Flaxen is a young dire wolf and Spirit's brother. He has yellow fur and green eyes.
Flaxen is shown to be bold, friendly, and seems to be Spirit's second in command. He is not aggressive and a calmer wolf much like Sable. However, he can show ferocity if needed and will undoubtedly defend his master from any enemy menacing him.
Sometimes, Flaxen acts as Aerrow's mount if his ride is unavailable.
