14. Lars and the Cool Kids!

Hey, guys. Welcome to the next Jurassic Universe Chapter. I hope that you guys will enjoy the new chapter...anyway, I don't own anything except for my OCs, as the OC Arthur Galaxy and Tiger belong entirely to my friend 9655.

NOW LET'S GET ON WITH THE STORY!

"This doesn't look good at all," Pearl says with a concerned frown as we see the Crystal Gems residing in Dead Man's Mouth, which was a small lake surrounded on three sides by small cliffs that were located on the outskirts of Beach City as the entrance of the lake is marked by enormous boulders near its entrance and the lake itself is simply a small body of water with rocks strewn across it as it was currently covered with magical green moss.

"Damn, this place looks like a great place to hang around." An amazed Saurus says while looking around as Garnet turned to him stoically with her visor glinting across the sunlight.

"You probably don't want to hang around here until tomorrow," Garnet advises wisely as Saurus gave her an odd look.

"What? Why?" Saurus asked curiously.

"Ha, ha, ha, hey, Blue, look, this looks like barf," Steven says with an immature laugh as the Crystal Gems glanced down and were surprised to see Steven and Blue standing on a rock that was placed in the lake, staring at the moss in awe as Blue leans in to try and eat it.

"No, Steven, Blue, wait!/No, Kids! Don't go near that stuff!/Get back here immediately!" A worried Amethyst, Pearl, and Arthur yelled in unison just as the moss starts crawling towards the Kids as Blue growled and gained blue scales on her face as she snarled at the moss while Steven reflexively summoned his Shield to protect them as a calm Garnet merely held out her arms and used her shapeshifting powers to stretch her arms over to latch onto Steven and Blue by the back of their shirts as she lifts them up into the air and they flew over to land in Pearl and Saurus's arms.

"Steven's here!/Again! Again!" Steven and Blue shouted/cheered as Pearl placed Rose's Son down on the ground while the Human/Dinosaur Teenage Hybrid placed his Little Sister on his shoulders.

"Okay, yeah, this place isn't as fun as I thought," Saurus says with a big sweatdrop on his head as Arthur nodded while turning to Garnet.

"What is that stuff anyway? Because I'm pretty sure that I haven't seen a living moss before." Arthur says as Garnet turned to him.

"It's the moss that Rose Quartz raised on the hill," Garnet stated bluntly.

"My Mom planted this stuff?" A surprised Steven asked with a raised eyebrow as Pearl nodded.

"She did. Rose Quartz used to climb that hill every spring and tend to the moss at the top." Pearl says while using her Gemstone to project a hologram of Rose at the top of a nearby hill as she then dissipated it. "But now that Rose is...gone, the moss is on the move," Pearl says as Steven gasped and turned over to glance at the Magic Moss as he pouted.

"It's lost," Steven says with a saddened, sympathetic frown on his face as Amethyst rolled her eyes and crossed her arms with a scoff.

"It's not lost. It's gross."

"It is kind of gross, yeah," Arthur says with a nod as Pearl sighs heavily and placed her hands on her hips.

"Yes, but Rose loved it anyway. She saw the beauty in everything, no matter how gross." Pearl says with a warm loving smile on her face as Saurus gave her a knowing grin, and Rose's Second-In-Command blushed sheepishly as she coughed. "A-Anyway, ever since Rose's Passing, we decided to tend to the moss every spring and now that you are going on missions and able to use your powers, we decided to have you join in on this mission, Steven," Pearl says while rubbing Steven's hair as he beamed at the praise and new responsibility.

"So, I have to ask, what do we do now?" Saurus asked curiously as Blue played with his hair mindlessly.

"Tomorrow, we will go back here and collect all of the moss and bring them all up to that hill. Nature will take over by then." Garnet instructed as Pearl nodded.

"Yes and, to prevent any Humans from accidentally walking into this place and getting killed by the moss, I have come up with a fool-proof plan," Pearl says with a smug grin as she then puts on a serious glare and strikes a pose.

"Twoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh!" Pearl yelled while beginning to do a dance as Steven looks amazed and excited, Garnet was emotionless, Amethyst was annoyed, Saurus was confused, Arthur was weirded out, and Blue was absentmindedly trying to eat a butterfly that was flying around her. "Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Pearl exclaimed as her Gemstone began glowing a bright white color.

"This is why I get up in the morning." Steven whispered to Saurus and Amethyst with a big grin on his face just as a small glowing object appears out of Pearl's Gem and flies over to land in Steven's hands as the white glow died down, revealing a roll of yellow tape reading, 'POLICE LINE'.

"Is this…police tape?" A surprised Steven asked while staring down at the roll of police tape as an excited Pearl nodded.

"Yeah, isn't this great? This way, we don't even have to use magic. Humans will just see this and walk away."

"Uh...no they won't." A deadpan Saurus says as a surprised Pearl turned to him. "If anything, it will make them want to cross it faster. It's Human Nature to be curious about the unknown and break rules."

"He's right. I'm sorry to say this, Pearl, but tape ain't enough. Some humans tend to not listen to warnings...a lot." Arthur stated bluntly as Pearl rolled her eyes and scoffed as she waved her hands around carelessly.

"What? No, that's ridiculous. The purpose of police tape is for Humans to know not the go to an area. Trust me, I've been alive for far longer than either of you two combined. I know what I'm doing." Pearl stated with a matter-of-fact tone while crossing her arms as an annoyed Arthur was about to speak up but was stopped by Saurus as he reached out to place his hand on his shoulder and shakes his head, mentally telling him that it was best not to protest about this since what are the odds that Humans will show up to the Dead Man's Mouth today anyway as Arthur furrowed his eyebrows, and groaned loudly as he nodded.

"Don't hold back," Garnet says with a smirk while perched on a rock and slamming her fist into her palm like a baseball mitt as Amethyst can be seen standing below her.

