Blu is a blue dragon-like creature and Maya's pet. He has a short but narrow body with blue and white fur, dark blue head quaff and tipped tail, and green eyes.
Shy, socially awkward and smart, Blu isn't the bravest of the beasts but he is willing to risk it all to save his friends even if it could cost his life. He is one-of-a-kind and is proud of it. Despite being awkward, unable to express himself and even a bit clumsy with movements, Blu is very softhearted, sweet, handsomely cute, super smart, and because of his colorful courage and bravery, he has a tendency to never give up.
Blu is able to shoot small streams of magical, sparkly fire.
He is also able to glide through the air without wings.
