Kieran is the third in command of the Skyhawks and the son of Master Cyclonis and Annie's brother. He inherits his mother's black hair and violet eyes but his skin tone isn't as pale as hers. Kieran wears an all black outfit like the other cyclonian kids and he rides Harpy instead of a skimmer. His weapon of choice is an energy sword powered by a purple striker crystal. He also has the binding and can turn into a snake and a roc. His catchphrase is "Imperium!"

Kieran is very energetic and affable. Unlike his mother, Kieran believes peace is better than war. As a child, Kieran was much beloved by his mother but believed that she only loved him because he was the future heir to Cyclonia. After being kidnapped, Kieran agrees to leave Cyclonia with his friends. When Aasira announces that they'll be confronting Cyclonis head on, Kieran was the only one who wanted to go while his friends were scared of what their parents would do to them once finding out they're alive. Kieran comforts a sad Kaida who admits that she doesn't want her father to know she's with the Storm Hawks, fearing he would literally kill her. After saving Pramesh, Jurassic, and Zero from Cyclonis, Kieran is at first nervous upon seeing his mother again, despite her showing no anger towards her son for being away for so long.

Kieran has a small crush on Aasira and the two are very close.

Pramesh is Kieran's best (male) friend on the team and the two fight by each other a lot.

Thea seems to have a crush on Kieran.

Harpy is Kieran's pet griffin (getting her as a Christmas present). The two are clearly inseparable. The only time Kieran is mad at Harpy is when she attacks his mother in order to defend him.

Kieran has a close friendship with Kaida, mostly as an emotional support buddy. He is shocked upon learning she is his half cousin.

Rodion and Macey were Kieran's childhood friends alongside the raptor girls.

Kieran had a distant relationship with his mother but when she turns good, the two become closer.

Kieran was close with his sister Annie and loved her dearly.

Kieran is the first Cyclonian to revolt against Cyclonis.

Kieran has a dot on his cheek like his mother.

Kieran's father was a young unnamed talon soldier (most suggested Ace but this isn't true).

Kieran's snake and roc form are black in color while Cyclonis's is purple and black (indicating his father had black hair...again not Ace!).

Kieran's name means Little Dark One or Little Dark Haired One.