"I never...do!" Amethyst grunted out while throwing the roll of tape to Garnet, who caught as a mild shockwave rang out, but the Leader of the Crystal Gems was unfazed by this as she took off into the air and began flying around as Garnet hooked the police line around the entrance of Dead Man's Mouth.

"Mmm mmmmm mmmm mmmmm mmmmmm." Saurus hummed while he, Steven, and Arthur wrapped a police line around a rock as the Human/Dinosaur Teenage Hybrid then glanced down at the ground and his face pale in shock and horror at the sight of Blue's discarded clothes on the ground, thinking that Blue accidentally fall down into the lake and was eating by the moss...only to narrow his eyes blankly as a giggling Blue ran past them while wrapped up in police tape to cover up her nudity as an annoyed Saurus ran after her once he picked up her clothes.

"La-la-la-la-la~," Pearl sang under her breath cheerfully while tieing the police tape into a bow shape in the front entrance of Dead Man's Mouth as the Crystal Gems gather to inspect their handiwork. "Perfect. Now we can come up with a plan to move the moss back to its hill."

"Who wants to get some lunch?" Steven says randomly with a smile as the Gems turn and stare at him silently. "Just me, then?"

"Hungry! Hungry!" Blue shouted while resting in Saurus's arms as she was thankfully fully clothed again.

"Eh, I'm hungry too," Saurus says with a shrug as Arthur nodded in agreement.

"Same, although I suggest that you guys use your magic to deal with the moss now then ignore the problem till it's too late," Arthur says wisely, knowing how the Crystal Gems tend to act as he still couldn't believe that they were in on Pearl's clearly ineffective method to stop people from entering Dead Man's Mouth and finding the moss, especially Garnet.

"We will," Garnet stated bluntly as a beaming Steven turned to his friends and shapeshifted himself into a Pink Horse.

"Get on," Steven says while lowering himself down as he allowed Saurus, Arthur, and Blue to mount him, don't get any dirty ideas, and the Human/Gem Hybrid lets out a loud neigh as he ran off with the Alien/Jurassic Hybrids.

"...So, what are we going to do about the moss? Should we do the usual and have Amethyst shapeshift herself into a truck or should we try to convince Greg to lend us his van?" Pearl asked Garnet curiously as said person hummed in thought.

Standing in a large red colorful background with millions of glowing stars, we see a stoic Garnet lifting up her glasses to wink at the readers slyly with her Dual Germstones glowing brightly as Arthur stood beside her and grinned slyly as the 18-year-old Man lifted up his right arm to show off his glowing Gemstone and we then see a pair of smirking Pearl and Amethyst riding around on Blue's back with their Gemstones glowing brightly and the 10-year-old Female Hybrid Child was transformed into her Full Dinosaur Form as a roaring Saurus suddenly dropped down from the sky and landed in front of the Crystal Gems in his Full Dinosaur Form with Steven riding on his back and his Gemstone glowed brightly as they all struct a heroic pose.

And if you think we can't,

We'll always find a way!

After warping themselves into the other side of the planet, the Crystal Gems can be seen glaring at a hoard of Corrupted Gems, Evil Dinosaurs, and Jasper and Peridot as Garnet swiftly summoned her Gauntlets while Pearl summoned her spear as Amethyst pulled out her whip, Steven summoned his Shield, Saurus transformed into his True Dinosaur Form, Arthur summoned his spiked gauntlets, and Blue transformed into her Full Dinosaur Form as the Crystal Gems then mounted onto Saurus's back and charged forward at high speeds as they all let out a loud battle cry.

That's why the people of this world

Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, Arthur, and Blue...and Saurus and Steven!

After defeating their powerful foes and saving the Planet Earth, the Crystal Gems decided to head back to Beach City as, after warping themselves near their Hometown, a roaring Saurus ran down the streets of Beach City, alarming Lars and Sadie, surprising the Pizza Family, impressing the Cool Kids, and caused a visiting Connie to gasp in awe as the Gang was able to arrive at their home, and the Crystal Gems got off Saurus's dinosaur back as he transformed back into his Human Form just as Greg drove up to them as he got out of the vehicle and placed a grill in front of them to grill up some victory Hot Dogs as a smiling Saurus rubbed a giggling Steven's head proudly.

"Gettin' me a pi, gettin' me a -zza."

"Ge...ttin'...me...a...pi...gettin'...me...a...zza." Steven, Saurus, and Blue sang while making their way down the boardwalk with Arthur walking alongside them as Steven, who had shapeshifted himself back into his Human Form earlier after arriving back at Beach City, looked around curiously and perked up excitedly as he spotted Lars leaning against the wall of Fish Stew Pizza, trying to act cool and aloof but failed miserably.

"Oh, hey, it's Lars!" A starry-eyed Steven screamed as Saurus groaned and facepalmed.

"Ugh, great, it's Lars..."

"Agreed..." Arthur stated deadpannedly as the Human/Gem Hybrid then raised an eyebrow at what he sees. "Why is he just standing there? Doesn't he know that he could be arrested for loitering?" Arthur says with a joking tone as Saurus chuckled and elbowed him.

"That would be cool to see," Saurus says as Blue peeked around his legs to stare at Lars curiously and beamed as a wide smile appeared on her face.

"Hey, Lars!/New Friend!" Steven and Blue exclaimed happily while waving at Lars, who spotted the group, and he moaned in annoyance.

"Ugh, no! Steven and his weird friends! Why here?! Why now!?" Lars yelled with a groan as he facepalmed.

"Got a high five for you from way downtown!" Steven screamed as he starts to run towards Lars with his arm raised high. "Ohhhhhh!"

"No, Steven! No high fives!" A glaring Lars whispered-yelled at him, stopping Steven in his tracks as he looks surprised...but then smiled as the Human/Gem Hybrid Child high-fives his chest instead.

"Mmmmm, okay!"

"Steven!" An annoyed Lars screamed while smacking away his hand as Steven giggled just as a panting and excited Blue rushed forward as she then leaped up to tackle a grunting Lars onto the floor.

