two sure their were large amount of monsters here cause all I'm seeing are just minor ones?" IF asked.
"Yeah postive. Those jerks chased us out! Rude!" Ram shouted.
IF only groaned as three of them went further in but they didn't get any further as IF heard something coming from a lower level as she looked over the edge that lead lower. Their were tons of monsters almost like they were waiting.
"Guess we found the monster horde. Let's take care of them quickly." IF stated.
"There's a lot of them. You think we can take care of them all?" Rom asked worryingly.
"We can take them no problem!" Ram cheered.
"You two stay up here and barrage them from afar I'll see what I can do up close." IF stated as the two nodded while she headed took a route to the lower level.
Once she'd done that she was face to face with the horde of monsters staring right at her. She brought out her katars and immediately went for the first monster slicing a heal dogoo and killing it with ease. The other monsters charged at her not exactly happy about their monster friend being killed.
Though they were intercepted by lightning strikes by the sisters as they cast their spells at the monster horde trying to keep it manageable. However it became apparently that no matter how many monsters they defeated more just kept on coming and it was starting to wear on IF as she was breathing rather slow and she was getting tired.
"Just how many more monsters are their?" IF asked herself as she slashed another monster down only for one to tackle her in the stomach knocking her back causing some damage.
"Iffy!" The two sisters shouted as they continued to barrage the monsters with their spells.
"If these monsters keep coming up then their has to be a spawner they're protecting." She said as they're was one thing she has to at least try.
She took her katars and focused magic into them as they ignited into flames making blades of fire. IF charged at the horde as she slashed and cut her way through the monsters as she noticed something in the back of the horde. It was a tentecle monster that was moving but it was spuing out monsters whenever they defeated another monster. Seeing that this was thing that created the horde she focused all her attention on it.
"Rom, Ram! Aim this way!" IF shouted up to them as they both nodded and focused their spells right at the tentecle monster firing both ice and fire magic at the monster. IF jumped and stabbed at the monster as it screamed in pain from the attacks. They continued their attacks at the monster but suddenly the monster started to glow bright almostl ike something was happening to it.
"Now what is it doing?" She asked herself as she pulled back but saw that it was puffing up like a balloon like it was buidling up energy.
Then it came to her and she wasn't going to like it "Rom, Ram get away right now!" IF shouted.
"Huh? Why? We've about got it beat." Ram asked.
"Cause it's going to explode!" IF shouted back which made them both give a fearful look as they quickly ran for safety. IF tried to get away from the monster as it expanded in size as it reached its breaking point. The monster exploded with extreme force shaking the landscape around them causing the twins to trip over themselves as Ram covered Rom until the shaking stopped.
Once the shaking stopped all they saw was smoke coming from the lower level where IF was and they hoped for the worse that IF didn't get killed from the explosion.
"Iffy! You okay!" Ram called out.
At first they didn't hear anything from IF but as the smoke cleared they saw that the monsters from the horde had been cleared out and they saw IF implanted into a wall but she looked unharmed from the explosion minus a few bruises and cuts.
IF pulled herself out of the wall as she checked herself over making sure she was okay.
"Ow. Okay that is certainly going to sting later." IF said rubbing a spot of her lower ribs.
The twins were relieved to see that IF was okay as they both went down to check on her. Ram was the first to embrace her but a little too hard.
"Your okay! We thought that explosion killed you!" Ram said embracing IF.
"Ow! Ow! Hey not too tight okay. That's sore." IF added getting Ram off her.
Ram let go and gave her a quick apology before they examined the amount of damage from the explosion.
Much like the explosion had done their was nothing left of the horde that had appeared but their were plenty of drops from the monsters that were killed that could be useful as materials for other things or even some of them could be sold.
"Alright grab what you can and then we'll head back and report to the guild." IF said as they began gathering up what they could. However IF noticed something where the Spawner was that shined at her. It was a small computer chip that looked undamaged from the battle so she decided to carry it with her and have Blancs oracle check it out. After gathering up what was their the three of them headed out of the area as IF gave them a ride on her motorbike.
However from afar on a perch stood a rather tall woman with pale-tan skin with bright blue eye and choppy, platinum blonde-white hair. She wears a rather revealing out that consists of a black and purple cross bikini top with white outlines supporting her C cup chest that also shows off her stomach and her toned arms. She also wears a black and dark purple miniskirt which also has a belt around her waist. The woman also wears a black and silver colored thigh high socks along with brown fur boots.
On her back is a tattoo of a pair of stylised fairy wings that go from just under the shoulder blade to her waist. She is currently sucking on a sucker.
"So... that must be the weapon dad talked about that suddenly disappeared before he died. She doesn't look like much but then again looks are decieving." The woman said before casually jumping off the perch. The tattoo on her back glowed softly as the woman sprouted blue translucent fairy wings and flew off more than likely to cause more trouble in another nation.

After a long ride from the Grasslands they returned to the guild and reported that the monsters were taken care of as they recieved the reward from it. After leaving IF decided to treat the twins to some of Lowee's ice cream as Rom got strawberry while Ram got vanille bean and IF only got herself a hot chocolate as the twins were enjoying themselves.
"Their you two are." A soft spoken voice said coming toward them.
