Todd was cleaning up the bar. He had a few new regulars, thanks to Winston. His books that were always in the red were starting to show a profit. Out of all the bands that showed up to play, one was showing a lot of potential. He never heard of them, but the band was drawing in customers. Todd and everyone whooped and whistled before they finished their final set.

"That was About Garyu! Give them a round of applause!" Todd's waitress tells the crowd.

"Thank you, thank you." The lead singer tells the packed bar. "This is our final song of the night, hope you enjoy it."

Todd was nodding along with the beat. He was always a fan of the Beastie Boys, clearly their band was clearly inspired by them. However, unlike the bands of today, they spun their take on the genre. They had a classical opera singer singing backup. She was good, her voice gave their music a kick.

Once Frankie's closed, Todd was closing the registers when he was interrupted.

"Knock knock." The friendly face of Andrea peaked in.

"Hey." Todd and her were old friends, but Todd was nervous. He saw her around town, she and a few of her fellow scouts were watching the bars. Todd was insanely busy, he actually had to hire a housekeeper to help keep his apartment clean since Todd couldn't keep up the housework since he was always at work. Todd was never a workaholic, but lately he had no choice but to be here almost 24/7. If he wasn't at Frankies, he was at home doing the books. He knew it was way to early to be excited, but it looked like he had enough money to do his renovations.

"Todd. I know I shouldn't be telling you this, but you are seriously being considered for the taping. I don't know how you did it, but my bosses are impressed how you handled things. That last band that was here? Why were you hiding them? Todd, keep doing what you're doing, and don't be surprised to see yourself on national television."

Todd was emailing his parents and everyone he knew telling them that he was temporarily closing the bar. He was so grateful for the loan from Jessica, Elizabeth and Steven, that he immediately sent out for interviewing contractors. He never asked for a loan, he was too proud. Guess the Wakefield's talked. Not only was he in the finals, his bar would be updated for the National Disabilities Act. New washrooms, bigger walkways, new wider doors and a ramp. Now he can bring Suzanne over for a drink. Show her how far he came since high school.

He hadn't seen Suzanne in months. But since he had some free time, he could finally take her out to dinner. Have a proper date. He picked up the phone.

"Hello Suzanne?"