"New Friend!" Blue cheered while gaining blue scales and popping out her blue tail as she wagged it around eagerly and leans down to begin licking his face.

"Ugh! Ew! Gross! Saurus! Get your weird pet off me!" Lars screamed angrily as Saurus glared at him sternly and crossed his arms.

"First off, Blue is not my pet, she's my...Sister, I guess. Second, you have to say please." Saurus says while putting on a mischievous grin as Lars growled irritably and struggled to remove Blue as she continued licking his face eagerly.

"Fine! Please, help me!" Lars ordered as Saurus nodded in approval and walked over to bend down to grab Blue by her waist as he raised her up into the air with the Human/Dinosaur Hybrid giggling and reaching out to Lars as she ran around in place.

"Anyway, sorry about that, Lars. Blue always gets too excited around new people."

"Grrr, I can tell," Lars says with an irritated scowl on his face as he stood up from the floor and reached down to grab his shirt as Big Donut Worker used it to wipe away Blue's slobber from his face.

"He, he, he, so...how come you're not at the Big Donut?" Steven asked curiously as Lars scoffed and flipped his jacket over his shoulders as he looked away.

"I don't spend my whole life at work," Lars says with a haughty tone as Arthur pretends to give him a surprised look.

"Seriously? You have a life outside of work?" Arthur says with a joking tone as Lars turned to him in indignation.

"Yes, I do. I do...other things."

"Like standing against this wall?" Saurus asked with a playful grin as Lars turned to glare at him.

"What does it look like?!" Lars asked rhetorically as Steven shrugged innocently.

"Looks like you're doing a lot of nothing." Steven insulted obliviously as Saurus and Arthur laughed loudly while Lars blushed in embarrassment before composing himself as he puts on a fake smug grin and flips his jacket again.

"That's the plan, Steven. Just playing it cool today, you know?" Lars asked with a fake cool tone as Steven nodded in understatement with a knowing look on his face.

"We are so much alike."

"Excuse me?/Seriously?/I highly doubt that/Blue want food." Lars, Saurus, Arthur, and Blue said in unison as Steven nodded with a big smirk on his face as he leaned against the wall.

"You want to get a fresh pizza right out of the oven, but you don't want to seem too desperate, right? Well, there's no need to be ashamed. Just walk right in and ask. That's what I always do." Steven says while turning around to walk towards Fish Stew Pizza.

"Ah, uh, Steven, don't go in there right now!" Lars pleaded as Saurus turned to him with an odd look.

"Dude, what's the big deal?" Saurus asked with a scoff as he and the others looked through the window with a grunting Blue jumping up and down to try and look through the window as the Gang spotted the Cool Kids hanging inside of Fish Stew Pizza with Kiki standing behind them in the Cash Register.

One of the Cool Kids is Jenny Pizza as she could be seen wearing her Casual Clothing, which consisted of her wearing a pair of large gold hoop earrings, a long-sleeved dark brown leather jacket with a beige fur-trimmed collar, a pale cream-colored shirt underneath, lavender shorts, and a pair of mint-colored flats.

The Second of the Cool Kids is a 6-feet-tall, 16-year-old Teenage Boy with a long angular face as he has icy blue eyes, platinum blond hair styled into a point, a small pointy nose, a sharp chin, Pale Snow White SKin, a tall slim lanky build, and his outfit consists of a long-sleeved baggy grayish-blue hoodie with a short-sleeved light gray undershirt, long orange phat pants, and a pair of bright sea-foam green tennis shoes. His name is Sour Cream, a local DJ and Resident of Beach City as he is also Vidalia's Son, Yellowtail's Step Son, and Onion and Raddishes Older Half Brother.

The Third and Final of the Cool Kids is a 5'8-feet-tall, 16-year-old Teenage Boy with dark brown eyes, spiked up dark brown hair, a big pointy nose, plump lips, a sharp chin, Light Brown-Coral Skin, a tall slim build, and his outfit consists of a pair of black sunglasses, an overly large high-collared long-sleeved red jacket with unbuttoned cuffs, a short-sleeved white shirt with a yellow lightning bolt design underneath, long dark blue slim-fit jeans, and a pair of blue sneakers with white soles. His name is Buck Dewey, a resident of Beach City and the son of the Mayor of Beach City.

"...And then he opened the door, and there was doggy-doo everywhere," Jenny says while sitting on the counter as Buck's face sneers in disgust.

"That's nasty. I don't like nasty stuff."

"Hey, guys, I'm sorry that my Little Sister has to hang out with us. My Mom couldn't get a Babysitter for her." Sour Cream says apologetically while pointing over at Raddishes as she could be seen eating some pepperoni pizza.

"Eh, it's alright, Sour Cream," Jenny says with a reassuring shrug as Buck nodded.

"Yeah, Little Homegirl is pretty cool. She always knows what to say." Buck says as Raddishes paused at what she was doing to turn and smile at him brightly.

"Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah."

"See? What did I tell you?" Buck says with a chuckle as Sour Cream nodded with a small smile on his face as he reached over to rub his Little Half Sister's head.

"Oh, hey, it's Jenny," Saurus says with a small smile on his face.

"And Sour Cream," Steven says as a giggling Blue jumped up and down.

"Raddishes! Raddishes!"

"Wait, you guys know who they are?!" A surprised Lars asked as the Gang turned to nod at him.

"I met Jenny a while back when I saved her Family's Restaurant from being harassed by the Mob. We became Best Friends since then." Saurus explained with a nod.

"My Dad and Sour Cream's Mom are close friends, so we have known each other all our lives. Dad and I even lived in Aunty Vidalia's House until I was 3." Steven says with a smile, remembering his early childhood living in Aunty Vidali's House before going over to live with his Dad in their old temporary house until Steven went to live with the Gems when he turned 8.

"Blue met Raddishes two days ago at Arcade. She's part of Blue's pack." Blue says with a cheerful smile.

"I met Jenny and her Sister Kiki a week ago," Arthur says with a shrug as Lars stared at them incredulously.

