He wouldn't let the merb anywhere near him. Collecting his bravery, Silas freed the lycopard and immediately ran off. He is later rescued by the beast from a group of talon soldiers. After showing Silas his scarred muzzle, Darkspot lets his new friend pet him. Silas shows Darkspot the scar under his eye indicating he and Darkspot aren't so different and the two share warm smiles./p
