Talion is a large black Barghest and Kieran's pet. He has black fur and yellow eyes.
He is fierce, brave, and loyal to his master, as shown when he leads a group of nightcrawlers away from his master. This ultimately gets him killed but he is brought back in the next episode. He also shows a soft spot for Kieran's mother and siblings.
Talion has enhanced strength, speed, stamina, and senses.
His teeth and claws are sharp enough to break bones effortlessly.
Talion is also capable of disappearing when he steps into the shadows and appears to have teleportation powers as well while in this condition.

Talion is named after his great-grandfather, Talion Cyclonis.
He is the first hellhound to appear in the show.