"Okay, I can believe what they said, somewhat, but you being close friends with Jenny? Yeah, right." Lars says while pointing over at Saurus, who narrowed his eyes as he reached into his pockets. "There's no way that a little shrimp like you is friends with a hot babe like..." Lars says before trailing off as Saurus pulled out his phone and held it in front of him to show all of the selfies that he took with Jenny as one of them even had her kissing his blushing cheek playfully.

"You were saying?" Saurus asked with a cocky smirk as Lars's jaw dropped and blinked slowly as Arthur turned over to glance through the window curiously.

"Although, we don't know who that guy is," Arthur says while pointing over at Buck as Lars grumbled and placed his hands in his pockets.

"That's Buck Dewey."

"Oh, you know those guys too?" A surprised Steven asked as Lars blushed in embarrassment and rubbed the back of his head awkwardly.

"N-Not quite, but I'm sure we'll hang out together at some point."

"If you want to hang out with them, why don't you just walk over to talk to them?" Saurus asked with a raised eyebrow while placing his hands in his pockets as Lars blushed harder and starts to fluster.

"T-T-That's not how these things work, Saurus! The plan is to keep it cool and let them come to me!"

"Oh, really? Because here they come." Steven says with an innocent smile while pointing ahead as a surprised Lars turned around and gasped sharply at the sight of the Cool Kids exiting Fish Stew Pizza with Raddishes riding around on Sour Cream's shoulders.

"Aah! Guys, turn around! Act natural!" A panicking Lars yelled while looking away quickly as he sweated profusely.

"Dude, calm the fuck down, they are not going to kill you if you look at them funny," Saurus says incredulously while shaking his head as he and the others spotted Jenny telling her Sister that she will be back later before they walked away as Steven turned to a stiff-looking Lars.

"I don't think they saw you."

"Grrr, guys, you were blocking me!" An annoyed Lars yelled while turning to face him as Saurus rolled his eyes.

"Whatever, I'm going to greet Jenny."

"Same."

"I'm going to tell them to look over here."

"Friend! Blue's friend!" Saurus, Arthur, Steven, and Blue said in unison as they turned around to walk/run toward the Cool Kids.

"Steven, Saurus, Arthur, Little Girl that I don't know, don't go over there! Stop! I hate you all!" Lars whispered-yelled with an angry blush on his face as he continues to look away.

"...muffins that are like, this big," Buck says while holding out his hands as Raddishes whistles.

"Wah, wah, wah."

"You do you, honey, but Mama here don't eat that much sweets," Jenny says with a nod.

"Sup, Jen." Saurus greeted casually while walking up to the Cool Kids with the others.

"Oh, hey, Saurus," Jenny says with a big smile on her face while sharing a quick hug with Saurus as she then turned to the others. "Guys, this is Saurus. The guy that I told you about."

"Hmm, Saurus, your that Dinosaur Kid that saved Fish Stew Pizza from that Mob, right? That was pretty rad thing for you to do." Buck says while holding out his hand as Saurus gave him a high five with a grin.

"Thanks, I just did what I had to do. It's nice to meet you all." Saurus says with a humble shrug as Steven smiled widely and waved his hand.

"Hi, Sour Cream. Raddishes."

"Oh, hey, what's up, Little Stu?" Sour Cream says with a smirk as he shared a high-five with Steven.

"Raddishes!"

"Wah, wah!" Blue and Raddishes screamed excitedly as, after Sour Cream placed his Step Sister down on the ground, the 10-year-old Girls rushed over to share a hug and bounced around happily while giggling.

"Huh, your Little Sister is Friends with my Little Sister?" Sour Cream asked with a curiously raised eyebrow as Saurus nodded curtly.

"Yeah, it seems."

"Cool." Sour Cream says with a nod as he then turned to Arthur. "I don't think we have seen you around before."

"I'm new to town," Arthur says as Jenny nodded.

"Yep, his name is Arthur. Saurus introduce him to me and Kiki a while back. He's cool."

"Nice, welcome to Beach City, my guy," Buck says as he and Arthur shared a fist bump.

"Aah, what are they doing?! They are going to wreck everything!" A panicking Lars thought to himself in misery while placing his hand over his mouth as he moaned. "What are they saying? I can't hear them!" Lars thought to himself confusedly while turning his head as he was dismayed to see Steven turning to him and waved wildly as he begins dancing around. "Ugh! Why is he dancing?! No-ho-ho! My life is horrible! I want to die! I want to fucking die right now!"

"Hey, Lars." Steven says cheerfully as he walked back over to Lars, who instantly stops crying like a little bitch as he snaps back into his 'cool pose'.

"Yo."

"They invited us along for a ride," Steven says with a smile as Lars did a double take and gaped in shock as he then glanced over at the others and spotted Saurus and Jenny talking to each other as he said something that made her giggle and bump her bubbly ass against his sides as Arthur and Sour Cream were discussing their favorite type of music and even showed their Music Playlists on their phones as Raddishes was babbling to Buck about Blue's cool powers and she showed if off to him by gaining blue scales and popping out her blue tail as Buck whistled impressively.

"Huh? W-Wait a minute, they-you-...grrr, Steven, you and the others got lucky! So don't ruin this with any of your lame schtick!" Lars ordered sternly as a chuckling Steven shapeshifted his arms to resemble two guns and pretends to shoot them.

"Pew pew! You got it!" Steven yelled while shapeshifting his arms back to normal with a laugh as Lars facepalmed.

"Hop on in, guys," Jenny says as we cue to a few minutes later, and we see the Gang walking towards the Fish Stew Pizza Delivery Car.

"Uh, Jen? I don't think everyone can fit in." Saurus says after noticing that only five of them will be able to fit inside the car while four of them will be forced to stay behind.

"Don't worry, I got my own ride," Arthur says reassuringly while summoning his keys through his gem as he pressed a button, and a large black/gray motorcycle appeared as it drove up to them.

