Sable is a young dire wolf and Spirit's sister. She has black fur with white ears, paws, and tipped tail and blue eyes.
She is shown to be cunning, skillful, and intelligent. Unlike her siblings, Sable is shown to be naturally aggressive but only to people she doesn't trust. Zephyr states Sable is the most dangerous of his wolves.
Sable will act as Stork's mount if his ride is unavailable.