The girl is Blanc. She has a rather petite figure with dark blue eyes and short light brown hair that is kept parted to the left. On her head she is wearing a large puffy white hat with ornate blue lining and brown patterns. She wears a white sleeveless top-dress that goes to her knees with chocolate-brown lining. Around the dress is a brown belt as to keep it form fitting. She wears excessively long and think white and brown gloves that go to her shoulder and have large frills protruding out of the back of them. She also wears ankle sandles with a white ribbon on her right leg.
"Oh hey big sis!" Ram smiled at her.
"Hey big sis." Rom smiled as well at Blanc.
"You two didn't give IF any trouble did you?" Blanc asked firmly.
"Nope!" They both said with a smile.
"They were fine Blanc. Though that monster horde was something else. Their was a Spawner." IF said which surprised Blanc.
"A Spawner? Here in Lowee? I thought those normally show up in Lastation." Blanc said.
"Yeah though there's something else." IF said as she took out the computer chip and show it to her.
"A computer chip?" Blanc asked.
"Yeah the monster dropped it after it exploded." IF added.
"I see... wait. WHAT!?" Blanc shouted completely taken aback by the news.
"Yeah she totally took the explosion head on! It was incredible!" Ram cheered.
"We thought she died from it." Rom added.
Blanc simply looked at IF for a moment almost trying to comprehend what they just mentioned.
"And... your just fine." Blanc said.
"A little sore from it. I was going to head home and just rest if off for a bit after work is done. But do you think your oracle could check this out for me. I don't think I've seen anything like this chip before." IF said handing it over to Blanc.
"I'll have her check it out. C'mon you two we better get back." Blanc said.
"Aw. Do we have to?" They both asked.
IF only chuckled "Alright you two listen to your sister. Besides I'm sure if you two are good Blanc will play with you two." IF replied.
The twins looked at each other before nodding at each other as they took their ice creams with them as the three of them departed for home.
IF finished her hot chocolate and got back to work as she decided to focus on smaller tasks for a while till it was time for her to go back home for the day.
Meanwhile at Lowee's bascilicom Blanc handed the computer chip to her orcale who went to have it analyzed by their network department and it would take some time to find out about what was on the data chip.
Within an hour Blanc got the results from the data chip as her oracle came rushing toward her.
The orcale is a tall woman with long sky blue hair worn in low pigtail along with a red graduate hat. She has cerulean colored eyes that accompanied by red framed glasses. The woman wears a short white dress under a long red jacket like robe that is worn open with gold trimming and buttons. On her neck is a collar with a bow and a gold badge.
"Lady Blanc I have something that you might want to see." The oracle stated.
"Ah Mina. I was wondering what took so long." Blanc said.
"My apologies for the delay but the data chip was heavily encripted to it took longer to haved decoded. Here I want you to take a look." Mina said passing the tablet in her hand to Blanc as it looks like it was a video in front of her.
She pressed play as the video began.
"Today we begin with Project Liberator. With this project we can finally hope to rid Gamindustri of those so called Goddesses. But in order to do so we need to create a life that will hold the power of what we need to destroy those goddesses." A man voice said showing video footage of an underground lab with several people in lab coats and off to the side in a case was an object shaped of a power symbol and in the middle was a large container filled with water big enough to hold a person.
"Hold on is that a CPU Memory Core. How did they manage to find something like that?" Blanc asked completely surprised.
"Look it keeps going." Mina stated.
"Are we ready to begin the creation process?" The man asked.
"Yes sir all systems are at full capacity. Just give the word." A female voice said this time.
"Now activate the creation chamber." He ordered as another male scientist pressed the button. The system started up and in a bright flash the container sparked to life blinding everyone in the room. Then the flashed dispersed and in the container what looked like... an infant.
"They... created life." Blanc completely shocked by this as Mina was left utterly speechless.
"Sir life signs are normal. I'm afraid we've used up all the materials to do this. How do we proceed?" The female asked.
"Keep up with the vitals signs and begin the growth program. Time for our infant to grow up." The man said with a chuckle and the video finished.
"Hold on go back to that woman." Blanc said as Mina rewinded the video to the point of the womans face as Blanc got a better look at the woman more importantly the long blue hair and her right side of her face had a rather protruding horn.
"Isn't that Rei Ryghts? I thought she was in the Ultradimension." Mina said.
"Well like what Neptune said each dimension has some form of a counterpart. This must be the Rei from this dimension unlike the one from Ultra." Blanc said as she had a thought in her head.
"From the video it looks quiet old and not to mention the guy in it. Wonder what happened to him? Plus who could that infant be in the video?" Blanc questioned.
"Mina. I want to call a meeting with the others tomorrow." Blanc requested.
"I'll put on your reminder sheet for tomorrow." Mina said as she went to leave but she was a little wobbly as she swayed a little.
"You okay Mina?" Blanc asked with worry.
"Yeah just a little light headed is all. I better go get some rest for tomorrow." Mina said as she left Blanc to her devices. Blanc didn't think much of it at first but she knows how hard working Mina is and wanted her oracle to take a break. She looked outside her window of her office as the snow steadily fall.
F3: And that's chapter 1 of this new story done. A mysterious data chip and a woman that looks like some other fairy we know along with Rei Ryghts. Guess she can't catch a break either.