"Whoa! Sick ride, Arthur!" An amazed Saurus and the others said in unison while admiring Arthur's ride as he smirked and nodded.

"Thanks, I had this baby for a long while. I even got my license for it." Arthur bragged while getting on his motorcycle as he turned to the others. "Anyone wants to ride with me?"

"No, thanks, I will sit in the car," Saurus says while holding out his hand as Steven nodded.

"Same, I will just sit on Saurus's lap."

"Wah, wah, wah," Raddishes says while pointing over at Blue, who nodded cheerfully while transforming into her Full Dinosaur Form as she went over to climb up and mount Blue's body.

"Ugh! She's a freak like you?!" A surprised Lars asked Saurus with a scowl as an angry Jenny turned to him.

"Hey, don't judge her like that. I think her Dinosaur Powers are pretty cool. Saurus as well." Jenny yelled with a huff as Sour Cream nodded with a small glare.

"Yeah, man, not cool." Sour Scream scolded as Saurus gave Lars a smug grin, and said person looked away with an embarrassed blush as everyone then went over to the Fish Stew Pizza Delivery Car with Jenny sitting in the Driver's Seat while Sour Cream got in the Passenger Seat as Buck and the others and sat in the back with Steven lying on top of Saurus's lap.

"Hey, where'd you get that rad shirt, Steven?" Buck asked curiously as Steven glanced down at his shirt and tugged it.

"I have no idea where any of my clothes come from."

"How do you not know?" A bewildered Arthur asked as Steven shrugged while Buck chuckled.

"Heh, living free. I like it, man. Hey, Saurus, your Little Sister also has some cool clothes." Buck says to Saurus, who nodded as he smiled.

"Thanks, Jenny helped give me those clothes."

"You're welcome by the way," Jenny says while turning to wink at Saurus as Lars frowned before perking up as he sits up and points at his own shirt.

"Hey, check out my shirt," Lars says as Buck turned to him.

"Oh, that snake is nasty."

"Oh, ha, ha, yeah, I hate snakes," Lars says with a fake laugh as Buck raised an eyebrow with a pout.

"Oh, what? That's too bad, some snakes are pretty cool." Buck says as Lars blinked in surprise and looked away as he facepalmed.

"Word of advice, dude, don't try so hard, just be yourself," Saurus whispered to Lars, who waved him off with a scoff as Jenny starts up the car.

"Sounds like it's time to buckle up," Steven says with a smile as Saurus nodded.

"Aight then," Saurus says while reaching over to grab the seatbelt as he wrapped it around himself and Steven's bodies as an annoyed Lars rolled his eyes.

"Quit being lame, Steven."

"Hey, man, there's nothing 'lame' about seatbelt safety." Sour Cream scolded with a frown as he, Jenny, and Buck can already be seen wearing their seatbelts.

"Car does not move 'til we're all buckled up," Jenny says sternly as an anxious and mentally groaning Lars reluctantly puts on his seatbelt.

"Wah, wah, wah?" Raddishes asked Blue while pointing over at Lars as she shrugged.

"Blue hardly knows about him, but so far, Lars seems like a beta," Blue says with a shrug as Lars heard her and turned to glare at the Human/Dinosaur Hybrid furiously.

"Yeah, now let's get some spaced-out beats up in here." Sour Cream says while tuning the car radio to an electronic station. "Yeah, I could rave to this." Sour Cream says while slowly swaying his arms in front of him as Raddishes rolled her eyes playfully and glanced down at Blue.

"Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah."

"It's okay. Blue no mind music." Blue says with a shrug as Arthur looked away awkwardly, finding the music odd as a sweating Lars turned to Jenny.

"Hey, this car is really cool, Jenny," Lars says, trying to suck up to her as Jenny shrugged casually.

"It's just the delivery car for my Dad's lame shop. Makes me smell like pizza. Where to, y'all?" Jenny asked while driving off as Arthur rode up beside them lazily and Blue walked after them.

"I don't even know," Buck says with a shrug just as Jenny drove up next to the Big Donut as Steven perked up at the sight of it.

"Oh, can we stop by the Big Donut?"

"That old place?" Jenny asked with a raised eyebrow as Buck scoffed and rolled his eyes while placing his head on his hand.

"Man, that place is a drag."

"What? But that place has the best donuts, though." Saurus says as Arthur nodded.

"True, plus the best coffee."

"Mmm, yeah, true," Buck says with an indifferent shrug as Steven perked up.

"Yeah and that's also where Lars works-," Steven says before getting interrupted by Lars as he starts coughing loudly while saying 'Quiet, Steven!' in-between his coughing as Steven gave him a worried look. "You need some water?" Steven asked innocently as Lars facepalmed for the hundredth time today, and Jenny drove off as they started making their way through the heart of town.

"Wah, wah, wah?" Raddishes suggested while pointing over at the Funland Arcade as Steven perked up.

"Oh, yeah Funland Arcade is the best! Let's do that!" An excited Steven says as Sour Cream rolled his eyes and scoffed.

"Man, I beat all the 'G's' in there like 3 million times."

"No way!" A gasping Steven yelled as Lars perked up and puts on an arrogant grin.

"Yeah, me too."

"No way!" Steven exclaimed with starry eyes as Raddishes turned to give her Older Half Brother a scolding glare, and Sour Cream blushed awkwardly as he looked away.

"Okay, yeah, so full disclosure, I'm just exaggerating to sound cool." Sour Scream says sheepishly with Lars feeling the same way as he once again made a fool of himself.

"I appreciate your honesty," Steven says while placing his hand on Sour Cream's shoulder reassuringly as he smiled warmly.

"Thanks, Little Stu." Sour Cream says while sharing a fist bump as the Gang drives up next to the Beach City Park from where Mayor Dewey could be seen holding a rally.

"Hey, Buck, isn't that your dad?" A curious Jenny asked as she and the others turned their heads as they spotted a nervous Mayor Dewey standing in place while one of his aids holds a Baby towards him.

