Elizabeth hums as she typed on her new laptop. She was in a good mood, she just got her first paycheck from the Young and Beautiful. No wonder Jessica loved acting. That check had more zeros than Elizabeth ever saw before. Her new laptop barely made a dent in her bank account. She was writing an article, about her temporary job as a a actress with her identical twin.

She was currently looking for work, she was ready to find her calling. Unfortunately Spotlight Monthly wasn't hiring, but when she saw who got the job as assistant editor, she was glad to see her old friend Penny (Alaya) Bachman listed on the website. Elizabeth wasn't worried, there was plenty of jobs out there. Especially with newspapers and magazines dying, Elizabeth was ready to tackle anything new. She was a freelancer after all, she already sold a few articles.

"Hmm." She looked over her latest draft. It was one of her best work, but it seemed to, what's the word, incomplete. Her and Jessica went through a lot over the years. Maybe she could write a autobiography. Or a series. Nothing like Jade Wu's mom's series, but maybe a screenplay. Elizabeth wondered. Cara said she was a talented writer. Elizabeth wrote tons of plays. She turned on the television. She smirked. It was that movie her and Jessica never finished when they were kids. Neither regretted quitting, both hated the job. Connie Bryant was a nightmare to work with. Despite being a famous actress, she was jealous of a pair of twins.

As she flipped through the channels, she stopped and watched a children's television show. It was about middle schoolers and their shenanigans. A bright lightbulb went off in Elizabeth's head. She remembered SVMS, plus her time at SVJH. Her and Jessica went through a lot. What about instead of a book, she writes and produce a children's television series. She had experience, she worked at a television station in SVU. Plus wrote and produced plays in New York. She immediately starts writing the first draft of the pilot, called "Best Friends."
