Bruce was wearing his most expensive earphones while the hammering and construction was going on. Reggie was coming home in a few days, and Bruce was paying a small fortune to get the downstairs ready for Reggie. He didn't care about the cost, although he winced about the renovations for wheelchair accessibilities, but for his cousin, cost was nothing to him.

He and Reggie had a good talk, he thanked Bruce for allowing him to live in the Patman manor. Bruce told him he was a Patman and it was every right his home as his. Besides, Bruce was moving out. Reggie joked that he was being left behind and his wheelchair would echo throughout the halls. He was joking, but Bruce could hear the pain in his voice. Bruce assured him he will always have family, especially when his future niece or nephew would come over to play like he did growing up. Like that, Reggie cheered up. He said he was definitely teaching him or her the fine art of surfing.

Bruce was looking at homes in the exclusive Sweet Valley district, he knew Lila wanted to stay in her childhood home, but Bruce wondered if they could find a suitable home just for them. Something brand new. Besides, her home was smaller than the Patman Mansion, and their baby needed a lot of space. Plus the wedding. He was interrupted by his butler.

"Mr Patman, a sheriff is here to see you."

Bruce's eyebrows raised.

"Send him in." Why would a sheriff want with him? He wasn't involved in the Karl trail.

The Sheriff of Sweet Valley walks in and hands Bruce a envelope.

"You have been served." He then walks right back out.

Bruce just stares after him with puzzlement. He opens the envelope.

"You got to be kidding me."

He was getting sued.