"Another reason you should re-elect me is because I love babies, and will you look at that? A baby. I'm gonna kiss it." Mayor Dewey says while giving the Baby a long kiss on the cheek as the crowd looks weirded out.

"Huh, I wonder why Mayors kiss babies on the cheeks? It just seems weird and can cause a VERY big misunderstanding." Arthur says with a weirded-out expression as Jenny nodded.

"Man, he never kisses me like that," Buck says with an emotionless frown as Lars gave him a sympathetic look.

"It's not rough. The lack of daddy kisses in my life made me who I am." Buck says with the sun glistening across his glasses as Lars promptly shuts up and looked away.

"Blue wants to swim!" Blue screamed gleefully while pointing over at the ocean as Saurus hummed in thought.

"Hmmm, you know what? Yeah, I'm in the mood to swim too." Saurus says as Jenny gasped excitedly upon getting a fun idea.

"Oh my gosh, guys! If you all want to swim, I know of a perfect place to do so! Dead Man's Mouth!" Jenny shouted with a big smirk on her face as she proceeds to drive the Group out of town.

"What's Dead Man's Mouth?" Steven asked curiously as Buck turned to him.

"Oh, it's this lake where some dude died...or it looks like a mouth? I forget the specifics."

"Heh, sounds cool, let's bounce," Saurus says with a grin while placing his arms on the back as Jenny nodded.

"Dead Man's Mouth, here we come!" Jenny yelled while shifting up a car gear as the car speeds off, and after half an hour of driving, the Gang made their way over to Dead Man's Mouth as Arthur drove over to park his motorcycle near the place while Blue morphed back into her Human Form as she laid Raddishes down. "We're here," Jenny says with a smirk while parking her Family's Car near the front of Dead Man's Mouth as everyone got out, and Saurus, Steven, Arthur, and Blue flinch in fear and surprise upon seeing the police tape that the Crystal Gems had put up earlier and realizes that this is the place where Rose Quartz's Magic Moss is.

"Y-You know what? I know this place may seem cool, but it's actually a lot less cool than you think." Steven says nervously as Saurus nodded shakingly with a tight smile.

"Yeah, we have been here before and this place sucks, trust us."

"W-Why don't we just go have some more fun at the boardwalk?" Arthur says with an awkward smile as Lars glares at them.

"Guys, stop being lame!" Lars yelled with a scoff while walking towards the entrance of the swamp as the Cool Kids murmured in agreement and accompany him as Raddishes tried to follow after them, only to be stopped by Blue as she popped out her blue scaly tail and stretched it over to wrap around her waist.

"Wah, wah-Wah!" Raddishes asked confusedly before yelping in surprise as Blue pulled her into her arms and hugged her tightly as the spiky dark honey-blonde-haired girl blushed deeply. "W-Wah, wah-,"

"Don't go! Blue protect pack!" Blue stated firmly with a glare while hugging Raddishes tightly as her friend blushed harder at the hug.

"Guys, what do we do?!" Saurus whispered-yelled to the others as Steven begins to worry but stops as he facepalmed and laughed in relief.

"Oh, pfft, don't worry, guys. Once they see the police tape, they will all leave it alone." Steven says with an innocent smile as Saurus and Arthur shared an exasperated look and shake their heads as they all glanced ahead and spot Lars and the Cool Kids walking up to the police line that surrounded the entrance as they stared at it curiously.

"Huh...police tape...eh." Sour Cream says while going over to rip down the tape bow and walks through it as Steven gasped in comical horror/shock, and Saurus and Arthur facepalm as they will definitely tell Pearl, 'I told you so!' later.

"I'm above the law," Buck says with a smirk while tearing down more tape as they all walked into Dead Man's Mouth.

"Who wants to go for a swim?" Jenny asked with a sly grin as she and the others began to take off their coats with Sour Cream even converting his pants into shorts as Saurus, Steven, and Arthur stares in worry at the moss, visibly agitated, and an overprotective Blue hugged Raddishes closer to her chest as Lars quickly takes off his shirt and took a deep breath as he puts on a 'brave' smile and begins to walk toward the swamp, but was stopped by Steven and the others.

"Lars, don't go in there, it's dangerous!"

"Steven, are you trying to scare us?" A sly Jenny asked as Buck chuckled.

"Build an atmosphere, I appreciate that," Buck says as Sour Cream sways his fingers.

"No, he's being serious," Saurus says anxiously as Arthur nodded urgently.

"Yeah, that lake is not safe. We need to leave now."

"Nice try, boys, but you can't fool us!" Jenny cheered with a joyful laugh as she, Sour Cream, and Buck turned around as they ran over to jump down into the Magical Moss-Covered Lake, and Lars tries to follow suit, but Steven holds him in place as he wrapped his arms around his body.

"Hey, what are you doing, man?!"

"Dooooooooooooooooooooooooon't!" A tearful Steven screamed while burying his face into his stomach as Lars grunted and tried to push him away, but Steven refuses to let go as the Big Donut Employee was surprised to see that he can't move a single inch now.

"Steven! What is your deal?! And when did you get so freakishly strong!?"

"Wah, wah, wah?" Raddishes asked Blue confusedly/worriedly as her friend whimpered sadly.

"Lake no safe, hurt friend, no hurt Blue's pack," Blue says with tears in her eyes while burying her face into Raddishes's chest as her friend blushed but gave her a concerned look as she rubbed Blue's head to comfort her.

"We keep trying to tell you guys that this lake isn't safe! We need to gather up the others and leave now!" Arthur yelled sternly as, before Lars could say anything, the Gang then flinched in surprise when they all noticed that the Magical Moss had grown in size and regrouped around the resurfaced Cool Kids as they proceed to engulf them and dragged them underwater as Lars falls back in fear.

"Shit!" Saurus screamed worriedly while morphing into his Full Dinosaur Form as he rushed over to leap up and dived down into the lake.

"Oh, no!" Steven yelled panickedly just as a small patch of Magic Moss attacks his foot, clinging to it as the Human/Child Hybrid falls back down into the ground with a startled cry.

