Thea is the daughter of Finn, Forrest's twin sister, and the sharpshooter of the Skyhawks. She has short blonde hair and blue eyes. She is seen wearing an all blue uniform and ultra air skimmer lll. She uses an energy crossbow. Her catchphrase is "Dock it, Lock it, Rocket!"
Like her father, Thea is rather rude, arrogant, and snarky. However, she is also a bit of a coward when it comes to scary monsters or beings. The only enemy she did not fear was Ravess and Snipe. Thea is fearless when it comes to the elements. One of the few times when Thea had a willingness to be brave is when she saves Aasira from a falling Cyclops, nearly ending her own life. Another was when she viciously attacked Snipe to save Junko. Thea is also affable and always optimistic.
Thea adores all of her friends, uncles, aunts, and pets but tends to annoy them with her demeaning behavior.
Finn is Thea's father and is the only one who Thea doesn't annoy to the bone. Thea loves her father and will fiercely defend him.
Thea loves her brother but can sometimes annoy him.

She is very close to Rodion and is hinted the two have feelings for each other.
