Michelle Lewis is still not around, but they have to pull through and try to live the days even without her being there, but she will return once she does wake up, all they can do is pray and hope for the best. Chapter 602: Day 1 without Michelle Lewis…

(May 16. Lewis Residence, Olive Street. Royal Woods Michigan.)

Amanda Bright is in the kitchen, and she is finished making breakfast for herself and the kids. She sighs, and then she places the pan in the sink, but the water turns on by itself and she sees it is Beldum doing it, he's helping out and she smiles. "Thanks for the help buddy." Beldum nods.

Amanda then sets up the plates, and drinks and she sighs. 'Michelle, she's still in a coma and we don't even know when she'll wake up. Things are going to be rough and hard around here without her, but we have to pull through. For now, perhaps some time to be alright and calm is best.'

Amanda has been told that she is getting some time off from work, and the firm has been informed that their best lawyer is down and are hoping she will recover again. For now, everyone is just waiting for when Michelle Lewis returns and everything will be alright once again.

Just then, Amanda Bright sees Lincoln and Luna enter the kitchen, and they both look like a mess. Lincoln couldn't sleep by himself last night, and so he slept alongside his big sister. Amanda goes over, and she hugs the two Lewis kids, and they also hug her back.

"I know kids, I know." Amanda can feel Lincoln shivering, and he's crying again. "I know we're all still upset, and heartbroken to know that Michelle is still in a coma, but what happened was not our fault, and we need to try and get through this, for your mom."

Lincoln and Luna nod, and so they break from the hug and they enjoy their breakfast. Amanda even prepared some food for the Pokémon. Lincoln sees Beldum and he smiles, he is grateful that Beldum fought with them and did what he could.

Amanda then speaks to Lincoln and Luna. "I have this idea; you two could not go to school today and get some time to calm down. I can contact your principals so that you can stay home. They are aware of what happened, and they will no doubt understand. We can spend some time together, and even check on your mom at the hospital. How does that sound?"

Lincoln and Luna nod. "We'd like that mom." They then get off their seats and hug Amanda again, and of course she returns the hug and tries her best to comfort them, and even their Pokémon friends try to comfort them as well.

'This is going to be a rough day, or week for all of us. But we gotta pull through and just try and continue with our lives, even without Michelle Lewis tagging along, but I know that she will wake up and we can all be a family once again.'

(Later.)

At the living room, we see Lincoln and Luna, both dressed for the day and the TV is not even on. The two siblings sit on the couch in silence, and then Lincoln speaks. "I… I miss our mom, Luna."

Luna looks to her brother. "I know, same here little brother." She then goes closer, and she hugs him. "But, we gotta try and pull through and keep going. We have to be strong, for mom."

Lincoln hugs back Luna, and he has some tears. "I know, sis. It's just… This is going to be hard." The two siblings continue this warm and comforting embrace, not knowing that Amanda sees them from the dining room, and she feels bad for them.

Amanda sits on one of the chairs and she is in deep thought. 'I have to help them get through this, it's what Michelle would've want.' She then checks her cell phone and she smiles when she sees the picture of Michelle Lewis, with Amanda, Lincoln and Luna. This makes Amanda smile and she has determination in her eyes. 'I swear, I will be there for Lincoln and Luna. I will be there mother, just like you Michelle.'

(Later in the day.)

Walking down the hall of the hospital are Lincoln, Luna and Amanda. Lincoln hold's the hand of Luna, and they head to the room where Michelle is. Amanda then asks. "Are you kids ready to see her again?" Lincoln and Luna look sad, and they nod. Amanda opens the door and they all go inside.

Once inside, they see Michelle Lewis unconscious and on this hospital bed, and not moving an inch, she is still in a coma, and this hurts Lincoln and Luna. The duo shed some tears seeing her like this and they all approach the bed, and look to the unconscious and unresponsive Michelle Lewis.

Lincoln and Luna have tears, and they both speak while holding Michelle's hand. "We miss you mom, we miss you very much and we love you." Luna does what she can to calm down Lincoln, before he has a breakdown. She knows how much Michelle means to Lincoln as his mother. Just like the dreams.

Amanda also holds the hand of Michelle and she has some tears. "I will do my part, and help our kids, Michelle. I promise…" but then Lincoln breaks down in tears, and Luna does what she can to help him and comfort him, but she too feels like a wreck. Amanda takes notice, and she hugs them both, trying to calm them down.

Amanda then speaks to them. "Please wait in the hallway, alright kids?" Amanda places a kiss onto their foreheads, and Lincoln and Luna nod and head out of the room, and accompanied by their Pokémon friends, and Amanda's Pidgey. Thus leaving Amanda Bright alone with Michelle Lewis.

Amanda then looks to Michelle and she sighs. "The kids aren't doing so well without you, and frankly me neither. We all miss you, we really miss you Michelle and we can't wait to see you wake up and we can all be together again, as a family." Amanda then moves closer, and she kisses Michelle on the forehead, and then the lips, and she has some tears.

"Please Michelle come back to us, we love you… I love you, Michelle." Amanda then holds the hand of Michelle Lewis. "Because deep down, we have our whole lives to live for together, and with the kids. I can't wait, for the day when I can finally call you… My beloved, my wife."

Amanda wipes away her tears, and then she leaves the room to meet up with Lincoln and Luna, and then head back home. But she didn't notice, that the right fingers from Michelle Lewis, twitch a little, and that is a small sign that she will wake up… Soon.

A/N: This is going to be a real hard thing for the Lewis kids and Amanda Bright, but they gotta keep going and try not to lose it. Michelle Lewis will recover, and she will wake up, it's only a matter of time. I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