"What's going on?!" Lars asked as Arthur turned to them with a serious glare.

"It's some kind of Magic Moss that Miss Quartz planted!"

"Wait, you mean Steven's Mom?!" A shocked and angry Lars asked just as a gasping Saurus was able to emerge from the water's surface and was holding all of the Cool Kids, who were covered in Magical Moss Cocoons as he crawled over to place them down on the edge of the lake and collapsed next to them while morphing back into his Human Form as the moss covers their whole bodies entirely.

"Wah wah!" A teary-eyed Raddishes screamed, worried for her Half Brother as Blue lets go of her, and they all rushed over to start ripping away the moss off of Jenny, Sour Cream, and Buck, but the moss rapidly grows back as Arthur gritted his teeth in frustration.

"This isn't working! We need to come up with a plan!" Arthur yelled as Steven thinks for a moment and sees the hill in the background as an idea popped into his head.

Guys, I know what we have to do-,"

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" Lars snapped while tearing up as he turned to glare at Steven, who flinched in fear as he shrinks back nervously.

"How is this his fault?! You guys were the ones who wanted to come to Dead Man's Mouth anyway! We tried to stop you!" Arthur yelled angrily.

"Yeah and besides, Lars, this isn't the time for this!" Saurus yelled with a glare as Lars held out his hand.

"STAY OUT OF THIS, YOU DINO FREAK! THIS IS BETWEEN ME AND THE MAGICAL ANNOYANCE OVER HERE!" Lars screamed while reaching over to grab the front of Steven's shirt as said person looked hurt by his words. "I KNEW IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG TODAY, IT WOULD BE BECAUSE OF YOU AND THE OTHERS! NOW I'M NEVER GOING TO BE FRIENDS WITH THESE GUYS! ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR WEIRD MOM!" Lars screamed with his voice echoing across the whole valley as Saurus growled furiously with green scales appearing on his body, and his tail popped out as Arthur's eyes narrowed in shock and rage, Blue scowled with blue scales appearing on her body and her tail popped out as a stunned Raddishes cover her mouth and Steven's whose eyes were covered by shadows, reached up to grab Lar's hand as he clutched his grip on him.

"Argh! Ow! What the-Whoa!" Lars yelped in pain before screaming in surprise as Steven pulled him up into the air and tossed him away as he flew over to crash down into the ground. "Steven! What the hell are you-Argh!" Lars says before yelping in surprise as Steven shapeshifted his limbs to stretch him upwards and slammed his foot onto his chest as the Human/Gem Child Hybrid glared down at him venomously with tears of frustration and somberness in his eyes.

"...What do you know about my mom?! I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO KNOW MY MOM!" Steven screamed with tears running down his face as Lars flinched in shock and gained a remorseful look on his face as he realized that he had crossed a severe line. "But I do know, she saw beauty in everything! Even in stuff like this! And even in...a...a...a...ASSHOLES LIKE YOU!" Steven snapped while pointing down at Lars as Saurus and Arthur's jaws dropped in surprise, unable to believe that their friend just cursed as Blue and Raddishes looked on emotionlessly but nodded in approval to Steven's actions as he closed his eyes and shapeshifted his limbs back to their normal state as he turned around. "Now help me get them to the car," Steven says stoically while walking forward as Saurus reached out to grab his shoulders and pulled him into a hug as he sniffled a bit but hugged him back.

"Pathetic," Arthur says while he and Saurus glare at Lars venomously as Blue and Raddishes crossed their arms and huff.

"No friend. No part Blue's Pack." Blue stated firmly as Raddishes looked away from him silently, and Lars glanced down at the ground in shame before getting up from the floor as, after Steven calmed down and explained his plan to the others, Saurus and Blue transformed into their Full Dinosaur Forms, and helped out Arthur on collecting the Cool Kids as they all then made their way out of Dead Man's Mouth and the Trio Hybrids proceeds to drop the Moss-Covered Cool Kids into the back of the car as Saurus and Lars got in the Passenger and Driver Seats respectively while Arthur and Steven made their way over to sit in Arthur's Motorcycle as Blue allowed Raddishes to mount her.

"Guys, let's hurry! This moss belongs at the top of that hill!" Steven screamed while pointing up at the hill in the background.

"Gotcha, come on, man, what are you waiting for?! Drive already!" Saurus ordered Lars, who blushed in embarrassment as he turned to him.

"Uh, Saurus? I don't know how to drive a stick shift."

"Are you fucking serious?! Then why did you fucking volunteer!?" Saurus asked incredulously with green scales appearing on his face again as Lars winced sheepishly.

"I was trying to be cool..."

"Oh for fuck's sakes-Whatever! I will drive! Let's switch seats!" Saurus demanded as Lars nodded awkwardly, and the Duo quickly switched seats.

"Wait, do you even know how to drive?!" Lars asked worriedly as Saurus nodded to him reassuringly.

"Yeah, I used to do some Illegal Drag Racing with my Best Friend Hannah," Saurus says before shifting the gear to reverse and slammed his feet on the gas pedal as he drove Jenny's Car backwards and did a sick donut before driving off towards the hill with the Magical Moss engulfing the back of the car as Arthur and Steven drove off after them while Blue and Raddishes ran after them.

"Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah?!" An annoyed Raddishes asked as Saurus blushed sheepishly.

"Yeah, sorry about the donut! That was a reflex!"

"What's gonna happen when we get to the top of that hill?!" Lars asked anxiously as Steven turned to shrug at him.

"We don't know!"

"You guys don't know?!" A stunned and furious Lars asked incredulously as Saurus briefly glared at him.

"Don't blame us! Blame the Gems for always being vague and mysterious as fuck! We are working with what we got, okay?!"

"All we know is that we have to take the Magic Moss up the hill and everything will go back to normal!" Arthur screamed just as the Magic Moss begins to engulf the front of the car too, including Saurus and Lars, as they yelped in surprise.

"Brother!" Blue yelled worriedly as she tried to get closer to the car.

"No! Don't touch us! Stay away from us!" Saurus yelled sternly, realizing that if the Magic Moss touches you, you are done as Saurus and Lars momentarily lose control of the car until they bump into a large truck, leaving a dent in it, but straighten them back on their path thanks to help of Arthur and Blue as they were able to eventually reaches the hill as they drove up to the top and stopped as Saurus and Lars got out of Jenny's Car and reached over to grab the Magic Moss-Covered Cool Kids and dragged them out of the vehicle with the moss progressively engulfs them as well, slowing them down.

"Why isn't it working?!" A panicking Steven screamed while gripping his head as a whimpering Blue (Who had transformed back into her Human Form) and Raddishes tried to rush over to help them out but was stopped by Arthur as he reached over to grab them by their waists and lifted them up into the air with a serious glare on his face.

"Kids! Don't get near them!" Arthur ordered, halting Steven in his tracks as he and the others watched on in horror as the Magic Moss completely engulfs Saurus and Lars' bodies, leaving their faces open and immobilizing them.

"I'm...getting stuck!"

"Fuck! We can't move!" Saurus yelled as Lars whimpered before putting a remorseful look as he turned to glance over at Steven's tearful anxious face.

"Steven."

"What?"

"...I'm...sorry..." Lars apologized with tears in his eyes just as his and Saurus's face was completely engulfed by the Magic Moss as Steven, Arthur, Blue, and Raddishes screamed in shock and horror as they then lowered their heads somberly, mourning for their friends' deaths...but then the Group flinched in surprise as the clouds begin to clear and the sun starts shining in as pink flowers begin to blossom all over the moss and float away as Saurus and the others are freed from the moss as they gasp for air.

"SAURUS!/LARS!/BIG BROTHER!/WAH WAH!" Steven, Arthur, Blue, and Raddishes screamed in glee as they rushed over to the Group and Steven and Blue proceeds to tackle Saurus onto the ground with the Human/Dinosaur Child Hybrid licking her brother's face in relief and happiness while Arthur went over to check on Lars as Raddishes ran over to hug Sour Cream and the Gang then watched over the edge of the hill as the pink flowers fill the sky.

"Huh, the moss was just trying to bloom." A surprised Steven says as Saurus nodded while grabbing Blue as he stood up from the floor and allowed his Little Sister to bury her face into his neck as she purred with tears running down her face.

"I'm okay, Blue. I'm okay." Saurus cooed while patting Blue's back as she sniffled but nodded as the Cool Kids started waking up from their unconscious states.

"Ughh, what happened?" Jenny asked while holding her head as Saurus quickly ran over to help her up to her feet, and Lars did the same with Buck as Arthur went over to help Sour Creem up to his feet.

"I think I died." Sour Cream says confusedly while holding a crying Raddishes as she could be seen hugging and kissing his face in happiness and relief.

"Whoa, guys, look!" Jenny yelled as she and the others rushes over to the edge of the hill and watched on as the flowers waft gently in the sunset all over Beach City.

"You can see all of Beach City from up here." Sour Cream says with an awed tone and starry eyes as Raddishes gasped in amazement.

"It's beautiful," Buck says as Jenny looked around confusedly.

"Yeah, but how did we even get here?"

"Well, Steven thought that-,"

"Lars drove us here." Steven interrupted with Saurus and the others being surprised that he was giving Lars full credit for what happened.

"Uh...yeah, you guys tripped over a rock and crashed down into the ground, unconscious, so Lars came up with the idea to drive us up to the hill." Saurus lied as the Cool Kids perked up and gave Lars big thumbs up as they all mumbled in gratitude.

"Nice idea, Lars, I can totally rave to this." Sour Cream says while placing Raddishes on his shoulders as he began raving with Jenny and Buck cheering him on as Saurus smiled and held Blue close to him while kissing her forehead to comfort her as a grinning Steven attempts a high five with Lars, but Lars high-fives his chest instead as the Human/Gem Child Hybrid laughs and high-fives Lars' chest as well as Arthur chuckled amusedly.

An excited Jenny says while driving up to Dead Man's Mouth in her Family's Pizza Delivery Car with Saurus sitting on the passenger seat late at night as they arrived near the entrance and parked the car as the Best Friends got out of the vehicle and made their way into Dead Man's Mouth as they were able to arrive near the now safe and clean lake, which looked absolutely beautiful after getting shined down by the moonlight as they went 'Oooooooooohd' in awe. "Oh, man! I can't wait to take a dip in this lake! I wasn't able to enjoy it last time due to me tripping over the rock and knocking myself out!"

"Yeah, that's what happened..." An awkward Saurus says with a big sweatdrop on his head as he and the others were able to convince them that the whole 'Nearly getting suffocated by moss' was just a dream. "So, I have to ask, why did you decide to randomly call me up to take a dip at Dead Man's Mouth?" Saurus asked curiously as, yesterday, Jenny had called him privately and asked him to take a swim with her at Dead Man's Mouth as the Human/Dinosaur Hybrid was obviously wary about this, but that's when Garnet suddenly showed up and reassured him that the lake is now safe since it's been five days that Rose's Magical Moss was gone as the lake only becomes dangerous around spring time...Garnet also gave him a wink and a pat in the back as she wished him good luck with Jenny before leaving for a weird reason.

"Well, I wanted to try and take a dip at the lake again, and I wanted you to come. The Boys weren't able to show up today due to being busy with their hobbies, and I didn't want to bring the Kids since things might get...inappropriate." Jenny says with a blush and a smile as Saurus tilted his head obliviously.

"Really? How so..." Saurus says before trailing off as his eyes widened in pure shock at the sight of a smiling Jenny calmly took off her jacket and then reached down to grab her shirt as she lifted it upwards, exposing her black bra as her boobs bounced a bit and a slightly aroused Saurus stared at them in awe before flinching upon seeing her bend down and lower down her shorts to reveal her black panties as a blushing Saurus turned around.
